RIYADH, July 4 (Reuters) – A suicide bomber was killed and two other people wounded in a blast near the U.S. consulate in Saudi Arabia’s second city of Jeddah early on Monday, state TV said, the first bombing in years to attempt to target foreigners in the kingdom.
The attacker parked his car outside a hospital opposite the consulate at about 2.15am and detonated his device after being approached by two security men, killing him and lightly wounding them, it said, quoting a security spokesman.
Three further blasts rocked the location of the bombing hours later, a witness told Reuters, as police carried out what appeared to be controlled explosions near the site.
A video sent by the witness showed police taking cover behind vehicles and covering their ears before an explosion sounded.

An unprecedented Amnesty International investigation of 100 women arrested in Mexico reveals that they are routinely sexually abused by the security forces who want to secure confessions and boost figures in an attempt to show that they are tackling rampant organized crime.
All of the 100 women held in federal prisons who reported torture or other ill-treatment to Amnesty International said they had experienced some form of sexual harassment or psychological abuse during their arrest and interrogation by municipal, state or federal police officers or members of the Army and Navy. Seventy-two said they were sexually abused during their arrest or in the hours that followed. Thirty-three reported being raped.
Sixty-six of the women said they had reported the abuse to a judge or other authorities but investigations were opened in only 22 cases. Amnesty International is not aware of any criminal charges arising from these investigations.

Afghanistan has received its first batch of Chinese military equipment as part of Beijing’s commitment to provide millions of dollars of assistance to help Kabul fight terrorism.
The shipment on board a Russian cargo plane arrived Sunday in Kabul where Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing handed it over to Afghan National Security Advisor Hanif Atmar.
The cargo apparently contained among other things logistical equipment, parts of military vehicles, ammunition and weapons for the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF).

Gunmen have ambushed army and police patrols in two separate attacks across the troubled southwestern Pakistan, killing at least eight soldiers, officials say.
According to paramilitary spokesman, Khan Wasey, two gunmen on a motorcycle attacked Wednesday an army vehicle in a market in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, killing four soldiers and wounding a civilian.
Separately, police spokesman Shahzada Farhat said four police were also shot dead by militants late Tuesday in the volatile city.

I used to make match head bombs by cutting the heads off matches from matchbooks and putting them in handrolled paper cases or cardboard tubes cut from coathangers. Used either jetex or cannon fuze to detonate it.
I suppose that you could construct a match head bomb using match heads cut from kitchen matches. By doing that, since such match heads contain a self-igniting tip, and you made the case flexible enough, I suppose you could construct a booby trap whereas jumping on it from several feet up might create enough internal friction among the match heads to ignite it.
Seems pretty damn dangerous to construct because of the danger of self-ignition. I sure as hell wouldn’t build one like that!

“A HALAL butchers has been accused of leaving a trolley full of hundreds of exposed raw chickens out in a rat-infested alleyway.
The shocking picture was allegedly taken in an alley behind a halal butchers in Manchester and appears to show the raw chickens piled up on trays with no protective wrapping around them.
Passerby Paul Kane, 33, claims he snapped the image after a delivery truck dropped off the food but says the chickens remained exposed to the elements for between 20 and 30 minutes.
Another member of the public claimed to have seen chickens in the same state left outside the front of the shop for a “few hours” two weeks ago and were only moved when someone complained.
Manchester City Council confirmed that a member of their environmental health team visited the premises after seeing the picture but “will be taking no further action”.
Mr Kane said: “I live in the area and I was walking through the alley when I noticed the pallets of fresh chickens.
“There had been a delivery around half an hour before and staff were coming out to the alleyway to take the food in bit by bit.

BEIJING (Reuters) – China strongly criticized Japan over a scramble of military aircraft from the two countries on Monday amid a dispute over islands in the East China Sea.
Two Japanese fighter jets took “provocative actions” at a high speed near a pair of Chinese fighter jets that were carrying out patrols in the East China Sea on June 17, China’s defense ministry said in a micro blog statement on Monday, without specifying where exactly the incident took place.
The Japanese planes used fire-control radar to “light up” the Chinese aircraft, the statement added.
Japan’s senior military officer has acknowledged there was a scramble but has denied that any radar lock by the Chinese jet occurred or that the incident turned dangerous.
“The Japanese plane’s provocative actions caused an accident in the air, endangering the safety of personnel on both sides, and destroying the peace and stability in the region,” China’s Defense Ministry said, adding the Chinese aircraft “responded resolutely”.

