Counter-terror police are assisting the investigation into the sudden death of a British investigative journalist reporting on the Ukraine War.

Hamas’s 24 battalions have been almost completely “shattered,” and the terror organization has been reduced to a “guerrilla” force, according to Israeli government spokesman David Mencer in a media briefing on Thursday.
Mencer was commenting on the report Wednesday by Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant that Israeli soldiers had recovered a memorandum from a dead senior Hamas commander to Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar in which he said that the terrorist group had been reduced to 25% of its former capacity, that it was running out of rockets, and that it was losing support from the Palestinian civilian population, whose morale had been shattered by the war over time.
Hamas still holds 101 Israeli hostages, as many as 68 of whom may still be alive, and Sinwar is still hiding from Israeli forces. Yet there have been almost no rocket attacks on Israel from Gaza in recent months, and residents of some of the Israeli communities that Hamas attacked on October 7 have begun to return safely to their homes. Mencer said that Hamas is still dangerous, and that the war continues, but noted that Israel had in fact made dramatic strides.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has launched a series of airstrikes in recent days against Iranian targets in Syria, including a daring ground raid in which troops seized equipment and documents, according to reports in Israel.

In Minnesota, where Kamala Harris VP pick Tim Walz serves as governor, five male convicts were transferred to a female prison after identifying as transgender.
The five men were transferred to a women’s-only prison in Minnesota after the Department of Corrections adopted a gender identity policy in January 2023. Two of the men were convicted of sexually abusing children. The five men transferred were Elijah Thomas Berryman, 26, Sean Windingland, 35, Bradley Richard Sirvio, 52, and Christina Suzanne Lusk, who was born Craig Lusk.

Furore broke out in the House of Commons Wednesday as Reform UK leader Nigel Farage accused Prime Minister Starmer of enacting “two-tier” justice in which criminals are set free as people who say “unpleasant” things online are jailed in Britain.
Nigel Farage once again drew heckles from other lawmakers as he raised widespread concerns over some 1,700 criminals being released early from prison this week to make room in British prisons.

White House national security spokesman John Kirby trashed a group of veterans in an email sent in error to Fox News on the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

The National Institute of Statistics and Census of Argentina (INDEC) announced on Wednesday afternoon that it measured an inflation rate in Argentina of 4.2 percent in August.
INDEC published its latest detailed monthly report at 4:00 p.m. (local time) on Wednesday, explaining that the 4.2-percent inflation rate in August is the average obtained from several categories, with clothing and footwear registering the lowest inflation at 2.1 percent. This week, former president Donald Trump noted the need for stronger border protections to stop illegal voting.
He’s right — noncitizen voting is a threat to our republic. And Democrats know it — since 2021, they have welcomed millions of illegal migrants into the country. It’s not surprising some of those same illegal migrants are registered to vote — even though it’s against the law, cancels out a legal citizen’s vote, and puts illegally registered immigrants at risk for deportation.
But in August, we learned that Democrats aren’t stopping at the border. They’ve gone global, committing $300,000 to register and influence 9 million overseas voters — even though the federal government says only 2.4 million legal voters live in other countries.
For those counting at home, that’s 6.4 million votes that Democrats want to find…that don’t exist.
For many years, conservatives believed that election cheating existed but was very limited. In 2020, we were awakened to sophisticated dark money activities going on behind the scenes that made it easier for people to register and to vote…but had the unfortunate consequence of weakening nearly every step of the election process.
Now conservatives are rightly focusing on reducing illegal immigration at the border and requiring improved election processes. Unfortunately, Democrats are one step ahead — and in the digital age, they’re not stopping at the border. They’re targeting overseas ballots that are among the most vulnerable to exploitation and that have the least attention paid to them to ensure their accuracy.

On Friday, August 30, I received an email from an entity known as Corrlnks. The email read, “This is a system generated message informing you that the above-named person is a federal person in custody who seeks to add you to his/her contact list for exchanging electronic messages.”
The above-named person is Sara Carpenter, a medically retired NYPD officer who in December had been sentenced to 22 months in prison and 24 months of supervised release for her innocuous role in the largely peaceful protest at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
I was sad to see this. Of the eight surviving women I profile in my book, Ashli: The Untold Story of the Women of January 6, Sara was the last one to be incarcerated. She left behind an adolescent son and a life in ruins. The month she spent at Ground Zero in September 2001 counted for naught in the DoJ’s cruel calculus.

Article Exposing Gun-Printing ‘Menace’ Fails to Note Him Doing Anything Illegal

3D-printed guns are a thing. Once it became legal for the files to be shared within the United States, the days of gun control advocates having a hope in Hades of disarming the good guys in this country were over. When we had to buy guns or have a lot more skill than most people have to build our own, that was one thing. Now, we can just use a 3D printer–something that you can order off of Amazon and that has millions of non-gun purposes–and make your own.

