Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    • LOL Reminded me of when I first learned how to golf. The teacher said address the ball, so I jokingly said “Hello ball”. I still remember the look on his face. LOL
      The first time we actually played a game, I took my driver out and he laughed and said what are you going to do with that? I said I was going to hit the ball over the creek, second shot onto the green and third shot in the cup and I did. He took 4 shots. Then he got really serious. LOL

      If people want a phone that doesn’t spy on you, get a Pixel, anything before the 8 or wait a month and get the 8, and flash it with CALYXOS and learn to use it.

      its not very difficult if you have any facility with Android at all. YOu just have to load apps from their own store, even the same apps, and you can go in to a control panel and TURN OFF all the crap they do to spy on you.

      Its quite amazing actually. You might be surprised at how much simple apps do that have zero to do with their actual function. You can turn off the spy features and they still work just fine.

      Anyway that IS a solution for the moment.

    Wilkinson, a Washington County Circuit Court judge, was raced from his home to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, police said.

    The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating his death as a homicide but has not yet named a suspect.

    Maryland State Troopers were sent to protect other judges after the shooting though it’s unclear if they are in imminent danger, according to ABC affiliate WJLA.

    Video showed the flashing lights of cop cars and crime scene tape surrounding the judge’s property.

  12. Today, Sidney Powell accepted a plea agreement from the Fulton County District Attorney, pleading to six counts of “Conspiracy to Commit Intentional Interference with Performance of Election Duties.”

    Those are all misdemeanors. She faces six years of probation, a $6,000 fine, and has to pay $2,700 in restitution.

    Call that a win for the defense. Here’s why.

    Powell was indicted with seven felony counts: conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) statute; two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud; conspiracy to commit computer theft, trespass, and invasion of privacy; and conspiracy to defraud the state.

    These charges are felonies that carry heavy penalties. A conviction under Georgia’s RICO conspiracy statute, for example, requires a punishment of between five and 20 years of imprisonment. See Ga. Code Ann. § 16-14-5.

    That gets us to our second point – the risk of conviction.

    Let me start by saying that I believe Powell is innocent, that there was no RICO conspiracy by her or anyone else, that the indictment, along with all overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy, is a joke. (More on the charged conduct and RICO below.) That this case never should have been brought, that it criminalizes political conduct. But I’m not a Fulton County juror. And you probably aren’t either.

    When these cases go to trial (at this moment, nobody knows if Kenneth Chesebro will be offered, or accept, a plea deal or go to trial on October 23), the defendants will face a jury pool that is approximately 75% Democrat and only 25% Republican. The jurors will salivate at the chance to convict anyone associated with Donald Trump. We’ve seen it in DC with the January 6 defendants. We’ve seen it with the anti-Trump activist who lied to get on the Roger Stone jury. They’re not concerned about justice. It’s political.

    Adding to the pressure is the cost and expense of trial. Back in September, the Fulton County District Attorneys estimated this case would take four months. There would be hundreds of witnesses, even before the defense got to their case in chief. That’s the type of trial that could bankrupt a defendant.

    The Fulton County District Attorney knows that, and probably threatened the excessively-long trial to increase the pressure on Powell and Chesebro (the only two defendants who demanded a speedy trial) to accept a plea deal. It’s just another example of the unethical conduct of the zealous Fulton County prosecutors, who have engaged in very public evils from withholding exculpatory evidence from the grand jury (violating a prosecutor’s duty to do justice) to lying about Georgia law to the trial judge. (We’ll add that the plea deal further demonstrates unethical behavior, as it shows the prosecutors overcharged Powell.)

    The deal also shows that Fulton County prosecutors don’t want to go to trial right now. Spending four months in the courtroom and presenting hundreds of witnesses would only help the defense of Donald Trump. There would be no surprises at Trump’s trial – all the witnesses would be on record, the weaknesses of the prosecution would be exposed.

    Anyways, with all these factors at play, it’s no surprise that a misdemeanor plea deal might be the best option. This is true even when you’re innocent. Principle is great, but the system doesn’t work for the innocent. Trial is a terrible place to get to the truth. It’s an even worse place for justice. Better to accept a misdemeanor and go home instead of facing the near-certainty of 5+ years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

    This gets us to another important matter – accusations that Powell is now “cooperating” against Donald Trump.

