Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    Who can argue against the existence of the cycles of life? So it’s all well and good and may explain much of what is going on. It even has predictive power. The only unsettling quality of his work is that I find myself nodding to his sweeping narrative because it has the similar malleable, ambiguous quality of astrology.

    I’m still on the fence about it, but the cycles of life can’t be denied. Maybe his work is just that good.

    The authoritarian left-wing attack on conservatives around the world is picking up steam: Five well-known Afrikaner activists are now on trial in South Africa for the crime of protesting, which the government calls “inciting violence.”

    Political prisoners being persecuted worldwide include Tommy Robinson (now on trial in UK for eating breakfast in London), Julian Assange (facing his last extradition hearing for the crime of embarrassing Hillary Clinton, a capital offense) plus Peter Navarro, Rudy Giuliani, Owen Shroyer and all the J-6 political prisoners and persecuted Christians in the USA. US YouTuber Gonzalo Lira was tortured in prison and died in Ukrainian custody Jan 11. Bestselling German-Turkish author Akif Pirincci was sentenced to 9 months in prison Feb. 5 for “inciting hate” by criticizing mass illegal immigration.

    Now five Afrikaner activists are being charged with “inciting violence” for protesting outside a courthouse in Groblersdal, Limpopo (former Northern Transvaal) Jan. 24. Three of the five appeared in court Monday, the fourth claiming medical grounds for not appearing. The fifth was arraigned Feb. 8.

    The accused include prominent YouTuber Willem Petzer and the son of top Afrikaner country music star Steve Hofmeyr, Devon Hofmeyr. Devon is co-director of the Bittereinders civil defense movement, named after the Afrikaners who vowed to fight to the “bitter end” in the Second Boer War 1899-1902. Co-defendants are Tewie Wessels and Dries Olivier, who claimed medical reasons for not appearing in court.

    President Donald Trump is rumored to be planning an appearance at a contentious hearing in Atlanta, the Washington Post reported, citing two sources familiar with the matter.

    The hearing, set for Thursday, will delve into allegations that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis engaged in an improper relationship with the lead prosecutor in the election interference case against Trump and several associates.

    Earlier this month, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade both got subpoenaed to testify at Thursday’s evidentiary hearing, according to a new lawsuit filed by Trump’s RICO co-defendant Michael Roman.

    Fani Willis’ office was accused of “intentionally withholding information” in a new lawsuit filed by Ashleigh Merchant, the attorney representing Trump co-defendant Michael Roman.

    This decision, confirmed by White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, follows assertions from investigative reporter Paul Sperry regarding comments made by White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor.

    “White House Physician Kevin O’Connor said he will not advise Biden undergo a neurological exam or cognitive test as part of his belated Feb 16 “annual” physical. O’Connor doesn’t believe it’s necessary, despite egregious memory lapses observed by Special Counsel Rob Hur,” Sperry wrote on X.

  8. Burma’s Forgotten War: Rebels Plead for American Military Aid

    The ethnic resistance armies are finally turning the tide in Burma’s civil war. Outgunned by Chinese and Russian aircraft, they pray for weapons and assistance from the United States, a country whose federal democracy they wish to emulate.

    On February 5th, the Burmese army, known as the Tatmadaw, launched airstrikes on civilians in Shadaw Township, located in the eastern part of Kayah State in Myanmar. There were no rebel soldiers present, and this ruthless attack resulted in the deaths of women and children. On the same day, they also dropped a 500-pound bomb on a school. A refugee in Thailand shared a heartbreaking photo with me, showing a pink Barbie backpack amidst the rubble. Civilians fled the area, seeking refuge at the Thai border. However, Thai authorities turned them away, leaving them stranded in the jungle, caught between a sealed border and a government that wants to kill them.

    Since 1948, there has been periodic fighting between Burma’s many ethnic minority peoples, resisting the repression of the genocidal Burmese Government. At least 70 armed resistance groups have formed over the years. Most, but not all, were ethnic. Most were fighting against the government. Some groups were defeated; others were disbanded. Some splintered into two or more groups, while some switched to the government side and others switched back again. As a result, the war has been a revolving door of acronyms like: Arakan Army (AA), All Burma Students’ Democratic Front (ABSDF), Chin National Front (CNF), Karenni National Solidarity Organization (KNSO), Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP), Shan State Nationalities People’s Liberation Organization (SNPLO), and Wa National Organization (WNO).

