When wooz does his reports he mentioned that he has to leave out a lot of material on the Donald as it’s too controversial, djt didn’t do a lot of the things he could have done and hired a lot of people who were clearly unqualified and inept, I think the main gist of his report was that this was acted out and pre-planned with a lot of actors with sketchy backgrounds, which relates to dialectic that Vlad speaks of often in that don’t believe your eyes believe what we tell you. I found his report fascinating in that all of these people who we listen to as conservative spokespeople have rather sketchy or sordid pasts.
Wooz uses the term kayfabe as a descriptor to the performance that we are watching which is not the performance which is actually occurring, the theater of pro wrestling is parallel to the theater of modern politics.

For decades, a majority of Oakland County, MI. residents have been voting for Democrats.
Up and down the streets of affluent neighborhoods, signs reading, “No person is illegal” and “In this house, we believe…”NO HUMAN IS ILLEGAL,” can be found in front of several million-dollar homes. Nothing says “I’m a better person than my neighbor” than a virtue-signaling sign that celebrates illegal aliens in America—until, of course, the local sheriff warns that YOU are about to become their next victim—and no amount of virtue-signaling will stop them.
Unfortunately, liberal elites living in Oakland County, MI, who’ve proudly supported Democrats for decades, are about to see first-hand what happens when you elect Democrats with no regard for our national security.
On Friday, Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard warned Oakland County, MI residents that he’s working with the FBI and Homeland Security to combat the serious threat of violent “transnational gangs” who are breaking into homes in exclusive areas and stealing millions of dollars in high-end items.
Bouchard has called on the Biden regime and Congress to secure our border. “They don’t recognize jurisdictions or borders of a country, a state or a county,” the Oakland Co. Sheriff warned.
The Detroit News reports – The sheriff detailed at a press conference what officials have learned about the burglaries that have ravaged Michigan’s second most populous county, resulting in what Bouchard described as the loss of “hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars” worth of merchandise. He did not detail how many arrests have been made or other details authorities have complied in connection with incidents but said “there are specific threads” officials are aware of.
“These are transnational gangs that are involved in this that come from South America, looking to do burglaries and violate our communities, not just in Oakland County but across America,” Bouchard said. “It’s criminality at its organized crime best in terms of that’s how it functions. They work together, and they’re here for a specific purpose.”

According to Bouchard, gang members have been cited from countries such as Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, and Venezuela.
Transnational gangs commit violent crimes against “citizens and facilitate criminal activity such as narcotics and firearms trafficking, sex trafficking, human smuggling, and trafficking and corruption,” according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The sheriff noted that the theft groups typically enter the country illegally through the southern border or by using the Visa Waiver Program, which the State Department’s website says allows most nationals from select countries to travel to the U.S. for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa.
Once in the country, group members purchase fake identification, establish residency in the areas they intend to violate, and cancel their return date as required of the VWP program, Bouchard added.
He said their method of operation included targeting jewelry, precious metals, high-end watches, purses, electronics, currency, and safes that can easily be broken into “on scene,” adding that the money acquired from the stolen merchandise is transferred to families and locations outside the U.S.
“Border security for everybody is critically important,” Bouchard said. “… Secure the border first and foremost because America is getting crushed with fentanyl, human trafficking, terrorist activity .. and obviously, transnational gangs that are attacking communities right here in Oakland County.”
In the past, violent transnational gang activity has been reported primarily in New York, Texas, and California. With millions of illegal aliens crossing our border and being shipped to cities and communities across America, it shouldn’t be surprising that these South and Central American gangs are now organizing in middle America.
Freep reports- Bouchard said he strongly supported a letter sent this week, on behalf of the nation’s police chiefs and sheriffs, to lawmakers in Washington, D.C., and to the U.S. Department of State imploring leaders to close the border and require background checks of those claiming to be tourists.
The letter, dated Sept. 28, was sent by the Coalition of Police and Sheriffs of America, to which the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office belongs through affiliation with the Major County Sheriffs of America, of which Bouchard is the former president and current vice president for government affairs. Bouchard said the gangs from “south of the border” are growing increasingly active nationwide and pose a risk to residents of metro Detroit, especially those whose homes are on large lots isolated from neighbors’ sight and those that back up to golf courses or wooded areas.
“They typically establish a residence near locations they wish to target. They do a lot of surveillance, we believe before they commit a crime. Usually, it’s two or three people working together, with one of them stationed outside as a driver. … Around the country, in some situations, they’ve been caught in areas with no bail anymore, and they get out and then get arrested again. The prosecutor in one case I happen to know about, in Nassau County, New York, said they actually laughed at her as they walked out of court” to freedom, Bouchard said.

