This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

  1. I hear many people saying Elon Musk cannot succeed in finding savings meaningfully proportionate to the national debt. Maybe, but his brainy bunch are laying bare so many of the Leftist thieving machinations it’s like watching Wyle E.   2. It is vital that counter-revolutionaries not forget history, and rectifying the crimes of collectivism requires a razor-sharp memory. Living in our time where years happen in days means uprooting the memory hole like a gigantic weed to the sunlight.

    Not to sound trite, but we are all a bit like this little old nation that has fought and fought to preserve its identity against the monster that is the European New communism. It makes perfect sense that George Soros, for example, has prioritized the destruction of the two small countries that most embody him: Hungary and Israel.     The American people are going to finally know the full truth about what really happened regarding the two attempts on Trump’s life last year.

    President Trump told the New York Post on Saturday that he has ordered the Secret Service to provide “every bit” of information regarding the two people who tried to kill him last year: 19-year-old Thomas Crooks and 59-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh. He said he sent out instructions to disclose this information on Friday.

    “I entitled to know,” Trump told the New York Post’s Miranda Devine.

    “I want to find out about the two assassins,” he added. “Why did the one guy have six cell phones and why did the other guy have (foreign) apps?”

    Trump went to rightfully blame Joe Biden for the Secret Service holding back information from the public.

    “No more holding back because of Biden,” Trump stated. “I’m entitled to know. And they held it back long enough.”

    “No excuses.”

    As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Trump was nearly assassinated last July during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania by a 20-year-old Democrat donor named Thomas Matthew Crooks.

    Worse, we learned that had DEI-loving former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle afforded adequate security to Trump at the rally and allowed the agents to guard the roof Crooks shot from, the incident would have never happened.

    A second attempt was made on President Trump’s life in September, just two months after he came within a centimeter of being killed in Butler. Shots were fired at the 45th president’s golf club in West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon at roughly 1:30 pm as he was playing golf with real estate investor Steve Witkoff.

    The shooter, later identified as 58-year-old Trump hater Ryan Wesley Routh, shoved the muzzle of his rifle through the fence line at the golf course before Secret Service agents opened fire on him.

    But these stories soon faded from the public conscience thanks to the corporate media. Now, Trump has assured we will finally be talking about them again.

    During an appearance on the ‘All In’ podcast this week, David Sacks, Trump’s ‘crypto-czar’ talked about the exposure of USAID by DOGE and why it’s causing so much anxiety for the establishment in Washington, DC.

    Sacks points out that it’s a giant scam, which awards a ton of money to all of these people and their favored media outlets.

    He questions how much of this cash was used to create artificial support for progressive policies in the form of Astroturf.

    The fallout and aftermath of Elon Musk’s investigation into USAID as part of President Trump’s radical revolution in his second-term in office, has revealed stunning reports of government funding for far-left efforts and wasteful efforts. Musk has said that Trump has authorized him to look into the Department of Education, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and explosively, the Pentagon.

    Wikileaks is now claiming that another part of the far-left USAID funding has been influencing foreign and domestic media with nearly half-a-billion dollars in U.S. taxpayer funding for the “Internews Network”, a non-profit funded primarily by the government that trained journalists, pushed certain news and agenda that fit the government’s desires, and also that the network developed “exclusion lists” that were meant to pressure advertisers to bankrupt other media outlets that did not serve the government’s agenda.

    The U.S. government was also pushing such ‘exclusion lists’ through a variety of other state-supported organizations and entities, such as the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington, Yale, Newsguard, and by coercing big tech companies like Facebook, Amazon, and Google. This was all part of the left’s Censorship Industrial Complex.

    The Gateway Pundit is litigating against the government at the moment in Missouri v. Biden on related issues about censorship, deplatforming, and demonetization.

    Internews supported and funded those censorship efforts.

    A reported 75% of the funding for Internews Network came directly from USAID. That funding allowed them to work with a reported 4,291 media outlets.

    This network, financed almost entirely by the U.S. government, was active in 30 countries and working with over 9,000 journalists.

    Google Maps shows that the official main office for Internews has been abandoned, suggesting that some possible degree of fraud has been underway.

    This is the first major fraud I think has been uncovered from scrutiny of USAID.

    The President of Internews, Jeanne Bourgault, has put her social media accounts, including her LinkedIn account, into lock-down. The Internews website has been scrubbed, though it is still active at the Archive.org “Wayback Machine.” Her prior work was solely with USAID and affiliated organizations. She was being paid nearly a half million dollars per year and has been with the organization for over 24 years.

    Some of her connections are tied to Reddit management and at other high-profile and influential media companies.

    Internews has also been connected to funding from powerful left-wing billionaire George Soros.

