    • Not shocking, we are dealing with the World Economic Forum. What did caring Carney’s Brookfield do in Brazil? He talks about carbon footprint, while the company he worked for destroyed 267 hectares of old growth, evicted indigenous people from their ancestral home land, destroyed parts of a crucial carbon sink and biodiversity hotspot, released hundreds of thousands of tonnes of CO2.

Brookfield was fined $800,000 for their SLAVE labour offenses. Beware of and expect carnage. Climate lockdowns, vaccine mandates, papers please.

  1. ‘Christofascist Motivation’: Here’s Why Pete Hegseth’s Latest Tattoo is Triggering Muslims and Left-Wing Activists

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth’s latest tattoo is triggering Muslim activists.

In photos circulating across social media, Hegseth appears to have a new tattoo that says “kafir”, an Arabic term used by Muslims to describe unbelievers.

The choice of tattoo has triggered Muslim activists, who have accused Hegseth of being Islamaphobic.

“This is the normalization of Islamophobia at the highest levels of power,” wrote the pro-Palestinian activist Nerdeen Kiswani on X.

“What else is this supposed to mean besides U.S. foreign policy being a crusade against Muslims?”

Hegseth just got a kafir (????) tattoo under his Deus Vult tattoo—a Crusader slogan. This isn’t just a personal choice; it’s a clear symbol of Islamophobia from the man overseeing U.S. wars.

“Kafir” has been weaponized by far-right Islamophobes to mock and vilify Muslims. It’s… https://t.co/PJpMVOSZni

A similar reaction could be found over at the left-wing social media platform Bluesky.

Bro, this dummy Pete Hegseth has Crusader tattoos and a new kafir (“infidel”) tattoo? Good thing he’s not in charge of the American military.

Pete Hegseth, already unfit for the role due to a history of misconduct and extremist views, now sports a tattoo reading “kafir” in Arabic — a reckless, inflammatory mark that further proves he should never have been entrusted with leading a diverse military.

Someone said this on the other app, but Pete Hegseth texted plans for war with Yemen whilst he has a tattoo of “kafir”, an Arabic term which is widely used by Christofascists to taunt Muslims – on his arm. For Hegseth this war very much has Christofascist motivation. Trump’s admin is the KKK.

Secretary Hegseth has several tattoos that reflect his patriotism, military service, and faith. Among them is a large American flag, a symbol of his love for his country.

He also has various military insignia and unit symbols, honoring his time in the Army National Guard and his deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as a large cross tattoo, representing his Christian faith.

Following his nomination as Secretary of Defense by President Trump, left-wing commentators latched onto Hegseth’s tattoos as evidence that is a white supremacist.

Unsurprisingly, their smear campaign failed, and he was confirmed to the role shortly after Trump took office.

  2. Five Senate Democrats Head to Gitmo to Protest Detention of Tren de Aragua Terrorists and Killers – But Don’t Give a D*mn About Americans’ Safety

Sens. Alex Padilla (D-CA), Jack Reed (D-RI), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Gary Peters (D-MI)

Five Senate Democrats are heading to Guantanamo Bay—not to demand justice for Americans terrorized by violent foreign gangs, but to protest the detention of members of the notorious Tren de Aragua cartel, a brutal criminal enterprise originating in Venezuela with ties to trafficking, extortion, and murder.

The delegation includes Sens. Jack Reed (D-RI), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Gary Peters (D-MI), Alex Padilla (D-CA), and self-proclaimed Independent Angus King of Maine, who caucuses with Democrats. The trip was led under the guise of “congressional oversight.”

“Democrats are heading to Guantanamo Bay [Friday] for oversight, including Sens. Jack Reed, Jeanne Shaheen, Angus King (I), Gary Peters and Alex Padilla,” Semafor congressional bureau chief Burgess Everett.

This visit follows months of Democrat outrage over the use of Guantanamo Bay to detain foreign nationals with suspected ties to international terrorist organizations like Tren de Aragua.

Progressive lawmakers have echoed the radical left’s talking points, prioritizing “rights” for foreign terrorists over the safety of American citizens.

“Guantanamo Bay has no place in our immigration system. This facility is known for its unrelenting human rights abuses and its use to house immigrants is fundamentally wrong,” said Rep. Maxine Dexter (D-OR).

“I will not stand by while this administration targets and abuses our immigrant community for political gain. I will continue to lead Democrats in demanding not just transparency—but real action.”

    The Democrat demands include:

An immediate halt to transfers of immigrants to Guantanamo Bay.
A detailed report on past or prospective transfers to the facility.
Access to counsel for any past present, or prospective detainee.
A full accounting of government expenditures related to this detention program.

What’s missing? Any mention of the victims. No demands for justice for the Americans assaulted, robbed, or killed by cartel members who should have never set foot on U.S. soil.

While Republicans have been pushing for tougher immigration enforcement, border security, and strong action against violent foreign gangs, Senate Democrats appear more committed to virtue-signaling and appeasing the open-borders lobby.

  3. 4 of the Worst Suspected Child Rapists Whom Dems Protected from ICE – Others Even Got Off With $0 Bail
    thegatewaypundit.com/2025/03/4-worst-suspected-child-rapists-dems-protected-ice/

Border Czar Tom Homan told the Conservative Political Action Committee in February that he was, “bringing hell to Boston.”

Homan claimed several child rapists wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement were released in Massachusetts before ICE could arrest them.

After some investigating, CBS News confirmed that grim reality on Monday.

Fox News National Correspondent Bill Melugin summed up the findings of CBS in a post via social media platform X.

NEW: CBS looked into ICE Boston claims that illegal aliens charged w/ child rape in MA are repeatedly being released from jail w/ ridiculously low bail. They found that yes, they are, including the following in recent months:

    – Guatemalan charged w/ 3 counts of aggravated child…

    — Bill Melugin (@BillMelugin_) March 23, 2025

Two child rapists were released on $7,500 bail, while another instance involved two more child rapists both released on just $500 bail.

One Honduran released without bail was charged with assault, armed robbery, and rape.

According to CBS, Massachusetts laws prevents police from holding someone if they post bail, even if they are wanted by ICE.

Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled in Lunn v. Commonwealth, “Massachusetts law provides no authority for Massachusetts court officers to arrest and hold an individual solely on the basis of a Federal civil immigration detainer, beyond the time that the individual would otherwise be entitled to be released from State custody.”

The outrageously low bail for these people is another issue.

CBS asked criminal defense and immigration attorney Stephen Roth about the matter. According to Roth, bail is set to make sure someone appears in court, not to keep them in custody.

Massachusetts has a uniquely bad set of circumstances on its hands.

ICE is looking to capture child rapists, but all the local police can do is let them go if they post bail and in some cases that could cost nothing.

How would a victim feel knowing one of these men was back on the street with little to no effort?

Blue states aren’t making Homan’s job any easier, but he seems undeterred.

On Thursday, President Donald Trump praised Homan as he announced the border czar had captured a leader for the transnational crime gang MS13.

