An official from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) instructed hurricane relief workers to skip over the homes of supporters of President-elect Donald Trump, according to a recent report.
Marn’i Washington, a FEMA supervisor, reportedly informed hurricane relief workers “verbally and in a group chat,” to “avoid homes advertising Trump,” in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton, several “government employees,” told the Daily Wire.
The government employees explained to the outlet that as a result of the guidance, “at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags” in Lake Placid, Florida, had been skipped. As a result, residents did not have an “opportunity to qualify for FEMA assistance.”

A federal disaster relief official ordered workers to bypass the homes of Donald Trump’s supporters as they surveyed damage caused by Hurricane Milton in Florida, according to internal correspondence obtained by The Daily Wire and confirmed by multiple federal employees.
A FEMA supervisor told workers in a message to “avoid homes advertising Trump” as they canvassed Lake Placid, Florida to identify residents who could qualify for federal aid, internal messages viewed by The Daily Wire reveal. The supervisor, Marn’i Washington, relayed this message both verbally and in a group chat used by the relief team, multiple government employees told The Daily Wire.
The government employees told The Daily Wire that at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags were skipped from the end of October and into November due to the guidance, meaning they were not given the opportunity to qualify for FEMA assistance. Just like we witnessed in the 2022 Arizona election, election officials are openly changing the ballot totals remaining to be counted without explanation.
In 2022, Democrats swept the state-wide elections despite Republicans having the strongest set of candidates in recent history.
Kari Lake was so impressive and polished that she made a name for herself nationally prior to the race. But on election day, Maricopa County officials sent the wrong-sized paper to the precincts, essentially shutting down voting across the metro areas but especially in deep-red districts. Democrats were somehow able to pick up over 50% of the votes that day despite having only a 17% turnout on Election Day.
Then, following Election Day, 25,000 mysterious and still unexplained ballots were inserted into Maricopa County’s totals. This was never investigated or explained.
Kari Lake filed a historic lawsuit on Friday to nullify the Stolen 2022 Midterm Election for Governor.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Kari Lake filed her lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and the corrupt Maricopa County elections officials to nullify the election for Governor and approve a full audit of signatures and machine failures.
It was revealed by a Runbeck whistleblower in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots did not have any chain of custody documentation.

This finding is similar to a Maricopa County 2020 election report from Verity Vote that used public records requests to discover that more than 20,000 2020 election ballots were illegally counted.
The Gateway Pundit reported on these illegally counted ballots during the 2020 election investigations.
Some Things Never Change
Election officials in Arizona are once again changing the ballot totals as the US Senate Seat has yet to be called.
President Trump won the state 52.7% to 46.4% over Kamala Harris.
But the officials in Arizona want you to believe that a majority of Arizona voters voted for Trump, and then a majority voted for the open borders communist Ruben Gallego, the son of a cartel attorney.
The Kari Lake campaign fired off a letter on Friday to Pima County officials after they were caught changing the ballot totals this week!
The letter reads:
On behalf of Kari Lake for Senate, my client requests the county provide complete transparency as to the ballots tabulated and the ballots awaiting tabulation. Further, my client demands a complete accounting as to discrepancies that have been identified in the publicly reported data.

Specifically, the estimate of uncounted ballots went up by 14,666 today (Nov. 8) between the reports listed as uploaded at 1:23pm MST (Exhibit B) and 3:23pm MST (Exhibit D).

But even more strange than the number of uncounted ballots increasing, at one point, the report purported to be uploaded at 3:23pm (Exhibit C) was initially identical to the report uploaded at 1:23pm (Exhibit B). Without changing the time stamp, two hours later (around 6:00pm MST), the 3:23pm report (Exhibit D) reflected the numbers listed above.

