Love the comment about the ‘hated colonials’. It’s a key weapon in the liberals’ arsenal of delusional self-hatred and is one of the key information battle fronts which needs to be decisively fought and won.
The lefties in the West with their kindergarten logic also are appalled at the fantasy of “sweat shops”, and “stealing their natural resources”, and want to swoop in and “save” the poor oppressed of those countries, yet in their naive superimposition of their own worldview and sublime naivete of former conditions, what they end up doing is fighting for these countries to regress back to poverty.
They know who the good guys are.
I’ve met a lot of Indians and Malaysians who respect the British way of life and believe that the colonials brought them better lives, newer technology and better values. This is the same reason why the Malians are pleased to see the French. Of course the Leftists just don’t get it, do they? They won’t be happy until the whole world is festering in its own shit, then of course, they will be able to feel better about themselves!
Leftists want people to be impoverished and hungry because that way they are more easily controlled for their own nefarious purposes.
The poorer the people are the more dependent on the left they become, it is like the old saying, give a man a fish and he has a meal, teach him to fish and he can eat for the rest of his life.
