ROME – a bomb in the subway in Rome. Tuesday morning, around 10, reports the ATAC, an operator found at the “track sever (the area where the operations are carried trains) to the underground station line B Rebibbia, a suspicious object inside a wagon. Were immediately alerted the Police and Fire Department, which intervened on the spot, have taken measures to isolate the area then proceed to the determination of the explosive potential of the bomb.
PIPES AND gunpowder – According to reports the driver would have noticed the box from which protruding wires .. Inside were the pipes and gunpowder. Checks are under way by the police to determine if the pack could explode and the possible potential. The area was made safe.
REGULAR SERVICE – The metro station Rebibbia B, where the suspected bomb was found, was never closed and line B is still in function.

I don’t think it was gunpowder, the news reports I read said it didn’t explode because no detonator was attached and gun powder doesn’t need one.
Having said that the fact that this was attempted shows that the Moslems are serious about making mass causality attacks over the Christmas and New Years season. Things are going to get real tense over the next few days.
Muslims can destroy Christian holidays, Hindu temples, or Jewish settlements and utterly wipe out entire peoples, yet we cannot retaliate in kind.
They know we are at our most vulnerable during this time of year and attack, or threaten to attack.
Why can’t we do the same to them during Ramadan?
If they want equality, lets give it to them the way they give it to us…
Sounds good RR, but right at the moment the left is just waiting for a reaction like that, they would use it to smear the entire anti-Moslem movement. However if I am right about the coming war they will be paid back when we start moving through places George Patton style, if you don’t know what that is, it is kick butt and to hell with the names after the way we kicked them it doesn’t matter what their names were.
The major problem we have right now is that not very many people are aware we are in a war of survival and are willing to treat this as either a succession of criminal acts or an excuse to build nations. Back in the early 1950s General of the Army (5 stars, Europeans call the rank Field Marshall) said that “In war there is no substitute for victory.” The west has spend the past 50+ years searching for a non existent substitute.