Some states and countries have made it illegal to varying degrees, but a lot of people think that’s wrong.
Myself included.
And it seems one so-called media outlet has decided to out a previously anonymous voice for favoring the right of people everywhere to keep and bear arms.
Authorities say they have identified John Elik, a 26-year-old gunmaker from Illinois, as a major figure behind the increase of 3D-printed guns, specifically the FGC-9 model, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Known online as “Ivan the Troll,” Elik is a prominent member of an online group called Deterrence Dispensed, which distributes free instructions on how to make these guns at home.
The FGC-9, which stands for “F*** Gun Control” and uses 9mm bullets, is now widely used by paramilitaries, extremists and criminal organizations around the world, The New York Times reported.
Elik is a licensed firearms manufacturer and the nephew of a state representative. According to The Times, he has become one of the key proponents of the 3D-printed gun movement, frequently appearing under aliases in online videos and podcasts.
The publication reported his involvement was confirmed through court documents, corporate records and his social media posts. Although Illinois restricts homemade gun components, Elik operates legally as a licensed manufacturer.
The FGC-9, made largely from plastic with some metal parts, is designed to be assembled using a standard 3D printer and basic metalworking skills.

So, what’s the problem here?
If he’s not making guns and selling them illegally, he’s done nothing wrong. If he’s sharing them in places where they’re intended for lawful citizens to obtain and use in accordance with relevant laws, he’s done nothing wrong.
All that we’re seeing here is that Elik, if authorities are correct, seemingly just advocates for people to have guns as a means to resist tyranny, a position given later in this piece.
In the UK, even possessing the instruction manual for the FGC-9 is considered a terrorist offense, underscoring the perceived threat these weapons pose.
Colonel Hervé Pétry of the French national gendarmerie expressed concern over the rise of these guns, noting that their accessibility is not just about weaponry but also about spreading a dangerous ideology.
Deterrence Dispensed promotes a radical vision of universal armament as a means to resist perceived tyranny, with slogans that call for people everywhere to arm themselves.
Yes, resisting tyranny is terrible…if you’re a tyrant.
The UK wetting themselves over these guns isn’t exactly a red flag. They’ve literally wet themselves over people’s kitchen knives.
The outlet, RadarOline, doesn’t seem to suggest that Elik has actually done anything illegal. He makes guns in accordance with the law in his home state. He expresses his opinions on the right to keep and bear arms. He fails to confine his belief to just the United States, arguing that people throughout the world should be armed as a measure of preventing tyranny from rising or toppling it where it already exists.

I don’t actually see why this private individual is being “exposed” here…unless you want to celebrate his good work or something.
The problem is that for many in the media, those opinions alone are the problem and that is his crime, apparently.
It should be noted that the outlet in question tends toward celebrity news and juicy True Crime stuff, but again, they lack any approaching charges for this private individual who seemingly expresses nothing but his personal opinions. That’s not illegal and since he’s not a celebrity or anything–though apparently his uncle is a state representative, so that changes everything–why are they even caring about this?
I’m honestly at a loss.
But unless he was actually making guns and physically selling them to criminals, there isn’t anything he’s done that could be considered wrong, at least based on what we’re seeing here. People don’t lose their rights because of their opinions. I know some like to think otherwise in this day and age, but they don’t.
Since there is no mention of him having done this, what we have here is an attempt to add to the stigmatization of gun ownership by painting someone who advocates for it as some kind of horrific evil.

Justice Department Seeks Help from 3D Printing Industry to Combat Ghost Guns

Much like the government has called upon AI developers to seriously rethink the capabilities of their technology before charging forward, the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) has reached out to the 3D printing industry to assist in preventing the manufacturing of machine gun conversion devices (MCDs). The call for help was expressed in remarks by Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco.
According to The Register, Monaco emphasized the significant role that 3D printing plays in the proliferation of MCDs, small and inexpensive devices often referred to as “switches” or “auto sears,” which convert semi-automatic firearms into automatic weapons. Monaco noted that seizures of these devices have increased by 500% between 2017 and 2021, and they now represent the most frequently recovered illegal firearms by law enforcement.
“We need to engage software developers, technology experts and leaders in the 3D printing industry to identify solutions in this fight,” Monaco said during her address, underscoring the critical role these industries play in halting the spread of such devices. This collaboration mirrors the government’s ongoing push for technology companies to restrict the use of artificial intelligence for harmful purposes.
The Justice Department’s action includes the creation of the Action Network to Terminate Illegal Machinegun Conversion Devices (ANTI-MCD) committee. The committee will focus on enforcement coordination and sharing knowledge with law enforcement agencies to address the growing threat posed by MCDs. Additionally, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) will lead a national training initiative to better equip law enforcement officers to detect and respond to MCDs.
As part of the broader effort, the Justice Department reports it has seen success in reducing MCD-related crimes. For instance, in Oklahoma, where the U.S. Attorney has prioritized MCD prosecutions, the number of charges increased from just eight between 2020 and 2022 to 40 in less than a year. Monaco stressed that these initiatives are already having a tangible impact on public safety.
Despite legislative efforts, such as a stalled New York bill requiring background checks for the purchase of 3D printers, Monaco’s remarks emphasize that stopping the production of illegal devices will require cooperation from private industries.