    Tim Pool, for example, said Powell would “blame Trump for everything.” Lawyer Elie Honig, perhaps the most obtuse legal commentator on cable news, on CNN called this a “big breakthrough for prosecutors” in their case against Trump. He further alleged:

    “She’s going to have to admit that, ‘yes, we were trying to steal the election, yes, I knew it was illegal, and yes, it was in fact a crime,’” Honig said. “All of that is in play for her testimony against all of the 17 other co-defendants, including Donald Trump.”

    We’re not buying it. Let’s break down why.

    First, Honig (and many others) are claiming – wrongfully – that Powell has no choice but to implicate Trump in the RICO conspiracy.

    These predictions defy the fact that Powell did not plead guilty to the principal charge against Trump: the RICO conspiracy. She did not admit that she was part of a criminal enterprise with Trump, et al. to “unlawfully” change the results of the 2020 election. She did not admit that she conspired to violate Georgia’s RICO statute with Trump or anyone else.

    Instead, her plea deal is narrow and only relates to conduct that occurred in Coffee County, Georgia, where contractors accessed voting machines with the permission of local officials. Let us add a few words about those charges: Coffee County officials gave a written invitation for contractors from technical group SullivanStrickler to access their voting machines. Powell didn’t authorize those actions; she approved payment to SullivanStrickler after the fact. Of course, Fulton County maintains that local officials had no authority to grant access to voting machines, therefore making all of their actions illegal. (Authority would have been an issue at Powell’s trial.) In any event, Fulton County has no evidence that Powell or anyone from SullivanStrickler knew that Coffee County officials didn’t have this authority.

    But Fulton County isn’t accusing Trump of directing, being involved with, or even knowing about what occurred in Coffee County. Thus, Powell’s plea to the Coffee County charges does not, and will not, directly implicate Trump.

    Second, there are claims that Powell might have other information that will hurt Trump. Nobody has offered specifics; even The New York Times admitted “it remains unclear what Ms. Powell might say about Mr. Trump if called upon to testify against him.”

    One topic might be the December 18, 2020 meeting at the White House with President Trump, General Flynn, Sidney Powell, Emily Newman, and Patrick Byrne. Yet it’s unlikely that Powell will offer anything new about that meeting. It was the subject of numerous depositions in the House Select Committee to Investigate January 6. Powell was deposed on that issue. So too was Byrne. Ideas were floated during that perfectly legal meeting – none of them being criminal – including Powell’s proposal that Trump secure voting machines and

    “have them inspected by a professional, nonpartisan, bipartisan group of experts in a transparent fashion to obtain whatever evidence was on those machines to resolve the issue hopefully, you know, finally put the whole thing to bed, whichever way it came out.”

    Relating to the point of what Powell might know, or what she might testify about, recall that she was actually disavowed by Trump’s legal team (Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani) in late November 2020. Powell filed cases in Michigan and elsewhere, while Team Trump pursued their own legal strategies. There was no meeting of the minds between the two camps. As far as litigation strategy goes, Powell was excluded from what Trump’s legal team was doing. The indictment doesn’t suggest that Powell had such extensive contact with Trump that she could testify to his election certification efforts on January 6 or his state of mind concerning the 2020 election. Thus, we’re doubtful she has anything of value to offer Fulton County prosecutors against Trump.

    Finally, the nature of the RICO conspiracy charge against Trump doesn’t require Powell’s cooperation.

    To explain, the RICO conspiracy charge requires: (1) a conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO statute; and (2) any member of the enterprise to commit “any overt act to effect the object of the conspiracy.” Ga. Code Ann. § 16-14-4.

    The State’s theory of the case is that Trump, et al. conspired to unlawfully change the results of the 2020 election. Thus, to prove the RICO conspiracy, they just need one overt act from any member of the enterprise (this could be from any of the 19 defendants or the numerous unindicted co-conspirators).

    Now take a look at the indictment. It alleges 161 overt acts that were done to further the object of the conspiracy (the purported “unlawful” effort to change the results of the 2020 election), from Trump’s tweets to various legal memos from Trump’s lawyers (and other lawyers) interpreting the Electoral College Act or how Vice President Pence should proceed with the certification on January 6, 2021 to Trump’s calls with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

    Even if Powell were out of the case, even if she were deleted from the indictment and wiped clean prosecutors’ memory, they would still have 150+ overt acts which they say effected the alleged conspiracy. And under Georgia law, they only need to show one overt act to support the RICO conspiracy charge.