Japan has just flown their first stealth fighter, and PRC has a couple of such stealth high performance aircraft, including something around the size of an F-111. China offers Philippines talks if South China Sea court ignored – China Daily
SHANGHAI (Reuters) – China is ready to start negotiations with the Philippines on South China Sea-related issues if Manila ignores an arbitration ruling expected next week on their long-running territorial dispute, the official China Daily reported on Monday.
The Philippines brought the case to the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague and a ruling is expected on July 12. The case contests China’s claims to the bulk of the South China Sea, a body of water through which $5 trillion in ship-borne trade passes every year. China has said it plans to ignore the Court’s ruling which would represent a snub of the international legal order.
The Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan and Brunei have overlapping claims with China in the area. Beijing has rejected the arbitration case, claiming the court has no jurisdiction and saying it wants to solve the issue bilaterally. In recent weeks it has ramped up its propaganda campaign downplaying the outcome of the case.
China also plans to hold military drills around the disputed Paracel Islands in the South China Sea from July 5-11, which Vietnam has oppose, state-run Vietnam Television quoted foreign ministry spokesman Le Hai Binh as saying on Monday.
Negotiations between China and the Philippines could cover “issues such as joint development and cooperation in scientific research if the new government puts the tribunal’s ruling aside before returning to the table for talks”, the China Daily said.

JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Israel attacked Syrian army targets after errant fire from fighting in Syria’s civil war struck the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights, the military said on Monday.
A spokeswoman said two targets belonging to the Syrian military were hit overnight after the fire damaged Israel’s security fence on the Golan, territory captured from Syria in a 1967 war.
She gave no further details about the targets that were struck or the weapons Israel used to attack them.
Two months ago, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel has launched dozens of strikes in Syria. Though formally neutral on the civil war, Israel has frequently pledged to prevent shipments of advanced weaponry to the Iranian-backed Hezbollah group, whose fighters have been allied with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
The Israeli military has also responded in the past with shelling and air strikes to mortar bombs that have landed in the Golan during battles in the Syrian conflict.

“A LEAKED police document has reportedly confirmed a surge in sex crimes by immigrants at public swimming pools in Germany.
The internal report was issued for officers of the Criminal Commisariat 12 – responsible for sex crimes and missing persons.
It states: “The K12 can confirm a surge in sex crimes at these establishments.
“In particular rape and the sexual abuse of children in bathing establishments have given us grave cause for concern. The perpetrators are, for the most part, immigrants.”
The authenticity of the report been confirmed by authorities in Duesseldorf.
Bild newspaper revealed the document on Monday – just six months after the nightmare scenes in Cologne on New Year’s Eve.
Hundreds of women were sexually abused and robbed by marauding gangs of migrants in and around the main railway station on December 31 last year.
Ever since then, the number of migrants attacking scantily clad women and children at swimming baths has allegedly continue to soar.
Many cities, including Munich and Berlin, have posted charts in numerous languages stating that women wearing skimpy bathing costumes are not telegraphing that they are available for sex and must not be touched inappropriately in any way.
The memo from the Duesseldorf sex crimes unit follows a meeting of sex crime officers on June 15 in which the escalating incidents – including two alleged rapes at a swimming pool – were discussed.
The clarification of the cases was “particularly difficult” because of the numbers of people in the mobs.
Officers vowed to improve their policing methods including more photofits of suspects together with accurate description of their clothing at the time of the attacks.
A police spokesman confirmed the authenticity of the document and said it was a meeting designed to “assure the quality of investigative work”.
The spokesman continued: “There was the meeting as well as this mail. This meeting should serve the quality assurance of the investigative work.”…”