    Over the course of seven decades of conflict, the names of the groups involved may have changed, but one grim reality has persisted: thousands of civilians have lost their lives, and millions have been forced from their homes. Those fortunate enough to escape have fled to Thailand. However, many others find themselves in internally displaced people’s (IDP) camps within Burma, where they are still considered targets by the Burma army.

    In Thailand’s Mae Hong Son province, I visited the Karenni Social Development Center, a school providing further education for Karenni children who have completed grade ten. At this school, children receive classes in human rights, law, English, and computers, with the hope that they can become leaders of opposition groups or community leaders if the war ends and they can return to Burma. Watching the happy kids interact and laugh with one another, they seemed like typical young people anywhere. However, my gaze shifted to the mural on the wall, depicting a village being bombed by government aircraft, with distraught civilians running in terror. It was a stark reminder of why they were there. Although they had never met before starting school, they shared this one commonality: the world of their childhood had been destroyed.

    The volunteer English teacher from the United States, Molly Ryan, shared, “Some of the older ones were former soldiers.” They had been forced to kill their own people before escaping to Thailand to become refugees. “Sometimes, I see this blank look on their faces, and I know they are reliving their past.

    Being in the camps in northern Thailand or in the IDP camps and military bases inside of Burma, the war is a daily reality for me, and more so for them. But, most of the world outside is unaware. The Rohingya genocide was in the news a few years ago, but even large news media didn’t know that it was just one of many. The Karen resistance army was featured in the movie Rambo IV, and recently, the Shan army played a role in the Jack Ryan TV series. But for the most part, no one knows about Burma, except the Chinese who are funding the Tatmadaw, as well as several of the ethnic armed groups. In exchange, Beijing receives natural resources, as well as access to the Indian Ocean.

    With a complete lock on media, the Burmese government is able to suppress a great deal of information about its nefarious activities from leaving the country. Fortunately, most of the major ethnic groups, such as Shan, Karen, Karenni, Wa, Chin, and Kachin, all have their own external media. These outlets receive feeds from guerrilla journalists inside of Burma who document the government’s human rights abuses. Additionally, there are social media groups to which ethnics inside of Burma post, ensuring their counterparts abroad are aware of war crimes being committed within the country. Khu Ko Reh of the Karenni Civil Society Network (KCSN) explained that information sometimes takes a while to get out because when civilians flee to the jungle, they avoid turning on their phones out of fear that the signals could be used by fighter jets for targeting.

    In October, the ethnic resistance armies began forming alliances and launching coordinated strikes, which have been significantly impacting government forces. David Eubanks, head of the Free Burma Rangers (FBR), a cross-border aid group, estimates that the ethnics now control between 50-70% of the country’s landmass. However, in discussions with soldiers and leaders, as well as in my own observations, they have all identified the critical need for anti-aircraft weapons. The junta is armed with Russian and Chinese helicopters and jets, for which the ethnic soldiers have no effective defense. This situation reminded me of the movie “Charlie Wilson’s War,” which depicts the true story of how a U.S. congressman campaigned to provide anti-aircraft weapons to the Mujahideen, proving to be a game-changer in driving the Russians out of Afghanistan.

    The Karenni and Shan leaders I have met with expressed their desire to establish a federal democracy, similar to America, if they win the war. An ethnic Christian spiritual leader, speaking under anonymity, remarked, “America tried to change Afghanistan to democracy. They spent a lot of money and lives, but nothing has changed. Burma is different. The people want change, they want democracy. But America is not helping.”

    Everyone I talk to, from civilians to soldiers, politicians, and even school teachers, keeps asking why America left so many weapons in Afghanistan and sent so much money to Ukraine when the ethnic resistance armies could win their war with just a fraction of the cost. Moreover, America would gain a strategic ally bordering on China and the Indian Ocean.

  9. To spray or not to spray

    1950 – 60s the DoD and CIA sprayed neurotoxic plumes of zinc cadmium sulfate over cities including g Winnipeg, Manitoba, St. Louis, Fort Wayne, Corpus Christi, and also released bacteria over Tampa Bay to test the ability of the bacteria on the people.

    During the Nuremberg Trials, several of the doctors and scientists who were being tried for their human experiments cited past unethical studies preformed in the United States experiments conducted by Joseph Goldberger. Subsequent investigation led to a report by Andrew Conway Ivy, who testified that the research was “an example of human experiments” which were ideal because of their conformity with the highest ethical standards of human experimentation. The trials contributed to the formation of the Nuremberg Code in an effort to prevent such abuses.

    A secret ACE document dated April 17, 1947, titled Medical Experiments in Humans, stated “It is desired that no documents be released which refers to experiments with humans that might have an ADVERSE REACTION on public opinion or result in legal suits. Documents covering such field work should be classified Secret “.

