Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

    Missile firing into space?

    The fighter jets used by the IAF included eight F-15s and four F-35s, with Israeli aircraft avoiding entering the airspace of surrounding Arab countries.

    Israel hit Doha with long-range ballistic missiles, as Qatar is on the other side of the Arabian Peninsula from where the Red Sea is located, with the US officials telling the Journal that Israeli planes launched these missiles into space over Saudi Arabia at the Qatari capital.

    “[S]pace-based US sensors that detect infrared heat signatures picked up the launch and the trajectory of the missiles, confirming Doha as the destination.”

    The missile firing into space was for Israel to avoid accusations by the Saudis that their airspace was violated…

    According to multiple senior U.S. officials briefed on the operation, it was only minutes before the strike that Israel notified the U.S. military it was carrying out an attack against Hamas, with the Israelis initially not providing precise information on the target, but space-based sensors operated by the U.S. Space Force detected infrared heat signatures projected by the launch and the trajectory of the missiles, confirming the target as Doha.

    A sold-out concert by the British punk rap group Bob Vylan at Amsterdam’s Paradiso venue had it’s performance defined by political defiance and an atmosphere of heightened tension. Just a few days after Charlie Kirk’s murder, the group “dedicated” a song to the political activist, adressing to him in extreme bad words. With a Palestinian flag draped prominently on the stage, the band’s set followed a night of exterior vandalism and was held under beefed-up security.
    The building’s façade was defaced with graffiti and spilled paint overnight by vandals who a police officer said left behind an “anti racism message.” Security measures for the show were significantly increased, with a visible police presence, metal barriers, and extensive checks of bags and jackets at the entrance. In a statement to ticket holders, Paradiso acknowledged the band’s controversial reputation, stating, “activism is inseparably linked to Bob Vylan.”
    Lead vocalist Bobby Vylan (Pascal Robinson-Foster) was unapologetic and confrontational from the moment he stepped on stage, defiantly asking the crowd “if there were any snipers in the room.” The frontman didn’t shy away from politics, dedicating a song to the recently assassinated American activist Charlie Kirk, and quipping that “his pronouns are now was/were.”
    The core of the show’s political firestorm came as Bobby Vylan defiantly led the crowd in three chants of “death, death to the IDF!” and repeatedly called for the liberation of Palestine. He was also eager to make it clear the band is not anti-Jewish.

    A video has gone viral on social media showing a woman reacting to the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk by calling for the murder of his widow, Erika Kirk, and their two young children. The clip has since been widely shared across other platforms, sparking outrage and drawing attention to the extreme rhetoric surrounding political violence.
    A video posted by journalist Peter Lloyd which has since gone viral. It shows a woman reacting to the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025, by calling for the murder of his widow, Erika Kirk, and their two young children.
    The video, originally posted on TikTok under @noryy_bell and shared via Instagram Stories on the Estoy Dokusei account, features a woman speaking directly to the camera in what appears to be an informal setting. She references Kirk’s death dismissively, saying variations of: “I keep on seeing like posts about this Charlie dude, Kirk dude, whatever, regardless. And let me just say this, I’m surprised that y’all didn’t get rid of him sooner, and I’m surprised that you guys aren’t getting rid of more people. Like, don’t stop with him. Don’t let it stop with him. Get rid of the whole family, his wife and kids too.”
    She escalates by adding: “His wife deserves to go too… go get his grandma. Get rid of them all. And the ones that are above him. Y’all want results without putting in the work. You gon’ have to take out trash to get a clean house.” She frames it as part of a broader “revolution” against conservatives, elected officials, and CEOs.

    Gazan Journalist Reveals: Senior Hamas Officials Surrendering to Israel and Cutting Personal “Deals”

    A prominent Gazan journalist has revealed that Anwar Atallah… who was responsible on behalf of Hamas for 120 mosques in the Strip, served as Director General of the Health Ministry, and was a member of the Gaza City Council, left the Gaza Strip on August 26 (about three weeks ago) through the Erez crossing with Israel’s approval and flew to Turkey. He is currently residing in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul.

    According to the journalist, Anwar is not the first.. Other senior Hamas officials have recently left for Europe after cutting deals with Israel.

    The journalist further reports that the bodies of the last two hostages recently “discovered” by Israel were, in fact, delivered as part of a deal struck by two senior Hamas officials when they surrendered themselves.

    He adds that the two had tried to persuade a third operative to hand over the body of another hostage in his possession.

    The journalist says he intends to reveal their names soon.

  9. Bob Vylan’s next show in the Netherlands is cancelled. The venue, called 013, has published a statement in which they distance themselves from the band’s glorification of the murder of Charlie Kirk, and the call to “go find them in the streets” (apparently a call to kill “fascists”, very dubious to do this in Amsterdam which recently saw a pogrom).

    A Saturday concert by British punk-rap duo Bob Vylan at Paradiso in Amsterdam sparked widespread outrage, condemnation from Jewish groups, and scrutiny from Dutch authorities.

D66 leader Rob Jetten labeled the remarks “completely deranged.” JA21 leader Joost Eerdmans said it was “incitement to violence and possibly criminal.” BBB leader Caroline van der Plas said she “vomits” at the crowd’s cheering and announced her party will submit parliamentary questions.

    The Centraal Joods Overleg (Central Jewish Council) called the performance “a call for another pogrom” and said it will try to stop the band’s shows in Nijmegen on Monday and Tilburg on Tuesday. A pogrom is a violent attack against a particular ethnic or religious group.
    The Dutch Jewish organization CIDI and the Israeli embassy also expressed outrage. VVD MP Ulysse Ellian called the event a “terrible display” and said his party asked the cabinet what action could be taken against hate speech, antisemitism, or incitement to violence. Van Oosten emphasized that “for hate speech and antisemitism, there is no place in the Netherlands.”

    Of course, Israel did not offer any apologies to Qatar for violating its sovereignty (despite the half-hearted protests of the head of the UN and the leaders of some countries). On the contrary, just yesterday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu directly accused the Qatari authorities of harboring terrorists…

    Everyone knows that Israel does not stand on ceremony with terrorists. They act according to the principle voiced by Vladimir Putin back in 1999:

      They haven’t worked since the Soviet Union decided to insure they wouldn’t work by using them against the west, not that Germany didn’t do a very good job of doing the same thing. Once rules are established only the good guys follow them and everyone else starts laughing.

      • Those rules have always been elastic, sustained by perceived benefits and convincing enforcement potential. Rules are imposed on the little guys – or not – depending on their protectors.

        I’m not so sure about “good guys”.
        It’s more like good for whom?
        That’s mostly assessed ex post facto.

        And history isn’t objective. Maybe after 1000s of years, when archaeology verifies something or other.

    The Mossad’s opening shot was so stunningly effective that Iran was only able to counterstrike Israel on the second day of the war.