According to Sheriff Bouchard, these transnational gangs, which include members from Venezuela, could very well be some of the hardened criminals released from prisons in Venezuela that have moved into neighborhoods across America and are terrorizing its citizens.
In 2020, while walking with canvassers in a wealthy Oakland County neighborhood, I witnessed homeowners identified as “reliable Republican voters” answering their front doors and hiding behind them to talk to the door knockers. The Republican voters, cowering behind their doors, admitted they feared their neighbors’ reactions if they saw them talking to Trump supporters on their front porch. In other words, Republican voters were AFRAID their Democrat neighbors would discover they secretly supported President Trump!

Now There is Evidence the FBI Planned the January 6 Operation and Planted Documents Days Earlier That Were Later Used Against Innocent Americans

In February of this year, The Gateway Pundit’s Cara Castronuovo wrote about a shocking development in the US government’s case against the Proud Boys.
it was discovered that the Government itself was the author of the mysterious “1776 Returns” document.
The 1776 Returns document is the title of a 9-page paper that outlined strategic plans for the takeover of US government buildings on January 6, 2021.
It was confirmed in court that the FBI was behind the document and and FBI operative was the author of the document.
The mysterious document was sent unsolicited to Proud Boy Chairman Enrique Tarrio’s Telegram right before January 6th by a “love interest” named Erika Flores.
Flores reportedly testified to the January 6th Committee that A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL was the author of the entirety of the “1776 Returns” and that this FBI and CIA member or associate asked her to share it with Tarrio!
Tarrio was charged with Seditious Conspiracy and was later found guilty along with four fellow members of the Proud Boys. Enrique Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years in federal prison for planning the entire “seditious conspiracy.” We now know that it was the FBI who was behind the conspiracy.
“It appears that the government itself is the author of the most incriminating and damning document in this case, which was mysteriously sent at government request to Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio immediately prior to January 6 in order to frame or implicate Tarrio in a government- created scheme to storm buildings around the Capitol. As such, Exhibit 528-1 and the government’s efforts to frame or smear defendants with it, constitutes outrageous government conduct. This is either entrapment or outrageous government conduct, or both. Equally improper, it is a Brady violation because the Department of Justice must surely have known these revelations before putting Special Agent Dubrowski on the stand on February 9 to introduce this evidence.”
You can’t make this stuff up!
The cover to the sketchy and poorly written “1776 Returns” was allegedly created by a Government Official who claims to have been “groomed” to join the CIA or FBI.
Apparently, an individual by the name of Samuel Armes is responsible for writing the “1776 Files”.
Armes is “a former State Department and Special Operations official” who was also interviewed by the January 6th Unselect Committee.
Armes said “he recognized components of the document as ideas he had composed as part of a “war gaming” exercise he did in August or September of 2020. Armes “co-founded a Florida-based cryptocurrency LLC — Government Blockchain Systems” “Armes said that in college he had been groomed to join the CIA and FBI before his stint in the State Department and special operations. . . . In his studies, he often participated in “war gaming” scenarios, skills he used during his stint in government.” (*The J6 Committee was resistant in releasing these documents.)
To reiterate, this government asset, Armes, passed this document off to a “love interest” of Enrique Tarrio named “Erika”, who then testified she forwarded the document AT THE REQUEST OF ARMES to Tarrio via Telegram.
“This means that the most damning document in this trial was authored by the intelligence community—someone “groomed” by the FBI itself,” said Roger Roots (the Proud Boys attorney who authored this Blockbuster Motion). “And this CIA and FBI asset requested Tarrio’s friend to share the document with Tarrio just prior to January 6.”
According to the Motion- “During Special Agent Dubrowski’s chilling testimony, Assistant U.S. Attorney Conor Mulroe took lengths to emphasize segments of the document describing a plan to lay siege to Capitol Hill by strategically occupying most of the congressional office space around the Capitol. Jurors were informed of this written plan to “fill buildings” “with patriots”—and were left to think it was a plan of Tarrio’s or co-defendants.” It was not.
The plan was concocted by the FBI and planted inside the Proud Boys Telegram page days before January 6.
The document laid out a plan for the occupation of eight key buildings in the District of Columbia on January 6, 2021. This included House and Senate office buildings and the Supreme Court. The strategy included a call for the mass-mobilization of followers, invoking the sentiment and spirit of 1776 and the 1917 storming of the Winter Palace by Bolsheviks in the Russian Revolution.

