The persecution of Christians throughout the Muslim world is a very big issue. In fact it is so big that it is surprising that it gets so little media attention. But then again, considering how the Leftists are dominating Western politics, MSM and judiciary and police systems, it’s no surprise at all.
Muslim persecution of Christians is the new ‘Elephant in the Room’. It is incredibly obvious but strangely ignored. I would have to say that the only way to miss it would be to gouge your own eyes out and then have someone perform a frontal lobotomy on you. Alternatively, if you didn’t want to suffer such disabling mutilations, you could just become a Leftist Liberal!
The unspoken tolerance of Christian persecution is a reason for the entire World to hang its collective head in shame. The Muslim persecutors will one day be punished for this and the ones that deliberately ignore it will also be punished, because their silence on the matter makes them accomplices to the crime.

The worst offenders are the pastors, priests and reverends who preach “turn the other cheek” doctrine or ignore the plight of murdered Christians knowing full well that won’t work. These people need to get off their self-righteous Christian asses and help their brothers & sisters now. In this case I find them and hypocritical, so-called Christians despicable.
I await the day when the muslims, religious officials, politicians, Christians & many useful idiots are brought to justice for their crimes.
Bob is right, the left is now reporting the oppression of the Christians, personally I think the left is envious since they can’t discriminate against Christians the way the Moslems do.
The ME and the christian armageddon is a good example of why a democracy with “human rights” will never work. It always turns into one man, one vote, one time. The most ideologically driven members (ie Nazis, Muslims, etc.) come to power, and purge everything else in sight. The only sort of system that is workable is a constitutional republic with genuine civil rights rather than the faux human rights of the left. As they found in 1776, that sort of system takes decades to put in place and gradually perfect.
Im sure people will expend millions of man-hours in the far distant future endlessly analyzing Obama’s brave new socialist world and all its various ideological malcontents.

Adam you are right, the Founding Fathers tried to set up a system that would preserve freedom, we are seeing the left work hard to destroy what was set up. The coming election is the most important one in the history of the US, this election will determine if we remain free or not. Just as the way the new administration treats Obama and his people will determine if the US still has the rule of law or if we are shifting to the rule of people.