Sen. Raphael Warnock Knows Gun Laws Won’t Prevent Shootings, Doesn’t Care

I still don’t know what possessed so many of my fellow Georgians to elect Sen. Raphael Warnock to office, but he’s there now.
What’s more, he’s loud about things like gun control, especially in the aftermath of the Apalachee High School shooting in Winder, Georgia. That’s probably to be expected though. After all, he’s an anti-gun lawmaker who just saw a mass murder happen in the state he represents where most people don’t share his views.

He’s going to pop off.
Yet in and amongst his many comments on the subject was one that didn’t get a lot of play with much of the media, but J.D. Tuccille over at Reason caught it.
The urge to “do something” in the face of tragic events, no matter if that something is constructive or destructive, is irresistible for most politicians. We see that with Sen. Raphael Warnock (D–Ga.), who concedes he can’t think of any law that could have presented a recent school shooting. But that doesn’t stop him from advocating more legislation anyway. It’s a bad habit among officials that threatens more friction between government and the public without solving any problems.
“There Is No One Single Law That Will Stop All of These Tragedies”
Last week’s murder of four people by yet another mass shooter at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia was a topic of conversation on the latest edition of Meet the Press.
“Do you think that there is any law that could have prevented this tragedy in your state, senator?” Meet the Press host Kristin Welker asked the lawmaker.
Warnock expressed sympathy for the people of Winder, as well as concern over the recurrence of mass killings in the United States which he described as a “tragic form of American exceptionalism.” He went on at such length that Welker reiterated her original question, asking “is there a specific law” that the senator thinks could have prevented the crime.
“Listen, there is no one single law that will stop all of these tragedies,” Warnock finally conceded.

And yet, Warnock keeps pushing for gun control just the same.
If nothing else, this shows what gun control really is and what it’s not.
It’s not a solution to a problem that every decent American sees as something we hope to never experience again.
No, it’s political theater. It’s a salve politicians offer to make people feel like something is being done to address the issue of public mass shootings, all while doing absolutely nothing about public mass shootings, particularly in our schools.
Warnock knows and acknowledges that there’s no law that can stop these things from happening. He admitted it on national television. He told the entire nation that he knew there was no law Congress could pass that would stop these things from happening.
But he persists in trying to push gun control on the American people just the same.
Either it’s theater or there’s a darker motivation at work.
Since Warnock is also a pastor, one would hope that it’s not anything worse than theater. Even then, though, one has to wonder how he reconciles his faith with his admission that he pushes policies in the aftermath of something like this that he knows won’t solve the issue.

Gary Humphreys has owned and operated Humphreys’ Gun Shop in Del Rio, Texas, since 1973, giving him not only job security but also a unique perspective on trends when it comes to firearm sales and the community. The seasoned store owner says he’s seen a significant increase in gun purchases as border issues continue to impact the local area.
“Since this border opened up, we’re getting new people that never owned guns coming in and buying them,” Humphreys said, speaking with Fox News Digital about the border crisis in his own backyard and how it has affected business. Humphreys also discussed a segment of clientele that has increased noticeably since the Biden/Harris border policies were implemented.
“Getting a lot of women that never owned a gun before coming in and buying them,” he said, adding that women are mostly seeking to purchase handguns for self-defense.

While fallout from the border crisis can be seen all over the country, Humphreys points out that, “people that don’t live on the border don’t realize what is really happening,” telling reporters that this crisis has been ongoing for more than three years since President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris took office. Residents living along the border overwhelmingly support former President Trump in the upcoming election, expecting more of the same, if not worse if Harris returns to the White House as Commander in Chief.
”One hundred percent Trump,” Humpherys says enthusiastically.
“It’s pretty scary out there,” Humphreys told Fox News Digital, having had his own front door broken down by criminals, an incident all too familiar in gun stores across America right now, with concentrated incidents unfolding currently in Colorado where migrant prison gangs are using minors to crash stolen cars into gun shops and other stores in coordinated smash-and-grab attacks.

