250 families displaced due to Muslim attacks on Christians in The Philippines

Hold on, didn’t the Muslims just sign a historic peace deal with the Philippines government? I guess they no longer feel they need to wait 2 years to break it like they did in Mecca.

MANILA, Philippines (Xinhua) – At least 250 families were evacuated following a fresh encounter between village guards and suspected members of lawless Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters ( BIFF) in Cotabato, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said today.

Firefight occurred on Monday between the village guards of Lower Paatan in Kabacan town and at least 20 heavily armed BIFF members, the agency said.

A paramilitary member was wounded in the incident and was brought to Kabacan Medical Specialist for treatment, it said.

“At least 250 families were evacuated and temporarily sheltered at Lower Paatan Elementary School,” NDRRMC said.

Police and Army personnel were immediately deployed in the area, prompting the lawless elements to withdraw toward the Liguasan Marsh, it added.

The 1,000-strong Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters, the armed wing of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM), which was founded by Kato after he broke away from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, the largest Muslim rebel group in the Philippines, in 2010.

  1. it was extremely foolhardy of the Philippines govt to give part of the Philippines to autonomous muslim rule. It has sent a renewed call to all other muslims in many non-muslim countries to continue with their mayhem until they too are victorious like their brothers have been in the Philippines.
As for the Philippines itself, I think the muzzies will not be happy until they take more and more of it. Any place that is overtly Christian is a magnet for this evil.

  2. Before the Spanish American war the moros (moslem Filipinos) made their living by piracy and slave trading, the other Filipinos living in villiages were terrified of them, we broke their power but now they are out to once again raid and enslave.

  3. As stated previously, that didn’t take long, did it? I wonder if they finally learned something from it or it will it take more betrayal to get their cowardly asses in gear?