    Our point is that Powell isn’t an essential witness to prove the State’s case against Trump. What she pleaded to – the Coffee County charges – has nothing to do with Trump. Speculation that she will cooperate against Trump, or somehow implicate Trump in the RICO conspiracy, isn’t supported by the facts. After all, she didn’t plead guilty to being part of a RICO conspiracy.

  13. International lawyer and freedom advocate Reiner Fuellmich seized by German government in Mexico
    German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich, who had been working on a project known as the “Second Nuremburg” to hold the originators of the Covid bioweapon plot accountable, was seized over the weekend by German authorities in Mexico where he and his wife had been staying. He was promptly flown to Germany and arrested.

    Fuellmich had reportedly lost his passport and scheduled a visit to the German embassy in Tiajuana, Mexico. When he arrived, German authorities were waiting for him and whisked him onto a plane bound for Munich, Germany, where they then arrested him. He is reportedly now sitting in a jail in Frankfurt. The exact charges remain unclear as of this post. But please be in prayer for Reiner and his family.

  14. EXC: Hunter Biden’s Chinese Firm Helped Iranian Company Access Sanctioned Funds, Broker Illegal Oil Deals.

    A Chinese Communist Party conglomerate linked to President Joe Biden’s son and high-level foreign policy advisors conspired to help an Iranian company retrieve funds from a sanctioned bank in addition to brokering deals on behalf of sanctioned Iranian oil companies.

    The company, CEFC China Energy, counted President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, as its Managing Director and has hosted current National Security Council Coordinator for the Indo-Pacific Kurt Campbell as a keynote speaker at its events. Campbell has been identified as Biden’s “Asia Czar.”

    CEFC China Energy’s illicit involvement in the Iranian oil industry have been tacitly acknowledged by the mainstream media, with The New York Times publishing an article, “Chinese Oil Company Official Talked Arms Deals and Evading Iran Sanctions, U.S. Says,” in October 2018.

    Hunter Biden’s ties to the company, however, and its potential ramifications for influencing the policies of the Biden administration were omitted.

    These unearthed ties come amidst President Joe Biden’s decision to release $6 billion in funds to the Iranian regime, shortly before its proxy force, Hamas, attacked Israel.

    The New York Times article reveals how Patrick Ho, the Director of CEFC China Energy whom Hunter Biden has described as his personal business partner and also the “spy chief of China,” was “looking for ways to dodge American sanctions on Iran” on behalf of the company.

    “The prosecutors also accused Mr. Ho of exploring whether CEFC could serve as a middleman for an Iranian company to gain access to funds from a Chinese bank under international sanctions. […] In 2014, he discussed the possibility that CEFC could act as a go-between for an Iranian company looking to buy precious metals in Hong Kong using money that had been blocked in China, according to email excerpts provided by prosecutors. At the time, Iran was under international sanctions for accelerating its nuclear program,” continued the article.

    The revelations were revealed during the trial of Ho, who was ultimately sentenced to three years in prison by a U.S. federal court for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering. Court documents showed Ho meeting with the Chairman of CEFC China Energy to discuss the “Iranian connection,” which dealt with Iranian funds being held under sanction in a Chinese bank as he later clarified in the email:

    “Iranian Connection . . . Iran has money in a Bank in china which is under sanction. Iran wishes to purchase precious metal with this money. The precious metal is available through a Bank in HK which cannot accept money from the Bank in China which holds the money but is under sanction. The Iranian agent is looking for a Chinese company acting as a middle man in such transactions and will pay commission. (details to be presented orally) The Iranian connection has strong urge to establish trading relationship with us in oil and products . . . .”

    The indictment of Gal Luft, a Biden family whistleblower, provides even more details surrounding CEFC China Energy’s Iranian business dealings. Luft has been accused of “broker[ing] deals for Iranian oil, without authorization, in violation of U.S. sanctions against Iran and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.” Additionally, he instructed his colleagues to avoid using the word “Iran,” instead referring to the oil as coming from Brazil.

    As early as 2015, Luft and CEFC members began conversing about potentially connecting with Iranian oil officials, with emails showing a CEFC member asking Luft “Can you send me more info on the Iranians” ahead of a conference. Luft provided the requested information, even attaching a PowerPoint entitled “Presentation to Potential Partners: Iran Petroleum Investments.”

