Many curious citizens and media outlets came to the first Occupy Atlanta event, and were visible shocked and confused by the consistent Marxism employed by the group. People abandoned their individuality and liberty to be absorbed into a hypnotizing collective. The leader made it clear that he was not a “leader” and that everyone was completely equal; words often spoken by leftists, but in this case they actually applied their philosophy. Into this surreal and oppressive environment, Rep. John Lewis, a civil rights hero and icon of American leftism, came to speak as has so often done at left-wing rallies and events in Atlanta. He is practically worshiped in Democrat circles, and was visibly stunned to see these Marxists turn him away. It was reminiscent of previous Marxist revolutions in history when those who ignorantly supported the revolutionaries are, over time, purged and rejected for the “good of the collective”, when their usefulness has expired.
In a way, it’s a paradox. A far left congressman faces the kind of youth that he wants to see and gets shafted by the mindless groupthink that he and his fellow Progressive Congressional Caucus members have been promoting in the educational system. I almost feel bad for the George Foreman look-alike. Almost.
That was very disturbing. They are a mindless mob. I don’t have the words…
The moderator and his clique are manipulating the crowd. He asks how many people want the guy to speak. Then when he sees people overwhealmingly want him to speak he asks two shills who were prepped on what to say beforehand, to speak. They speak against it. He keeps asking the crowd to vote. They overwhealmingly vote yes to everything. He then concludes that there isn’t a consensus (even though it is visible on tape that the vast majority voted that he be allowed to speak).
Making the crowd repeat everything is intended to make it impossible for people who disagree to be able to think enough to formulate opposing arguments on the spot. If your brain is occupied repeating what has just been said it’s not occupied on formulating what to say.
The repetition gives an illusion of consensus but is really a totalitarian tool to prevent dissent against the core clique.
Yup, these people are communists alright.
This is similar kind of manipulation used in the voting process for what to protest about. Everyone was allowed to put in choices but this only servd to dilute the voting for things the core group did not want. They then told their group to vote for corporate personhood, so it got twice as many votes as the next nearest choice. Had there been only a few choices they would not have been able to ensure the outcome of the “vote”.
So like in the vid here it was an illusion of democracy used to ensure one single choice chosen by an insider clique.
As to why this clique decided they didn’t want this guy to speak- Something identical happened in Israel. The purpose was to create social ferment out of which a leader would be seen to emerge. It is safe to say that as the protests were equally bogus, that leader had been chosen before hand and those protests were meant to be an illusion that he emerged as a leader in an organic way.
If that is the same goal in this country (it is the exact same behavior) it is safe to conclude tht the guy was prevented from speaking because he isn’t the leader that’s been chosen to appear to emerge from these protests.
What goes around, comes around, eh, John Lewis? I almost felt sorry for him. The demo leaders were so intent on keeping controll, they let the guy be embarassed. I hope when Lewis got back to his car he said, “These people are nuts!”

This has to be one of most ridiculous things…it reminds me of the People’s Front of Judea in Month Python’s The Life of Brian – except that was a comedy movie – this is apparently quite serious.
Imagine inviting a speaker then wasting ten minutes taking polls of the audience to see if they want him to speak, and preventing it if 100% consensus isn’t reached. That’s not democracy – that’s mob rule.