    Separately it recently came out that Politico was receiving $8 million per year from the government, though the far-left DC-based news outlet claims it was for high-priced specialty plans that were being sold for $10,000 per year to high-level government officials to ‘track legislation.’

    Internews was all being operated out of an office that had clearly been abandoned for years.

Specifically referencing the alleged controversial “Operation Mockingbird” where U.S. intelligence figures sought to place influential undercover agents, and develop placed agents within, every major media outlet in the world as a way to project the U.S. agenda and power globally.

  7. Trump stripping the security clearances of numerous antagonists — including NY AG Letitia James, DA Alvin Bragg

    President Trump has ordered security clearances stripped from a new hit list of antagonists.

    Just days after revoking Joe Biden’s access to classified information and secure federal buildings — “because I don’t trust him” — Trump said his new top target is ex-Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who orchestrated the “Dirty 51” letter from former intelligence officials on the eve of the 2020 election.

    The infamous missive falsely claimed that Hunter Biden’s laptop, the contents of which The Post revealed, was Russian disinformation.

    Blinken’s security clearances will be revoked, following the same presidential directive aimed at Biden and the 51 ex-spooks last week, Trump told The Post in an exclusive interview.

    “This is to take away every right they have [revoking security clearances] including they can’t go into [federal] buildings.”

    New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg join the new group of eight Democrat foes Trump plans to punish by revoking any access to classified information and barring their entry to federal facilities.

    The president said they all will be given “exactly the same” punishment as Biden and the Dirty 51 as part of his administration’s vow to hold government officials accountable for actions he regards as election interference or the mishandling of classified information.

    Bragg prosecuted Trump last year in the so-called “hush money” case and James brought a civil fraud case against the president for supposedly exaggerating his wealth when applying for bank loans.

    The move is regarded as more symbolic than consequential for the New York lawfare duo.

    But it could hamper them in carrying out their official duties by prohibiting them from entering courthouses, prisons, and law enforcement facilities in Foley Square in lower Manhattan, including the Thurgood Marshall and Daniel Patrick Moynihan courthouses, the Metropolitan Correctional Center, and the Jacob Javits Federal Building which houses the FBI’s New York field office.

    They also will not be able to set foot in the US Attorney’s offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

    “It’s more an insult and a slap in the face than a real deterrent,” said attorney Bob Costello, a former Manhattan federal prosecutor who testified as a defense witness in Trump’s hush-money trial in Manhattan.

    The other targets Trump disclosed to The Post include Biden’s former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who also was chief foreign policy adviser to Hillary Clinton during her failed 2016 presidential bid when he notoriously helped foment the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

    Also in Trump’s sights are Biden’s Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, who was involved in overseeing lawfare investigations against Trump and coordinating the DOJ response to the Jan. 6 riot.

    She also helped orchestrate the Russia hoax while working as an aide to President Obama.

    Next in line are anti-Trumpers Andrew Weissman, the lead prosecutor in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russiagate investigation of Trump, who frequently maligns the former president in his role as an MNBC contributor; lawyer Mark Zaid, who represented Eric Ciaramella, the CIA analyst identified as the whistleblower in Trump’s impeachment in 2019 over a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky; and Norm Eisen, special counsel to the Democrat-led House Judiciary Committee during the impeachment.

    Former Trump attorney Tim Parlatore says Trump’s action is largely symbolic and hard to enforce, especially on New York officials.

    But it will have a “major impact” on Zaid’s legal practice “because he fashions himself as a national security lawyer.”

    “He’s a whacky partisan guy [who] tweeted after Trump was inaugurated that it was time for a coup. He makes his money during Republican [presidencies] by going against the administration.”

    Trump last week cut off Biden’s access to the daily intelligence briefings normally afforded former presidents, before stripping his security clearances, telling The Post he doesn’t “trust” his predecessor with such sensitive information.

    “I don’t trust him. He’s not worthy of trust … To safeguard national security,”

    He told the Post his administration had no plans to investigate his predecessor, while noting that Biden did not pardon himself when he pardoned his son Hunter and six other family members.

    “I wouldn’t do it specifically. If something comes up, he’s certainly prime time for investigation. … It’s not good what he did to our country. I mean, all of this work we’re doing now with getting [illegal aliens] out, finding murderers on the street. … all of this that we’re doing is because of him allowing people to come into our country.”

      President Trump on Saturday stripped the security clearances of 8 ‘antagonists’ who have targeted him for ruin – including at least two of the Deep State lawyers representing the FBI officials suing to block the DOJ from releasing names of officials involved in January 6 cases.

      Last Tuesday, two groups of FBI agents anonymously filed a lawsuit to block the Justice Department from accessing their names.

