Reader’s Links for July 9th, 2025

Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

For those interested, please check out https://vladtepesblog.substack.com/ as an another avenue of expression. The Substack is a different project in a sense. It is older videos that in the light of subsequent events, look different or of increased importance, Check it out now and again if you like.

  1. I just saw this Babylon Bee video today but it’s so grimly true!

If you’re being stabbed by a Muslim immigrant in the U.K., the most important thing to remember is that you must avoid harmful bigotry. Here are a few ways to make sure you don’t fall into the trap of hurtfully stereotyping your assaulter

Here are just a few helpful tips to help you avoid the stain of bigotry 2hilst you’re being raped, stabbed, or blown up by Pakistani migrants.

When an Islamic migrant approaches you and begins repeatedly thrusting a knife into your torso or face area, remember this:

White British citizens sometimes atab people too.
And you should be ashamed of yourself for thinking people-stabbing is a muslim thing.

While the attacker stabs you, close your eyes and try to picture himcas a white male. This simple meditation will help your bias melt away like clotted cream on a toasty, crumpled tea time.
Cheers, old boy. You’ve done it.

  2. It was time to get an address change update for my government IDs. Last Friday I went to my closest Service Ontario office to get it done. For you Americans this is the equivalent of the DMV.

The place was packed when I arrived. They had stopped giving out tickets to get in line. No guidance was posted instructing the many people who would be arriving in the next hour. It was going to take at least this long to clear the docket and start fresh tickets. People would not know the order in which they had arrived. It would be a mess.

I left, hoping another location would be better. It was not. At the next place I drew ticket number 35, and the lit board said they were at customer number 44. Great, I thought, until the person beside me said they were actually at number 144, so I was actually number 235. I left again, hoping to try another day.

Back at the office my assistant tried to book an appointment online. The earliest date was August 4th. Yes, it was possible to go to another town to speed things up, but not by much.

Yesterday I returned to the first place. The room here seats about 30 people. I counted 36. Of the 36 I counted five whites. Don’t shoot the messenger, because I’m only reporting a current slice of Canadian life, and changing demographics is a defining part of it. Exploding immigration creates chaos unless services, housing, and overall infrastructure explode along with it. You are reading graffiti on a wall.

It was too overcrowded to go inside, so I took my ticket number 60 and went back to stand between the double entrance doors. The board said they were at number 16. It would be a while, but at least this time I had nabbed a ticket.

I missed the moment shortly after when someone from the office came to disable the ticket machine. A sign on the little red dispenser said they were now at capacity. No more tickets will be issued until they work through all the people standing here. Same as last Friday.

This confused everyone continuing to come in. I became the de facto host because of where I was standing. “They’re no longer giving out tickets,” I had to say too many times. “And the closest online appointment is sometime next month.”

People held their frustrations but it squirted out their sides. “…I’ve been here three times and every time they say I’m missing something, and I have to come back,” grumbled one guy walking out. “…Too many ‘Canadians’…,” another mumbled.

A man standing in the vestibule next to me asked if I thought he would be alright if he had an appointment already. “I don’t see why not,” I said. “Go over there,” I waved, “Where rhe people with appointments sit.”

Then a man who had just finished being served came out and handed his ticket to that guy. A young Arab man with mushroom hair then walked in, and before I could say ‘falafel’, the man handed this ticket to the Arab. That ticket was number 26, and the board showed they were at number 24.

“I’m number 60,” I said to the man with the appointment. “I would have paid you for that ticket.”

    “I’m sorry, I didn’t realize,” he said.

“You just gave that young guy the winning lottery ticket,” I said. A new scam was quickly forming in my head. Black market government line-up tickets. There’s real money in that. “This will take me hours. But you did a good deed.” I didn’t want to make him feel bad.

I have never seen a male clerk at this particular outlet. Come to think of it I’ve never, ever seen a male clerk at any of the license bureaus. Why.

Three hours into my wait the board was at number 48. By now I had moved inside and had taken a seat, weary of playing maitre-d at this Chez du Slop. Sometimes the covid-era plexiglass shields combined with a thick accent to render a customer incomprehensible to the clerk. It slowed things down. Other times, again, people finally got up to bat only to be told they would have to come back because they were missing some bit of information. This was the most common refrain.