It is unknown if Tarrio read or even opened this document sent to him by Armes through Flores, yet the Government used this dopey “war gaming” exercise as a major part of their case against Tarrio and the Proud Boys.
Tarrio had nothing to do with the creation of these plans and they were simply “sent” to him via Telegram by a “love interest”, yet the Biden DOJ misled the already biased jury to believe the document belonged to Tarrio- and the Dishonorable Judge Timothy Kelly allowed this charade to proceed, even though he was aware of the document’s history from pre-trial hearings!
Samuel Armes
Back in July 2022, Liz Cheney and the January 6 Committee called in Samuel Armes to testify. Armes is a young college grad who just started his professional career in Florida.
The J6 Committee called in Armes after a previous witness, Erika Flores, told the shameful anti-Trump committee that Armes told her to pass on his “1776 Returns” document to Enrique Tarrio, Flores’s love interest who Armes had met at least two times. Armes reportedly insisted that Flores get the document to Tarrio before the January 6 protests.
It was all a setup organized by the FBI.
Flores already told the committee that Armes, who was being groomed by the FBI and CIA while in school, told her to pass the insurrection document on to Enrique Tarrio.
There is NO EVIDENCE that Tarrio ever looked at the document. There is NO EVIDENCE that the Proud Boys studied the document. And there is NO EVIDENCE that the Proud Boys used any of the tactics that Armes wrote about in the document on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol. Proud Boy member Ethan Nordean later told The Gateway Pundit he laughed when he heard about the document because it was so absurd.
During his testimony, Samuel Armes admitted he was being groomed by the FBI and CIA.
Samuel Armes: I went to the University of South Florida, and I got a degree in international finance, economics, and intel studies, which was part of a program at USF. I was being groomed to work for the CIA and the FBI.
J6 Committee: Did you ever end up working for either of those agencies?
Samuel Armes: Not formally, but I’ve done work for the State Department and for United States Special Operations Command out of MacDill Air Force Base, which is in Tampa…

Mr. Armes. So, when I was at USF and I was being groomed to be in the CIA, FBI, or any intel agencies, a lot of what we did was wargaming exercises. Are you familiar with wargames?
J6 Committee: Yes.
Mr. Armes. Yeah. So I would often go through day courses where we would wargame different scenarios as a part of my college education. And that actually is partially what served me at SOCOM. So at SOCOM —