Homan has not minced words with Democrats over their efforts to maintain sanctuary cities as he won’t be kept from doing the job Trump chose him for.

Despite Trump’s second term being just two months old, Homan is shining in this role.

  4. Under U.S. Law, No Trial Required: Violate Your Visa, Face Deportation

Democrats and liberals are outraged over the recent deportations of academics and individuals tied to universities, claiming these actions target those who disagree with President Trump. In reality, however, these deportations stem from violations of residency terms, such as participating in or encouraging violent protests.

Critics also decry the use of plainclothes officers for arrests and the lack of jury trials in these cases. Yet, it’s entirely legal for plainclothes officers to make arrests, and in the United States, visa or residency revocation doesn’t always require a trial. The process hinges on the violation’s nature, the individual’s immigration status, and the applicable legal framework.

Several high-profile cases in early 2025 illustrate how academics and university-affiliated individuals violated their residency terms, leading to deportations under the Trump administration. These incidents, often linked to protest activities, highlight the administration’s strict enforcement of immigration rules. Below are key examples and the specific ways these individuals breached their visa or residency conditions:

Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian green card holder and recent Columbia University graduate, was a prominent organizer of pro-Palestinian protests in 2024. Arrested by ICE on March 8, 2025, he faced deportation after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) accused him of “leading activities aligned to Hamas,” a designated terrorist organization. The administration argued that his protest involvement, including negotiations with university officials, veered into encouraging illegal or violent actions—grounds for revoking his permanent residency.

Badar Khan Suri, an Indian postdoctoral fellow at Georgetown University researching peacebuilding, was detained by DHS in March 2025. The administration charged him with “actively spreading Hamas propaganda and promoting antisemitism on social media,” violating his visa terms under a federal statute that permits deportation if a non-citizen’s presence risks “serious adverse foreign policy consequences.” DHS further alleged ties to a suspected terrorist. Despite a federal judge halting his deportation on March 27, 2025, the Trump administration continues to fight for his deportation.

Rumeysa Ozturk, a Turkish Fulbright scholar at Tufts University, was arrested on March 26, 2025, near her Massachusetts apartment for her role in pro-Palestinian campus activism. ICE claimed she violated her student visa by participating in protests the administration labeled “illegal” and supportive of “hateful ideology,” citing Trump’s January 2025 executive orders targeting antisemitism and certain protest activities. Critics expressed dismay over Rumeysa Ozturk’s arrest during Ramadan, arguing it showed insensitivity, though no law mandates suspending enforcement actions during this Muslim fasting period. Notably, the arrest also coincided with Lent, yet Catholics have not voiced similar objections.

These cases reflect Trump’s January 2025 executive orders aimed at deporting non-citizens involved in protests deemed “pro-jihadist” or antisemitic. The administration asserts that these individuals violated their residency terms through participation in or encouragement of violent protests.

As noted earlier, it is legal for plainclothes officers to make arrests, and under U.S. law, individuals who violate residency terms can be deported without a jury trial. This applies to both visa holders and permanent residents, including green card holders.

Media outlets often highlight how long some of these individuals have lived in the U.S. or their educational achievements as reasons they should not be deported. However, immigration laws apply uniformly to all non-citizens, regardless of their length of stay, education level, or occupation.

In the U.S., a visa—whether for tourism, study, or work—grants permission to stay under strict conditions, like not working on a tourist visa or maintaining student status. Violating these, as outlined in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), can lead to deportation without a trial.

The government, through agencies like the Department of State or ICE, can revoke visas administratively for overstays or unauthorized work, no court required. Deportation, or “removal,” is typically an administrative process—expedited removal near borders skips judges entirely, while other cases may involve an immigration judge, not a jury. Even green card holders face this for residency breaches, though with more appeal rights.

Criminal trials only occur if violations involve crimes like fraud, not basic overstays. In 2023, ICE deported over 235,000 people, mostly without court involvement, showing trials aren’t standard for visa violations.

  5. Unhinged Tennessee Democrat Lunges at GOP Colleague After Gun Control Bill Fails
    thegatewaypundit.com/2025/03/unhinged-dem-tennessee-rep-charges-gop-colleague-during/
    Mar. 28, 2025 8:15 am

Chaos erupted in a Tennessee House Criminal Justice Subcommittee meeting Wednesday when far-left State Representative Justin J. Pearson (D-Memphis) lunged at a Republican colleague in a fit of rage, hurling insults and pointing fingers—literally—after his anti-gun bill went down in flames.

The showdown started when Pearson pushed his latest gun-grabbing scheme, HB 1392, a bill that would’ve gutted Tennessee’s permitless carry law—a hard-won victory for Second Amendment patriots.

Under current law, law-abiding Tennesseans can carry firearms without jumping through bureaucratic hoops, a right Pearson wanted to strip away.

Thankfully, the committee saw through the nonsense and crushed the bill in a 7-2 vote, according to NBC39.

“We have a responsibility to protect our kids and our communities,” Pearson whined from the podium, trotting out tired liberal talking points about “gun violence.” But when State Representative Andrew Farmer (R-Sevierville) dared to call him out, all hell broke loose.

Farmer said, “I know every member in this committee has been here this year, working, during committee, during session, voting on bills. And I know that you may have some things going on, but you have not. So, I don’t think it’s fair for you to come here before this committee and lecture us on hard work and convictions and hard work for our committee.

Farmer continued, “So, while I understand where you’re at and what you’re doing and why, but at the end of the day, we’ve been here working. We’ve been on the House floor voting on bills. We’ve taken the tough questions. We’ve taken the tough votes, and we’re doing so. So I just don’t think it’s fair for you to come in here and lecture this committee on hard work when we’ve been up here doing the hard work.”

That’s when Pearson lost it. Pearson said that Farmer’s remarks made him “very, very angry.” The Memphis Democrat then explained that he had been absent because his brother died by suicide last December.

Pearson: It is a pathetic excuse for you to not answer the question of why we are doing nothing about the gun violence epidemic, and instead personally attack me. But let me explain to you what I have been doing, Representative, since you asked.

My brother… passed away from gun suicide on December 1st of 2024. And since that happened, it shattered my family, like gun violence has shattered so many families. It shattered my nephews’ lives, my mother, my father, my other brothers who are still here.

I buried my brother. I planned his entire funeral. My fiancée made his obituary. I made sure that he was taken care of, even in death. That’s what I’ve been doing. But also, not just that—I went to all of my nephews’ schools.

I met with their principals and their teachers to ensure that they are okay. I gave them, and made sure that they had, grief counseling and that they’re seeing a psychiatrist. That’s what I’ve been doing.

While you’re talking about hard work, you need to realize that our job is not just in this state house with these marble floors. Our jobs are on the streets and in the communities that we serve.

While you’ve been here passing bills that have been hurting transgender children… while you’ve been here passing bills that have been hurting the poor, hurting the marginalized, hurting the disenfranchised… while you’ve been here passing bills that have not ended poverty… while you’ve been here passing bills that have not helped people who need Medicaid expansion… while you’ve been here doing the hard work of making sure that our state is not the state that it can be—because you have to sign it.