Sometimes people having neither an appointment, nor a ticket, walked up to the front expecting immediate service. My observation is that these were invariably of a particular spice in this enriched Canadian gruel pot.

It was very heavy with curry, a ton of black pepper, the thick stink of cumin, which smells like day-old sweat, and too much lemon grass. The mix choked the horse holding number 75.

At one point too many frustrated people were crowding the plexiglass-ed clerks. Suddenly, a shrill voice from a woman who looked like a boiled white dumpling shouted: “IF YOU DONT HAVE A TICKET OR AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE TAKE A SEAT AND WAIT! WE ARE OVER CAPACITY! WE DONT KNOW WHEN WE WILL BE ISSUING TICKETS AGAIN. IT CAN BE HALF AN HOUR OR AN HOUR!” She then pointed at the sign reminding people to be polite or they will not be served.

The Chinese woman with puffy lips and puffy, fake boobs didn’t like being spoken to this way. She stayed where she was. At noon most of the clerks disappeared leaving we, the wretched masses, pondering our ticket time. I wondered if the plexiglass was bullet proof. Or maybe it was there so customers didn’t spit on the clerks or, on a really fun day, the clerks on the customers.

So the appointments were running late in this land of the free, but luckily no employees lost their lunch. I remained patient but felt myself losing weight.

Over three and a half hours into it the lady clerks trickled back from lunch, now plump and juicy from entitling themselves to their entitlement Guy Ding. The board had been showing number 56 for about an hour. My cursed number 60 arrived without fanfare. The lady with the mustache behind the barrier was quick and efficient. She was the privileged class in this tiny collectivist ecosystem. I thanked Allah I was not sent away deficient of any proper documentation. It is very important to be very polite at such critical moments.

Life in Red Canada is becoming one of long line-ups and red-tape leg traps. Recounting the experience to my assistant, native to another socialist utopia, brought understated recognition. She used to play the same game for rough toilet paper, powdered milk, and whatever other household needs her family had.

Line-ups are a metric for elevating communist inefficiencies. They are but one feature of what made East Europeans look old beyond their years.

I hope I never have to play the ticket game for heart surgery, knock on wood. That’s the day two-plus-two equals five, and you join The Party.

    • If the criminals do not stop spraying our skies, the lineups will be much shorter. So now you have to stay inside, don’t eat or breathe. It is that simple Johnny.

    • You have to pay for someone to do queue for you. Like you did when you were in school, or catching side gigs when your sister needed antibiotics from France.

      Back to the USSR…

      • I asked. Change of address they demand in-person unless it is for a child.

        • No, the queue-stander contacts you just before it’s your turn. Then you go there in person. Now mobile phones make it EZ.

Just imagine standing in line for a bell-pepper for three hours. And then you’re told there are no more!

There are all sorts of tricks to get around this. Who do you know? What can you offer in exchange. Or WHO do you know…

  3. Move on, folks, nothing to see in the world of justice and accountability:

  4. This is the kind of Canadian to mobilize. Once in a game I went into the corner against a fellow like this. Eight months later at the dentist I was surprised to discover a hairline jaw fracture after a routine x-ray. “Did you receive a hit in the jaw at some time recently?” the dentist asked.
“Come to think of it…,” I went on. “But you should have seen the other guy!”

      • Click through to YouTube and read the comments! Solid platinum.

SO what was the fight about I wonder?

        • They’re ALL platinum:

-“Who else has watched this ten times?”

-“The video is epic. All your comments are the icing on the cake. A little pee came out !!”

-“guess the tattoos didn’t give him the superpowers he was expecting”

-“And to cap it all that guy’s gonna be able to watch his own humiliation for all of time.”

-“The video was great, but the comments here just cap it off and make it funny. Thanks folks!”

  5. Groundbreaking international study has found glyphosate, the world’s most widely used herbicide and its commercial formulations cause multiple types of cancer, even as doses considered “safe” by regulators in Canada.
The Global Glyphosate Study, led by Italy’s Ramazzini Institute in collaboration with top scientists from major universities around the world, saw alarming spikes in tumors, rare blood cancers, hormone disruption and reproductive toxicity in their rat study. These findings directly support the 2015 classification by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which labeled glyphosate a “probable human carcinogen.
