The Iranians have been waging an active war against Israel since Oct. 7 through its proxies: Hizbullah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, and Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria. Iran not only directs its proxies on when and how much to harm Israel, but it also provides them with the weapons and military intelligence necessary to strike Israel during wartime.
Israel’s rationale behind its alleged moves is that Iranian citizens should pay the price if Israeli citizens in the north of the country can’t return to their homes and if residents of Eilat are forced to stay in shelters. Iranian residents need to know that the regime’s aggressive policy also affects them directly.
Moreover, in recent months, elimination of officers in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards who operated Shiite militias in Syria or aided Hizbullah in firing its weapons systems have been attributed to Israel.
These moves, if carried out by Israel, were intended to make it clear to the Iranians that they would pay the price for such actions. It’s possible that when Israeli officials understood… that direct targeting of senior Iranian Revolutionary Guards commands in Syria wasn’t enough, whoever decided to act did so by inflicting a painful blow on Iran’s economy and daily life.
This may be just the beginning; Israel still holds back from targeting Iranian oil production and exports – which is at the heart of Iran’s economy.
Meanwhile, Israel does what the United States is still unwilling to do – even though it knows that Shiite militias in Iraq and the Houthis in Yemen are being directly operated from Tehran – albeit without taking responsibility – as claimed by The New York Times.

Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas is taking a long-term approach to controlling illegal immigration at the southern border. He isn’t merely plugging along just until the 2024 election returns Trump to the Oval Office — if it does.
Abbott doesn’t have that luxury. He’s been in politics long enough to know that anything can happen. Thus, he needs to act as if nothing will, beyond what is already occurring.

A new book claims that behind closed doors, Biden doesn’t think he did anything wrong in his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, that left 13 service members dead and saw Afghans clinging to the wheel wells of departing American airplanes.
This is an excellent reminder of just how detached from reality Biden is right now. His poll numbers cratered after the withdrawal and have never recovered.
Americans across the country were horrified by how the withdrawal was handled and outraged by the deaths and the amount of equipment that was left behind in the process.

Here We Go: CDC Confirms Mysterious Outbreak on Cruise Ship Infecting Over 150 Passengers and Crews (VIDEO)

The luxury ocean liner Queen Victoria became the center of an unknown outbreak after 129 passengers and 25 crew members were struck by an unidentified gastrointestinal illness, causing symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting during its grand 107-night world voyage.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported earlier this month that the widespread sickness has been ongoing throughout the ship’s journey, which sailed from Southampton, U.K., on January 11 and is set to conclude its voyage there on April 24.
The itinerary includes visits to several exotic destinations, including Cape Town, South Africa, and Hong Kong, China.
It was when the ship docked in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on January 22 that the CDC began its remote monitoring of the health situation aboard.
The Queen Victoria, belonging to the prestigious Cunard Cruise Line, left San Francisco, California, on Feb. 7 and arrived in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Feb. 11.

Cunard Line, in a statement to the New York Times, acknowledged the outbreak and stated that it activated its “enhanced health and safety protocols” to ensure the well-being of all onboard. The company asserts that these measures have been effective in controlling the situation.
Despite the outbreak, many passengers spoke to NBC Bay Area during the ship’s stop in San Francisco and expressed little concern, according to Global News.
Despite the circumstances, several travelers interviewed by NBC declared their intention to remain onboard for the rest of the journey. The Queen Victoria currently carries over 1,800 passengers and nearly 970 crew members.
The CDC urges cruise passengers to practice caution in new environments, especially where large groups gather. Key advice includes frequent handwashing, staying hydrated, and getting adequate rest. They emphasize the importance of reporting sickness immediately and isolating from others to prevent further spread.