According to CNN reports, Pentagon brass met recently to discuss and plan how to override President Trump’s 47 orders.
This smells like treason.
The military-industrial complex is infuriated that the first president in 40 years who did not start a war while in office has returned to power.
This latest report that the failed Pentagon brass who surrendered to the illiterate Taliban barbarians, donated billions of dollars in US weapons, and abandoned Bagram Air Force Base, are plotting against Trump 47 is not a complete surprise.
Retired General Mark Milley, the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, openly refused President Trump’s requests for “National Guard or Soldiers” present at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Milley created and environment where violence was able to take place that day.
According to the documents, General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, confirmed that President Trump expressed concern about the potential for unrest and proactively ordered the necessary precautions.
On January 3, 2021, just three days before the protest, General Milley recalled the president saying, “Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th. Make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event.”
Not only did General Milley ignore President Trump’s order to deploy the National Guard to the US Capitol on January 6, and not only did General Milley hide this important fact from investigators and the media, but General Milley also reportedly placed the US military under his control following the January 6 riot.
General Milley was not alone in blame. As The Gateway Pundit reported previously, Nancy Pelosi also refused the National Guard at the US Capitol due to politics.
During this same time period – General Milley was also making secret calls to the Chinese promising to tip them off if President Trump took action against China.
For some reason, General Milley was never questioned, fired, or punished for his actions.
US military brass does not believe in accountability.
So, it’s not surprising that Pentagon brass recently met to discuss how they can override Trump 47’s orders.

…Trump in his last term had a fraught relationship with much of his senior military leadership, including now-retired Gen. Mark Milley who took steps to limit Trump’s ability to use nuclear weapons while he was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The president-elect, meanwhile, has repeatedly called US military generals “woke,” “weak” and “ineffective leaders.”
Officials are now gaming out various scenarios as they prepare for an overhaul of the Pentagon.
“We are all preparing and planning for the worst-case scenario, but the reality is that we don’t know how this is going to play out yet,” one defense official said.
Trump needs to clean house of these horrible turncoats when he enters the White House.

Whoopie Goldberg, in a Thursday episode of ABC’s ‘The View,’ tried to claim that inflation at the grocery store was not caused by Joe Biden but the greedy “pigs” who own the grocery stores, prompting outrage from labor groups and grocers.
“Your pocketbook is bad, not because the Bidens did anything. Not because the economy is bad. Your grocery bills are what they are because the folks that own the groceries are pigs,” Whoopie declared.
Their token “Republican,” Alyssa Farah Griffin, agreed, adding, “But no one articulated that.”
Whoopie continued, “Well, that’s what I’m saying, is that let’s talk about the reasons why stuff—gas is high, not because the Bidens didn’t try to help, but because the folks who control that decided ‘I want mo’ money!’”

According to The New York Post, National Grocers Association (NGA) Chief Greg Ferra responded to Whoopie’s comments villainizing grocery store owners in a letter to ‘The View’ executive producer Brian Teta. “We are deeply troubled by these remarks … referring to people who own grocery stores as ‘pigs,’” the letter reads.
The organization represents “independent community grocers located in every congressional district across the country, and the wholesalers that service them,” according to its website.
The NGA also cited grocery stores’ “razor-thin” profit margins of one to two percent and “violent” crimes committed against employees as a result of Rhetoric like Whoopie’s.
“Statements that falsely depict grocers as ‘gouging’ not only exacerbate these tensions but also risk further harm to these frontline workers who have continued to serve the public through challenging times,” Ferra continued in his letter, crediting food inflation to “broader economic issues” and rising labor costs.
Another grocery store owner and co-president of Associated Supermarket Group, Zulema Wiscovitch, told The Post that they are “totally outraged” by Whoopie’s lies and said she is inciting “hate” against grocery store owners and employees.
“It shows a lack of understanding of what’s going on with the economy,” Wiscovitch added, calling Whoopie’s smear on grocers “totally unacceptable.”

