In fact, they are sucking much needed funds from law enforcement, education, and the military. They do not allow clients to ever take the down elevator off psychiatric drugs by marketing the claim that they “may” suffer from a chemical imbalance, which has been totally debunked.

19 AGs File Brief Opposing Jack Smith’s ‘Partisan’ Bid To Fast-Track His Get-Trump Prosecution
Nearly 20 state attorneys general filed a legal brief with the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday opposing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s request that the high court expeditiously rule on whether former President Donald Trump is immune from prosecution.
“[T]he special counsel is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to jump into the fray. But he gives no reason why the public interest demands a rushed trial, which suggests the real reason is to swing the presidential election,” Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said in a statement. “The Court should not play along. As our brief points out, in asking for this extraordinary remedy, without giving any reason for why it is warranted, the special counsel’s petition itself is strong evidence of a political prosecution designed to decide the 2024 election.”
Smith — who brought “legally flawed and politically shady” charges against Trump for contesting the 2020 election results in August — requested earlier this month that SCOTUS bypass the appellate process and rule on whether the former president enjoys lifelong immunity from prosecution. U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee with a track record of political rulings, previously denied Trump’s claims on the subject, prompting his legal team to file an appeal with the D.C. Court of Appeals.
If SCOTUS were to rule in Smith’s favor, it would essentially allow the special counsel to accelerate Trump’s trial, which is currently set for this upcoming March, and likely obtain a conviction ahead of the 2024 election cycle.

Tayler noticed that 90% of the passengers flying out of Laredo are illegal aliens.
Tayler also discovered that the US Border Patrol are not testing the migrants for dangerous infectious diseases like Tuberculosis or COVID.

Does the U.S. Attorney for D.C. Know Full-auto Conversion Switches are Illegal?
Another week, another news item complained about the misuse of firearms and firearm parts that are already illegal.
This time it was the Washington Post, who on December 6, published a piece titled, “With ‘conversion switch’ devices, machine guns return to U.S. streets.” At this point, gun owners don’t expect journalists to have a firm, or even loose, grasp on U.S. firearms law, but they might expect that of their U.S. Attorneys.
The law on this matter is crystal clear. Devices that are designed to convert semi-automatic firearms to fire automatically, so-called “auto switches,” “Glock switches,” etc., are illegal throughout the U.S.
Federal law, 26 USC § 5845(b), defines a “machinegun” as follows:
To put these severe sentences in context, a 2016 report from NYU’s Brennan Center for Justice found that the average prison stay for murder was only 11.7 years.

As the conflict rages in Gaza, Hamas tactics have included deception, surprise, and ambush. In recent days, IDF soldiers have been hearing recordings of weeping and people speaking Hebrew, intended to lure them into a deadly trap. Hizbullah Has Already Opened the Northern Front
The buffer zone has moved south of the border, and the IDF faces daily mortar attacks from Hezbollah.
“We see a steady escalation in terms of the range and variety of munitions being launched by Hizbullah at Israel,” IDF Lt.-Col. Jonathan Conricus told foreign journalists on Dec. 18. “We can do the same, if we need to, against Hizbullah that we are doing against Hamas in the south. This may be the scenario that we will need to implement.”
The briefing took place at the deserted kibbutz of Rosh Hanikra. Only yards from the border with Lebanon, it once was a flourishing community of 1,400 people but was evacuated, along with 27 other communities, following Hamas’ massacre on Oct. 7, obliging 86,000 people to leave their homes and become refugees in their own country.
More than 1,000 Hizbullah attacks have taken place since Oct. 7 as the Shiite Islamist group maintains a controlled second front to aid Hamas. Israeli forces have killed more than 100 Hizbullah fighters since Oct. 7. Seven IDF soldiers and four Israeli civilians have been killed. Between 1985 and 2000, Israel maintained a security zone north of its border with Lebanon. Now, the zone is on the Israeli side of the border.
UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which brought the 2006 war in Lebanon to an end, pledged to keep Hizbullah north of the Litani River. But Hizbullah is deployed today all the way to the border. It now seems that Israel must choose between a pre-emptive action against Hizbullah or effectively ceding the northern border area to Iran’s proxies.
An IDF reservist at a border outpost told me, “It’s a myth that Israel might open a front in the north because there’s already a front opened – opened by an organization that’s part of the Lebanese government.”