Last week, Senator Ted Cruz’s hearings graphically revealed the true extent of the Obama administration’s politically correct denial and willful ignorance concerning the nature and magnitude of the jihad threat and the ongoing attempts to assert Sharia principles and practices over those of American law and culture. DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson in particular demonstrated a contemptuous indifference to the importance of identifying the enemy ideology properly. Meanwhile, the role of Muslim Brotherhood-allied groups in influencing the Obama administration and guiding its hamstringing and deforming our response to the jihad threat has never yet been adequately addressed. The worst manifestation of this baneful influence is the administration’s “Countering Violent Extremism” policy, which pretends that “right-wingers” are as much or more of a terror threat than Islamic jihadis — and generally ignores the existence of Islamic jihad altogether.
But tomorrow Reps. Kevin McCarthy and Mike McCaul plan to make things even worse. They’re pushing for a rule to bring up a bill that will give Jeh Johnson an Assistant Secretary whose job will be to “partner” with “communities” against “radical Islamist terrorism” — a slightly more accurate and truthful phrase than “violent extremism,” but unfortunately, not one that heralds a positive change: this new Assistant Secretary’s office will have at least a $10 million budget for this “partnering,” and its “partners” will almost certainly be Muslim Brotherhood-linked and Hamas-linked groups such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Enough is enough. Americans are fed up with the Obama administration’s denial, willful ignorance, and pandering to Islamic supremacist groups. It’s time to repudiate the entire “Countering Violent Extremism” and call Islamic jihad what it is: Islamic jihad.
McCarthy and McCaul’s travesty has to be stopped. In its place, we need legislation that will bar individuals or groups linked with Hamas and/or the Muslim Brotherhood, and that were named unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation trial, from ever “partnering” with U.S. government organizations in any way, and from receiving federal grants for countering “radical Islamic terrorism,” “violent extremism,” or anything else.
And beyond that, we must put an end to the “Countering Violent Extremism” approach, and devise one for “Countering Jihad.” The key premises of the “Countering Violent Extremism” strategy — that Islam is a religion of peace that has nothing to do with “violent extremism”; that those who engage in violence in its name are twisting and hijacking its peaceful tenets; that jihad is an interior spiritual struggle that has nothing to do with violence; that mosques are entirely benign places of worship, akin to churches and synagogues, and that it would be “Islamophobic” to subject them to surveillance; that intelligence and law enforcement agents must work to win the “trust” of Muslim communities, rather than the other way around; and that “right-wing extremists” are more of a threat than violent (and stealth) jihadists — must be decisively and explicitly rejected.
What should be put in its place? Reality. The U.S. government should recognize that there are aspects of Islamic law (Sharia) that are directly contradictory to Constitutional freedoms and protections, and make it clear that preaching and spreading those aspects of Islamic law in the U.S. will be regarded as sedition. It must recognize the ideology of the jihadis as rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah, and require U.S. mosques and Islamic schools to back up their pro-forma condemnations of jihad terror with genuine action, including honest and inspectable programs teaching against the ISIS/al-Qaeda understanding of Islam. Mosques must be monitored to ensure that sedition, violence, and hatred of unbelievers is not being preached. The government must also recognize that jihad and Islamic supremacism are global, and have no counterpart among returning veterans, Tea Party activists, etc.
The time is now. Please contact your Congressmen and exhort them to repudiate the McCarthy/McCaul initiative, and the entire “Countering Violent Extremism” superstructure. Obama’s fantasy-based policies are costing lives. One death for political correctness was one too many, and there have been many more than one. It is time to call a halt to this suicidal nonsense once and for all.

Italy arrests 38 suspected migrant smugglers who ‘sold organs’ for $15,000
At least 38 suspected migrant smugglers have been arrested in Italy who are thought to belong to an international trafficking network involved in organ trafficking.
Palermo’s anti-mafia unit launched an investigation after receiving testimony from Nuredin Weharabi Atta, a people smuggler sentenced to five years in prison by an Italian court this year. According La Repubblica, apart from the flourishing illegal immigration racket operating in the Strait of Sicily, there has been evidence of organ trafficking too. Traffickers reportedly sold the organs of hundreds of migrants that had not survived the journey to Italy. Worse still, some of those unable to pay the fee were killed for their organs, which the smugglers then sold for up to $15,000, including those of children.
Atta said he had decided to cooperate with the justice system because “there had been too many deaths, especially those at Lampedusa in October 2013… and too many others,” Il Tempo reported, referring to a shipwreck in which 359 people perished.
The criminal network had its financial headquarters in a perfume shop near the Termini station in Rome. Police managed to track the money flow and seize €526,000 and $25,000 in cash last month, along with documents from hundreds of bank accounts containing the names of foreign citizens.
Many migrants make the journey to Italy by sea, according to La Repubblica. Those with more cash avoid putting their lives at risk in shabby boats by buying fake marriage certificates for €10,000 or €15,000 that allow them to come to Europe by land, or even plane, on the grounds of alleged family reunion. Once in Italy, newly arrived migrants receive phone calls from their family members, who send them additional money so that they can continue to their final destinations. The Netherlands and Sweden appear to be the two most popular countries of choice, La Repubblica reported. Money transfers were documented thanks to bugs and cameras that police planted in rooms used by the criminal network in Italy. Money made from trafficking migrants is thought to have been reinvested in illegal trade importing drugs from Ethiopia.[…]

