This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    Attorney Ty Clevenger has filed a motion in federal court to hold the FBI in contempt for what he calls a “deliberate and willful defiance” of a court order mandating the release of key information related to murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich.

    The filing, made on behalf of Texas plaintiff Brian Huddleston, alleges the FBI has systematically concealed records from Rich’s personal and work laptops, obstructing transparency and ignoring clear directives from the court.

    “This afternoon we asked the U.S. District Court in Sherman, Texas to hold the FBI in contempt of court for systematically violating the court’s orders to produce records about Seth Rich,” said attorney Ty Clevenger on Tuesday.

    “If there is nothing to hide, and Seth died in a “botched robbery,” then why has the FBI gone so far as to commit crimes in order to conceal the evidence? After all, the FBI already has admitted that there is a link between Seth’s work laptop and the 2016 “hack” of the DNC, purportedly by Russian intelligence agents.

    “If Mueller and Durham told us the whole story about the Russia hoax, then why is the FBI still fighting so hard to hide the facts? The URL below links to our motion. It speaks for itself,” he concluded.

    According to the motion filed on April 8 in the Eastern District of Texas, the FBI failed to comply with Judge Amos Mazzant’s August 2024 order which required the agency to conduct a full “document-by-document review” of devices in its possession. Instead, the FBI is accused of providing incomplete and misleading Vaughn indexes — legally required inventories explaining why documents are withheld — that omitted key files, metadata, and even entire sets of records.

    Worse, Clevenger argues, the FBI knowingly reasserted privacy exemptions for Seth Rich that Judge Mazzant had explicitly rejected in 2022.

    These exemptions were rubber-stamped across every single record in an apparent effort to stonewall the court and the public from learning what really happened to Rich — whose 2016 murder remains unsolved and has long been the subject of intense scrutiny due to his alleged connections to leaked DNC emails published by WikiLeaks.

    “The FBI’s defiance, obfuscations, and delays will continue unabated so long as its senior FBI personnel think they can get away with it,” Clevenger warns in the filing.

    Among the most damning revelations is the agency’s refusal to confirm whether it actually reviewed Seth Rich’s physical work laptop — as ordered — or merely examined an image created by an “outside entity,” believed to be affiliated with the Democratic National Committee or its law firm, Perkins Coie.

    Moreover, metadata — crucial digital fingerprints that could potentially show if Rich was the source of the 2016 WikiLeaks leaks — was neither produced nor accounted for. That’s despite a court order demanding its disclosure and repeated warnings from Clevenger that metadata could settle the issue once and for all.

    The filing also reveals that while the FBI previously estimated there would be roughly 400,000 records on Rich’s personal laptop, it accounted for only 1,297. A technical expert supporting Huddleston noted that even a brand-new Windows laptop would have more than 100,000 files — meaning the FBI’s production was “laughably incomplete.”

    In some cases, documents were bizarrely described as “Editorial Cartoons,” “Video Game Notes,” “Groupon Certificates,” and even a “Birthday Party Menu” — all flagged as law enforcement-sensitive or privacy-invading, despite dating years before Rich’s death.

    This is not the first time the FBI has tried to bury the Seth Rich story. The agency initially denied having any records at all before being forced to admit otherwise. Now, Clevenger is demanding an evidentiary hearing, the appointment of a special master to oversee the review, and even contempt charges against top FBI FOIA official Michael Seidel and others who may have participated in the agency’s disobedience.

You don’t have to like the person in command but you have to respect their rank and follow the orders they give. Her refusal to post the pictures and the statement that “they would wait out the 4 years” shows that she was going to ignore the commands from DC and set her own policy. she had to go and go fast before her attitude caused the people below her to decide they have the right to make their own policy.)

    The failed socialist state of Venezuela may seem like an unlikely candidate for invading the United States, yet leaked documents suggest that this is exactly what happened.

    Television host and independent reporter Emerald Robinson obtained documents that she posted on her Substack about Tren de Aragua and its links to Nicolas Maduro’s criminal regime.

    Immediately after taking office, Trump designated Tren de Aragua as a foreign terrorist organization.

    His executive order stated:

    Over the years, Venezuelan national and local authorities have ceded ever-greater control over their territories to transnational criminal organizations, including TdA.

    The result is a hybrid criminal state that is perpetrating an invasion of and predatory incursion into the United States, and which poses a substantial danger to the United States.

    Ostensibly, the gang is known as a criminal organization from Venezuela known for brutal violence and international drug trafficking.

    However, Robinson obtained a leaked security briefing provided to Trump officials in recent months about the Maduro regime’s closeness to Tren de Aragua.

    President Trump Has Officially Designated Drug Cartels in Southern Border as Foreign Terrorist Organizations

    What thse documents show is that Tren de Aragua is not just a criminal organization, but a paramilitary wing of Venezuela’s communist regime.

