Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  1. This pundit scratches at the last meaningful remnant of the British empire, the city of London banking system. It’s interesting that a relic so old may be still relevant to current events. Indeed, we hear about massive physical gold flows from London to the U.S.. We have a financially-literate President seeking to obliterate his country’s debt. We have another Crimean war.

    There is a great chasm separating human time requirements and monetary time movement. Human beings are forever frustrated by slow-moving money events. Understandable, given that we do tend to die, and know it. Money, financial matters, and economies, however, move at their own deliberate pace oblivious to human impatience.       Gaza standoff: Netanyahu and Hamas’ high-stakes cease-fire gamble

      Over the weekend, Israel and the U.S. announced that they had agreed upon a framework whereby the cease-fire would be extended for 50 days, and in exchange Hamas would release the remaining hostages, both living and dead, in two separate batches. Hamas so far appears to be rejecting the proposal. Ron Ben-Yishai explains the strategic logic at play, and why Gaza’s terrorist rulers may feel themselves under a new kind of pressure:

      The main threat is the credible risk of an Israeli military operation to reoccupy Gaza. Five IDF divisions are already positioned around the Strip, ready for rapid deployment. . . . . Second, internal pressure within Gaza is mounting as civilians demand relief. In an effort to intensify this leverage, Israel announced this morning that it was halting humanitarian aid to Gaza so long as Hamas continues to reject the [new cease-fire] plan.

      The third and strongest pressure point is U.S. support. President Donald Trump has shown no signs of losing interest in resolving the crisis.

      Hamas, for now, is playing tough, banking on the assumption that Israel would avoid resuming large-scale military operations for fear of endangering the hostages. But recent statements from Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz suggest that if Hamas refuses the deal, Israel may be willing to take that risk.

  6. Back to grade 5 for Mark Carney, shame on him a grown man spewing “the sky is falling nonsense”. I realize the World Economic Forum clown Klaus Schwab says we need to reduce the world population by drastic numbers, so perhaps I should not scold Carney for his ignorance, he knows what his orders are and will do what a desperate man / puppet would do.

    I am tired of looking at a grey sky most days and nights. My area was noted for its high number of days of sunshine and its dark night sky. On any given evening you could see thousands of stars, now the night sky is mostly light grey.

    I am tired of the planes going back and forth for approximately 15 several times day and night. There are so many sites one can read about what the climate clowns like Carney are proposing to block out the sun. There are many roof tops covered with ice build up this year, something different — less sun more build up of snow and ice.

    Even the village idiot would understand spraying the sky with reflective aerosol mixtures of sulphate, black carbon, metallic aluminum, aluminum oxide, barium titanate …….. to block out the sun would be bad for plants, trees and humans. This is a point peoplekind should realize how terribly important it is to ask anyone running for municipal office if they are aware of geoengineering.

    There are so many health risks — lungs, diseases……oh I forgot that is not a downside to climate clowns —- more deaths. Starvation will be a big factor if they keep killing food sources. The less CO2 the more dead trees, plants and people.

    Trudeau senior appointed Maurice Strong the eugenics promoter, and Justine, the World Economic Forum clown has carried on daddy’s plan. Reduce, reduce, reduce. How many billions of taxpayers’ money has Justine, Twitchy and Carney spent on this climate hoax? Imagine what they could have put into healthcare.

    I encourage all to read THE CO2 Coalition website. Learned men who are warning, educating thought leaders, policymakers, and the PUBLIC about the IMPORTANT CONTRIBUTION MADE BY CARBON DIOXIDE TO OUR LIVES AND THE ECONOMY.