A whistleblower report submitted to Congress on Friday alleges that the chief medical officer of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Dr. Alexander Eastman, pressured employees to acquire fentanyl lollipops under the guise of needing them for emergency pain management during the United Nations General Assembly in New York held in September.
According to the complaint, staff members were perplexed by Dr. Eastman’s insistence on obtaining the potent Schedule II narcotics, given the unusual nature of the request, NBC first reported.
Dr. Eastman defended his actions, stating that it was his responsibility to ensure the wellbeing of any injured CBP agents, asserting the lollipops were to be used for critical pain relief situations.
The whistleblowers said in the report that “Eastman spent copious hours of his and Office of the Chief Medical Officer staff time directing the OCMO staff to urgently help him procure fentanyl lollipops, a Schedule II narcotic, so that he could bring them on the CBP Air and Marine Operations helicopter on which he would be a passenger in New York City.”
“Dr. Eastman claims that his possession of fentanyl lollipops was necessary in case a CBP operator might be injured, or in case the CBP Air and Marine Operations team encountered a patient in need.”

A West Virginia bill seeks to hold librarians criminally liable for allowing children to access obscene books.
House Bill 4654 was passed by the West Virginia House of Delegates last week with a vote of 85-12.
The bill will now move to the state Senate for consideration.
Bill sponsor Del. Brandon Steele gave a fiery speech before members of the House Committee on the Judiciary on Monday, during which he reportedly said libraries were “the sanctuary for pedophilia” and that people need to be held accountable for exposing children to adult content.
“I’m voting to protect children from being groomed and targeted by pedophiles and get rid of the sanctuary that was set up in our code 25 years ago,” Steele said.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul attempted to reassure business owners in New York that they have nothing to fear after the state’s Attorney General fleeced $355 million from President Trump for running a business in the state.
Hochul told John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM where she was asked if other New York businesspeople should be worried that if “they can do that to the former president, they can do that to anybody.”
According to Hochul: “I think that this is really an extraordinary unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior.”
Good luck with that, Kathy. Trump was fined for taking out loans, paying them back on time and with interest. The banks said they would be happy to loan him money in the future and there were no victims in the made-up crime.
Does that put any business owner at ease? In New York City you now have excessive tax rates, record crime, and NOW you have to worry about the politicians fining you for $355 million for running a business in the state.

i24 News – In a recent statement published on Telegram, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh pointed fingers at Israel for the lack of advancement in reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, the terrorist group disclosed on Saturday.
Yet, Arab media later reported that Hamas suspended all negotiation and ceasefire talks due to a demand for aid.
Haniyeh emphasized Hamas’s consistent efforts to engage positively with mediators to halt aggression against the Palestinian people, end the unjust siege, and facilitate aid delivery, shelter, and reconstruction efforts.
Despite Hamas’s purported flexibility in negotiations, Haniyeh lamented Israel’s perceived maneuvers and delays, which, he claimed, exacerbate the plight of the Palestinian population.
Notably, one of the sticking points in the negotiations revolves around the release of prisoners held by Hamas, with the organization highlighting its previous concession of releasing hostages in exchange for security prisoners held in Israel for terrorism offenses.
However, Haniyeh asserted that Hamas remains steadfast in its demands for a comprehensive ceasefire, including the cessation of aggression, withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, lifting of the siege, provision of safe shelter for displaced individuals, particularly in the northern Gaza Strip, and commitment to reconstruction efforts.
The Hamas leader emphasized the importance of addressing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and ensuring the release of older prisoners and those serving long sentences as part of any potential prisoner exchange agreement.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) addressed New York business owners in a new interview and told them there was “nothing to worry about” after former President Trump was hit with a $355 million fine and the inability to conduct business in New York for three years.
Hochul joined John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM where she was asked if other New York businesspeople should be worried that if “they can do that to the former president, they can do that to anybody.”
“I think that this is really an extraordinary unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior,” Hochul responded.
A New York judge on Friday ordered Trump to pay the massive sum in penalties in a civil fraud case. The decision came just weeks after closing arguments wrapped up a months-long trial after New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) sued Trump for alleging he falsely altered his net worth to receive tax and insurance benefits.
The judge, Arthur Engoron, found Trump, the Trump Organization, top executives and his adult sons liable for fraud.
Hochul said there was no way she would overrule Engoron’s decision because “we need a clear separation of powers.” She added that “that’s what was envisioned by our Founding Fathers.”
The governor provided reassurance to New York businesses after the ruling. “By and large, they are honest people and they’re not trying to hide their assets and they’re following the rules,” she said of the people who own and conduct business in the New York City area.
“And so this judge determined that Donald Trump did not follow the rules. He was prosecuted and truly, the governor of the state of New York does not have a say in the size of a fine, and we want to make sure that we don’t have that level of interference,” she said.