Texas is not the only border state seeing this trend, as earlier this year the New York Post reported that Californians were buying up firearms at an increased rate after border patrol began releasing massive numbers of migrants onto their local streets. Due to sanctuary city policies, however, many migrants have flocked to other states as well, spreading out across the country in places like New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Washington and Oregon.
A Fox News survey last month revealed that concern about the border has increased notably since February, +20 points among those under 30, +19 among Black voters, +14 for Democrats in general, +12 with Hispanic voters, and +12 among women. The survey also addresses immigration and border security policy ideas, finding 63% in favor of deporting illegal immigrants, up from 52% favoring it when the question was first asked in 2015. On the question of who is more trusted when it comes to taking on border policy between former President Trump and Vice President Harris, Trump was the overwhelming winner with a 19-point lead.
Harris, speaking at the Democratic National Convention, indicated she would sign a bipartisan Senate border bill, which many conservatives scoff at as ineffective, and for good reason. The bill, while requiring hundreds of millions in unspent tax dollars to be used on the border wall, provided no additional funding to secure its completion according to Harris’ advisers. Perhaps this half-measure approach explains why Trump also did not lend his support to the bill.

The fake news outlets are in full swing, desperately attempting to debunk yet another shocking but truthful statement made by President Trump.
During a recent debate, Trump said, “They’re eating the dogs, the people that came in, they’re eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of the people that live there, and this is what’s happening in our country, and it’s a shame.”
This comment was immediately met with the standard response from the left-wing media machine: denial, deflection, and outright dismissal of the facts.

But despite the orchestrated efforts to brush this story under the rug, evidence is mounting that the practice of consuming pets among Haitian migrants is not some far-fetched, xenophobic fantasy. In fact, it’s a reality that even a Haitian publication, Haitian Report, has confirmed.
The Haitian Report itself acknowledges the tradition of eating cat meat in Haiti. Contrary to the liberal media’s narrative, this is not some wild conspiracy theory.
“Do Haitians eat cats” is one of the top 10 most frequently asked questions ask of Haitians in elementary school, middle school, high school, college, and even professional settings. Unfortunately, many Haitians feel uncomfortable answering this question. I, on the order hand, don’t have this problem. This is why I’m going to spill the beans and let you in on this little secret,” the author wrote back in 2019.
The publication explains that some Haitians—especially those from the countryside—consider cat meat a delicacy, consumed during specific festivities like “Reveillon” on December 24th.
The word “reveillon” is a French term that means “to wake up” and refers to a large meal and party that takes place in Haiti on Christmas Eve.
According to the publication:
“Contrary to popular beliefs, Haitians don’t eat cats because they are poor and hungry. They eat cats because it’s a tradition.
The practice of eating cats in Haiti is not a new habit but an old tradition started at the time of slavery.
So the practice of eating cat is just as old as Haiti herself.
Yes. Haitians eat cows, goats, sheep, chickens, pork, etc., but cat meat is a delicacy that many from the countryside simply can’t resist.
Look… having a Reveyon without a cat is just like celebrating Thanksgiving without a turkey. Unless you are a vegetarian, some just have to have it.
Why? Well, again, it’s an old tradition.”
The author even explained that “meat is meat” and that in Haiti, cats are not viewed in the same light as they are in North America or Europe, where they are often considered beloved family pets.
According to the author, in Haiti, the practice of eating cat meat persists for several reasons deeply rooted in the country’s cultural norms.
There are no laws designed to prevent people from eating cats.
Most Haitians do not have a human-like relationship with their pets.
Some see cats just like pork, beef, and chicken. So there is no discrimination.
There is no preferential treatment. Meat is meat–whether it is from cats or any other large animals.

“Cat meat actually tastes like chicken. A scientific explanation for this similarity is that because many animals evolve from a common ancestor, they often taste the same even when they smell differently.
When I tried it a few years ago, that was exactly my impression. But to discover if this is true or not, you will have to try it yourself to draw your own conclusion.”
Even more revealing are the comments from 2019 on this article discussing this exact topic.
One commenter wrote, “I was told by a friend of mine who happens to be Haitian that some Haitians will kidnap your cat, kill and eat it if they have a personal problem with you or your family. Of course, not all Haitians will do this. She said they are isolated incidents, but they do happen.”
Another commenter revealed their personal experience, stating, “It was two cats that I feed outside daily, the younger went missing for 3 days, then the neighbor next door said she found the cat dead. I don’t believe her. The bigger cat hasn’t left our yard and has stopped roaming. She is an old Haitian lady. I made jokes prior but was thought…”
Another bluntly wrote, “Disgusting, I have a Haitian family at the end of my street. They probably ate my outside cat cuz I haven’t been able to find them.”

