Ah the joys of multiculturalism. It means that the most monocultural people in this history of the world, Muslims, can demand that everyone submit to their totalitarian demands all over the world.

That crowd sure doesn’t appear to have indigenous Japanese participating.
English is the second language of Japan, everyone is required to take 4 or more years of instruction while in school, many Japanese companies use English as the company language since orders are much clearer in English then in Japanese. Also Japan tells all visitors that in an emergency situation where many people are injured those who don’t speak Japanese or English will be treated last.
In other words they are using English so just about everyone will understand what they are saying.
