I don’t know what to make of this but its worth listening to. UPDATE: A reader hipped me to the likelihood that this is a US radio shock jock who does a lot of characters in his interviews doing all the voices himself:

well I don’t know about the video, but the radio part is not serious . It is one man playing both parts, and he is very funny. Sometimes he does bits with 3or 4 voices, always having at least one idiot sounding very serious. He is well known on radio…phil Hendrie