Shortly after entering office, in 2009, President Barack Obama’s National Security Advisor, Lt. General Jim Jones made a startling pronouncement. “If God had appeared in front of the President and said he could do one thing on the planet,” he declared, “it would be the two-state solution.”
That is, not eliminate global hunger, end the civil wars then raging across Africa and parts of the Middle East, not even find the cure for cancer. No, the one goal the White House sought above all others was the creation of an independent Palestinian state which would live side-by-side in peace with Israel…
In the shadow of October 7th, even left-of-center Israelis regard the very idea of a Palestinian state as madness. Speaking at Davos, President Isaac Herzog, former head of the left wing Labor Party, asserted,
“Nobody in his right mind is willing now to think about what will be the solution…Everybody wants to know: Can we be promised real safety in the future?”
Why, Israelis ask, would the United States want to reward the Palestinians for committing and applauding terror?
Yet President Joe Biden has proceeded to do exactly that. “We need to renew our resolve to pursue this two-state solution where Israelis and Palestinians can one day live side by side in a two-state solution…. Two states for two peoples. And it’s more important now than ever.”
Not only Washington but virtually every state in the world – including China, Russia, India, Germany, France, and Britain – adopted an identical policy. UN Secretary General António Guterres rejected Israel’s right to object to the creation of a Palestinian State while Joseph Burrell, the European Union’s foreign minister, went further by calling for Palestinian statehood to be imposed on Israel…
The United States did not go that far, but it definitely went deeper, specifying that the Palestinian state would be governed by a “revamped” or “revitalized” Palestinian Authority and never pose a threat to Israel. How this revitalization was to take place and by what criteria and by whom would the threat to Israel be measured remained unclear.
Nor was it in any way certain that Israel would even be invited to help determine the nature of that Palestinian state. Indisputably, though, was the connection which the White House drew between the two-state solution and the resolution of the region’s other conflicts.

I was born and raised in New York. I graduated from Columbia University in New York City. My first apartment as an adult was in New York City. Even in the past three decades since I left, I’ve looked forward to my many business trips each year to New York.
I’ve always been proud of being from New York. I’ve given business speeches around the world about using “New York Attitude” to enjoy mega-success in the business world. All ex-New Yorkers live forever in Billy Joel’s words, “in a New York state of mind.”

Truckers must stop all deliveries and shipments to New York City. If you own a business and sell supplies to stores in New York City, cut them off.
But this isn’t just about a boycott. This is about intimidation. We must mentally crush them. Don’t just stop spending…
LOUDLY AND PROUDLY, let them know why.
Call all your favorite hotels, department stores, Broadway theatres, and restaurants in New York City, and let them know you will never spend another cent with them because of the way New York City treats President Trump. They need to be swamped with calls and emails. They need to know what kind of nightmare they’re facing.
And for the final step, every conservative, Republican, patriot and Christian who lives in New York- get out now. Sell your home, your property, your business. Run for your life.
Result? There goes the tax base. Without the business owners and high- income earners (ie Republicans and conservatives), who will pay the bills? Without your taxes, New York will starve.
Besides, life is so much better in places like Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Phoenix, Nashville and Las Vegas. Taxes are much lower, houses are bigger, the sun is always out. And you are free to be a Republican or conservative without fear of being persecuted.

Several Minnesota police officers were shot while responding to a domestic incident in Burnsville near the 12600 block of 33rd Avenue South.
Two police officers and one paramedic were killed.
According to reports, several children were inside the home at the time of the shootout.
SWAT officers were on the scene. The SWAT vehicle had bullet holes in the windshield.