Migrants unable to pay for their journeys across the Mediterranean are being sold to organ traffickers, an Eritrean smuggler has told Italian authorities.
Nuredin Wehabrebi Atta, who was arrested by Italian police in 2014, is the first foreigner given witness protection by Italian authorities, after revealing details that have led to arrests of dozens of alleged members of an elaborate criminal network trafficking drugs, arms and migrants from Africa to Europe.
Those who were unable to pay for their voyages “were sold for €15,000 to groups, particularly Egyptians, who were involved in removing and selling organs,” Mr Atta claimed.[…]

Suicide bomber strikes near Prophet’s Mosque in holy Saudi city of Medina
A bomb exploded outside the Prophet’s Mosque in the Saudi city of Medina – one of the holiest sites in Islam – on Monday night, local state television reported.
Multiple videos flooding social media showed charred corpses lying next to the burning husk of a car in the mosque’s car park, as police and ambulance sirens blared, and hundreds of onlookers filmed footage on their smartphones.
Monday is the last night of the holy month of Ramadan, and marks the beginning of Eid, the biggest festival in the Muslim calendar.
Other explosions took place Monday in the port city of Jeddah, and Qatif, an eastern city populated by the predominantly-Sunni country’s embattled Shia minority.
Also known as Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Prophet’s mosque is one of the holiest sites in Islam. It was the second mosque ever built, with the aid of Mohammed himself, who lived in a house next door. His tomb is still located there – sealed off from worshippers – and an iconic green-painted dome has been built over it.

Suicide bombers hit three Saudi cities, killing at least four officers
Suicide bombers struck three cities across Saudi Arabia on Monday, killing at least four security officers in an apparently coordinated campaign of attacks as Saudis prepared to break their fast on the penultimate day of the holy month of Ramadan.
The explosions targeting U.S. diplomats, Shi’ite worshippers and a security headquarters at a mosque in the holy city of Medina followed days of mass killings claimed by the Islamic State group in Turkey, Bangladesh and Iraq. The attacks all seem to have been timed to coincide with the approach of Eid al-Fitr, the holiday that celebrates the end of the Islamic holy month.
A suicide bomber detonated a bomb at a parking lot outside the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina, the second-holiest site in Islam, a Saudi security spokesman told state news agency SPA.
“Security men noticed a suspicious person among those approaching the Prophet’s Mosque in an open area used as parking lots for visitors’ cars. As they confronted him, he blew himself up with an explosive belt, which resulted in his death and the martyrdom of four of the security men,” the spokesman said.
Five other officers were wounded, the statement added.
A Saudi security official said an attacker parked a car near the U.S. consulate in Jeddah before detonating the device.
A video sent to Reuters by a witness to the aftermath of the Medina bombing showed a large blaze among parked cars in the fading evening light, with the sound of sirens in the background. A picture sent to Reuters showed a burnt and bleeding man lying on a stretcher in a hospital.
Other pictures circulating on social media showed dark smoke billowing from flames near the Mosque of the Prophet, originally built in the 7th century by the Prophet Muhammad, who is buried there along with his first two successors.
In QATIF , an eastern city that is home to many members of the Shi’ite minority, at least one and possibly two explosions struck near a Shi’ite mosque. The security spokesman said the body of a bomber and two other people have been identified, without providing any more details.
Witnesses described body parts, apparently of a suicide bomber, in the aftermath.
A resident of the city reached by telephone said there were believed to be no casualties there apart from the attacker, as worshippers had already gone home to break their fasts. Civil defense forces were cleaning up the area and police were investigating, the resident said.
A video circulating on social media and purporting to show the aftermath of a Qatif blast showed an agitated crowd on a street, with a fire raging near a building and a bloody body part lying on the ground. Reuters could not immediately verify the video.
Hours earlier a suicide bomber was killed and two people were wounded in a blast near the U.S. Consulate in the kingdom’s second city, Jeddah.
The Jeddah blast was the first bombing in years to attempt to target foreigners in the kingdom. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
Authorities identified the attacker as a 34-year-old Pakistani driver named Abdullah Qalzar Khan, who lived with his wife and family in the city.
An official of the U.S. State Department said no American citizens or consulate staff were hurt in the Jeddah blast. He said the United States was aware of reports of explosions in Qatif and Medina and would monitor the situation closely.
He said the State Department encouraged U.S. citizens in Saudi Arabia “to be aware of their surroundings, and keep security and situational awareness levels high.”
Islamic State has carried out a series of bombing and shooting attacks in Saudi Arabia since mid-2014 that have killed scores of people, mostly members of the Shi’ite Muslim minority and security services.
Police and groups of local volunteers increased security near mosques in Qatif after suicide bombings hit mosques in Shi’ite areas last year, killing dozens. Another suicide blast at a mosque used by security forces killed 15 a year ago.
The top Saudi clerical body condemned the attacks.
“They are renegades from the (true) religion who have left behind the Muslim flock and their imam, violating all sanctities,” the Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars said in a statement.
“They have no religion,” it added.