J6 Committee: Okay. And just a quick clarification. When you say “getting groomed” to be part of the CIA, FBI, what do you mean by that?
Mr. Armes. Yeah, I don’t know what a better term would be, but —
Ms. Santos. Trained.
Mr. Armes. Trained. Yeah, I guess trained.
Ms. Santos. Educated.
Mr. Armes. Yeah.
Ms. Santos. Trained and educated through the university program.
Mr. Armes. And my mentor. So the goal was to do everything that I was doing and then, by the time I graduated, actually move to D.C. and work for one of the intel agencies.
Armes then admits to authoring a document, later titled the “1776 Returns” attack plan, that he started after the release of the highly organized and controversial Transition Integrity Project document.
The Transition Integrity Project (TIP) was organized by deep state operatives, intel officials and campaign leaders who met for several meetings and for some reason warned about “a high degree of likelihood that November’s elections will be marked by a chaotic legal and political landscape. We also assess that President Trump is likely to contest the result by both legal and extra-legal means, in an attempt to hold onto power.
It was uncanny how the TIP officials knew about the controversial election to come and the likelihood that Americans would be upset to see an election stolen from the people!
Mr. Armes: So, given my education and kind of everything that I’ve discussed, I had really watched heavily the riots in the U.S., especially during COVID, the pandemic, as well as, you know, riots from the left and the right. And given my working background, I saw the release of the TIP document, the Transition Integrity Project document, in August, and upon seeing that and given my prior knowledge of just how these things play out, I began tinkering with a Google document on my own, just what I thought might happen in a worst-case scenario based off of that document that was released by TIP.
Note that Armes talked about “riots by the right” during COVID that never happened.
Armes then ties his insurrection document to the Terry Shiavo case which makes no sense and is further proof that the intel communities are lacking in capable thinkers.
Armes then told the committee he believed Trump was “an unpredictable character”
Mr. Armes: A So I want to say it was almost neither of those. The practical viewpoint I was looking at is, what if there is just any kind of scenario where you just didn’t know who was in charge? What would happen if, from election day to 2 weeks out, we didn’t know who the President was?
And, given that we know the former President was a very unpredictable character, certainly one of my thoughts was, what if he just doesn’t leave, right? I mean, there were multiple options, right?
But my viewpoint of the document was simply, how are people going to take advantage of the situation? Because I think, in times of chaos, you have radical parties that actually don’t care about what the actual circumstances are; they just view it as an opportunity to push forward their agenda, right? So that was kind of what I was thinking of. Yeah.
And I saw that happen in riots before in the U.S. and throughout 2020, where, you know, people really weren’t sure what was going on, and so you saw people take to the streets, do a variety of things that were obviously unlawful. And by the time we figured out what was true and what wasn’t, you know, buildings had already been destroyed or, you know, people’s lives had already been affected.
So that was kind of my frame of reference. I tried to be as agnostic as possible in my line of thinking to try to avoid any, like, internal bias. Does that give you any clarity?
Samuel Armes then told the J6 Committee that he was “shocked” that the document was used as a “terroristic document” on January 6.
Mr. Armes: So I had told her (Erika Flores) that I was kind of brainstorming what I think might happen, and she seemed interested. And she asked if she could see it, and I said sure.
And so I ended up sharing it with her on a Google Drive. And after that, I thought nothing of it. I would’ve never imagined that it turned into the document that I was shown last week, would’ve had zero clue, zero idea. I mean, it’s pretty horrifying to think that that document was even used and actually took from what I had written, which — obviously, you know, it’s horrific for me to even imagine that something that I would’ve written would’ve been used to source this kind of, like — I guess call it “terroristic document,” right, if I want to be nice about it. But, you know, never in a million years.
And because that was never my frame of reference, when I shared it with Erika, I completely forgot about it. So, until you called me, I didn’t even think that I would even be in the situation that we are today where I’m talking to you about something that I wrote and forgot about up until now.

J6 Committee: Do you know Enrique Tarrio at all, like, personally?
Mr. Armes: I want to say, personally, I’ve met him maybe twice. And that was because Erika had a lot of men that she was pursuing in boyfriend relationships. I wasn’t sure what their relationship was, but it was actually a very contentious thing in the Miami community.
So sometimes I would go to do work in Miami, I would meet up with Erika, and there was a time when Enrique was there with her. Ran into other people as well. She did add him to this Telegram group of all the crypto/blockchain people in Miami, and he would talk in that group.
But certainly not a friend of mine. Was never interested in pursuing any kind of a relationship, as I was pretty familiar with what he stands for and represented, so I kept my distance. But I was never entirely sure how close he was with Erika. So, obviously, given the situation, a lot closer than I had ever presumed —
Now we hit pay dirt in the questioning.
Erika Flores testified before Samuel Armes. Flores told the committee that Samuel Armes TOLD HER to send the 1776 Returns document to Enrique Tarrio!
Samuel Armes denies this and says she is blame-shifting.
He’s quite a guy.
J6 Committee: So my next question to you was going to be: Do you have any idea why Ms. Flores would tell us that you wrote “1776 Returns” and that you asked her to send it to Mr. Tarrio?
Mr Armes: I guess she’s just blame-shifting. I mean, she’s just throwing me under the bus for a document that — and I don’t know if she even authored the document. All I know is that I shared stuff that I had written, material that I had written with her. I don’t know who even created the “1776” document. All I know is that I shared it with her.
So she probably — I mean, I don’t know if this is — I’m extrapolating. But on the end point, right — because I originated this idea in my mind of what I think might happen.
And, obviously, given that I’ve now seen this, she took my ideas as an inspiration, and her or some group of people then turned it into “1776 Returns.”
And that’s why I can confidently say I’ve never seen this document in my life. It uses stuff that I talked about, but even the name, I’ve never even heard of the name, right? So, yeah, I’m just a scapegoat, I guess is the best way to word it.
The Biden DOJ used the “1776 Returns” document to build a flimsy case against the Proud Boys and indirectly against President Trump.
The Gateway Pundit later found out that Mr. Armes was a friend with J6 defendant James Meeks, the Broadway performer, and that the two of them were planning to travel to Washington DC for the January 6 protests.
Mr. Meeks later mysteriously had ALL OF HIS CHARGES dropped by the Biden DOJ. There is only ONE REASON why this would happen. You can figure this out on your own.
What is interesting the Meeks’ co-defendant, Donovan Crowl, was convicted on all charges. Funny how that worked out?
It is clear from this complete body of evidence that has been completely ignored by the mainstream media, pins the January 6 attacks on the US Capitol directly on the FBI and its operatives.
Today dozens of innocent men and women have had their homes raided by this same FBI.
And today dozens of men and women sit in prison for attending the protest that was likely setup by the intelligence community to catch them in their trap.
The federal government, FBI and others set up this entire disgusting event. Four Trump supporters were killed that day. Hundreds more have had their lives ruined by this lawless regime.
This must be investigated.