But the sob story didn’t sway the committee, and after the bill went down in flames, Pearson lost it completely.

Video captured by FOX Nashville caught the unhinged Democrat charging at Farmer, towering over him, jabbing a finger in his face. “Don’t you ever come at me or my family!”

Farmer’s office released a statement to WKRN:

“There is not a single member of our body who doesn’t have tremendous sympathy for Rep. Pearson’s loss. Every one of us has struggled with personal tragedy at some point and we have all offered grace and compassion while he took these last few months off to grieve.

  6. God Help Us: Colorado Democrat Makes Case for Killing Babies Because a Murder Is Cheaper Than a Birth (VIDEO)
    thegatewaypundit.com/2025/03/god-help-us-colorado-democrat-makes-case-killing/
    Mar. 28, 2025 7:00 am

One Democrat lawmaker has gone so far in supporting abortion, she’s reducing the decision to murder babies to a cost-benefit analysis.

On Tuesday, Julie McCluskie, a Colorado Democrat and Speaker for the House in the Colorado legislature, spoke on a bill she is currently co-sponsoring to require “abortion care services” to be covered by Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus program participants.

It would also require public employee insurance plans to cover abortions.

During her time to speak on the bill, McCluskie focused on how much money the state could save if women chose to have abortions rather than giving birth.

She reduced pregnancy and life to a price tag, concluding that those children should just die because it’s cheaper.

SHOCKING: Speaker Julie McCluskie (D) is effectively encouraging Coloradans on Medicaid to have an abortion instead of giving birth, because it’s cheaper for the state.

This occurred yesterday. Really showing your cards @McCluskieforCO #COPolitics pic.twitter.com/lbhguaYLeO

    — Scott Shamblin (@scottpshamblin) March 26, 2025

She described to her colleagues how the state government would benefit financially from the bill. “That savings comes from the averted births that will not occur, because abortions happened instead.

“A birth is more expensive than an abortion, so the savings comes in Medicaid births that will not occur,” she added.

McCluskie was trying her hardest to put the situation in the most sanitized and digestible language possible.

She was essentially saying that expectant mothers should kill their children rather than give birth, because it would be cheaper for the government.

“This bill will actually decrease costs for our Healthcare Policy and Financing Department, our Medicaid expenditures in both this year and out years, as the savings from averted births outweigh the cost of covering reproductive health care for all Coloradans,” she explained.

She acknowledged that the abortion “care” will cost the state $1.5 million,” but quickly added, “again, a reminder that ultimately, the state will see a cost savings.”

The video ended with McCluskie calling it “truly an honor” to be cosponsoring the bill.

Anyone who looks at children and childbirth in such cold, calculating terms has truly gone down an evil path.

The language McCluskie used was not just sanitized for political purposes, it was outright dehumanizing.

She made every effort to avoid the reality that she was talking about children dying so that the state can save money.

It doesn’t ever occur to deranged, abortion-worshipping leftists that this country needs more children being born.

Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security all need tax-paying, working Americans to support them.

How does the left expect government programs to thrive while they promote murdering large segments of people who can pay into them?

    The Passing Signal Psychodrama

When we finally learn the full melodrama of the so-called Signal 1-2 day “scandal” of inviting a leftwing, Trump-despising, Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg onto a supposedly secure conference list, involving most of the top Trump security officials, lots of questions need asking and answering.

Most importantly, who exactly had Goldberg’s private number, and ostensibly (in error [?]) could have possibly inserted it into the cleared list of participants in the discussions? Why Goldberg, rather than some random person of some 345 million Americans?

So why in the world would any top Trump officials or their staffers ever even have Goldberg’s private contact information—given his quite public record of a) fabricating stories with unnamed sources, and b) suffering from a decade of chronic Trump derangement syndrome?

Did Goldberg know the mechanisms that had prompted and continued his stealthy presence on the secure discussions?

Why did citizen Goldberg not simply come clean on day one that he realized he was mistakenly included in key national security conference communications, to which he did not belong, and thus should be obviously excluded immediately? Why stealthily listen in for eleven some days? Was the idea of informing his hosts of his own improper presence too old-fashioned morality?

Did Goldberg’s publicizing these discreet discussions really affect in any way at all the otherwise completely successful mission to neutralize years of appeased Houthis aggression and begin to end their veritable destruction of Red Sea international maritime commerce?

How did this blunder rank with prior diplomatic and military screw-ups?

Did it rate with the indiscretion of Secretary of State Dean Acheson’s January 1950 Press Club speech de facto excluding South Korea from the American defense umbrella—an omission that may or may not have contributed to the June 1950 North Korean invasion of the South?

Was it comparable to Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie’s assurance to Saddam Hussein, “We have no opinion on your Arab-Arab conflicts, such as your dispute with Kuwait”— a needless remark that may have mistakenly green-lighted his 1990 invasion of Kuwait?

Was it comparable to Barack Obama’s March 2012 “hot mic” quid-pro-quo assurance to Russian president Medvedev? Obama got caught in front of the world promising Putin that he would have “flexibility” on American-Eastern European missile defense—if Putin gave him “space” during his “last” election.

And indeed, it is forgotten that both kept their promises: Obama foolishly dismantled American-sponsored Eastern European plans for missile defense, and Putin stayed put for Obama, perhaps empowering Obama’s successful election cycle—postponing his preplanned invasions of Ukraine until 2014. Careerism at the expense of national security?

Did it rank with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Gen. Mark Milley, stealthily contacting his Chinese communist counterpart Chinese Gen. Li Zuocheng, to warn him that he would likely prewarn the People’s Liberation Army leader, if he, Milley, had self-diagnosed his Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump as supposedly dangerously likely to trigger an existential war?

Why would Hillary Clinton weigh in given her illegal use of a private server to transmit classified State Department information and her subsequent destruction of subpoenaed communication devices?

Why would the serial fabulist Susan Rice weigh in, given in the election-year 2012 she flat-out lied to the nation on five Sunday news shows, claiming preposterously that the deadly preplanned terrorist attacks on the American consulate in Benghazi were actually unexpected “spontaneous” demonstrations incited by anger over an anti-Muslim video? Ditto her fallacious Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl “honor” narrative or her lie about the removal of Syrian WMD.

Why would Leon Panetta weigh in, when he was one of the supposed “51 intelligence authorities” in 2020 who ridiculously claimed Hunter Biden’s FBI-authenticated laptop had all the hallmarks of a Russian intelligence disinformation effort—a lie designed to arm Joe Biden before the last 2020 debate, and which might well have affected the 2020 election and for which Panetta has never apologized?

In the end, this was a blunder, but also what the left calls a “teachable moment”, in which a) all future similar conferences should be either held in person or its participants triple-checked on a secure line; and b) all Trump high appointees and their staffers should know enough to have nothing to do with those who wake up each morning wishing to destroy them—and go to bed each night lamenting that they have not done enough to advance that destruction.