    The following year, Luft was forwarded an email asking “whether there could be any interest from our Chinese buyers (CEFC, HUOC etc al) in “volumes of Iranian Light Crude” oil, including a link to the website of the National Iranian Oil Company.

    Luft promised that he would “check,” following up with an email confirming “I have positive interesT. $2.50[.J will develop further[.] pls refer to as Brazil.” Luft was ultimately sent an “offer for NIOC crude oil from a petroleum company addressed to CEFC China,” according to the indictment, which reveals that CEFC China Energy’s relationship with Iranian oil officials continued.

  15. Lawyer and former Trump adviser Sidney Powell pleaded guilty Thursday to six misdemeanor counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with performance of election duties. Under Georgia’s First Offender Act, Powell’s plea agreement will result in the discharge of all the criminal charges after she serves six years of probation. That the Fulton County prosecutor settled for these misdemeanor charges when Powell faced seven major felony counts — including an expansive RICO conspiracy count — confirms the criminal justice system was weaponized to get Trump.

    Jury selection in the criminal case against Powell was scheduled to begin Friday on charges returned against her by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, in August of 2023. That grand jury indictment, which spanned some 98 pages, charged Powell and 17 other defendants, including former President Donald Trump, on some 41 different criminal counts.     This country and this world are on fire. So many bad things are happening, my head is spinning. I can’t even keep track. Can you?

    The open border…the decline of the middle class…massive inflation…crime exploding…failing schools…protests all over America by Jew haters…wars in Ukraine and now the Middle East…1,400 Jews slaughtered in Israel by terrorists…threats from Iran that could turn this into World War 3… brain-dead Biden giving billions to Iran so they can spread terrorism all over the world…China getting ready to move on Taiwan…and in the middle of it all…crazed, obsessed Democrats trying to send President Trump to prison for life.

    I’m dizzy just listing all the moving pieces of the intentional destruction of America. All of this is a communist takeover of the USA. How do I know? Because it’s all right out of the communist playbook. Divide the country…make everyone hate each other…censor your opposition…weaponize the government…and distract the masses with nonstop propaganda, chaos and crisis.

    But with all these WMD’s (weapons of mass distraction) you might have missed the good news…

    It’s not working anymore.

    The people aren’t buying. The American people despise Joe Biden and the Democrats. At least the legal US citizens who work for a living, who pay taxes into the system. The people that matter. The producers and makers, not the lazy losers and takers.

    Yes, Democrats have poor people trapped on welfare and food stamp…felons…illegal aliens…transgenders…abortion obsessed feminists…and the ultra-liberal, intellectual, brainwashed wackjobs who graduated from elite colleges…most of whom can’t decide if they’re a man, or a woman.

    But pretty much all the normal people of America have had enough. They’re overwhelmingly on our team now. Here’s some good news for a change. These are the signs of “the Great Awakening” and “the Great American Divorce” converging…

    The latest Morning Consult Bloomberg Poll shows Trump leading in almost every battleground state.

    The latest Emerson College poll shows Trump leading in Pennsylvania by a 9-point landslide.

    And in the latest Rasmussen poll, 35% of Democrats and 50% of black voters are considering voting for Trump.

    All of this while Trump is indicted four times, facing life in prison, with more indictments almost certainly on the way. And rigged New York courts claiming he’s a fraud and trying to take all his assets away.

    With all of that…the people are sticking with Trump!

    That’s incredible. That’s amazing. David Copperfield couldn’t pull that rabbit out of his hat! The people aren’t fooled anymore. The distractions aren’t working. The propaganda is backfiring.

    Wait, there’s more. Did you hear only 2% of Americans have taken the new Covid booster shot. TWO PERCENT. Pfizer stock is collapsing, and Pfizer is announcing layoffs. Americans don’t want your dangerous, deadly, experimental jab anymore. The propaganda doesn’t work anymore. No one trusts government or the mainstream media anymore.

    We’re winning.

    And then there’s the biggest proof of all. Americans are voting with their feet. They’ve moving out of Democrat-run states by the millions. Everyone is running away from deep blue states like they have the plague. Like those states are giving out cancer. That’s because they are.

    The American people see Democrat policies as a cancer that’s killing America and American exceptionalism.

    All the stats are in from a hundred directions. People have woken up. And “The Great American Divorce” I’ve predicted for almost 20 years is happening. And the more Democrats talk, and govern…and the more Americans see the results…the more Americans choose to run for their lives.