Earlier this year Jim Hoft from The Gateway Pundit had the opportunity to interview Captain Seth Keshel on his work related to the 2020 Election and the anomalies he uncovered. Keshel examined the final vote counts in all 50 states compared to the estimated numbers based on changing state dynamics and trends to come up with his estimated voter fraud in each state.
In his analysis, he believes there were in excess of 8.1 million votes for Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

Katalin Karikó, PhD, is a biochemist and researcher, best known for her contributions to mRNA technology and the COVID-19 vaccines.
Karikó and co-collaborator Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, invented the modified mRNA technology used in Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna’s vaccines to prevent COVID-19 infection.
More than 15 years ago at Penn Medicine, Karikó and Weissman found a way to modify mRNA and later developed a delivery technique to package the mRNA in lipid nanoparticles.
This made it possible for mRNA to reach the proper part of the body and trigger an immune response to fight disease.
These laboratory breakthroughs made mRNA safe, effective, and practical for use as a vaccine against COVID.

A chance encounter at a photocopy machine about 25 years ago led Dr. Drew Weissman, PhD, an infectious disease expert at Penn Medicine, and former colleague RNA biologist Kati Kariko, PhD, to collaborate in what would become a critical technology used in some of today’s COVID-19 mRNA-based vaccines.
“When we started, RNA had been used in vaccines and in people and had failed.
The clinical trials showed not good results and the pharmaceutical companies gave up on it,” Weissman told ScienceBoard.net at the conclusion of the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy (ASGCT) 2022 annual meeting in Washington, DC.
Inflammation was at the heart of the RNA problem decades ago, according to Weissman, who said he and Kariko were able to figure out how to make it noninflammatory.
Their nucleoside-modified mRNA technology and other vaccine-related improvements have been used by both Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech in the development of their COVID-19 vaccines.
“I always have to laugh when people tell me ‘I’m nervous about the vaccine, they invented it in 10 months’ and that’s as far from the truth as possible,” Weissman said.

Officials with the Pacific Legal Foundation have filed a complaint in U.S. District Court in Asheville on behalf of John P. Miall and several others against the city, its manager and its mayor.
The issue is over the procedures used to accept applicants to be on the city’s Human Relations Commission.

Is Sen.-to-be Butler Eligible to Represent California?
The residence question is closer than it might appear.