  8. #HandsOff March Promises to Show Middle America What Democrats are Made Of
Ammoland Inc. Posted on March 28, 2025 by David Codrea
Only Orwellian thinking could conclude a democratically elected president carrying out the will of the electorate is anti-democratic. (#HandsOff/BlueSky)

“A million people are going to march in the United States on April 5. A million people,” TikTok influencer Jack Cunningham [jacklcii] advised his followers. “To put this in perspective, these are all of the protests that are being planned for April 5 right now. There are many people protesting on the 5th.”

“This is all part of Hands Off, the National Day of Action,” Cunningham says while displaying a map featuring all the cities in the U.S. where events are planned.

“We need YOU to get in the streets with us in solidarity standing up to the tyrant in the White House,” text under the video announcement reads. “Stand with us in the streets to resist the tyrant in the White House. Get involved and make a difference!”
He’s a “tyrant”? One democratically elected carrying out the will of the majority of voters according to law? Funny how the loudest objections come from Democrats and from apparatchiks like Cunningham, who then claims to speak for “99%” of Americans.

And what about Hands Off, an entity large, financed and connected enough to pull off a nationwide campaign? They’re not exactly transparent about who they are, even registering their website by proxy to mask who is behind it. Still, we are known by the company we keep, and HandOFF “partners” tell us much, evoking nothing so much as the description of Mos Eisley. They include citizen disarmament promoters like Move On, the Center for Biological Diversity, SEIU, and the National Education Association, to name a few. (Curiously, for supposed equality warriors, they want to eviscerate the Second Amendment, the most egalitarian power-sharing arrangement ever devised. Perhaps they’re just lying about their goals.)

“The initiative has been dubbed ‘Hands Off,’ spearheaded by the Indivisible movement,” a National World report informs. “Indivisible is a progressive movement and organisation in the United States initiated in 2016 as a reaction to the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States.”
Now we’re getting somewhere. Nonprofit reporting website Guidestar includes IRS Form 990s, showing revenues in the millions. (Interestingly, for a group promoting “HandsOff Immigration” among other causes, they’re sponsoring a contest requiring entrants to be citizens or “lawful permanent U.S. residents. How will they know, and who will they “disenfranchise” by demanding proof?)

What the 990s don’t show is where they get their money from. But it should come as no surprise.

No one ever said logical consistency was the long suit of Democrats and the followers they incite, so don’t expect those angrily throwing out terms like “Nazi” and “fascist” at normal Americans to be aware that both Hitler and Mussolini were socialists, or to confront the documented details at the links provided.
Meanwhile, Democrat influencers with wide media reach and plenty of experience ginning up the mob, are turning up the heat. There are innumerable examples, but here are two recent ones:

The View co-host Sunny Hostin called the Trump Presidency an “existential crisis,” and said Democrats must be willing to ‘fight and die’.”
Loudmouthed Texas rabble-rouser Rep. Jasmine Crockett ignored Pam Bondi’s warnings to tone down her violent rhetoric and endorsed punching Sen. Ted Cruz in the head, no different than Antifa’s call to “Bash a Fash.” (Crockett, of course, a big proponent of banning “weapons of war”, hasn’t squared that with the FBI Uniform Crime Report showing “More People Killed with Fists, Feet, Than Rifles.”)

Look at actual calls for violence, and then realize Democrats wanted to prosecute and disqualify Donald Trump for inciting insurrection by saying, “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

But back to the upcoming April 5 HandsOff rally: What can we expect?

“Lunatics At AOC Rally Brazenly Call For Trump To Be Tortured & Murdered,” Gateway Pundit reports.

One attendee wielding a sign depicting Trump’s severed head was asked “are you calling for for his death?” and responded “I am yes, I believe it’s time the people straight cut his f_____g head off.” Another blathered about hanging Trump by his ankles from a lamppost until dead, stating “the only good fascist is a dead fascist.”

Everyone realizes when they say they want to kill Trump, they also want to kill his supporters, right?

Not known for their self-control and restraint, it would probably be a good idea not to drive a Tesla with a MAGA bumper sticker down to a rally near you. It would be an even better idea to stay away altogether and let Democrat mobs further alienate middle America.
That said, perhaps Elon Musk could arrange for an airplane towing a “Make America Great Again” banner with a Tesla logo to fly over events in more populated cities (except Democrats would then want to charge him for the rage-fueled violence from their followers that would certainly ensue).

  9. South Dakota Governor Rhoden Expands Concealed Carry Rights with New Legislation ~ VIDEO

In a solid pro-gun move reinforcing South Dakota’s commitment to Second Amendment freedoms, Governor Larry Rhoden signed two significant pro-2A bills into law on March 24, 2025. The ceremony took place at Boyd’s Gunstocks in Mitchell, symbolizing the state’s dedication to upholding its citizens’ rights. ?
Senate Bill 100: Enhancing Campus Safety

Senate Bill 100 permits individuals holding enhanced concealed-carry permits or recognized out-of-state permits to carry concealed handguns on state university and technical college campuses. To obtain an enhanced permit, applicants must undergo a background check and complete a certified handgun course, ensuring that only responsible and trained individuals are authorized. The law mandates that when not carried, firearms and ammunition must be stored securely in a locked case or safe. Institutions retain the authority to impose restrictions in specific areas, such as laboratories with hazardous materials, facilities requiring security clearance, and events with metal detectors and armed security. ?

Representative Jim Halverson, a former state trooper, voiced opposition to the bill, expressing concerns about firearm safety among young adults. He questioned the adequacy of storing firearms in dormitory settings, stating, “A locked box in a dorm room just doesn’t seem like a good plan.” ?

House Bill 1218: Uniformity in Firearm Regulations

House Bill 1218 prevents local governments from enacting policies that contradict state laws regarding concealed carry by employees, officers, and volunteers within government buildings, facilities, and vehicles. A notable addition to this bill repeals the previous prohibition on concealed carry in establishments serving alcohol, including bars and restaurants. This change aims to standardize firearm regulations across the state, ensuring that local ordinances do not infringe upon state-recognized rights. ?

Nathan Sanderson of the South Dakota Retailers Association criticized the repeal, highlighting the lack of a committee hearing on this specific change. He emphasized that small business owners deserved an opportunity to discuss how the law would impact them. ?

Governor Rhoden’s Commitment to Second Amendment Rights

Governor Rhoden addressed concerns by drawing parallels to the 2019 enactment of constitutional carry laws, which allowed individuals to carry concealed firearms without a permit. He noted that the anticipated negative outcomes did not materialize despite initial apprehensions.

Rhoden stated, “There was a lot of wringing of the hands and speculation about what could happen with constitutional carry… None of that proved to be true.” ?

    Stay Armed

The enactment of these bills underscores South Dakota’s unwavering dedication to individual liberties and the right to self-defense. By expanding concealed carry rights to include college campuses and establishments serving alcohol, the state empowers its citizens to protect themselves while maintaining appropriate safety measures. Governor Rhoden’s actions reflect a continued commitment to upholding the constitutional rights of South Dakotans.?