The betrayal of American citizens in Springfield, Ohio runs so deep that long-time residents can no longer keep their homes as the town makes room for Haitian migrants.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Springfield residents have alleged Haitians in their town are “grabbing up ducks by their necks, decapitating them, and walking off with them to eat.” Others revealed how the massive influx of immigrants, thanks to border czar Kamala Harris, has drained Springfield’s resources and turned a once-safe city into a crime-ridden hell.
One resident even claimed she spotted a cat hanging from a branch and being carved up for food by Haitian immigrants. Reports have also emerged that American veterans who have put their lives on the line are getting denied benefits while Haitians sponge off the taxpayers for absolutely nothing.
Now, it turns out landlords are also forcibly evicting long-time residents and replacing them with Haitians for good old-fashioned greed.
The reason? The Haitians have all received vouchers courtesy of the government. These are your tax dollars at work
A Springfield man and homeless advocate went off on the Springfield City Commission on Wednesday and revealed that he knew of several such victims of this unacceptable betrayal. Moreover, landlords have been telling residents to vacate their houses while promising they could come back once they are done remodeling.

Former Clinton advisor Mark Penn called for an investigation into ABC News for rigging the presidential debate against Trump.
Trump and Kamala Harris faced off for their first presidential debate on Tuesday.
It was 3 against 1. The debate moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, fact-checked Trump at every turn yet and they ignored all of Kamala Harris’s lies.
Kamala Harris told over two dozen lies and dodged questions but the moderators did not fact-check her.

Kamala Harris has a close friendship with ABC’s bosses.
The debate moderator, Linsey Davis, was also Kamala Harris’s sorority sister.
This was never disclosed by the network.
Former Clinton advisor and pollster Mark Penn said there should be an internal investigation into ABC for debate rigging.
“I actually think they should do a full internal investigation, hire an outside law firm. I don’t know how much of this was planned in advance,” Mark Penn told the “John Solomon Reports” podcast.
“I don’t know what they told the Harris campaign. I think the day after, suspicion here is really quite high, and I think a review of all their internal texts and emails really should be done by an independent party to find out to what extent they were planning on, in effect, you know, fact-checking just one candidate and in effect, rigging the outcome of this debate. I think the situation demands nothing less than that,” he added.

When President Trump called out Kamala Harris in Tuesday night’s debate for supporting taxpayer funded transgender surgery for illegal aliens, it set off a tidal wave of disbelief from Harris’ supporters and allies in the media.

Trump was referring to a CNN report issued the day before on an ACLU candidate survey Harris filled out in 2019 for her aborted run for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination.
The CNN report by Andrew Kaczynski quoted Harris saying in the ACLU questionnaire that she supported taxpayer funded sex change surgery for illegal aliens (excerpt):

…Harris also wrote that she supported taxpayer funding of gender transition surgeries for detained immigrants and federal prisoners.
Harris was asked if, as president, she would use “executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people who rely on the state for medical care – including those in prison and immigration detention – will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”
Harris replied, “Yes.”
“It is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition,” Harris wrote in a reply expanding on her answer. “That’s why, as Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates,” she wrote.
Harris explained that she supported granting prisoners and detainees access to “surgical care” for gender transition.
“Transition treatment is a medical necessity, and I will direct all federal agencies responsible for providing essential medical care to deliver transition treatment,” she wrote.

The day after the debate, Time magazine issued an embarrassing correction after they falsely accused Trump of making up Harris’ support for taxpayer funded transgender surgery for illegal aliens:

Harris’s bet was that Trump would say a lot of crazy and unhinged stuff if she got him going. It was a safe bet. I’ve watched every Presidential debate for the past two decades, and I can’t think of anything that ranks higher in pure stupidity than Trump ranting and raving to a national audience about immigrants supposedly eating people’s cats and dogs. His line about how the Vice-President “wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison” was pretty memorable, too. What the hell was he talking about? No one knows, which was, of course, exactly Harris’s point. Trump was so unprepared for the debate that even he himself did not seem to know what he was saying at time.

Even Kamala Harris surrogate Alencia Johnson was incredulous, telling CNN the day after the debate, “These are not the things that American people want from a president!”

The New York Times said Trump’s charge was but true needed the context of a Harris campaign spokesman trying to distance Harris from her radical extremism but not disavowing it, “That questionnaire is not what she is proposing or running on.”