According to his official website, California Gov. Gavin Newsom on October 1 appointed Laphonza Butler to the Senate, to complete the term of the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein. Butler was apparently a Maryland resident as of very recently, but according to Newsom’s office she plans to re-register to vote in California before her Wednesday swearing-in.
For various reasons, though, that might not be enough, and the Senate will have a real constitutional question to face. As far as I can tell—and I’d be happy to be corrected—if Butler hasn’t traveled back to her home in California since deciding to take the job, and if Newsom doesn’t wait until she does to make (or re-make) the appointment, she can’t represent California, and the Senate can’t seat her yet.
(NB: This isn’t my area of expertise; I usually just listen to Josh Chafetz on most questions of Congress’s procedure and structure. But I’ve been working on a paper on the Twelfth and Seventeenth Amendments, which is why these questions came to mind. Also, nothing in what follows turns—or should turn—on one’s political agreement or disagreement with either Newsom or Butler.)
Why would Butler’s residence matter? The Constitution establishes the following qualifications for Senators in Art. I, § 3, cl. 3:
No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.
Until recently, Butler wasn’t an inhabitant of California. She lived there much of her life and apparently still owns a home there. But since then she moved to Maryland, where she made political donations and worked for a political committee.
Newsom’s office has suggested that it’ll be enough for Butler to re-register to vote in California before being sworn in on Wednesday. And there’s precedent of a kind: Dick Cheney reestablished his Wyoming residence when running for Vice President with his otherwise-fellow-Texan George W. Bush.
But the comparison isn’t quite right. There’s no flat bar on two Texans sharing a presidential ticket; the problem in 2000 was only that the Texas electors, under the Twelfth Amendment, had to vote for at least one candidate who “shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves.” Cheney, who re-registered in July 2000, could have changed his residence any time before the electoral college assembled in December.
By contrast, Article I looks to a senator’s residence “when elected,” and not when sworn in. Swearing-in might be the right time for measuring age and citizenship, but not residence. For example, one 29-year-old simply waited for his thirtieth birthday before appearing in the Senate and presenting his credentials. Yet the residence requirement comes with an explicit timestamp: if the candidate isn’t an inhabitant “when elected,” she isn’t eligible to serve afterwards.
But isn’t Butler being appointed, not elected? That’s only partly right. Under the Seventeenth Amendment, the senators from each state are “elected by the people thereof,” with the following exception:
When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.
That’s what’s happening here: California’s legislature has allowed its governor to make a “temporary appointment,” which will last until the next election. But that doesn’t mean the residence requirement applies only to senators chosen by the people at large (or, say, that Newsom could choose to appoint somebody from Alaska or New York instead). The phrase “when elected” is broader than that, because it was adopted as part of the 1788 Constitution, when each state’s senators were “chosen by the Legislature thereof” (Art. I, § 3, cl. 1), usually one legislative house at a time. So “elected” here means a whole process of official choice, not only some first-past-the-post vote by the general citizenry. And the 1788 Constitution also provided for executive appointments, in Art. I, § 3, cl. 2:
[I]f Vacancies happen by Resignation, or otherwise, during the Recess of the Legislature of any State, the Executive thereof may make temporary Appointments until the next Meeting of the Legislature, which shall then fill such Vacancies.
The Seventeenth Amendment was adopted “in lieu of” the “chosen by the Legislature” requirement, as well as “so much of paragraph two of the same section as relates to the filling of vacancies.” But it left the qualification requirements in Clause 3 intact. So the “when elected” requirement is still good law, and its most natural reading would include whatever form of official choice establishes a person as a putative senator. If Newsom already signed the paperwork on Oct. 1, and if Butler were still a Maryland resident at the time, those papers are no good, and he has to sign new ones after she actually establishes California residence.
But isn’t Butler going to be a California inhabitant by Wednesday anyway? Not necessarily. Article I requires that she be an “inhabitant” of California when elected. My understanding is that this requirement is coextensive to the Fourteenth Amendment’s requirement that one “reside” in California to be a California citizen. To establish that particular kind of ongoing residence, also known as “domicile,” traditionally requires that one be present at one’s new home and have the intention of remaining there. (Representing the state in the Senate would of course be a legally acceptable reason for then leaving again.) Given that Sen. Feinstein passed away only on Sept. 29, it’s unclear whether Butler will have actually returned to her California domicile sometime between the point at which she formed the intention to become a Californian again and the point at which Gov. Newsom would appoint her (or re-appoint her).
Moreover, the Senate might be legitimately unsure that there’s a bona fide intention to return to California. While registering to vote is evidence of such an intention, and while plenty of people are willing to move states for a job (especially for a job like this!), residence is often the subject of a good deal of litigation—e.g., when it matters for tax purposes. It might be relevant, for example, whether Butler has been making any other arrangements reflecting her present intention to return to California full-time if not reelected (or if not seeking reelection) in 2024.
But isn’t this all up to the courts to decide? No. Under Art. I, § 5, cl. 1., “[e]ach House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members.” That means the Senate is the final tribunal to decide when Butler is eligible to serve. In Powell v. McCormack, the Supreme Court claimed the power to require a House of Congress to seat a member excluded for reasons other than the constitutionally listed qualifications. But here the Senate would be judging Butler’s residence under Clause 3, and not (as in Powell) issues unrelated to her constitutional qualifications.
But isn’t this all an insane technicality? Only sort of! For one thing, we should all remember the dictum of the late Judge James Clinkscales Hill, when a lawyer in front of him referred to a rule as a “technicality”:
Counselor, a wise old judge once said to me: “A ‘technicality’ is another word for a rule of law on which you lose. A rule of law on which you win is a ‘cornerstone of justice.'”
When someone is standing with one foot on each side of a border, of course the border looks like a silly technicality. But we draw arbitrary lines, not to govern the cases that go right up to the line, but to make sure that the heartland cases—the ones far away from the lines—are decided correctly. If Newsom had appointed Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer instead, she would obviously have been ineligible, and excluding the obvious cases means having a rule that’s applied to non-obvious cases too.
For another, the Constitution might have had good reason for wanting Senate candidates to be state residents before, rather than after, they’re officially chosen. The Senate is one of the “political safeguards of federalism”; it’s there to make sure that the interests of each state’s residents receive equal representation in one of the national councils. Maybe that’s a bad idea, but it’s clearly the system we have.
Picking someone to represent Californians’ interests who had actually left the state without the intention of returning, and who hadn’t moved back to the state at the time of his or her selection, would arguably interfere with this goal. It might make agreement on abstract political issues, not community fellow-feeling, the governing standard of representation. Maybe that’s a good idea, but it’s clearly not the system we have.
So while Butler and Newsom still have a chance to dot all their i’s and cross all their t’s before Wednesday, the Senate will have a real choice before it if they don’t.