      President Trump stripped security clearances of Norm Eisen, the key architect behind the color revolution and 180 lawsuits against Trump – and Mark Zaid, the Deep State lawyer who represented Trump impeachment ‘whistleblower’ Eric Ciaramella.

      Trump also revoked the security clearance of corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann.

      Both Zaid and Eisen also represent the FBI officials now suing the DOJ to block the release of their names.

      Trump’s decision to revoke Norm Eisen’s security clearance comes one week after he boasted about targeting Trump’s Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove for ruin in response to the firing of FBI and DOJ officials.

      Norm Eisen and others in his lawfare orbit have previously targeted Trump attorneys for disbarment.

      Now his group, State Defenders Democracy Fund, a retired judge and DC hack lawyer Mark Zaid, are threatening Emil Bove with “severe consequences.”

      “We’ve written a letter to Mr. Bove and the leadership of FBI reminding them not only of their moral duties but of their ethical and legal duties and warning them of very severe consequences,” Norm Eisen said and corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann nodded in agreement.

  8. COMMISSIONER SID MILLER URGES CAUTION AS MORE TEXANS RECEIVE CHINESE MYSTERY SEED PACKAGE (2/7/2025)

    Americans should be cautious about unsolicited packages that contain unknown seeds or liquids

    AUSTIN – Today, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller announced new reports of unsolicited seed packages arriving across Texas from Chinese vendors. The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is working swiftly to safely collect these packages and ensure they are delivered to the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) for inspection. One Texan reported ordering a dog toy from the Chinese vendor TEMU, only to receive a package of seeds instead. With the total number of reported packages now at five statewide, Texans are urged to exercise caution when opening any unexpected packages from China.

    “It’s clear there’s a trend here, and Americans nationwide need to stay vigilant,” Commissioner Miller emphasized. “The importance of biosecurity for our country shouldn’t be overlooked. We heard back from APHIS; sure enough, the first reported package included an invasive plant species. We need everyone’s support to report these unsolicited packages from China.”

    APHIS has identified the seeds and liquid in the package delivered earlier this week to Clute, Texas. The seeds were identified as Sacred Lotus or Nelumbo nucifera seeds, also known as Indian lotus, an aquatic plant. The unlabeled liquid was also confirmed as an accompanying nutrient solution. Sacred Lotus is considered an invasive aquatic plant in many regions, particularly when introduced outside its native range in Asia. While invasive, it is not listed on the federal noxious weed list and is only prohibited in one state, Wisconsin.

    “These packages should never have gotten through customs,” Commissioner Miller explained. “Without the proper documentation and consent, the shipment did not meet the entry conditions for the United States. We need to close this loophole in our biosecurity protections. It’s a vulnerability to national security.”

    An invasive species is an organism that is not native to a particular region. The introduction of this “alien species” can cause economic or environmental harm. In agriculture, an invasive species can destroy native crops, introduce disease to native plants, and possibly harm livestock.

    The contents of these packages will be destroyed through steam sterilization at no cost to the recipients. TDA’s partners at APHIS will share the detections with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to identify similar small mail packages from the same sources.

  9. Protecting Second Amendment Rights
    EXECUTIVE ORDER
    February 7, 2025

    By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

    Section 1. Purpose. The Second Amendment is an indispensable safeguard of security and liberty. It has preserved the right of the American people to protect ourselves, our families, and our freedoms since the founding of our great Nation. Because it is foundational to maintaining all other rights held by Americans, the right to keep and bear arms must not be infringed.

    Sec. 2. Plan of Action. (a) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General shall examine all orders, regulations, guidance, plans, international agreements, and other actions of executive departments and agencies (agencies) to assess any ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment rights of our citizens, and present a proposed plan of action to the President, through the Domestic Policy Advisor, to protect the Second Amendment rights of all Americans.
    (b) In developing such proposed plan of action, the Attorney General shall review, at a minimum:
    (i) All Presidential and agencies’ actions from January 2021 through January 2025 that purport to promote safety but may have impinged on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens;
    (ii) Rules promulgated by the Department of Justice, including by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, from January 2021 through January 2025 pertaining to firearms and/or Federal firearms licensees;
    (iii) Agencies’ plans, orders, and actions regarding the so-called “enhanced regulatory enforcement policy” pertaining to firearms and/or Federal firearms licensees;
    (iv) Reports and related documents issued by the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention;
    (v) The positions taken by the United States in any and all ongoing and potential litigation that affects or could affect the ability of Americans to exercise their Second Amendment rights;
    (vi) Agencies’ classifications of firearms and ammunition; and
    (vii) The processing of applications to make, manufacture, transfer, or export firearms.

