Islam, the push back, Israel, Canada links post 5 for June 30 2014

Videos will be below the fold to avoid crashing the site or a slow load.

1. 34, some accounts have 35, targets hit by Israel. Presumably Hamas

2. Phyllis Chesler on Obama, the West and the Amer-Israeli teens

President Obama expressed his “deepest condolences” to the family of the slain teenagers. He added: “I also urge all parties to refrain from steps that could further destabilize the situation.” President Obama did not accuse Hamas of this despicable act nor did he say our government would assist Israel in its search for security and justice. Obama has once again called for “restraint” and “stability.” Does he mean that Jihadists should refrain from Jihad because it is “de-stabilizing” the entire Middle East or does he mean, more likely, that Israel should “refrain” from defending itself?

White House spokesman, Josh Earnest, also said:  “We obviously condemn in the strongest possible terms violence that takes the lives of innocent civilians.”

This is a very unsatisfying and peculiar statement. To what is Earnest referring? This could apply to anyone anywhere at any time. It’s lack of specificity is cruel and insulting.

(Ms. Chesler is dead on with that observation. Its only ever Israel and non-muslims like Nigeria etc. that has to show restraint according to Obama)

2. A 31-year-old Ottawa man has been charged after police say a young woman was followed to her downtown home on Sunday.

Nachat Ramadan has been charged with prowl at night upon the property of another person and harassment by watching and besetting.

Ramadan appeared in court on Monday and was released on conditions.

Police said it is possible there are other similar incidents.

(one has to give Islam that one thing. They may be the last group to win Nobel prizes. The real ones like for science etc. But they lead the world consistently for convicted rapists)

3. Brooklyn cabbie conspired with relatives in Pakistan to carry out retaliatory honor killing: prosecutor

A Brooklyn cabbie who was shamed by his married daughter running off with a lover, allegedly conspired with relatives in his native Pakistan to carry out retaliatory honor killings against the boyfriend’s family, a prosecutor charged Monday.

(It should be noted that she was in a forced marriage)

  1. Witnesses: Sudan demolishes church in latest persecution of Christians (CNN, June 30, 2014)
    http://edition.cnn.com/2014/06/30/world/africa/sudan-church-violence/index.html

“A Sudanese government force destroyed a church Monday, ignoring the wails of nearby residents, witnesses told journalists working for CNN. The attack came a day after authorities sent a letter saying they would demolish the church, priest Kuoa Shimal said. Government sources did not immediately return calls from CNN.

Complaints about the predominantly Muslim country’s lack of religious freedom came under the international spotlight recently after Mariam Yehya Ibrahim, a Christian mother of two, refused to renounce her faith and was sentenced to death. After an international outcry, she was freed and reunited with her American husband.

The 70-strong force Monday arrived at the Alizba slums near the capital, Khartoum, around 10 a.m., witnesses said. Some were dressed in plain clothes. CNN visited the scene afterward, where the religious site was reduced to rubble.

In April 2013, the Sudanese minister of religious affairs announced that no licenses would be granted to allow for the building of new churches — less than two years after the predominantly Christian South Sudan seceded to form an independent country…”

      Why Hamas denies the kidnappings
Hamas is denying the murders because it was a botched operation.

The goal was to kidnap a soldier or a “settler” to bargain for the release of prisoners. Hamas has made no secret of that desire, and even published handbooks on how to best accomplish a kidnapping.

The appearance of two more teens, the panicking over the phone call, and the murders in the backseat (from where it would have been nearly impossible for them to escape or fight back) were not planned. I’m not sure that the torching of the stolen car was planned either. […]

The discovery afterwards that two of the victims were children and even some Arabs might object to murdering minors ensures that Hamas will not take credit for this attack, even though it was clearly planned by them. Hamas is already on thin ice with Egypt accusing it of being a terror group and the unity government not working out very well.