In a letter to Tom Vilsack, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) demanded answers to why the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is funding a collaboration with a Chinese Communist Party (CCP)-linked researcher involving dangerous bird flu experiments.
Senator Ernst pointed out that the researcher involved with those experiments is affiliated with China’s infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology, from where the COVID-19 pandemic is believed to have started. Like the dangerous experiments on coronaviruses conducted in unsafe laboratories in Wuhan, this collaboration will involve a form of gain-of-function research that could make the virus more infectious.
What Senator Ernst failed to notice was that the Chinese scientist she identified, Wenjun Liu, is also a frequent research collaborator with scientists from China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
Wenjun Liu, who is now Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Pathogenic Microbiology of Immunology, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Science, received a Ph.D. from the University of Florida in 1996. Between 1996 and 2000, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Howard Hughes Medical institute/Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and became a Senior Scientist at Genzyme Corporation until he returned to China in 2004.
The five-year Department of Agriculture project with China, “US-UK-China Collab: Predictive Phylogenetics For Evolutionary and Transmission Dynamics of Newly Emerging Avian Influenza Viruses,” began in 2021 and costs $1 million.
While the Department of Agriculture project has been underway, Wenjun Liu was conducting research on the COVID-19 virus (SARS-CoV-2) in 2022 with PLA scientists like Guangyu Zhao from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Beijing, China.

Angela Chao, who is the sister of former U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, served as the CEO of the dry bulk company The Foremost Group, a company with deep connections to the Chinese Communist Party.
In an initial statement, the Foremost Group stated Angela Chao died in a “tragic car accident” but gave no further details on how the accident occurred.

REPORT: Trucking Company Cancels Shipments to New York City on Monday (VIDEO)

As Patty McMurray reported on Saturday, truckers bravely exposed some of the worst COVID shutdowns in the world when they parked their trucks in Ottowa to protest the iron-fisted approach used against citizens by the Justin Trudeau regime. Truckers in the US showed solidarity for their Canadian neighbors and helped block shipping between the US and Canada in Detroit, Michigan. Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who was being considered for Joe Biden’s VP, quickly threatened arrest for truckers who dared to block the Ambassador Bridge.
American truckers are now reportedly threatening to stop deliveries into New York City over the grotesque $350 million judgment against President Trump and his sons Don Jr. and Eric by partisan hack Judge Engoron on Friday.
Aside from first responders, is there another profession in the United States that proudly wears patriotism on its sleeves like the American trucker?

An American trucker who goes by “Chicago Ray” shared a video on social media yesterday where he explained why truckers across America are planning to stop delivering to NYC.
Now this…
According to TikTok user SurvivalJunkie2, a company previously expected to provide a load for transportation to New York announced that it no longer has any loads destined for the state.
“I just received a call from a company that I was getting a load from, and they just said they don’t have any loads going to New York. So if you’re in New York, you won’t be receiving anything from these drivers.”
He suggests that the decision is not limited to individual truckers but is a strategic move by the companies themselves.
“I don’t know if it’s real, but I know that the companies are now saying that they’re not delivering loads, not just the truckers, it’s the companies,” the driver added.
“Also, get yourself prepared. New York shit may hit the fan in the next couple of days,” he warned.

JPost tries to mitigate the disgust many of us have for the Red Cross. Not only did they do nothing for inmates of concentration camps, they treated Nazis in DP camps far better than the survivors in their midst. This I know from first-hand accounts, people I trust 100%.
ICRC issued a formal apology in 2007, repeated their statement of contrition in 2015. It’s still prominent on their website. Yet they don’t seem to have learned from their “hard lessons” or their failure “to live up to the principle of humanity”.
They remind me of the Quakers who invited me to deliver a speech when we were campaigning against 0bama’s Iran Deal. We were a great team, trained by the best, carefully chosen for who would be most suitable for each specific group. The oh-so-polite Quakers still chill me to the bone.