    Robinson explains:

    According to the briefing, the TdA members move from Venezuela through several foreign nations before entering the USA illegally and being spread out in safe houses in 20 different cities.

    For what reason? TdA members have come to the USA in large numbers to undermine our public safety and support “the Maduro regime’s goal of destabilizing democratic nations in the Americas, including the USA.”

    How do you know it’s a hostile foreign army? Because TdA terrorists are supported by 300 military intelligence officers who train them to engage in “riots, sabotage, disinformation, espionage, social conflict, and armed aggression” inside the USA.

    The chief of these 300 military intelligence officers is a member of the largest cartel in the world (Cártel de los Soles) and he’s the link between them and the smaller cartels and the Maduro regime.

    These are the officers in charge of training — according to the leaked briefing.

    This means that when the Biden regime opened its borders to over ten million people, it was knowingly permitting the entry of agents and soldiers from the Venezuelan regime and thus allowing them to pursue their goals of undermining the U.S. from the inside.

    Despite this obvious foreign invasion, Democrats and leftists are crying about the deportation of Tren de Aragua agents who have been sent to the notorious CECOT prison facility in El Salvador.

    Had Kamala Harris been granted a four-year term in the White House, Tren de Aragua would not only have carried on terrorizing local communities but would also have further expanded its operations and expanded great influence on American social and political life.

    The current head of the IRS made an eyebrow-raising decision after the agency made a bold move to bolster President Trump’s deportation efforts.

    As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) have reached a deal to aid in the deportation efforts of illegal aliens.

    The agreement will allow U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to access taxpayer information to locate illegals subject to deportation. Moreover, the IRS can hand over information about invaders already facing deportation orders and under federal criminal investigation.

    The deal also states that ICE can now submit names and request address confirmations for illegals who have been ordered removed but have overstayed past the 90-day mark.

    However, acting IRS commissioner Melanie Krause was angered over making it easier to deport criminal invaders and decided to fall on her sword. As CNN reported, Krause informed her staff Tuesday she is leaving the agency.

    A source confirmed to CNN that the data sharing agreement between ICE and DHS was a key factor that led to Krause’s decision to resign. The source claimed that the final draft of the deal that the now-former IRS commissioner had been involved with and reviewed differed from the final agreement.

    CNN added that Krause learned about the details of the final agreement from the news.

    The outlet notes that Krause wanted to leave for other reasons, including worries over the IRS’s direction. But the new data-sharing agreement appeared to be the final straw.

    A Treasury Department spokesperson released the following statement in response to Krause’s sudden resignation:

    Melanie Krause has been leading the IRS through a time of extraordinary change. As we focus on IT modernization and re-organize the agency to better serve the taxpayer, we are also in the midst of breaking down data silos that for too long have stood in the way of identifying waste, fraud, and abuse and bringing criminals to justice.

    We believe these goals are critical to a more efficient government and safer country. We wish Melanie well on her next endeavor.

    Krause’s retirement marks the third departure this year by an IRS commissioner. The Gateway Pundit previously reported then-acting commissioner Doug O’Donnell retired in February amid TRump’s crackdown on the deep state bureaucracy.

    O’Donnell had assumed the role on an interim basis following the resignation of IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel, who stepped down in January after President Trump took office.

  8. Chicago’s Tren De Aragua Problem: FOIA Shows Criminal Gang Member Arrests Throughout City

    The Gateway Pundit and Behind Enemy Lines podcast were among the first to report on the presence of Tren de Aragua – a transnational criminal gang out of Venezuela – in the Second City.

    In February of 2024, The Gateway Pundit reported on potential Tren de Aragua gang members showing up in the Chicago suburbs. At the time, Mayor Brandon Johnson instructed Chicago law enforcement to impound buses of illegals heading into Chicago from the Texas border.

    A recent FOIA response obtained by Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines podcast shows 184 pages of arrests of suspected Tren de Aragua gang members. This FOIA specifically requested any arrests associated with Tren de Aragua gang members between the timeframe of February 1st, 2023 – February 15th, 2025.

    The crimes run the gamut, including driving without a license or registration, assault, battery, fake social security card, possession of crack cocaine, possession of cannabis, assault with a knife, retail theft, and armed robbery with a machine gun.

  10. DOJ Announces Second Amendment Task Force

    The Department of Justice announced the formation of the “Second Amendment Enforcement Task Force,” setting off praise from the gun rights community and drawing the ire of the anti-gun syndicate.

    “The prior administration placed an undue burden on gun owners and vendors by targeting law-abiding citizens exercising their 2nd Amendment rights,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said. “The Department of Justice’s new 2nd Amendment Task Force will combine department-wide policy and litigation resources to advance President Trump’s pro-gun agenda and protect gun owners from overreach.”