The Secret Service has opened a probe into comments made by John Schneider, a former star of the television show ‘Dukes of Hazzard,’ after he suggested on platform X that Joe Biden is “guilty of treason” and “should be publicly hung.” Schneider also targeted Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, in his statement.
On Wednesday, White House resident Joe Biden wrote on X attacking former President Trump.

Whatever It Takes Won’t Be Enough

And just like that — snap ! — the news about the Colorado Supreme Court’s droll action against candidate DJ Trump vanished from the front page (or top screens) of The New York Times. Do you know why? I’ll tell you: Because the political Left has finally managed to embarrass itself with a “lawfare” gambit so nakedly fatuous that it exposes the faction’s drive to destroy the election process, and with it our country.
This is what you get from a regime that faked its way to power and now must strain to cover up its long train of crimes, abuses, and effronteries to common sense, while running out of tricks to keep fooling even its own deranged followers. Somehow, the act of kicking a leading candidate off the ballot has finally registered as inconsistent with “defending our democracy.”
Of course, the reckless abuse of law — “lawfare” — proceeds from the Left’s disrespect for boundaries and limits, which is exactly what law in principle concerns itself with. And from there it’s a quick leap into totalizing bad faith, the operating system for government under an imposter president, “Joe Biden.” Suddenly, mere days before Christmas, when the people want to be preoccupied with things other than politics, events merge explosively to shape the fate of the nation.
In a sane world, the US Supreme Court would not just summarily strike down the Colorado ruling, but would issue a career-ending rebuke to the brain-damaged state justices who managed to not learn a basic principle of due process: innocent until proven guilty — that to brand someone a criminal, there must be a record of indictment and conviction for a particular crime, and that, in the case of Mr. Trump, a politically-motived fairy tale about an “insurrection” doesn’t cut it.
Also, in a sane world interested in truth and justice, the Republican-majority Congress would have months ago convened new hearings about the Jan 6/21 Capitol riot to undo the manifold perfidious frauds instigated by the previous Democrat-majority committee under Chairman Bennie Thompson. By now, testimony should have been compelled from Nancy Pelosi, the then Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, and former Defense Secretary Chris Miller about Ms. Pelosi’s refusal to call in national guard troops to reinforce security around the building, and to answer for the odd behavior of the Capitol Police, such as opening doors for the mob and then serving as ushers to show off the place. It seems obvious that many elected Republicans also have an interest in supporting the Jan 6/21 “insurrection” fairy tale. Do you still wonder why the evil entity infesting Washington is called “the blob”?
The Substack blogger who styles himself as El Gato Malo offers the alluring theory that a SCOTUS ruling on whether the 14th Amendment clauses that were applied to the presidency in the Colorado case, could enable Special Counsel Jack Smith to slip-in a superseding indictment (replacing the original indictment) in his DC Jan 6 case against Mr. Trump with new insurrection / rebellion charges, thus setting-up a fortified argument for states to chuck Mr. Trump off any ballot. More “lawfare,” you see. Whatever it takes. . .!
More curiously even, we learn today, that an amicus brief has been filed in the SCOTUS by former Attorney General Ed Meese (under Ronald Reagan), and two constitutional law professors, Steven Calabresi and Gary S. Lawson, challenging the legality altogether of Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel for prosecuting Mr. Trump. The amicus is filed in the matter of Jack Smith’s certiorari petition to the court to schedule Mr. Trump’s DC trial the same day as the Super Tuesday primary —against the defendant’s objections. The amicus presents compelling arguments that Attorney General Merrick Garland acted illegally in appointing Mr. Smith, and if SCOTUS chucks him out of the special counsel job, the whole mendaciously constructed scaffold of the Jan 6 prosecution goes out the window, along with the Mar-a-Lago documents case.
Those of you with a deep interest in blob lawfare treachery may also be interested in the courtroom win, this week, by Brandon Straka, who launched the 2018 “Walk Away” movement to persuade gays to leave the Democratic Party. He was present on the US Capitol grounds the day of the Jan 6/21 riot, and was later sued by eight “black and brown” Capitol Police officers, with the help of a Soros-funded nonprofit law firm, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Straka was accused of causing the officers’ injuries (pepper spray and “exhaustion”) and of conspiring to deprive them of their civil rights (under the KKK Act of 1871). It came out in the course of testimony that seven of the officers were on the other side of the enormous Capitol building from Mr. Straka’s position the entire time alleged, and that one of the officers was not even present at the Capitol or even in the District of Columbia at the time. Such are the sordid dreams of lawfare warriors and their useful idiots. . . .
Next up, as we turn the corner into a fateful 2024 — and lately eclipsed by all these lawfare election interference shenanigans — will be the perhaps even more consequential hearings on the Biden family’s extensive international bribery operations, which may shed some light on how come we suffer a president and a party bent on destroying our country.