Mississippi District Attorney, Mayor of Jackson, and Jackson City Council Member Charged with Bribery and Other Offenses

An indictment was unsealed today in the Southern District of Mississippi charging Hinds County District Attorney, Jody E. Owens II, 43; Mayor of Jackson, Mississippi, Chokwe Antar Lumumba, 41; and former President and current member of the Jackson City Council, Aaron Banks, 47, all of Jackson, with participating in a bribery scheme to enrich themselves. Owens, Lumumba, and Banks are scheduled to make their initial court appearances today before U.S. Magistrate Judge LaKeysha Greer Isaac in Jackson.
“The indictment alleges that Jackson’s mayor, the district attorney in Jackson, and members of Jackson’s city council conspired to accept bribes in exchange for official acts benefiting purported real estate developers,” said Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Nicole M. Argentieri, head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Officials who abuse their positions of authority to enrich themselves undermine public confidence in government. The Justice Department is committed to restoring that confidence by working with its law enforcement partners to investigate and prosecute public corruption.”
“Leaders who are awarded the public’s trust should be focusing on the needs of the Jackson community, not looking to line their own pockets and benefit themselves,” said U.S. Attorney Todd Gee for the Southern District of Mississippi. “As alleged in the indictment, from campaign donations generated through laundered money to stacks of cash bribes, the members of this conspiracy allegedly offered and accepted bribes in exchange for official acts. The Justice Department is committed to investigating and prosecuting bribery and other forms of public corruption.”
“Our citizens are entitled to decisions based on the best interests of the public, not corrupt public officials,” said Assistant Director Chad Yarbrough of the FBI Criminal Investigative Division. “No one is above the law, and the FBI is committed to ensuring that those who cross the line and violate the public’s trust are held accountable for their unlawful actions.”
As alleged in the indictment, between approximately October 2023 and May 2024, Owens facilitated bribe payments to public officials in Jackson on behalf of two FBI undercover employees posing as real estate developers (the Developers) in exchange for at least $115,000 and the promise of future financial benefit. Owens instructed the Developers that, for their project to succeed, they needed to secure the support of certain public officials in Jackson through bribery. Those public officials included Mayor Lumumba, Councilman Banks, and former Jackson City Councilwoman Angelique Lee. Owens instructed the Developers how much, where, and when to bribe those officials.
As part of the scheme, Mayor Lumumba accepted a bribe payment of $50,000 from the Developers in exchange for exerting his influence and taking official action relating to the Developers’ proposed project in downtown Jackson. As directed by Owens and Lumumba, the bribe payments were concealed as five $10,000 campaign-donation checks from third-party entities and individuals, including Owens. Lumumba then laundered that money through his campaign account before cashing out a portion of the payment.
The indictment also alleges that, as part of the scheme, Councilman Banks solicited a $50,000 bribe in exchange for his votes in support of the Developers’ proposed project in downtown Jackson. Banks accepted an initial payment of $10,000 in cash, along with a promise to provide funding for the employment of a family member and a protective detail service.
As part of the scheme, former Councilwoman Lee allegedly accepted a $10,000 debt repayment, $3,000 in cash, and a shopping trip worth approximately $6,000 in luxury goods in exchange for her votes in support of the Developers’ proposed development project in downtown Jackson.
Additionally, the indictment alleges that, on May 22, an FBI agent approached Owens, identified himself as an FBI agent, and asked Owens about his involvement in the bribery scheme. During the interview, Owens made material false statements to the FBI agent.
Owens is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery, honest services wire fraud, and money laundering, and, if convicted, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison for the charge; three counts of federal program bribery, and faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for each charge; one count of using a facility in interstate commerce in furtherance of unlawful activity, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the charge; one count of honest services wire fraud, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the charge; one count of money laundering, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the charge; and one count of lying to federal officers, and faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison for the charge.
Lumumba is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery, honest services wire fraud, and money laundering, and, if convicted, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison for the charge; one count of federal program bribery, and faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for the charge; one count of using a facility in interstate commerce in furtherance of unlawful activity, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the charge; one count of honest services wire fraud, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the charge; and one count of money laundering, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the charge.
Banks is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery, honest services wire fraud, and money laundering, and, if convicted, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison for the charge, and one count of federal program bribery, and faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for the charge. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
The FBI is investigating the case.
Trial Attorneys Nicholas W. Cannon and Madison H. Mumma of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Charles W. Kirkham and Kimberly T. Purdie for the Southern District of Mississippi are prosecuting the case.
An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Trump claimed that “left-wing activists, Silicon Valley elites, and a corrupted media” have manipulated online platforms to silence opposing views, even on lawful and widely debated topics like elections and public health. According to Trump, reclaiming free speech for all Americans is paramount to restoring democracy.
Five-Point Plan to Break Up Censorship
Immediate Executive Action Against Government Censorship: Trump promised to issue an executive order on day one preventing any federal agency from colluding with private companies to censor or restrict Americans’ speech. This restriction would cover government officials involved in tech partnerships or directing companies to limit certain content. For firearms content creators, this action could reduce shadow-banning and the removal of lawful gun-related content, enabling a fairer online environment where discussions on shooting sports, gun safety, and rights can flourish without constant obstacles.
DOJ Investigations into Censorship Practices: Trump pledged that the Department of Justice would investigate all forms of censorship enforced by tech companies and backed by government influence. Potential charges could include violations of civil rights, campaign finance, and election laws. If carried out, these investigations would mark a major shift in holding tech companies accountable for practices that have impacted pro-gun creators, firearms safety educators, and shooting sports personalities whose content has been restricted or taken down by platforms.
Reforming Section 230 Protections: Section 230 reform has been a hotly debated topic, but Trump’s approach would tie immunity for tech companies to fair content moderation standards. Under this reform, platforms could retain protections only if they demonstrate neutrality and transparency, prohibiting arbitrary censorship of lawful speech. For firearms content creators, this policy shift would mean that discussions around gun safety, sport shooting, and rights would no longer face unwarranted removal or de-platforming.

