Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

              There’s nowhere to “turn away” now anyway. You have to be full face forward to support those who fight. And fight they must if they Choose Life! as enjoined in Scripture.

                I am an RN and I worked in the RR. A patient called me over to his bed. He was not my patient. He had minor arthroscopy of the knee. He was very upset. He told me that when he was in the OR during surgery he saw hands that reached out to him and a voice that said “I Never Left You.” I asked him if he was afraid before surgery and he said no. We both then were silent for a minute because we know who it was. Than I changed the subject and we talked baseball. So remember Yucki, when times get tough “He Never Left You.”

Norm Eisen, a Democrat operative who is one of the main architects of the “lawfare” campaign against President Donald Trump and other conservatives, and who recently lost his security clearance, claimed in a recently resurfaced podcast that Chief Justice John Roberts stayed with him for a week in Prague and worked together on American and European rule of law issues.

    The audio was unearthed earlier this week and publicized by Mike Benz, a critic of U.S. “deep state” agencies.

    Eisen told the Pantsuit Nation podcast in May 2024 about Roberts’s trip — even as he sought to raise “ethics” concerns about conservative Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his travel, paid for by wealthy friends.

    Eisen said: “John Roberts is not corrupt. I know the Chief Justice well. He stayed, when I was ambassador, stayed under my roof [sic], came and spent a week with us. We worked on American and European rule of law issues together.”

  10. Bravo, Bravo, Bravo the Ottawa police arrested a no namer for locking himself down in the parliament building. The no namer is a 31 year old Ottawa man who has been charged with breach of probation, public mischief and uttering threats to property damage.
    Don’t jump to any conclusions sprout fans, maybe he really does not have a name. I sure hope he has a lot of money to pay for all the police, etc……….President Trump probably made him do it.

    On Saturday, conservative journalist and warrior for justice Julie Kelly uncovered a bombshell in the transcript from Thursday’s hearing in a radical District judge’s courtroom regarding whether the Trump Administration has the authority under the Alien Enemies Act to deport violent illegal aliens.

    As Jim Hoft previously reported, Judge James Boasberg, who is running a coup-d-etat of the executive branch, is considering holding Trump officials in contempt for not turning planes around mid-flight and returning over one hundred killers, gangsters, r*pists, and other criminal illegals back to the US.

    Judge Boasberg, an Obama appointee, implemented a temporary restraining order (TRO) on Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to deport criminal aliens last month, calling it, “incredibly troublesome and problematic.” He then extended his block last week, arguing the plaintiffs suing the Trump administration need more time to file motions and prepare arguments.

    Kelly predicted back in March that Boasberg was attempting to set a contempt trap for Trump officials. Now, she has proof that Boasberg slyly positioned himself to get assigned to this immigration case so he could implement his sinister scheme.

    “I have just received the (purchased) transcript from Thursday’s hearing before Judge Boasberg,” Kelly wrote. “Lots of good stuff, especially as I develop a fuller timeline of what went down behind the scenes on March 15.”

    Then Kelly pointed out something incredibly damning.

    “This really caught my eye,” she noted. “Remember the whole “THESE CASES ARE RANDOMLY ASSIGNED” bit by Boasberg and others?”

    “No one really believes this…right?” Kelly added. “Also, during the start of the 5 p.m. Zoom hearing on March 15, Boasberg apologized for his casual dress, saying he had gone “away” for the weekend and did not bring a tie or his robe.”

    “He knew this case was coming. He wanted this case,” Kelly wrote. “He wanted to stop the deportations and most importantly–he wanted to set a contempt trap for the Trump administration.”

    As PJ Media notes, Boasberg’s true goal was usurping control over Trump’s legal authority on the matter of immigration and foreign policy. Boasberg was furious that the Trump administration decided to enforce the Alien Enemies Act to carry out deportations of illegal alien r*pists, murders, and gang members without his consent.

    “This is not judicial restraint or a careful balance of powers,” Kelly said. “This is Boasberg giving away the notion that the executive branch should WAIT FOR APPROVAL from the judicial branch before taking action on matters clearly under the purview of the presidency, including foreign policy and diplomacy.”