Only Half of All Ford Dealers Agree to Sell EVs Next Year
Ford said on Thursday that half of all 1,550 Ford dealers chose to sell electric vehicles in 2024—down from two-thirds that said this time last year that they would opt in to sell EVs for 2023.
The other half of Ford dealers will sell—and service—ICE and hybrid models. “EV adoption rates vary across the country, and we believe our dealers know their market best,” Ford spokesman Martin Günsberg told the Detroit Free Press.
The slack buy-in from Ford dealerships comes even after Ford relaxed its requirements for dealers in the EV dealer program last January that mandated fewer L2 chargers and extended installation deadlines. Buick offers to buy out dealers who don’t want to make the switch to electric cars
Buick is offering to buy out dealers who don’t want to make the necessary investments to upgrade to electric vehicles, The Wall Street Journal reports.
In an interview with WSJ, Global Buick chief Duncan Aldred said that all 2,000 Buick franchise dealers in the US will be given the opportunity to take a buyout. Taking the buyout means the dealer will no longer be affiliated with the Buick brand and can no longer sell Buick vehicles, although they can still sell other General Motors vehicles.
Buick is in the midst of rebranding as EV-only, with the goal to make the switch to 100 percent electric sales by the end of the decade. Actor, stunt performer, and director Dorian Kingi says he hasn’t had a job in the entertainment industry in three years because of his vaccine status.

The son of stuntman Henry Kingi and Emmy-Award-winning actress Lindsay Wagner, Mr. Kingi became a Screen Actors Guild-American Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) member when he was 11 for a part in the 1994 film “Double Dragon.”
His last roles before he began getting rejected because of his religious exemption were in the field of “creature acting” as the ruthless bounty hunter Cad Bane in “The Book of Boba Fett” and as an extradimensional Demogorgon in “Stranger Things.”
Despite SAG-AFTRA’s promise to protect its members from discrimination, as well as the alleged expiration of its vaccine mandate in May 2023, Mr. Kingi, and others, continue to lose jobs because of an unofficial “blacklist” movie studios have made for those who haven’t taken the vaccine or kept up with the booster schedule.
“With the union’s overall stance on inclusion, diversity, and anti-discrimination, it’s just disheartening that there’s been no middle ground regarding this issue,” Mr. Kingi told The Epoch Times.
According to the SAG-AFTRA’s Constitution, the union is “committed to the broadest employment and involvement of our members,” regardless of—among others—race, political affiliation, and disability.
“We are proud to be a model of inclusion, democratic organization and governance,” its constitution reads.
But this must not apply to personal medical decisions, Mr. Kingi said, and because of the continued enforcement of the mandate, people have been pressured to take the vaccine and booster or get fake cards made just to keep a job.
Some of these people have been severely injured, he said, and some have lost their lives.