Restrictions that have affected everything from firearms assembly and modifications to gun safety videos to coverage of shooting sports could be minimized, if not eliminated. Content on lawful gun ownership, sport shooting, and self-defense could see broader reach and visibility across social media platforms that have previously shadow-banned or de-platformed such creators. Conservative media, too, stands to gain from greater transparency and accountability, as they would be able to reach audiences without being subjected to hidden algorithmic limitations or vague content rules.

Nate Silver’s Comments on Presidential Polls Has 2A Ramifications

When it comes to the presidential election, it’s all over but the crying.
While, as of this writing, we’re still waiting on results from Arizona, but they’re not going to have any ramifications on who the president will be come January. There are some House races that might have an impact on who holds the majority in that chamber, but that’s just about it as far as national ramifications go.

But the polls were…questionable.
RealClearPolitics, which doesn’t play with the numbers at all, simply averages the polls together, had Kamala Harris with a slight lead. FiveThirtyEight had her winning with a slightly larger lead, but it was still close. Yet Trump won the popular vote entirely, and by a couple of percentage points, meaning they missed it by a fairly significant margin.
That’s interesting, because nearly a week before the election, pollster Nate Silver called out his colleagues.
Polling guru Nate Silver lashed out at other survey junkies in his field for “cheating” in the final stretch of the 2024 presidential election — accusing them of recycling some results to keep the race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris close.
The FiveThirtyEight founder said irresponsible pollsters were “herding” their numbers, or using past results to affect current ones, to keep Vice President Harris and former President Trump within a point or two of each other each time.
“I kind of trust pollsters less,” Silver said on his podcast, name-checking Emerson College. “They all, every time a pollster [says] ‘Oh, every state is just plus-one, every single state’s a tie,’ no! You’re f–king herding! You’re cheating! You’re cheating!” he fumed.
“Your numbers aren’t all going to come out at exactly one-point leads when you’re sampling 800 people over dozens of surveys,” Silver vented.

Now, it should be remembered that Silver got it wrong, too. He had Harris winning on Tuesday as well, but he makes a valid point on how every single poll had a razor-thin margin of victory for whoever they had winning.
Which doesn’t mean jack for the Second Amendment.
Or does it?
I think it might.
If pollsters are cooking the books to deliver a specific result on a presidential election, what else are they doing it for? Think about how so many polls show this overwhelming support for gun control. Supposedly, the American people want assault weapon bans and red flag laws and universal background checks, among other things. Poll after poll claims that to be true.
But what if that’s just what the pollsters want it to say?
That would also explain why gun control isn’t really a winning issue in most races. If the issue isn’t that popular among voters really and it’s an illusion created by pollsters?
I can’t say that’s definitively happening. Silver made a claim about polls and I don’t have the expertise to truly evaluate whether he’s right or not. However, if we take what he says at face value, it has to raise questions about polling data in general. If pollsters will put their fingers on the scale in one case, where will they draw the line?

