Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  1. It began as a trickle then turned to a flood. Parliamentary police staff on Wellington did not catch on for a few days, so by the time they did there were already hundreds of mobile telephones in the fountain of the eternal flame that sits before the Peace Tower. They then placed a perimeter barrier around this monument to prevent the growing pilgrimage of people from discarding their cellular phones in this way, but then the people hurled their devices from a distance over the barrier. Before long they closed the Hill altogether, which only resulted in people pitching their phones over the wrought iron barrier from the street, which resulted in authorities closing Wellington, as it had during the famous Freedom Convoy.

    It was a protest against the digital prison quickly being erected. Under the excuse of saving children, the Canadian government followed the European Union lead by placing all subjects under surveillance. All, that is, save the bureaucrats, technocrats, and elite financiers well connected to government. This small, very privileged inner society was deemed too vital to “security”, and so was exempted from the panopticon.

    • The same filth from “peaceful” gangs is allowed to happen in Canada. The police do little, the Courts and Government do nothing except want to disarm Canadians so we cannot defend ourselves from the violence of Islam.

From Manila they journeyed to the southern Philippines, which has been a hotbed for Islamic militants since the 1990s. Two Islamic State flags were found in the Akrams’ car at Bondi Beach.

    • That was obvious from how they acted, the Brown shooter is a well trained pro, he had a team of scouts that located and they plotted the path for him to walk without getting filmed. The videos of him that are shown are all from Ring or other door bell video systems, watch the way he is walking and how he reacts when the police pass him. He stops and looks at them like anyone else would do, he was trained on how to evade the opposition (in this case police) after he has hit someone. My guess is that this isn’t his first kill, he is just too smooth for a beginner.

        There must also be a way to ping internet-enabled cameras to map out locations. Jewish media are reporting this as deliberately targeting a Jewish studies professor who happened to have ties to Israel. Is it possible that an ally of the shooter with current or proper access to security equipment could cut off power to cameras?

        • Yucki is right, I am 79 and tend to think old school not how the modern generation will do things. Yes this is highly likely and it would explain why the Police are refusing to talk about the on campus cameras.

    In response to an eloquent cri de coeur from Andrew Fox, as Hugh Fitzgerald describes it, a couple pertinent comments from Canadians:

    I myself have 7 rifles and two shotguns, as well as 3 “cowboy” pistols. The only problem is that I’m in Canada, and woe betide me if I produced – let alone fired – and of my firearms in public; that is outside of the range.

    This is obviously an important part of the entire situation. I wonder what would have happened if one or two of the “peaceful” (aka unarmed) Jews happened to be armed and shot the two murderers before they went too far. I suggest that in Australia they would have been arrested and charged with perhaps murder or manslaughter.

    • My wife and I live across the border from Alberta in Montana and we both carry and have extra weapons in our vehicles.

    We would have responded. We have better weapons than they had. My wife is a hunter and I am ex-military so we are both comfortable with firearms as are millions of Americans.

    The main problem is that The Left and The Muslims like Communist/Democrat “Gun Free Zones.”

      Yes it will change but it will take some more incidents before our side starts to play tit for tat. This multi-sided civil war will last for at least one decade if not longer, it is a war that the left can’t win but they don’t understand that the laws are protecting them and that our side doesn’t want to break the law. This will change as more and more Judges make it obvious that they are ruling from political ideology instead of from the law code.

      So far only one witness has said that he had a long gun so this report may be wrong, I should have known enough to not comment on this until there were more reports of the firearm used.

      Gun Control is really victim disarmament, the politicians that are calling for it don’t care about the ordinary people they just want to ensure that the ordinary people don’t have the means to violently protest the politicians actions.

      • Peace through superior fire power, this is what may happen in Missouri, we don’t charge income tax on Federal Pensions (so we can get away with not charging it on state pensions) this insures that a whole lot of retired Vets settle in Missouri. You name the type of vet we have them, and none of them have forgotten their specialized skill sets.

        • I used to have a T-shirt with that slogan on it back in the ’80s. It also had an M-16 on the front. Imagine how I could walk around in those days and nobody batted an eye. Now?