In a landmark, the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a challenge aimed at removing former President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot.
The case was brought forth by John Anthony Castro, a Republican presidential candidate and tax consultant who has unsuccessfully run for several political offices. He argued that Trump should be disqualified from running due to his alleged involvement in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
“A primary candidate has judicial standing to bring a claim challenging the eligibility of a fellow primary candidate for competitive injury in the form of a diminution of votes and/or fundraising if the primary candidate believes that the fellow primary candidate is ineligible to hold public office and to prevent actions irreconcilable with the U.S. Constitution,” Castro wrote.
Castro’s legal argument hinged on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a Civil War-era provision initially used to bar former members of the Confederacy from holding office.
“The January 6, 2021, attack on the United States Capitol was an insurrection within the meaning of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Donald J. Trump provided aid or comfort to the insurrectionists in the form of words of encouragement and expressions of support springing from a want of sympathy with the insurrectionary attack on the United States Capitol. As such, Donald J. Trump is constitutionally ineligible to hold any public office in the United States of America,” according to Castro.

The case was denied without any comment or recorded vote, according to CNN.
The Supreme Court’s decision not to hear the case effectively shuts down this avenue of attack against the former President, who is the frontrunner for the Republican nomination in 2024. Critics of the use of Section 3 have called it a “fringe legal theory.”

Similar lawsuits have been filed in Colorado, Minnesota, and Michigan by both liberal and conservative organizations, as well as individual voters.
The Gateway Pundit reported that a coalition of six Republicans and unaffiliated Colorado voters, including former state and federal officials, filed a lawsuit last month seeking to disqualify former President Donald Trump from appearing on the state’s 2024 presidential ballot.
The case argues that Trump violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which disqualifies any individual from holding federal office if they have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the United States.
Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold called former President Trump a “liar” after he asserted that the attempt to keep him off the ballot is election interference.
In Minnesota, a group of voters sued to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot.
“Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment,” according to the suit.
On Friday, a far-left organization filed a lawsuit to disqualify former President Trump from appearing on Michigan’s 2024 ballot, asserting that he violated the 14th Amendment and should therefore be prohibited from partaking in the upcoming election.
“Donald Trump violated his oath of office and incited a violent insurrection that attacked the U.S. Capitol, threatened the assassination of the vice president and congressional leaders, and disrupted the peaceful transfer of power for the first time in our nation’s history,” Free Speech for People legal director Ron Fein said in a statement.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that a lawsuit was filed in a federal court seeking to ban President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot for inciting an insurrection.
The lawsuit, filed by Lawrence A. Caplan, alleges that Trump is constitutionally prohibited from running for president again due to his alleged involvement in the January 6 “insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol.
However, Judge Robin Rosenberg, a US District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, ruled last week that the attorney, Lawrence Caplan, lacked standing to bring the lawsuit.