I don’t know, but in a world where I have a growing distrust of the supposed authority figures we’re supposed to be able to trust–doctors, academics, etc–it’s not really hard to believe that this is just one more group to add to the list. I hadn’t actually trusted polling data for a while, but that was due to how they asked the questions.
Now I have to wonder if they didn’t stop there.

Law Enforcement Group Sues Rhode Island Officials Over Concealed Carry Concerns

After the success of Tuesday’s elections, a national right-to-carry reciprocity law is one of the top priorities for many Second Amendment advocates. There’s already one group of Americans who essentially have the right to bear arms across state lines; active duty and retired police officers.

The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act, enacted in 2004, provides that a “qualified law enforcement officer” or a “qualified retired law enforcement officer” can lawfully carry a concealed firearm in every U.S. state and territory, so long as they have the proper credentials. Individuals covered under LEOSA are still subject to state laws regulating where guns can be carried, but a police officer or retired cop from, say, Nebraska, can still bear arms in California even though the state doesn’t recognize any out-of-state carry permits.
The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, however, says the state of Rhode Island isn’t following the law when it comes to LEOSA, and the group is now suing the state’s Attorney General and Police Superintendent over a policy that conflicts with the federal statute.
“In violation of this federal right, Rhode Island criminalizes the concealed carry of a firearm unless the retired officer obtain a separate, Rhode-Island specific permit. The Rhode Island permit is not a LEOSA identification. Moreover, unlike LEOSA identification, the Rhode Island permit requires a separate application fee, imposes more onerous requirements than otherwise mandated by LEOSA, and can be denied or revoked in the sole discretion of the Superintendent of State Police.”
FLEOA, in the suit, “seeks a declaration that Rhode Island’s laws are preempted and seeks a judgment that the enforcement of those laws violates the rights of its members.”
In 2022, FLEOA filed a similar case in New Jersey, and it was reported that the law enforcement organization won the lawsuit. That case was appealed.
According to FLEOA’s law firm in a statement, “In a unanimous opinion issued on February 14, 2024, the appellate court affirmed the lower court’s ruling and concluded that the LEOSA preempts contrary aspects of New Jersey law and provides qualified retired officers, including those who retired from New Jersey agencies, with an enforceable right to concealed carry under Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act, and upheld the district court’s injunction.”

Rhode Island is one of a handful of states that doesn’t recognize any out-of-state carry permit, but even though they’re depriving visitors of their Second Amendment rights, LEOSA should still cover qualified active duty and retired law enforcement officers. Instead, the state contends that retired officers must obtain a Retired Police Officer permit (or a Rhode Island concealed carry permit) before they can lawfully bear arms in the state.
In its lawsuit, FLEOA argues that the RPO permit doesn’t qualify as LEOSA identification, and also imposes stricter requirements than the federal statute.
Another inconsistency between federal law and Rhode Island’s statute is the Rhode Island RPO Permit is only valid for four years, according to the lawsuit.
The FLEOA says, “In addition, the decision to issue a Rhode Island RPO Permit by the Attorney General is discretionary (“may issue”) and, once issued, the Rhode Island RPO Permit may be revoked—again, at the discretion of the State—at any time for ‘just cause.’ Indeed, ‘a pistol permit is a privilege left to the sole discretion of the Attorney General.’”
That clearly conflicts with what the Supreme Court said in Bruen about “may issue” licensing regimes. The Rhode Island legislature should have changed that statute a couple of years ago, but I guess the Democrats in charge of the state legislature were too busy passing magazine bans to worry about complying with a Supreme Court decision.
I’m not a huge fan of the federal government giving current and retired law enforcement the ability to carry across state lines when the average citizen can’t do the same, to be honest. A national right-to-carry reciprocity law that applies to all lawful gun owners is what’s really needed, and if that was already in place this wouldn’t be an issue. Until that day comes, though, anti-2A states like Rhode Island should still be compelled to follow federal law. New Jersey has already been brought to heel, and hopefully that will soon be the case for Rhode Island as well.