Medina explosion: Suicide bombing near Saudi holy site
A suicide bomber has killed four security officers and injured five others near one of Islam’s holiest sites in the Saudi city of Medina, according to the interior ministry.
The bomber detonated his explosives after being stopped outside the Prophet’s Mosque, a statement said.
The mosque is the burial place of the Prophet Muhammad and Medina the second-holiest city in Islam after Mecca.
Suicide blasts also struck two other Saudi cities on Monday.
That an attack happened in Medina at such a place is likely to leave Muslims around the world aghast, BBC World Service’s Middle East editor, Alan Johnston, says.
Suspicion is likely to fall on so-called Islamic State (IS), he adds.
Al-Arabiya gave a different account of the incident, saying the bomber had targeted the security officers by pretending he wanted to break his Ramadan fast with them.
Qari Ziyaad Patel, 36, from South Africa, who was in the mosque, told the Associated Press news agency people had at first thought it was the sound of the cannon fire that marks the breaking of fast.
The ground shook, he said, adding: “The vibrations were very strong. It sounded like a building imploded.”
Earlier, at least one explosion rocked Qatif, an eastern city which is home to many minority Shia Muslims.
The blast appeared to target a Shia mosque. The attacker was killed but no other casualties were reported.
A suspected suicide bomber also died after detonating a device near the US consulate in the city of Jeddah. Two security officers were slightly injured as they tackled the man, but no-one else was hurt.
No-one has yet said they were behind any of the attacks.
They come with the holy month of Ramadan drawing to a close and ahead of the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
Saudi Arabia has been the target of attacks by IS over the past two years.

A team of militants linked with Islamic State were paid 600,000 euros to carry out a bombing campaign at 50 locations in Tehran and other big cities in Iran, according to a documentary aired on Iranian state TV on Monday.
Officials in predominantly Shi’ite Iran have said in recent weeks that Sunni militants from Islamic State are targeting the country.
Two weeks ago, Iranian intelligence authorities said they had foiled a large-scale terrorist attack, arresting 10 militants, and had seized about 100 kilograms of explosive material that was to be used in car bombs, and suicide and other bomb attacks in busy public places.
The 15-minute documentary featured interviews with two militants, after they had been arrested, in which they explained the planned operations.
Footage from a hidden camera which featured in the documentary showed members of the group allegedly purchasing and transporting chemicals and household products that could be used to make explosives.
Near the end of the documentary security agents armed with machine guns and wearing black balaclavas and body armor were shown raiding a house and handcuffing suspects.
The narrator of the documentary said the investigation into the attack was still continuing.
Members of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard have fought against Islamic State militants in Iraq as part of their support for the Shi’ite-led government in Baghdad. Guard members and volunteers are also fighting against Sunni militants in Syria in support of President Bashar al-Assad.
Iranian security forces announced in May that they had arrested a dozen Islamic State fighters in the east and west of the country and also more than 50 sympathizers who were promoting the group’s ideology on the Internet.

