This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

Exercise Polaris Preparing Global Systems for the Next Pandemic.
A massive simulation exercise has just been conducted by the WHO involving more than 15 countries and over 20 regional health agencies, health emergency networks and other partners which tested, for the first time, a new GLOBAL coordination mechanism for health emergencies.

“We are now going to wards your friends, and if you attempt to run, or we are
insulted, we will blow your Brains out.” When we had got into the road they formed
a Circle, and ordered the prisoners in the centre, & to lead me in the front.
We rid to wards Lexington, a quick pace; They very often insulted me calling me
Rebel &c. &c. after we had got about a mile, I was given to the Serjant to lead,
he was Ordered to take out his pistol, (he rode with a hanger,) and if I run,
to excecute the Majors Sentence; When we got within about half a Mile
of the Meeting house, we heard a gun fired; the Major asked me what
it was for, I told him to alarm the country; he Ordered the four prisoners
to dismount, they did, then one of the officers dismounted and cutt the
Bridles, and Saddels, off the Horses, & drove them away, and told the men they
might go about their business; I asked the Major to dismis me, he said
he would carry me, lett the consequence be what it will; He then Orderd
us to march. When we got within sight of the Meeting-House, we heard
a Volly of guns fired, as I supposed at the tavern, as an Alarm: the Major
orderd us to halt, he asked me how far it was to Cambridge, and many more
questiones, which I answered; he then asked the Serjant, if his horse was tired,
he said yes; he Ordered him to take my horse; I dismounted, the Serjant
mounted my horse; they cutt the Bridle and saddle of the Serjants horse, & rode
off, down the road. I then went to the house were I left Messrs. Adams &
Hancock, and told them what had happined; their friends advised them to go
out of the way; I went with them, about two miles a cross road: after rest-
-ing my self, I sett off with another man to go back to the Tavern, to enquire the
News; when we got there, we were told the troops were, within two Miles.
We went into the Tavern to git a Trunk of papers, belonging to Col. Hancock,
before we left the House, I saw the Ministeral Troops from the Chamber window.
We made haste, & had to pass thro’ our Militia, who were on a green behind
the Meetinghouse, to the number as I supposed, about 50 or 60, I went thro’
them; as I passed I heard the commanding officer speake to his men
to this purpose, “Lett the troops pass by, and don’t molest them, with out

250 years ago the British Government was trying to deprive their colonists in North America of their rights as “Free Born Englishmen”, roughly 1/3rd of the people resisted and fought to retain their rights. 1/3rd supported the Crown and said that the Crown had the right to deprive them of their rights. 1/3rd just wanted to be left alone. This historical event has many parallels to current events in the modern world.
1) The people were being deprived of their privacy just as many of the worlds governments are doing to their citizens, citizens they are trying to convert to subjects.
2) The British Government was trying to disarm the colonists so they would be dependent on the Government for their protection. Most of the Worlds governments have already disarmed their citizens/subjects while the others have political parties that are trying to disarm the population.
The ride talked about in the above deposition was made to warn people that a column of British Troops was marching to Lexington to seize the contents of an arsenal owned by the colonists. Paul Revere and another man was dispatched to warn the people about the British move and give the colonists time to move the weapons and ammo to a different location.
The local militia at Concord stood in line to resist the British Troops, at the time the British soldiers were the best Musket men in existence, they could keep up a steady fire of 4 rounds a minute while under heavy fire. They proved this at Concord and the militia held for a couple of rounds and then broke and ran for cover. This was their best move, firing from cover they harassed the Brits all the way to Lexington and all the way back to Boston. Good men died that day as they fought to retain their freedom and rights that others had died to secure for them. This leaderless action started the American Revolution, we are still hearing the echos of the “Shot heard around the world” when farmers and shop owners stood up and resisted the lose of their rights.
As I mentioned above we are once again witnessing the attempt to take away the rights of free people and the people are once again resisting so far we are still using the ballot box and trying to use the jury box to retain our rights. I pray we won’t be required to use the bullet box to retain our rights. This question is on that the people of all nations are now asking, how are we to retain our rights and freedom.
It is time for a gut check and discover how much courage you have to determine how much you treasure your freedom.

FYI during WWII one of the best and strongest Generals in the US Army was I D White, ID stood for Issac Davis his ancestor who fired the shot heard around the world. earlier this century his Grandson retired from the US Air Force as a General. To the best of my knowledge the family has served in the US military ever since the Revolution.