  10. Gun Owner Data Leaks Expose The Danger of Registries

Democrats in America will stop at nothing when it comes to their disarmament agenda, up to and including attempts to intimidate Americans by providing hit lists to criminals with private information regarding gun owners, where they live, and what you might be able to find if you pay them a visit. But a corrupt government that demands trust from citizens while at the same time maintaining lists of those privately armed is not an exclusive idiocracy of the United States. New Zealand and Israel, of all places, have not only maintained registries but have also allowed them to leak, putting their citizens at risk to both criminals and enemies of the state.

Israel is an example of a government that demands the loyalty of its citizens but responds with authoritarian firearm restrictions and registries, should you be permitted to defend yourself and your family in an often dangerous region plagued by terror attacks. It was only after the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks condemning approximately 1200 people to murder, most without the means to fight back, that the country finally relaxed its firearms restrictions on civilians. But the government still made its lists.

“260,000 new requests for firearm permits have been submitted… since Hamas’s October 7 attacks on Israel… My policy within the office was to permit as many people as possible to get a weapon… within a short period of time, we are [now] giving up to 3,000 approvals a day,” said National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir according to the Times of Israel.

Talk about an effort “too little, too late” that should be tried for criminal negligence rather than celebrated. Now, it seems the privilege of self-defense and the defense of loved ones will come with added danger, thanks to a recent data leak initiated by Iranian-linked hackers who penetrated Israel’s databases containing sensitive gun owner information, according to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, that worked with U.S. cybersecurity firm, databreach.com to analyze the hack.

“The documents include personal details of gun owners, including their full name, home address, photograph, military and medical background, firearm type, ammunition count and whether the weapon is stored at home… Anyone who keeps a gun at home is now at higher risk… We estimate the database contains identifying information on over 10,000 Israelis,” according to the report.

Haaretz contacted several victims of the breach to confirm the accuracy of the leaked data, one of whom responded, “This is really dangerous. This puts a target on our backs.”

But Israel isn’t the only country that doesn’t care about its citizens’ safety and right to privacy. New Zealand’s repeated inability to secure private gun owner information compromised more than 100 firearms owners in July of 2023 according to the New Zealand Herald.

While the New Zealand Firearm Safety Authority described the data breach as an “error,” it came just a year after firearm owners’ private details were stolen during the commission of an old Auckland police station burglary, according to the Herald. Prior to that, a 2019 data breach connected to New Zealand’s mandatory gun confiscation program labeled as a “buyback” was the subject of a story in The Guardian entitled, “New Zealand’s gun buyback website ‘a shopping list for criminals.”

Here in the U.S., if you think California still qualifies, the state’s Department of Injustice under Attorney General Rob Bonta launched a Firearms Dashboard Portal designed to provide firearm transaction and Concealed Carry permit holder data to anyone on the DOJ’s website. This purposeful attempt to intimidate gun owners led to the leak of personally identifying information, confirmed in a statement by the DOJ to include the names, dates of birth, gender, races, driver’s license numbers, addresses, and criminal histories of individuals who had applied for permits from 2011 through 2021. The breach also extended to dashboards detailing California’s Assault Weapon Registry, Dealer Record of Sale, Firearm Certification System, and Gun Violence Restraining Orders.

Regarding the breach, Bonta feigned concern, however disingenuous and patronizing it must have seemed to gun owners throughout the state who, by now, must know that this is precisely as the state intends.

“The California Department of Justice is entrusted to protect Californians and their data. We acknowledge the stress this may cause those individuals whose information was exposed. I am deeply disturbed and angered,” Bonta said in a statement.

This epidemic leads many to believe that the best way to prevent this type of sensitive data from being exposed is not to collect it. While I agree with that statement, we must hold those responsible for the leaks accountable for their actions. Data breaches are nothing new, and nobody can claim an error or accident at this point when it comes to exposing citizens to the dangers associated with publishing such a criminal hit list. These registries are meant for subjugation and nothing else, whether it be through intimidation, wilful publishing for and recruitment of the criminal element to assist with disarming law-abiding citizens, or eventual confiscation plans. Always remember that these people are not the first to make lists, as they follow some of the most nefarious footsteps throughout history.

Judge James Boasberg on Friday sided with criminal gang members and extended his temporary restraining order (TRO) in the Alien Enemies Act case until April 12.

The TRO was set to expire on March 29.

“On March 15, 2025, this Court issued two Temporary Restraining Orders that will expire on March 29, 2025, unless extended. Those TROs enjoin Defendants from removing from the United States the named Plaintiffs — and a provisionally certified class of all noncitizens in U.S. custody — solely on the basis of the Presidential Proclamation entitled, “Invocation of the Alien Enemies Act Regarding the Invasion of the United States by Tren de Aragua.” Plaintiffs have now filed a Motion to Extend the TROs for another 14 days for “good cause.” ECF No. 64 (Mot.) at 1; see also Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b)(2) (court may extend TRO for “like period” if there is “good cause” to do so),” Judge Boasberg wrote.

Judge Boasberg said he is extending his TRO because the plaintiffs need more time to file motions and prepare arguments.

“As this Court recently explained, Plaintiffs are entitled to a TRO enjoining their removal at least until they have had a chance to challenge that they are covered by the Proclamation,” Judge Boasberg wrote.

The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday denied the Trump DOJ’s request to lift Judge Boasberg’s block on the Alien Enemies Act deportation flights.

  14. Mississippi Abolishes State Income Tax in Historic Win for Working Families and Economic Freedom

Mississippi has officially abolished its state income tax, positioning itself as a leader in the movement for economic freedom and limited government.

Republican Governor Tate Reeves signed the legislation into law Friday, declaring it a “generational victory” and a bold new chapter for working families, entrepreneurs, and freedom-loving Americans across the South.

“We did it, Mississippi!” Reeves wrote in a triumphant post on X. “We just eliminated the income tax!”

While Washington continues to suffocate the American people with taxes, inflation, and runaway spending, Mississippi is doing the opposite — returning power and prosperity to its citizens.

There are nine states in the United States that do not impose a state income tax: Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. And now, joining their ranks—Mississippi!

    Read Reeves’ full announcement:

“We did it, Mississippi! We just eliminated the income tax!

Today is a day that will be remembered — not just for the headlines, not just for the politics, but for the profound, generational change it represents.

Today, I was proud to sign into law a complete elimination of the individual income tax in the state of Mississippi. Let me say that again: Mississippi will no longer tax the work, the earnings, or the ambition of its people.

This is more than a policy victory. This is a transformation. And it’s a transformation that I have believed in, fought for, and worked toward for many years. From my days as lieutenant governor to my first campaign for this office — and every legislative session since — I have made this my mission.

Because I believe in a simple idea: that government should take less so that you can keep more. That our people should be rewarded for hard work, not punished. And that Mississippi has the potential to be a magnet for opportunity, for investment, for talent — and for families looking to build a better life.

The legislation I signed puts us in a rare class of elite, competitive states. There are only a handful of states in the country that do not tax income. Today, Mississippi joins their ranks — and in doing so, we plant our flag.

We are saying to job creators across America: if you want to build, come to Mississippi.