The east African nation has one of the highest adolescent pregnancy and birth rates in the world, and 21 percent of girls aged 15 to 19 have given birth, according to a 2015/16 survey conducted by the Tanzania Bureau of Statistics.
While sex with underage girls is already a criminal offence, poor parents often marry off their young daughters for cash using a special dispensation under the marriage law which allows girls as young as 14 to marry with parental or court consent.
But new provisions passed by the parliament in June make it illegal for anyone to marry primary and secondary school girls under any circumstances.

According to an EU-wide study, 70 per cent of Europeans believe Muslim migration poses a serious threat to the continent, while 86 per cent fear that terrorist attacks in their country are likely.
The survey, conducted by Hungarian think-tank the Szazadveg Foundation, polled 1,000 people in each of the European Union’s (EU) member nations. While the study was carried out in April, the publication of the results was delayed until after Britain’s referendum.
The report found that Europeans are deeply unhappy about migration and the EU’s response to the migrant crisis. It states that the majority of EU citizens believe “the immigration wave increases the risk of terrorism, the number of criminal activities, and imposes risk on the cultural integrity of the countries that are impacted by it.”

“A Frankfurt court has sentenced a German-Turkish man to two and a half years in jail for breaking weapons laws, after police found a bomb in his cellar. He had originally been accused of planning to attack a bike race.
The 36-year old from the town of Oberursel, near Frankfurt, was guilty of possession of illegal weapons and falsification of documents, the court ruled on Monday.
The police arrested Halil D. and his wife in April last year, following a tip from a supply store that the couple had bought chemicals that could be used for homemade bombs. The two provided fake personal details during the purchase, police said.
During the search of the defendant’s home, the authorities also found a pipe bomb, an assault rifle, ammunition and a bazooka grenade. According to unconfirmed information, the couple was scoping out the route of a large bicycle race scheduled for May 1. The officials canceled the event due to safety fears.
The dual Turkish-German national was already known to police for a range of offenses, including assault. He was reported to have close ties with Islamist extremists in Germany. Police also said they found videos of a violent and extremist nature while searching computers seized in the couple’s Oberursel residence…”

“Around half of the record 163,000 people who sought asylum in Sweden last year are likely to have their applications rejected, the head of the migration agency has said.
Migration Agency boss Anders Danielsson made the comments on the first day of Sweden’s famous Almedalen Week – an annual meet-up for policiticans, pundits and lobbyists on the island of Gotland.
Speaking about the more than 160,000 migrants and refugees who arrived last year and are still waiting to have their asylum applications processed, he suggested that around 80,000 are expected to be rejected.
“It will maybe be somewhere around 50 percent,” Danielsson told the TT newswire, but added that it depended on a variety of factors, including the applicants’ nationality and situation in their home country.
“We’ve approved around 70 percent and rejected 30 percent during the Syria crisis. Before that, the figures were reversed. It’s different from country to country – 100 percent of Syrians and Eritreans get approved and from there it is a sliding scale for Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq and so on,” he said.
His words confirm comments by Interior Minister Anders Ygeman, who grabbed international headlines in January when he said that Sweden would likely have to chart planes to deport the migrants, either back to their home country or to the EU state where their arrival was first registered by authorities…”

“At least 67 militants were killed after a major attack was launched by nearly 800 insurgents in southeastern Khost province of Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said the coordinated attack was launched jointly by the local and foreign terrorists in Moosa Khel district.
MoD further added that the attack was successfully repulsed by the Afghan security forces and as a result at least 67 militants, including three commanders of them were killed.
At least 23 militants were also wounded during the clashes, MoD said, adding that 3 Dshk heavy machine gun were destroyed during the gun battle.
The anti-government armed militant groups have not commented regarding the report so far…”
