Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  3. Cycles expert Charles Nenner reports that his war cycle indicators have gone vertical starting after July 3. He is in northern Israel and is confounded by the behavior of the U S. Government. He expects Israel will be forced to lay waste to Lebanon, that Turkey will try to reclaim all of Cyprus because Cyprus and Israel have a good working relationship, and that China may go for Taiwan while the West has its hands full.

  4. In the video below, Jason Chaffetz makes the claim that the Democratic Party of the USA cannot take Joe Biden off the Presidential ticket because those elections are ruled by State Law and in several key States, including California, it is too late now.

    He even claims that even if Biden were to pass away, in some States, he would still have to stay on the Ballot.

    I tried to verify this claim, but found no supporting evidence. Yes, some States have a nominations deadline before the DNC convention, but it has not passed yet and in the case it will, there have been laws passed in those States for this election only to either extend the deadline or to accept a blank declaration to fill in the name later.

    Anyone versed in the US election laws – is Jason Chaffetz’s claim true or is he mistaken?

    • Jason Chaffetz is right, 3 states have passed their deadline to change the ballots and more will pass before the convention, in my opinion the only truly legal way for them to get Biden off the ticket is either Kamala using the 25 Amendment or for Biden to be nominated at the convention and then resigning for reason of health.

    A coordinated mob of “Anti” fascists knocks down a police officer in Essen on Saturday

    Thousands of violent far-left “Anti” Fascists stormed the streets of the western German city of Essen this weekend, trying to “shut down” the party convention of the AfD (Alternative for Germany). Politicians and delegates were attacked and hunted throughout the city, many had to be escorted by riot police to the Grugahalle center. One officer is in critical condition after being kicked in the head while on the ground.

    A far-left alliance of (often government-funded) NGOs organized the riots in Essen under the motto “Widersetzen” (Resist), led by the “Anti” Fascist League VVN-BdA. Organizers claimed 50.000 rioters attacked 600 AfD delegates.

    The current German interior minister Nancy Faeser is an “Anti” Fascist League supporter who has written for their magazine “antifa” (The Gateway Pundit reported). Chancellor Olaf Scholz was a far-left activist as a student in the 1980s, who frequently visited East Germany and met with the Communist party leadership.

    AfD vice-chair and Bundestga member Beatrix von Storch, who has written for The Gateway Pundit, was attacked by a threatening mob of street hooligans on arrival at the train station in Essen and had to be brought to safety by dozens of riot police.

    Police then escorted von Storch to the convention center.

    Police escorting another delegate to the hall were attacked by about 200 violent “Anti” Fascists. One officer was beaten to the ground and kicked in the head by this gentleman. The officer is in critical condition.

    A group of AfD delegates had to be herded into a bakery by police and remained there for 45 minutes while the zombie mob howled at the doors outside like a scene out of “Walking Dead.” The group was eventually escorted to the convention by riot police.

    Riot police had to use pepper spray and truncheons to prevent the well-organized street guerilla from reaching the autobahn.

    A group of AfD delegates were cut off by a violent mob. Police initially said it was not possible to guarantee their safety on the way to the convention center.

    Videos showed the trained and uniformed “Anti” Fascists executing intricate mob tactics, which they are apparently drilled on.

    Universities and clubs in Germany offer training in street combat to leftist rioters, often funded with taxpayer money.

    The AfD convention was delayed by about half an hour Saturday due to the violent attacks.

    On Sunday, the protests were disrupted by rain. The “Anti” Fascist crusaders do not like getting wet.

    The convention re-elected Alice Weidel and Tino Chrupalla as leaders of the AfD.

    The delegates also voted to leave the EU “Identity and Democracy” party, after being evicted from the “Identity and Democracy” group in the European Parliament by French National Rally head Marine LePen over remarks made by AfD candidate Maximilian Krah.

    That step will leave the AfD largely isolated as Europe’s right-wing parties move to form a powerful EU bloc.

    Biden’s debate collapse was reportedly a set-up as part of a “soft coup,” and a prominent replacement may already be waiting in the wings.

    The Daily Mail spoke to Democrat operatives on Saturday who say Biden’s debate was part of a set-up to ensure he fell flat on his face so they could eventually replace him with someone younger and more competent.

    “There has never been a debate this early before,” a former Hillary Clinton aide explained to the outlet. “Traditionally, the debates are held after the Republican and Democratic conventions, which are in July and August.”