    The new task force starkly contrasts the Biden Administration’s “White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.” Under Biden, anti-gun groups unofficially received an office in the White House intending to limit the gun rights of Americans. The new task force’s goal is to expand the rights of the people. The memo sent out by Bondi echoed the words of Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas, who said, “The Second Amendment is not a second-class right.”

    The memo read: “For too long, the Second Amendment, which establishes the fundamental individual right of Americans to keep and bear arms, has been treated as a second-class right. No more. It is the policy of this Department of Justice to use its full might to protect the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.”

    The creation of the Second Enforcement Task Force is a direct result of President Donald Trump’s Executive Order 14206 § 1 (Protecting Second Amendment Rights). The task force will comprise Attorney General Bondi as chair and the Associate Attorney General as vice chair. In addition to AG Bondi and the AAG, the AG’s personal staff, the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, the Office of the Associate Attorney General, the Office of the Solicitor General, the Civil Division, the Civil Rights Division, the Criminal Division, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and any other group that the AG deems necessary will be tapped for the task force.

    The primary purpose of the task force is to continue implementing Trump’s Second Amendment Executive Order. AG Bondi said they are “developing and executing strategies to use litigation and policy to advance, protect, and promote compliance with the Second Amendment.” The press release referenced repealing the ATF’s zero-tolerance and reviewing both the “engage in the business” and the “pistol brace rule.” The DOJ recently opened an investigation into the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department (LASD) for Second Amendment rights violations in issuing concealed carry permits. The DOJ said these are just the first of many investigations into Second Amendment violations concentrating on California. It is expected that these investigations will expand past the Golden State.
    The creation of the Second Enforcement Task Force saw gun rights groups celebrate on social media. Gun Owners of America (GOA), Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF), and the National Rifle Association (NRA) all supported the DOJ’s move. The anti-gun groups took a “sky is falling” stance. Giffords was particularly upset about the creation of the task force. The group said:

    “The Trump administration just announced a special interest task force as a favor to gun industry CEOs.”

    “Donald Trump hasn’t taken a single action to address the number one killer of American kids: gun crime and gun violence.”

    Gun owners are now starting to see the fruits of the Trump Executive Order on the Second Amendment coming to fruition. More changes are expected over the coming weeks and months.

The Dems has politicized the higher ranks to a very large degree and they are openly and secretly working to sabotage any policies the left disagrees with.     U.S. Military Generals and Admirals Continue to be Culled

    Analysis

    Editor’s Note: As of 1:35pm ET on April 9, 2025, both General Haugh and Vice Admiral Chatfield are still listed on the NSA and U.S. Navy websites in the positions they have reportedly been removed from.

    The “Plucking” of the General/Flag Officer Corp in the U.S. Military is proceeding briskly. For context, there is ample legal authority and precedence for mass firings in the senior uniformed ranks of the U.S. Military. Plucking happened during the Civil War, World War I, and in at least two major waves during the World War II era. These officers serve at the wishes of a President and if a President loses confidence in them, they can be removed.

    After a meeting between President Trump and Laura Loomer, General William Haugh, Director of both the National Security Agency and Cyber Command was removed. Laura took credit for this in her “X” post, where she said,

    “As a Biden appointee, General Haugh had no place serving in the Trump admin given the fact that he was HAND PICKED by General Milley, who was accused of committing treason by President Trump. Why would we want an NSA Director who was referred to Biden after being hand selected by Milley, who told China he would side with them over Trump!?!?”

    Like her or not, there is truth in Loomer’s comment. General Milley as the senior uniformed Officer in the United States Military, did “Hand Pick” General Haugh. Milley was the hand picker and final decision maker on all Three and Four-Star Generals and Admirals. There was little doubt on where Milley stood on Trump.
    General Haugh appears to be losing the Salt Typhoon Cyber War with China

    Haugh’s firing should be looked at through the lens of sub-standard performance. If one has not heard, there is the long standing, greatest cyber assault ever, being waged on America. It is called “Salt Typhoon” and is coming from China. Are you getting overwhelmed with job offers, anonymous texts of solicitation, notices of unpaid tolls? You probably are. This is part of the Salt Typhoon series of cyber intrusions. If you think this is funny, minor, or inconsequential, you are sadly mistaken. The title of an article in “Foreign Policy”, spoke of the matter in the gravest terms. “Salt Typhoon Stirs Panic in Washington, The full extent of the hack is not yet public, but it has hardened anti-China consensus.”.

