Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

      • Thank you, I notice it was written in the expectation that you will be unarmed, given the attitude of 21 of the States the author may be right.

        The various 2nd Amendment groups are working hard to get Constitutional Carry for the entire nation and the territories.

        Eh, my mum’s family lived on the border with Canada in Michigan. Felt like one country.

        Snowbirds back then got together with family in Cuba. Then Florida became their warm spot. Too humid, unpredictable weather, Arizona split the difference.

        • I understand (from relatives) that the website for registration was inaccesible last March, so they had to leave early so as not to be subject to arrest. Malice or incompetence? Canadians often keep US$ accounts, so currency fluctuations aren’t as jareing as they could be; they often enter the US with insurance to cover evacuation to their Canadian plans. Maybe they dislike President Trump and prefer to spend the wintee in sunny Vancouver.

    • Goes without saying that in his mind it never did collapsed. Ask just about any native and listen to what that person says.

      Honestly, the arrogance of sealing in a neat, 80-year package a landmass of 11 timezones, with a history as sprawling as its people are complex is just too offensive!

      It’s typical of a certain British mindset, though. A stinking little island dying in plain sight continues to hold captive minds like Trevor Loudon in far-flung NZ.

  5. CANADA – HOW BAD CAN IT GET? — THIS BAD!

    ? BREAKING: Bill C-3 Just Became Law And It’s a Massive Win for Globalist Elites ?

    Folks, as of December 15, 2025, Bill C-3 (An Act to Amend the Citizenship Act) is officially law after receiving Royal Assent on November 20 and coming into force yesterday.

    What does it actually do?
    •Ends the “first-generation limit” on citizenship by descent, introduced back in 2009 under Harper.
    •Automatically grants or restores Canadian citizenship to tens of thousands of “Lost Canadians” and their descendants born abroad before the law – even if they have zero recent ties to Canada.
    •Going forward, allows Canadians born abroad to pass citizenship to their kids born overseas if the parent spent at least 1,095 days (3 years cumulative) in Canada at any point before the child’s birth.
    •No time limit on accumulating those days, no language/test requirements in the final version – opposition amendments for tougher checks were voted down.

    This isn’t fixing a small glitch. This opens the floodgates to “citizens of convenience” – people who may never live here, pay taxes here, or even speak our languages, but can now claim full citizenship rights: voting, passports, healthcare access for family, you name it.

    Mark Carney’s Liberals rammed this through with NDP support (177-163 vote at third reading). Critics warned it devalues what it means to be Canadian, turning citizenship into an endless chain with minimal connection required.

    Trudeau once praised China’s “dictatorship” for getting things done without opposition. Now, under Carney, we’re quietly expanding citizenship globally while everyday Canadians struggle with housing, costs, and borders.

    Is this about fairness for families… or diluting the value of Canadian citizenship forever?

    Wake up, Canada. Our identity is being redefined without a real national debate.

  7. Dima is letting impatience impair his Military Summary channel. Everybody reads the same tea leaves, but those of us who’ve followed sitreps at twelve hour intervals for four years are looking for coverage that’s balanced……..

    ……..NOT political, but substantive.
    Discerning relative changes in military dispositions from information that must be retrieved from a vast, murky pool with mysterious undercurrents – and filled with sharks ! – requires a high order skill set. PLUS humility and emotional detachment.

    Dima wants this war to be over. He races through or ignores costly RF mistakes on the line of contact and skips entirely significant AFU operations on Russia proper. Summing up each of the most active fronts of the day, he says “its days are numbered” or “it’s reaching its logical conclusion”.

    He’s still my #1, the only one who can pronounce the place names, and you can’t rely on a single source anyway. But the number of sites still covering the war in Ukraine in mapping perspective has gone down by about 80%. And most of those have either gone political or sound so bored they put me to sleep.

    Fine-grain reporting forms a a key node in a sort of an academic exercise. Tactics, strategies to compensate for – or take advantage of – logistics snarls are fascinating. We’re watching a whole new world as this war evolves. Real-life experience with technologies changing constantly. What remains useful within the body of historic military lessons? How can we adapt what we know to meet these new challenges?

    The web is rich with military experts in every imaginable dimension, from economics to weaponeering, beyond the stratosphere to uncharted seamounts, cyberwar to psywar, and all the folks trying to realize their sci-fi dreams.
