The Taliban are becoming more creative in their bomb carrier selection. Instead of strapping explosives to mentally handicapped young women or using seven year old boys as human bombs, the donkey is the latest choice in improvised killing technology. How clever.
The Ottawa Citizen carries a story in today’s edition, detailing how a donkey, loaded with explosives had been tied to a pole and blown to bits by a remote detonator. The blast occurred close to a police vehicle killing one policeman, seriously injuring two other officers and wounding one civilian.
Once again it’s apparent that the jihadists are not afraid to put their ass on the line.