    “Boasberg knew throughout the day that ICE was rounding up the TdA gang bangers covered by the proclamation,” she added. “So he rushed not only to convert the initial lawsuit into a class but entered a second temporary restraining order prohibiting their removal and absurdly demanding the return of planes carrying the illegals.”

    Kelly also uncovered a particularly troubling exchange involving Boasberg and one of DOJ’s lawyers. The ‘judge’ demanded answers from a DOJ attorney regarding which Trump officials were listening to his 5 p.m. hearing as if that is any of his business.

    One set of exchanges during Thursday’s hearing I believed was way out of line for Boasberg was his interrogation of DOJ atty Drew Ensign over which Trump officials were listening to the 5pm hearing on March 15.

    The Gateway Pundit previously reported Boasberg has so far been assigned to FOUR cases concerning the Trump Administration.

    Federal district courts usually assign cases to judges through a random selection process to ensure impartiality and prevent “judge shopping,” where litigants might attempt to have their cases heard by a particular judge perceived as favorable. According to the Federal Bar Association, this practice is designed to uphold the integrity and fairness of the judicial system.

    Now, we all know he has been scheming to position himself on one case. It’s likely he has done so for the other three as well.

    Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) has filed a resolution to remove U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg for failing to uphold the Constitution’s “good behavior” clause—without requiring the traditional two-thirds Senate vote.

    The resolution, submitted in the House of Representatives, alleges Judge Boasberg—currently Chief Judge of the powerful United States District Court for the District of Columbia—knowingly abused his position to interfere with the constitutional authority of President Donald Trump.

    The resolution declares Judge Boasberg’s conduct a breach of constitutional order, particularly his unlawful meddling in President Trump’s lawful directive to deport members of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua gang under the Alien Enemies Act.

    On March 15, 2025, Trump issued a proclamation invoking the 1798 law to expel these violent foreign operatives, citing threats to public safety and national security.

    Instead of supporting the executive branch’s effort to secure the homeland, Boasberg allegedly stepped in to block the deportations—effectively undermining a sitting president’s constitutional authority to defend America from foreign enemies.

    The article of removal also raises grave concerns about Boasberg’s prior conduct as a FISA court judge, suggesting that he misused his discretion and failed to disclose payments from outside sources. These actions, Biggs asserts, further prove Boasberg is unfit to serve on the bench.

    “James E. Boasberg knowingly extended beyond the bounds of power of his office and unjustly interfered in the execution of foreign policy and national security for partisan purposes of halting the implementation of the President’s foreign policy and for political gain,” according to the resolution.

    Furthermore, James E. Boasberg has failed to disclose payments received from non-federal source and abused his discretion during his term on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.”

    Now, Rep. Biggs seeks to bypass the cumbersome impeachment process—typically requiring a two-thirds Senate vote—by invoking Congress’s inherent authority under Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution.

    It’s a direct shot across the bow at activist judges who think they can trample the will of the American people and the duly-elected President, Donald Trump.

    According to the press release:

    Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) introduced a resolution to remove James Boasberg, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, for failure to maintain the standard of good behavior required by the U.S. Constitution.

    Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution gives Congress the authority to establish all federal courts inferior to the U.S. Supreme Court, and establishes that judges may only hold their positions during good behavior. This provision is separate and distinct from Congress’s authority to impeach civil officers for “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

    As detailed in the resolution, Judge James Boasberg knowingly and unjustly interfered with President Trump’s execution of foreign policy and targeted President Trump for partisan purposes and political gain. Under the Good Behavior Clause, Boasberg’s actions constitute misbehavior and subject him to removal from office.

    “We cannot stand by while activist judges who incorrectly believe they have more authority than the duly-elected President of the United States, impose their own political agenda on the American people,” said Congressman Biggs.

    “I have cosponsored resolutions to impeach Judge Boasberg. His removal from office via impeachment, however, will undoubtedly be blocked by Democrats in the Senate, since it requires a two-thirds majority. My resolution, on the other hand, asserts, pursuant to Article III, Section 1, that rogue judges may be removed the same way we confirm them—by a simple majority.

    “Judge Boasberg abused his judicial authority for political gain and is not in compliance with the constitutional Good Behavior Clause. He must not be permitted to remain in his position. Congress has a duty to fulfill the promises we’ve made to the American people, including defending the President’s authority to enforce our laws.”