If they had successfully kidnapped a soldier, or a Jewish adult, Hamas would have unlimited prestige and it would gain the protection of the PLO and Fatah, which have made the exchange of prisoners a major platform. Two dead children would not engender the amount of sympathy Hamas required from its erstwhile partners in “unity.” Right now, with the outrages by Islamists in in Syria and Iraq, Hamas does not want to be associated in anyone’s minds as another version of ISIS.

This is why Hamas must lie about its involvement in this hideous murder of children, to maintain a tiny bit of deniability as it attempts to raise its profile in the Arab world as a major political player and not as a terror group.

Iraq Kurdistan independence referendum planned (BBC, July 1, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-28103124

“The leader of the autonomous region of Iraqi Kurdistan has told the BBC he intends to hold a referendum on independence within months. Masoud Barzani said that Iraq was in effect already partitioned. He said that while the Kurds would play a part in a political solution to the country’s crisis, independence was what he described as their natural right….”

  3. re #2 and reports of all persistent and consistent social ill behaviors by Muhammedans –
It is often stated, off the cuff, that Islam is a form of mental disease. If one were to examine the criteria of certain mental conditions, Islam would certainly fit into a mental disorder. For example, review the Mayo Clinic’s write up on ODD, also known as Oppositional Defiance Disorder. Simply replace the terms “parent” or “guardian” with Western society, and the words related to “child” with “Muhammedan”. After reading through the Mayo Clinics defining conditions of ODD using those defining substitutions, one would immediately recognize Islam as a classic form of Oppositional Defiance Disorder a nasty mental disorder which is inflicted upon up to 1/3 of the global population.

European Court upholds French full veil ban (BBC, July 1, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-28106900

“The European Court of Human Rights has upheld a ban by France on wearing the Muslim full-face veil – the niqab. A case was brought by a 24-year-old French woman, who argued that the ban on wearing the veil in public violated her freedom of religion and expression.

French law says nobody can wear in a public space clothing intended to conceal the face. The penalty for doing so can be a 150-euro fine (£120; $205). The 2010 law came in under former conservative President Nicolas Sarkozy.

The court ruled that the ban “was not expressly based on the religious connotation of the clothing in question but solely on the fact that it concealed the face”. A court statement said the ruling also “took into account the state’s submission that the face played a significant role in social interaction.

“The Court was also able to understand the view that individuals might not wish to see, in places open to all, practices or attitudes which would fundamentally call into question the possibility of open interpersonal relationships, which, by virtue of an established consensus, formed an indispensable element of community life within the society in question.””

  5. French ‘burqa ban’ legal, court rules

THE EUROPEAN Court of Human Rights has today upheld a French law that bans Muslim women from wearing a full face veil in public

The ruling comes days after one of France’s highest courts upheld the 2008 sacking of Fatima Afif, a worker at a Paris kindergarten, for wanting to wear a headscarf to work

  6. The neoNazi Norwegian, Jens Stoltenberg, he of the Hitler Youth style pro palestinian outings for young Norwegian socialists, is now head of NATO.

“In April 2006, two Hamas representatives, parliamentarian and spokesperson for the Hamas bloc in the Parliament, Salah Mohammed El-Bardawil and Mohammed El-Rantisi, were invited to visit by the Norwegian Palestine Committee. They claimed that it was “important” to invite representatives from the new Palestinian government.[4] El-Rantisi was given a Schengen visa by Norway, allowing him entry into any of the 15 member countries, while El-Bardawil received a national visa as his previous Schengen application was denied by France.[5] [6]

The entry permits were given only a few weeks after a major suicide bombing took place outside a fast food restaurant ‘The Mayor’s Falafel’ in Tel Aviv, which claimed nine lives and left more than 70 wounded.[7] The Islamic Jihad movement claimed responsibility. Hamas called the attack a legitimate response to “Israeli aggression.” Even though El-Bardawil said that he did not condemn the suicide bombing, Foreign Minister Støre – also from Labor – welcomed the Hamas representatives to Norway.[8] [9]”