    NSA, Cyber Command, Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are part of the joint, inter-agency task force whose job it is to defend America from Cyber Attacks. By their own admission, they are failing. FBI Director Wray said in January 2024 to the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, “China’s hackers are positioning on American infrastructure in preparation to wreak havoc and cause real-world harm to American citizens and communities”. In December 2024, Federal Officials seemed to be at the point of giving up and were pivoting toward lecturing the private sector telecommunication companies they were on their own to eject the Chinese cyber intrusion set. During General Haugh’s tenure, there was a profound inability to remove the Chinese from American critical infrastructure. General Haug’s counterparts at the FBI and DHS are gone. No reason Haugh should not join them in post government service. If your team is on an extended losing streak, it is time to change coaches. If 40% of the FBI was distracted by the J6 hoax, how much of the DHS and NSA/Cyber Command were distracted by this Deep State top priority? How much better would Cyber Command/DHS/FBI had done in subduing Salt Typhoon if they were focused on the Chinese threat instead of spying on Americans?
    Vice Admiral Chatfield is leading the “resistance” in plain sight?

    The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Alliance has been one of the most successful treaties the United States has been involved with. However, in the current age, there is grave concern over the weak defense spending of most NATO Partners. Until the final NATO Summit for Jan Stoltenberg, the outgoing NATO Secretary, in July 2024, only 12 of 32 NATO Nations were meeting the 2% of GDP for Military Spend, which has been a long standing, stated goal of NATO members. On March 13, 2025, at a joint press conference with the new NATO Secretary Mark Rutte, President Trump said, “there were just very few (NATO) countries that were paying…at 2 percent, which is too low. It should be higher. It should be quite a bit higher… most of them weren’t paying or they were paying very little.”

    During this period of enforcing the expectations of NATO membership, the senior U.S. uniformed military officer at NATO is critical to properly communicating the meaning and intent of the President. Vice Admiral Shoshana Chatfield was the United States Military Representative to the NATO Military Committee, the highest-ranking U.S. Military leader other than the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, currently U.S. Army General Christopher Cavoli. According to Jack Posobiec, “Per report, Navy Vice Admiral Shoshana Chatfield refused to put up POTUS & SECDEF pictures in NATO HQ. Also held an “all hands” where she said, “we will wait them out 4 years”. There are other actions attributed to the Admiral that place her in the woke camp. Generals and Admirals are appointed, not anointed, and if they lose the confidence of the Commander in Chief, it is time for them to hang it up and retire.
    South Korea is in crisis, what has the U.S. Senior Commander been doing?

    According to retired, U.S Air Force Intelligence Officer, Dr. Tara O, “the acting (U.S.) ambassador (to South Korea), Joseph Yun, has been interacting with the opposition Democratic Party, or Minju, that rammed Mr. Yoon’s impeachment through the assembly.” Yun was appointed 2025-1-10 under Biden administration just before President Trump took office on 2025-1-20.”

    South Korea’s military fired warning shots after approximately 10 North Korean soldiers crossed the military demarcation line within the Demilitarized Zone.

    The Demilitarized Zone is a 155-mile-long, heavily fortified border separating the two Koreas. It has barbed wire, mines, and troops on both sides.

    The incident happened on Tuesday at approximately 5 p.m. local time in the eastern section of the DMZ, according to South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.

    The North Korean troops, some armed, entered South Korean territory just briefly before returning to the northern side of the border.

    South Korea’s military responded by issuing a warning broadcast and discharging warning shots, after which the soldiers withdrew.

    According to the JCS, North Korea did not return fire, and no injuries or further escalation were reported.

    South Korean authorities have said they are closely monitoring the North Korean military in response to the incident. However, they believe it may have been unintentional due to the dense wooded area and difficult-to-see markers. Some North Korean soldiers carried construction tools, though what they were doing remains unclear.

    On his first day in office, President Donald Trump ended the use of the controversial CBP One app, which the Biden administration expanded and exploited.

    By June of 2024, over 600,000 million illegals were allowed into the US through this “legal” loophole.

    In March, The Gateway Pundit reported that The Department of Homeland Security repurposed the app and to become the CBP Home app to facilitate self-deportation.

    A new feature allows users to self-deport by notifying the U.S. Government of their intent to depart the United States.

    Now, the Trump administration is using the app to send a directly to users: leave “immediately.”

    According to CBS, the Trump administration is proactively using the app to begin revoking the legal status of the more than 900,000 app users who entered under Biden after securing appointments through CBP One.

    A message was reportedly sent to users terminating their parole status and informing them to leave the United States immediately.

    Those who do not self-deport face a fine of $998 dollars per day.

    Per CBS:

    But the Trump administration has started sending notices to those who entered through the CBP One system, informing them that their parole status is being terminated over 7 days.

    “If you do not depart the United States immediately you will be subject to potential law enforcement actions that will result in your removal from the United States — unless you have otherwise obtained a lawful basis to remain here,” the message sent by the Department of Homeland Security and obtained by CBS News reads.

    The notification encourages migrants to sign up for self-deportation through the very same app that allowed them to enter the U.S. It is now called CBP Home.

    “Again, DHS is terminating your parole. Do not attempt to remain in the United States — the federal government will find you,” the notice says. “Please depart the United States immediately.”