    “There is a growing belief this was a ‘soft coup’ because they know he isn’t fit to govern and have known for some time,” the aide continued. “They wanted to test him against Trump early while there was still time to replace him if he failed to rise to the occasion. Which, of course, he did spectacularly.”

    Another aide told the Daily Mail that Democrat leadership knew for weeks Biden would fall apart but kept it secret for fear of being disloyal.

    “Publicly, the Democratic leadership has been backing Biden because they can’t appear to be disloyal to the President,” the second aide said. “But privately, there have been discussions going on for a long time that he’s too old to beat Trump.”

    “There were whispers for weeks that ‘Joe’s going down at the debate,’” he added.

    The Daily Mail also reports that Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has made a significant move to launch a presidential bid potentially. It turns out she “secretly” sent out an advance team to Washington DC weeks ago as part of the preparation.

    One of the favourites to replace Biden – Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, 52 – secretly sent an advance team to Washington DC “weeks ago” to prepare for her possible presidential run.

    The team has been ‘on manoeuvres’ and meeting with Democratic officials. The source said: “Gretchen was the first to act. Now the floodgates have been opened.”

    Whitmer has long been tipped as a top Democrat presidential candidate and was a finalist for Biden’s running mate slot in 2020. While not well-known by the general public, Joe Biden likes her, and she is fairly popular with Michigan voters.

    As The Gateway Pundit has reported, Whitmer has ruled the Wolverine State as a corrupt tyrant, terrorizing her constituents at every turn. She has consistently sold Michigan out to the Chinese Communist Party and pushed through several pieces of far-left legislation to permanently transform the state in her image.

    Moreover, she was one of the most loathsome figures during COVID, pushing punishing lockdowns for small businesses and schools while exempting herself from her own rules.

    Tudor Dixon, Whitmer’s Republican opponent in Michigan’s 2022 Gubernatorial election, predicted that Whitmer would replace Biden if he bombed the debate (which he did).

  10. Rep. Chip Roy on a Rescue Mission to Save Democrats — Proposes Resolution to Initiate 25th Amendment Proceedings Against Joe Biden – Will Save Democrats, Allow Them to Run Candidate in All 50 States

    Representative Chip Roy (R-Texas), who has previously endorsed Florida Governor Ron Desantis, is now seemingly attempting to undermine his own party by proposing a resolution urging Kamala Harris to initiate proceedings under the 25th Amendment to declare Joe Biden unfit for office.

    The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project had earlier identified that removing Biden from the Democratic ticket in three swing states – Georgia, Nevada, and Wisconsin – would effectively prevent anyone else from replacing him. The laws in these states make it virtually impossible to withdraw a nominee from the ballot, unless the candidate dies or is declared mentally incompetent.

    Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death, while in Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballot after 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year unless ‘a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.’ In Georgia, if Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name would remain on the ballot, but no votes would be counted.

    Despite this, Rep. Roy appears to be on a mission to rescue the Democrat party from what he perceives as a leadership crisis. His proposed resolution seeks to use the 25th Amendment as a tool to declare President Biden unable to perform his duties, a move that some critics are calling the “dumbest thing” to do.

    “I intend to put forth a resolution calling upon the VP to immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene & mobilize the principal officers of the Cabinet to declare the POTUS is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office,” Rep. Roy wrote.

    The resolution states:

    Calling on Vice President Kamala D. Harris to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the executive departments of the Cabinet to activate section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Joseph R. Biden incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exereise powers as Acting President.

    Whereas President Joseph R. Biden has repeatedly and publicly demonstrated his inability to discharge the powers and duties of the Presidency, including, among others, the powers and duties of the Commander-in-Chief: Now, therefore, be it

    Resolved, That the House of Representatives calls upon Vice President Kamala D. Harris—

    to immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the executive departments in the Cabinet to declare that President Joseph R. Biden is unable to discharge the duties and powers of the office; and
    to transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives notice that she will be immediately assuming the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

    This move by Roy is a strategic error that could fracture the Republican front, offering Democrats a lifeline when they are most vulnerable.

    It can be recalled that Trump blasted Rep. Roy after endorsing Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Roy’s endorsement was shared on social media, where he praised DeSantis as “a proven winner” and a bulwark against tyranny, declaring, “I’m proud to stand alongside my friend.”

    “Has any smart and energetic Republican in the Great State of Texas decided to run in the Primary against RINO Congressman Chip Roy. For the right person, he is very beatable. If interested, let me know!!!” Trump wrote last year.