We are saying to families across the South: if you want to grow, come to Mississippi.

We are saying to entrepreneurs, to workers, to dreamers: Mississippi is open for business — and we won’t penalize your success.

We are going to compete — and we’re going to win.

Now, I want to be clear: this didn’t happen overnight. And it didn’t happen alone. This day is the result of years of work by dedicated leaders who shared the vision and had the courage to act.

I want to thank Speaker Jason White and Lieutenant Governor Delbert Hosemann. I want to give special thanks to Speaker White because he worked his tail off to get this done. I also want to thank House Ways and Means Chairman Trey Lamar and all the members of the House and Senate who rolled up their sleeves and got this done. We debated. We negotiated. We stayed focused on the goal. And we got it across the finish line — together.

To the people of Mississippi: you are the real winners today. This law means more money in your pocket. It means more jobs in your town. It means a future with more opportunity for your children and grandchildren.

Trending: Joe Rogan Guest Completely Shatters the Vaccine Narrative

The work of your hands belongs to you. It is yours — to feed your family and invest in your home and your community.

Because that’s what this is ultimately about. Not just numbers on a balance sheet, but lives. Generations from now, when our kids are raising families of their own in a stronger, more prosperous Mississippi, they will look back on this moment and say: this is when we took our shot.

This is when we bet on ourselves. This is when we really broke from the pack. This is when we took bold action — and it paid off.

There are moments in a state’s history that mark a turning point. A moment where the past gives way to the future. Where we rise above the old ways of doing things — and chart a bold new course… this is one of those moments.

The elimination of the income tax is not just a win for our economy. It’s a win for freedom. A win for families. A win for the idea that Mississippi can lead — that we will lead — in the century to come.

And I believe with all my heart that we will look back on this day as a turning point, a generational victory, and a proud legacy we leave for those who come after us.”

We did it, Mississippi! We just eliminated the income tax!

  15. BREAKING: CT GOP Lawmakers Alert AG Pam Bondi After 150 ELECTION FRAUD CHARGES FILED in Bridgeport Democrat Ballot Stuffing Case – Suggest Coordinated, Statewide Voter Fraud Efforts
    thegatewaypundit.com/2025/03/breaking-ct-gop-lawmakers-alert-ag-pam-bondi/
    Mar. 28, 2025 1:15 pm
Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Bridgeport, CT Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganimw was caught on video stuffing the ballot boxes to win the Democrat primary for mayor.

The Democrat voter fraud machine in Connecticut is crumbling under the weight of its own corruption after five Democrat operatives were indicted on voter fraud charges related to mail-in ballots in the 2023 mayoral primary in February.

And this week CT GOP lawmakers sent a letter to AG Pam Bondi to investigate the fraud and to see if the “election crimes in Bridgeport are part of a larger, coordinated effort to defraud voters statewide.”

Dozens of pages of arrest warrant affidavits, made public in February, outline the disturbing allegations against Councilwoman Maria Pereira, Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee Vice Chair Wanda Geter-Pataky, City Councilman Alfredo Castillo, Councilwoman Jazmarie Melendez, and Stratford resident Margaret Joyce, according to Connecticut Post.

Wanda Geter-Pataky: Vice Chairperson of the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee, facing 92 separate criminal charges, including conspiracy to unlawfully possess multiple voters’ absentee ballots.
Alfredo Castillo: City Council Member, charged with multiple counts of misrepresenting eligibility requirements for absentee voting and unlawful possession of ballots.
Maria Pereira: City Council Member, facing charges of fraudulent voting and being present during the execution of absentee ballots.
Jazmarie Melendez: City Council Member, charged with misrepresenting eligibility requirements for absentee voting.
Margaret Joyce: Stratford resident and campaign staffer, accused of unlawfully possessing absentee ballots.

These indictments stem from a comprehensive investigation into allegations of widespread absentee ballot tampering during the contentious 2023 Democrat mayoral primary between incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim and challenger John Gomes. Geter-Pataky and Castillo were supporters of Ganim, whereas Pereira and Melendez endorsed Gomes.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that then-Mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the recent Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who was seeking reelection. The Gomes campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.
    WATCH:

The primary’s outcome, initially favoring Ganim by a narrow margin of 251 votes, was subsequently overturned by a state Superior Court judge due to compelling evidence of “blatant” ballot harvesting and fraud.

This judicial intervention led to a court-ordered rerun of the primary and general elections, both of which were again won by Ganim.

The GOP lawmakers this week sent a request to Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the Democrat voter fraud in Bridgeport. The GOP lawmakers are also asking Bondi to investigate if this was a statewide operation.

CT GOP Lawmakers reported this on their state website.

Republican leaders in the Connecticut General Assembly have written to U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi today to formally request a federal investigation into whether election crimes in Bridgeport are part of a larger, coordinated effort to defraud voters statewide. (See the letter here.)

Following the recent arrest of Democratic Bridgeport City Councilman Alfredo Castillo on multiple election-related charges, GOP lawmakers are urging federal officials to examine whether the fraudulent tactics uncovered in Bridgeport—ballot tampering, forgery, coercion, and the registration of illegal voters—are being replicated elsewhere in Connecticut.

“Councilman Castillo’s own words suggest a broader operation at play, involving efforts to benefit high-profile Democratic candidates at the state and federal levels,” said House Republican Leader Vincent Candelora. “We cannot ignore the possibility that these corrupt practices extend beyond Bridgeport.”

Senate Republican Leader Stephen Harding emphasized the urgent need for outside intervention. “The failure of state agencies to act swiftly on election crimes has eroded public confidence in our electoral process,” Harding said. “A federal investigation is critical to ensuring transparency and accountability.”

Republican lawmakers also pointed to the Democratic-controlled legislature’s refusal to enact meaningful election safeguards and the governor’s failure to fund election monitors in Bridgeport as further evidence of systemic neglect.

“We cannot allow partisan interests to stand in the way of election integrity. Voters deserve to know whether Bridgeport’s fraudulent practices are happening in other cities across Connecticut,” said Rep. Gale Mastrofrancesco and Sen. Rob Sampson, Ranking Members of the Government Administration and Elections Committee. “Republicans have continually called for election safeguards, including presenting identification when voting, ending the use of absentee drop boxes and signature verification for all absentee ballots. Instead of joining us in helping to secure our elections, majority Democrats have ignored those efforts, and it is clear that intervention from outside investigators is necessary.”

The request for a federal investigation underscores Republicans’ commitment to protecting the integrity of Connecticut’s elections and ensuring that every legal vote is counted fairly.

The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday denied the Trump DOJ’s request to lift Judge Boasberg’s block on the Alien Enemies Act deportation flights.

The three judge panel on the DC Circuit Court: Henderson (George W. Bush appointee), Millett (Obama appointee), and Walker (Trump appointee) voted 2-1 – with Judge Walker dissenting.

Last Friday, Judge Boasberg, an Obama appointee, said Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to deport criminal aliens is “incredibly troublesome and problematic.”