    Sec. 3. Implementation. Upon submission of the proposed plan of action described in section 2 of this order, the Attorney General shall work with the Domestic Policy Advisor to finalize the plan of action and establish a process for implementation.

    Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
    (i) the authority granted by law to an executive department, agency, or the head thereof; or
    (ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
    (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
    (c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

NEO wants folks to believe it is a partnership between “changemakers and funders.” They claim to provide “resources to groups accelerating change.” Race, gender and DEI are huge for them, but guns are a problem.

    An incredible website database has outed NEO Philanthropy’s actual duties, and those of thousands of other similar groups. NEO, it turns out, is nothing more than a middleman. It receives money and funnels some of it to Everytown for Gun Safety as well as other leftwing, anti-gun groups.

    The website database is called DataRepublican.com, and it will forever change the way nonprofits handle their funding, especially those on the left.

    The Biden Administration’s open-border policy over the past four years has been dangerous to our country in several different ways. Of course, one of the most obvious is that Biden’s policy encouraged hardened criminals, including murderers, rapists and child traffickers, to stream into the country and prey on American citizens.

    It should come as no surprise to TTAG readers that when members of the vicious Venezuela gang Tren de Aragua crossed the border, they didn’t come here just for the free phones, taxpayer-funded lodging and to pursue the American dream. Most will remember that gang members took over some apartment buildings in Colorado. In fact, they came to ply their trade of violence and terror in a more criminal-friendly environment.

    According to a recent ABCnews.com report, in late January, 10 members of associates of the Venezuelan gang were indicted on charges of running a nationwide gun-trafficking scheme in New York City.

    An announcement by Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz stated that of those arrested in the plot, two were taken into custody in Texas and Florida. Four others were taken into custody in New York in an operation in which a city police officer was injured during the arrest.

    “As a result of our investigation, 34 dangerous weapons are now off the streets, and we are dismantling this gang as it attempts to establish itself locally,” Katz said. According to Katz, the organization had intentions of taking the gun-trafficking scheme internationally, which, of course, is also illegal.

    According to the ABCnews.com report, the group used the telephone app WhatsApp to communicate about the gun sales, and some of those sales were made in broad daylight in parking lots or by hiding guns in trash bags.

    Of course, President Donald Trump’s views on the border are vastly different than Bidens, and his actions since inauguration day have proven him to be serious about getting violent criminals out of the country as quickly as possible.

    Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) have arrested at least 30 Tren de Aragua members since the president’s crackdown on illegal immigrants in the country, and also MS-13 members in the country illegally and members of a Haitian gang.

    Trump’s efforts at stopping criminals from entering the country have been no less successful. The success of that endeavor is easily demonstrated by a single week in late January.

    On January 29, U.S. Border Patrol Chief Mike Banks posted on X: “In the past seven days, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended 4,577 individuals attempting to enter the country illegally, a significant 55% decrease from the previous week’s 10,281 apprehensions. This trend indicates that our enhanced border security measures produce results …”

      Anti-Trump bureaucrats are working to sabotage the Trump Administration’s efforts to rid America of criminal aliens. What they did late last week should have you enraged.

      The Trump Administration secretly devised a bold plan to carry out a massive ICE operation in the nation’s second-most populous city, Los Angeles, beforemonth. As The Gateway Pundit has previously reported, large-scale raids have been Team Trump’s modus operandi the end of the since Day One.

      But this raid will be the first to hit LA. But now illegal aliens have PLENTY of advance notice of what is coming and can go into hiding to avoid deportation.

      As The Daily Mail reported, anti-Trump federal law enforcement sources got hold of the memo authorizing the raid and leaked it to the LA Times on Friday.

      One official also added that agents from the FBI and the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Los Angeles field offices were being called in to assist with the deportations.

      Of course, these bureaucrats are hiding behind anonymity to avoid getting exposed and deservedly fired.

      “They needed more bodies,” the official told the LA Times.

      The official also added that the timeframe for the raids could shift thanks to what he described as the “chaotic” approach of the Trump administration.

      He also anticipated pushback from some of the agencies involved in LA, which could also slow the plans. Of course, a bigger reason plans could slow is because of Never-Trumpers like him.

      A former official, who also got wind of the Trump Administration’s plans, confirmed the same news regarding incoming ICE “raids” to the far-left paper.

      This is not the first act of sabotage that redounded to the benefit of illegals. The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan revealed someone leaked to Tren de Aragua gang members that ICE was raiding Colorado apartments.

      When ICE agents showed up, the apartments were empty. At the same time, activists shouted into bullhorns as ICE agents raided a Cedar Run apartment complex on Wednesday morning.

      Of course, this put ICE agents in danger.