    Americans are voting with their feet. And the winner is…Red State America. Americans are moving by the millions away from high-tax, high-regulation blue states. And moving to red states like Florida, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina. Or in some cases, like my home state of Nevada, although it’s a purple state, they’re moving here because the income taxes are zero and the property taxes are among the lowest in America.
    Just in the month of August over 6,000 Californians moved to Las Vegas. In one month!

    Why is the whole California moving here? We have a brand new Republican Governor (Joe Lombardo). One of his first acts was declaring that no child in the state of Nevada will be forced to take the Covid vaccine to attend school. There it is. Freedom.

    But it’s not just people running away from California to Nevada. Even California’s sports teams are moving here. First the Oakland Raiders abandoned California for Las Vegas.     This week, Mollie Hemmingway from the Federalist reported on Romney’s new book where he claims that he had no idea about Hunter Biden’s actions as Board member of Ukrainian oil and gas giant Burisma.

    Romney spent the fall of 2019 giving public interviews to left-wing media, in which he complained about Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and telegraphing his eventual vote in favor of impeachment. Yet Romney claims to have been shocked that conservatives weren’t elated with his grandstanding.

    Prime-time hosts on Fox News, where I’m a contributor, were apparently “treating him with mounting hostility,” according to the book, which adds, “Sean Hannity accused Romney of ‘morphing’ into a ‘weak, sanctimonious Washington, swamp politician,’ and suggested the senator was simply ‘jealous’ of Trump’s myriad successes.”

    Back in June, Biden smirked and mocked Republicans by asking them, “Where’s the money?” in response to the credible bribery allegations against him.

    Now his words have come back to bite him. As the Daily Mail reported, Republicans today unveiled a $200,000 personal check from James Biden, one Biden’s younger brothers, to Old Joe. The GOP says is the strongest evidence yet that the president was directly involved in his family’s business dealings.

    The House Oversight Committee obtained bankruptcy court documents showing James seized money from his healthcare business, Americore, and sent it directly to his big brother.

    The documents demonstrate that in 2018, James Biden acquired $600,000 in loans from Americore.

    Rep. James Comer (R-KY) explained that James was able to obtain the loans based upon “representations” that the name Biden could “open doors.”

    Comer also goes to say even under the most generous possible scenario, a personal loan repayment, this was “troubling.”

    Even if this was a personal loan repayment, it’s still troubling that Joe Biden’s ability to be paid back by his brother depended on the success of his family’s shady financial dealings.

    Here is the personal check from little brother to the Big Guy. This demonstrates beyond any doubt Biden was 100% aware of and included in his corrupt family’s business dealings.

    The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the House of Representatives held a hearing regarding whether to launch an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden based on the explosive evidence against him.

    For example, the House Ways and Means Committee voted that month to release new documents from IRS whistleblower testimony confirming that Hunter Biden sold access to his father, Joe Biden, via the “family brand. This suggested an effort by the Biden Crime Family to sway US policy decisions. Comer also dropped a bombshell that Hunter Biden had been wired over $250,000 from China in 2019 using Joe Biden’s Delaware home as the address for the two wire transfers.

    Biden was also aware of his son’s dealings and sat in on at least 20 calls and multiple dinners with his son’s business partners, according to Devon Archer.

    The Big Guy also used various private email addresses from which he would sometimes send, receive and forward government correspondence according to emails found on Hunter’s laptop. “Robin Ware,” “Robert L. Peters” and “JRB ware’ were the three pseudonyms used on emails by Joe Biden on official and family business.

    Now, with this undeniable evidence, when will the impeachment proceedings begin?

    Recent preliminary findings from a state audit of November 2022 Harris County, Texas, election are highlighting the vital importance of upholding the integrity of our democratic processes.

    Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson released preliminary findings of the audit stating, “Harris County clearly had multiple failures conducting the election and violated election law for estimating needed ballot paper,” according to KPRC-TV.

    “Mistakes like these led to a poorly executed election which left many Harris County residents frustrated and may have prevented them from voting. It is important to talk about these issues now in order to address them before the 2024 election cycle,” Nelson added.

    Nelson’s statement highlighted a range of issues uncovered during the audit. These problems include discrepancies in voter registration data, a failure to deliver essential supplies to polling locations, equipment malfunctions, and incomplete paperwork.