Boasberg has been grilling DOJ lawyers about the Trump Administration’s move to deport dangerous Venezuelan aliens under the Alien Enemies Act.

A showdown between Boasberg and the Trump DOJ has played out in court last month after the judge issued an order forcing planes en route to Central and South America carrying dangerous Venezuelan aliens to turn around and come back to the US.

On Wednesday, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals denied Trump’s request to lift Boasberg’s order.

Judge Henderson based her decision on the idea that Trump failed to justify the claim of “invasion” when referring to the criminal aliens.

“The theme that rings true is that an invasion is a military affair, not one of migration,” Judge Henderson wrote.

Boasberg said the deported aliens are entitled to individual hearings.

In his dissent, Judge Walker, the Trump appointee, said the criminal aliens need to challenge the case in Texas since that is where the flights were deported from.

A second federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked President Trump’s ban on transgender troops.

In January President Trump signed the “Restoring America’s Fighting Force” executive order and the “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” executive orders, which direct every element of the U.S. military to “operate free from any preference based on race or sex” and root out gender insanity and made up pronoun usage, respectively.

US District Judge Benjamin Hale Settle in Washington State, issued a nationwide preliminary injunction on Thursday evening.

Judge Settle, a George W. Bush appointee, said the Trump DOJ’s arguments have not been persuasive.

    The Hill reported:

A federal judge in Washington state on Thursday blocked enforcement of President Trump’s order to bar transgender troops from serving openly in the military, the second judge to halt the policy from taking effect nationwide.

In a 65-page ruling, Judge Benjamin Hale Settle of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington said the Trump administration had offered no evidence to support removing transgender service members, who served without issue under the Biden administration, from the military.

“The government’s arguments are not persuasive, and it is not an especially close question on this record,” Settle, an appointee of former President George W. Bush and a retired captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, wrote in his decision. “The government’s unrelenting reliance on deference to military judgment is unjustified in the absence of any evidence supporting ‘the military’s’ new judgment reflected in the Military Ban—in its equally considered and unquestionable judgment, that very same military had only the week before permitted active-duty plaintiffs (and some thousands of others) to serve openly.”

Trump’s DOJ filed an appeal on Friday.

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump took a crucial step in fulfilling the promise to initiate reform in our elections. In signing the Executive Order “PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE INTEGRITY OF AMERICAN ELECTIONS,” he established a solid foundation to ensure free and fair elections for all eligible voters are restored for all eligible American voters.

“Election fraud…you’ve heard the term?” President Trump asked as he began signing the Executive Order. “It will end it, hopefully.”

“This will go a long way toward ending it,” he continued. “There are other steps that we will be taking in the coming weeks. And we think we’ll be able to end up getting fair elections.”

However, President Trump acknowledged that some people think he shouldn’t be complaining because he “won in a landslide.” That doesn’t seem to faze him as he demonstrates a clear understanding through the Order of what’s at stake and what needs to be done.

The Senate still maintains a 27-23 conservative majority, but the House race broke a tie in favor of the Democrats, 102-101. Trump won the Lancaster County district just four months ago by 15 points and in an overall R+23 Senate district.

Earlier this year, Mike Zimmer flipped a state Senate seat in Iowa’s 35th district, which President Trump carried that district by 21 points in 2024.

In Minnesota, Doron Clark won a House race in District 40B by 70 points, far exceeding expectations.

Lastly, Dan Cruce won a state Senate seat in Delaware, again overperforming previous Democrat margins.

President Trump’s current approval rating is around 47%. By comparison, Joe Biden’s approval rating averaged around 39% during his last year in office.
PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE INTEGRITY OF AMERICAN ELECTIONS
    Voter Rolls

The Order starts out by requiring States to enforce the “Federal prohibition on foreign nationals voting in Federal elections.” Section 2 calls for the Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) to “take appropriate action to require, in its national mail voter registration form” documentary proof of US citizenship.

This verification of citizenship can be provided by a United States passport, an ID that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005, a military ID validating citizenship, or a Federal or State ID if it indicates citizenship.

This section also requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide access to the States “without the requirement of the payment of a fee” access to systems to verify the citizenship or immigration status of people registering to vote or who have already registered. DHS will coordinate with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to review the state’s publicly available voter registration lists and records of voter list maintenance as required by 52 USC 20507 “to ensure consistency with Federal requirements.”

Interestingly, Section 3 “Providing Other Assistance to States Verifying Eligibility” orders the Commissioner of Social Security to “make available the Social Security Number Verification Service, the Death Master File, and any other Federal database containing relevant information” to assist in verifying the eligibility of voters.

Earlier this year, Elon Musk and DOGE uncovered millions of individuals in the Social Security Administration database that were dead- or at least likely dead. Over 15 million people in the database were over the age of 110, according to Musk’s post.

According to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, “the Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) transaction allows jurisdictions’ motor vehicle agencies (MVA) to verify voter registration and identity information with the Social Security Administration. The MVA submits an inquiry to the SSA and the SSA attempts to verify the information and responds back to the MVA with the results.”

According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE!

President Trump’s Order requires the Attorney General to “take appropriate action with respect to States that fail to comply with the list maintenance requirements of the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act” from 52 USC 20507 and 21083.

Currently, 24 States and Washington DC utilize the ERIC system “to help election officials maintain more accurate voter rolls and detect possible illegal voting” and to “help states reach out to potentially eligible but not yet registered individuals with information on how best to register to vote.”

Trending: Jeffrey Goldberg Gives Cryptic Response When Asked About His Relationship with Mike Waltz

The problem is that ERIC’s own bylaws forbid states from transmitting any information regarding the ‘voters’ citizenship status.

    Improving the EAC

Section 4 of the Order requires the EAC to stop Federal funds* to states that fail to comply with the laws set forth for the national mail voter registration form, including the requirement for documentary proof of US citizenship.

*States do not have to comply with Executive Orders. However, the President has budgetary mechanisms to enforce compliance with the law. Withholding Federal funds through Federal agencies is one such method.

The EAC also must amend the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines 2.0 (VVSG 2.0) to disallow voting systems that produce a ballot that uses a quick-response code (QR code) or a barcode in the vote-counting process. This is critical. The Dominion ICX system used throughout the state of Georgia relies exclusively on a QR Code for vote tabulation. Further, the ES&S DS200 with the ExpressVote Ballot Marking Device also uses a barcode.

The Order requires the EAC, within 180 days, “to review and, if appropriate, re-certify voting systems under the new standards” mentioned above. The EAC must rescind all previous certifications “based on prior standards.”
Jurisdictions utilizing Dominion ICX machines courtesy: verifiedvoting.org
Jurisdictions utilizing ES&S ExpressVote machines courtesy: verifiedvoting.org

The Order invokes the VVSG 2.0 again, this time ordering the DHS and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to “heavily prioritize compliance with the VVSG 2.0…and completion of testing through the Voting System Test Labs accreditation process” when considering provisions through the Homeland Security Grant Programs. This would deliver a massive blow to any voting jurisdiction that is dependent on these Federal grants for election administration.