    At the same time, the Public Health Service was instructed to tell citizens downwind from bomb tests, that the increase in cancers were due to neurosis, and that women with radiation sickness, hair loss, and burned skin were suffering from “housewife” syndrome”.

    In 1964 the World Medical Association passed the Declaration at Helsinki, a set of ethical principles for the medical community regarding human experimentation.

    In 1969 Kentucky Court of Appeals Judge Samuel Steinfeld, disssented Strunk vs, Strunk, 445 S, W.2d 145. He made the first judicial suggestion that Nuremberg Code should be applied to American jurisprudence.

    The western Christian societies accept temples of nearly every denomination in the world, as religious ‘tolerance’ becomes the lay of the land.

    Trouble is, many countries of the world – notably Muslim majority countries – do not have the same appreciation for a ‘diversity’ of creed.

    Among the most dangerous countries for Christians are several Muslim ones: Afghanistan, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Eritrea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran.

    Given this state of affairs, it comes as no small surprise that the first stone-built Hindu temple is soon to open in the Middle East.

    “The soon-to-open BAPS Hindu Mandir signals how far the United Arab Emirates has come in acknowledging the different faiths of its expatriate community, long dominated by Indians across construction sites and boardrooms. The temple nods back in its seven spires, the number of sheikhdoms in this autocratic federation on the Arabian Peninsula.

    It is also a sign of how close relations have become between the UAE and India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive Tuesday on his seventh trip to the Emirates just ahead of elections in the world’s largest democracy. He hopes to further business, defense and cultural ties while cementing his relationship with a man he calls his brother, UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.”

    “The Bombardier Challenger 600, carrying five people, lost its two engines and crashed onto Interstate 75 around 3:15 p.m. Friday while trying to land at the nearby Naples airport.

    Dashcam video shows it descending rapidly over the highway as cars continue driving in the same direction — before it suddenly crashes and erupts in a ball of flames.”

  12. Bill Melugin: CBP San Diego Sector Caught Over 260 Chinese Illegal Aliens in One Day This Week – Over 20,000 total for CBP in Fiscal Year 2024

    According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, CBP sources cited over 260 Chinese illegal aliens were apprehended at the southern border in the San Diego sector. This count was only for Monday of this week and just one sector.

    What’s even more alarming is that there have been 20,000 Chinese illegals that have been encountered by the border patrol (all sectors) in fiscal year 2024. To compare, that number was only 450 Chinese illegals in fiscal year 2021.

    The San Diego sector has seen a large number of illegal crossings in Jacumba, which is a desert area in the eastern part of San Diego County. There is a gap at the end of the border wall which illegals are walking right through after being dropped off by smugglers.

    Last fall, the author distributed a survey to 229 service members currently serving in the U.S. military. Each individual was given an opportunity to anonymously express his or her views on various issues concerning the military, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training, coercion by leadership to get the COVID-19 jab, and more.

    The Gateway Pundit spoke to one of the survey’s participants, who used a pseudonym out of concern about reprisals. Officer Alvin Johnson (a pseudonym), a 20-year combat veteran of the Army with multiple deployments around the globe, anonymously answered questions concerning the nation’s readiness to go to war.

    When asked whether the United States could win a war against a near-peer threat like China, Iran, North Korea, or Russia, Officer Johnson offered a definitive “no” as his answer. According to the survey, 188 of the survey’s 229 participants agreed, approximately 82 percent expressing that the U.S. could not win a war against such a foreign adversary.

    For Officer Johnson, the quandary stems from Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s now-rescinded 2021 military vaccine mandate. Over 8,400 service members were booted out of service while tens of thousands opted to resign or retire.

    New J6 footage released showed a highly-trained bomb-sniffing dog missed the DNC ‘pipe bomb’ just a few feet away.

    As previously reported — A mysterious suspect planted two pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC DC Headquarters on January 5, 2021. The alleged bomb was safely detonated by a bomb squad on January 6 – however, there is no proof the bombs were even operable.

    In fact, FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin reported in May 2023 that the technicians who worked on the program told him the devices were inoperable. The bomb-sniffing canine missing the ‘pipe bomb’ gives credence to Kyle Seraphin’s reporting.

    The culprit was caught on video but never caught by the FBI – the greatest intelligence service in the world.

    The US Capitol was shut down on January 6 after the feds found the bombs near the Republican and Democrat Party headquarters.

    The suspect planted the pipe bombs on January 5, the night before the Capitol riot.
