(Really. How long do people think it will be before these kinds of attacks happen in countries like Canada where we are importing people with this shared ideology by the plane load)

3. Outrage grows as kidnapped Nigerian schoolgirls ‘sold as wives to jihadists’

(Hard to understand why people would get upset over a tiny little thing like that)

Kidnapped-Nigerian-schoolgirls-sold-as-wives-to-jihadistsKANO: Protesters will hold a “million-woman march” in the Nigerian capital on Wednesday over the government’s failure to rescue scores of schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram Islamists two weeks ago.

Angry Nigerian parents lashed out at the government on Tuesday as a local leader claimed the hostages had been sold as wives abroad.

“May God curse every one of those who has failed to free our girls,” said Enoch Mark, whose daughter and two nieces were among the more than 100 students abducted from the Government Girls Secondary School in the Chibok area of the northeastern state of Borno.

4. Churchill, Hitler and Islam. Fjordman essay on the arrest of Paul Weston

The English patriot Paul Weston, chairman of the party Liberty GB, was arrested by the police on April 26 2014 in his native Britain… for the crime of quoting Winston Churchill, Britain’s Prime Minister during the Second World War. Yes, it has come to that.

The passage quoted by Weston was published in 1899. It focuses on Churchill’s negative observations about Islam while serving during the Anglo-Egyptian reconquest of the Sudan. The young man commented on the repressive and warlike nature of Islam and concluded that “ No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.”

As the commentator Daniel Hannan noted: You may or may not agree with these comments, which Mr. Weston cited. That does not change the fact that this was a political arrest. A British political candidate running for elections was arrested in mid-speech simply for publicly addressing potential voters by quoting a former Prime Minister.

For this, Paul Weston was arrested and put in a cell for some hours. He was suspected of having committed a “racially aggravated crime under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.” I’m not quite sure what that is, but it sounds very much like something George Orwell might have invented in one of his novels. He singled out a speech by Hani Ramadan, a prominent Muslim leader from Geneva who spoke before thousands of congress participants.

“A soldier was killed Friday in a suicide blast at an army checkpoint in Egypt’s Sinai peninsula, state news reported.
The blast in the town of El Tur wounded three other soldiers, the MENA news agency said.

In an unrelated incident, a blast targeting a tourist bus wounded three people in the region.
The explosion took place 50 kilometers (31 miles) northwest of the Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh.

No group immediately claimed responsibility for either attack. Militants based in the Sinai peninsula near the Israeli border have stepped up attacks on soldiers and policemen since the ouster of Egypt’s President Mohamed Morsy.”

  4. INDIA – Twenty-two Muslims killed in sectarian attacks in Assam

Suspected tribal rebels have shot dead 22 Muslims in attacks in tea-growing state of Assam, where tension has run high during a drawn-out national election, officials said on Friday.

Police said they suspected militants from the Bodo tribe were behind the latest attacks late on Thursday into Friday in a region where tension between ethnic Bodo people and Muslim settlers spilled over two years ago into clashes in which dozens were killed and 400,000 fled their homes.

Bodo representatives argue that many of the Muslims are illegal immigrants from neighbouring Bangladesh encroaching on their ancestral lands,

In one of the incidents, eight people were killed by a group of suspected Bodo guerrillas, said officials.

In another, three members of one family including two women were shot dead, and a baby was wounded, said a senior police officer in the state’s main city, Guwahati.

  5. CNN – FBI: Syrian war raises worries of future attacks in U.S.

A possible threat posed by thousands of westerners who have been drawn to Syria by the ongoing civil war has become a top worry among counter-terrorism officials in Europe and the United States, FBI Director James Comey said Friday.

Dozens of U.S. residents have gone to Syria, made plans or attempted to go, Comey told reporters. Of equal concern, he said, were citizens of European and other countries who can easily enter the United States because of visa-waiver agreements.

“There’s going to be a diaspora out of Syria,” Comey said. “And we are determined not to let lines be drawn from Syria today to a future 9/11.”

The comments came in a meeting with reporters at FBI headquarters that covered a number of topics.

  6. Bill Whittle’s treatise is interesting. The po-mo West is on the same path of self-destructuion. Unlike Germany, destroyed in the fires of war, we will light our own funeral fires.

Its ironic that ship America and Russia are heading in the opposite direction.

  7. The Obama people are still in coverup mode, they are all guilty of at least negligent homicide and at the very least should never be allowed to work in government again.