    And here’s the kicker:

Not one single voting system has met the certification requirements set by the VVSG 2.0.
    Enforcing and Upholding the Law

Section 5 of the order, “Prosecuting Election Crimes,” empowers the Attorney General to enter into “information-sharing agreements” with the States to the “maximum extent possible.” The aim is to provide the DOJ with “detailed information on all suspected violations of State and Federal election laws,” including information on individuals who:

registered or voted despite being ineligible or who registered multiple times
    committed election fraud
provided false information on voter registration or other election forms
intimidated or threatened voters or election officials
otherwise engaged in unlawful conduct to interfere in the election process

Election law enforcement has become highly partisan. Certain Secretaries of State have selectively chosen which election laws to enforce and against whom.

The well-known case of former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, who is serving 9.5 years in Colorado prison for taking a forensic image of election machines in her custody prior to a “Trusted Build” in order to preserve forensic evidence, is a prime example. Later that year in the build-up to the 2024 Presidential Election, it was discovered that the same Secretary of State who condemned Peters was guilty herself of publishing almost the entire state of Colorado’s BIOS passwords, unredacted, on its Secretary of State website for several months. This violation of law completely compromised the integrity of those systems in her state. Yet, Secretary Griswold not only steered clear of any criminal prosecution but also retained her position as Colorado’s chief election officer.

This Order addresses this lack of or selective enforcement of election laws. Section 5(b) compels the Attorney General to:

prioritize enforcement of Federal election integrity laws in such States to ensure election integrity given the State’s demonstrated unwillingness to enter into an information-sharing agreement or to cooperate in investigations and prosecutions; and

review for potential withholding of grants and other funds that the Department awards and distributes, in the Department’s discretion, to State and local governments for law enforcement and other purposes, as consistent with applicable law.

In the 2020 Presidential Election, US Attorney William McSwain sent a letter to President Trump stating that he was ordered not to investigate or make statements about election irregularities in Pennsylvania but to pass them off to then-PA Attorney General Josh Shapiro, who is now the governor of the commonwealth.

The irregularities mentioned are assumed to include claims of truck driver Jesse Morgan, who alleged he drove upwards of 250,000 ballots from New York to Pennsylvania in a trailer that disappeared at one of his stops. The official report from the US Postal Inspector’s Office was heavily redacted but refuted Morgan’s claims.

It seems as though this Order would compel the US Attorney and Attorney General to investigate those crimes in conjunction with the state authorities.

    Improving Security – Foreign Interference

In Section 6, “Improving Security of Voting Systems,” the Order requires the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security “to prevent all non-citizens from being involved in the administration of any Federal election, including by accessing election equipment, ballots, or any other relevant materials used in the conduct of any Federal election.”

This would essentially eliminate companies engaged from overseas in our elections, including Dominion Voting Systems, a Canadian company that outsourced at least some of its coding to Serbia; Scytl, a Barcelona-based company; and several others. Furthermore, nearly every election system in use today incorporates foreign components- such as chips, motherboards, hard drives, printers, and other computer components- from commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) systems.

The Order also requires the Secretary of Homeland Security and EAC to “review and report on the security of all electronic systems” used in voter registration and the voting process, assessing “the extent they are connected to, or integrated into, the internet and report on the risk of such systems being compromised through malicious software and unauthorized intrusions into the system.”
    Preventing Foreign Funding

Section 8, “Preventing Foreign Interference and Unlawful Use of Federal Funds,” requires the Attorney General and Treasury Secretary to prioritize enforcement of laws preventing foreign nationals from contributing to or donating in U.S. elections. It also calls for enforcement of laws prohibiting lobbying by organizations that receive federal funds.

In the 2024 Presidential Election, Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss transferred $34.4 million to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, in addition to tens of millions more to other left-wing activist groups, according to reporting from The Washington Examiner.

Furthermore, recent allegations against the Democrat fundraising powerhouse ActBlue have raised questions about the source of its funding, with accusations that much of it comes from overseas accounts. The Gateway Pundit reported on claims from ActBlue “Smurfing” investigator Peter Bernegger last June.

Repealing Biden’s Federal Voter Registration Drive

President Trump also repealed Executive Order 14019 with his own Order, Executive Order 14148. This Order reinforced his previous order that was intended to end to utilizing federal agencies and engagement with the federal government to register voters.
    Conclusion

All in all, this is a valiant start to shore up election integrity from the Trump Administration. President Trump assured us that “there are other steps that we will be taking in the coming weeks, and we think we’ll be able to end up getting fair elections” as he signed the Executive Order. He added, “It’s an honor to sign this one…to sign all of them…but to sign this one is a great honor.”

While the Executive Order does not go as far as Rep. Pete Sessions Make Elections Secure Act (MESA Act), President Trump took crucial steps within his executive authority to dismantle the election-fraud machine.

If you thought the Establishment lawfare groups and state attorneys general fought hard on his other executive actions, stand by. This is going to attract an unprecedented barrage of lawsuits from the leftist election NGOs across the country.

  20. THE TRUMP EFFECT: Lazy Illegal Alien Influencer Who Coached Other Invaders on How to Take Over Homes and Invoke ‘Squatter’s Rights’ DEPORTED to Communist Venezuela

Illegal immigrant from Venezuela, Leonel Moreno

The freeloading illegal alien influencer who last year pushed other invaders to seize American homes has been sent back to his Marxist place of birth.

The New York Post reported Friday that Leonel Moreno was sent back to Venezuela this week after President Trump struck a deal to resume deportation flights to the country.

Venezuela’s Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, said Moreno was welcomed back, though the social media influencer disrupted the flight. The commotion was terrible enough that Moreno had to be placed in his own plane section with additional security.

The Post added that Moreno flashed a thumbs-up sign after being escorted off the plane by a security official.

The deportation of Moreno was ordered last September, but Marxist Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro had no respect for Joe Biden and refused to accept ANY deportations of Venezuelan illegals in America. It’s incredible how things can change when our country has an actual President.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last year, Moreno’s journey into America began when he crossed the border illegally at Eagle Pass, Texas, in April 2022, after which he became a part of the Alternatives to Detention program.

This program, designed to monitor migrants through ankle monitors and other technologies, was Moreno’s pathway to freedom within the United States. However, he soon violated the terms and became what is referred to as an “absconder” by ICE officials.

After successfully invading America and escaping apprehension, Moreno posted various videos on TikTok beginning in March 2024 to instruct fellow illegals how to invade American homes and invoke squatter’s rights.

“If a house is not inhabited, we can seize it,” he asserted in one video, which was viewed nearly 4 million times before being deleted.

“I have thought about invading a house in the United States,” he added. “I found out there is a law that says if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it. Here in the United States, the law of land invasion applies, and I think that will be my next business: invading abandoned houses.”

While he was posting these disgusting clips, Moreno resided in Ohio without a job and lived off benefits. In one of his videos, Moreno boasted about receiving $350 weekly from the federal government and said he “doesn’t like to work because it gives him allergies.”

There were also reports that Moreno was believed to have been a sergeant in Venezuela’s military intelligence unit.