The Dictator problem saw its start back in the 1890s when the Civil Servant Act was signed into law. This act said that the ordinary people working for the Federal Government were protected and couldn’t be fired without cause. Prior to this every job was a patronage job, the people changed everything a new Administration took office. This law provided that the little people never changed and continued doing the job that they new. The top positions were still patronage jobs but most of the workers never change, this gave the senior non fire-able workers the ability to gain unappreciated power ending with the senior people in the State Department ignoring President Trump and working to pursuing their personal Foreign Policy.
Now we move forward to 1913 when the 17th Constitutional Amendment was ratified this Amendment changed how the Senators were selected was adopted.
When the Constitution was written the Founding Fathers saw the United States as a loose collection of individual nations, each of the colonies was to be loosely bound to the rest. The Constitution was written to limit the power of the Federal Government, Congress was suppose to look after the interest and freedom of the States and the Individuals. The Senate was the Congressional House of the States and the House of Representatives was the Congressional House of the People. This is why all Revenue and Spending Bills are suppose to originate in the House. The members of the House of Representatives were to be elected by the people every two years, while the members of the Senate were to be appointed by the legislatures of the individual States. This is why the Senate has to approve all Presidential appointments, all Treaties and Declare War. Remember the job of the Federal Government was to set Foreign Policy, protect the citizens of the States/Nations and protect the interstate commerce. Welfare, Health, Education were all to be carried out by the States/Nations. This portion of the Constitution was slowly ignored as the left pushed for more and more central control over all aspects of peoples lives. All States/Nations weren’t suppose to have the same laws or taxes, the US was suppose to be the laboratory of freedom with the voters having the ability to vote with their feet and move to the States/Nations that had the amount of Government intrusion that the people wanted. The shift from State Legislatures appointing Senators to Direct Election didn’t start affecting things until FDR was elected. He started pushing for more and more power to be taken from the States/Nations and given to the Federal Government.
One of the things FDR pushed was the Social Security Act, this laid the foundation for the future claims that the Federal Government was suppose to be responsible for the welfare of all of the Citizens. It was during this time period that we say the end of Prohibition and the start of the National Gun Control movement with the passing of The National Firearms act of 1938. Prohibition created a national contempt for the Prohibition Law and a growing contempt for all laws. This is combined with the money that it fed to the Organized Crime families led to massive corruption in the Big City Governments.

This act placed a stamp tax on where came to be known as Title 3 firearms, the private civilian was forced to pay $500 for a permit to own a short barreled rifle or shotgun, along with a full auto firearm or a suppression to reduce the sound of the shot. This act was taken to the Supreme Court but the side against the Act didn’t show up for the arguments and the side against individual rights was the only one heard. (Today the gun control group is trying to ban militarily useful weapons the argument to the Court in the 30s was that those weapons could be banned because they weren’t militarily useful.)
In the 1920s a group of people who didn’t trust themselves with intoxicating beverages decided to stop everyone from drinking them. They did this by getting a Constitutional Amendment ratified that outlawed the possession or sale of any beverage containing alcohol. The unintended consequences of this action was the creation of obscenely wealthy crime families/gangs and the Prohibition Bureau which was a notoriously corrupt organization. The profits from the distilling, smuggling and selling alcoholic beverages rivals the profits the Drug Cartels are making from both human smuggling and drug smuggling. I don’t think Prohibition was a deliberate attempt to destroy the US, although the result may have given the left the idea to use drugs to destroy our society.
In the 30s, Prohibition was repelled and the agents of the Prohibition Bureau were pretty much out of a job, that was when they were put to policing tobacco and firearms and well as collecting tax on the distilled spirits that were produced in the licensed stills. The corruption in the Prohibition Bureau was legendary and the FBI, Secret Service and Marshals Service rejected having them put in their organizations.
World War II interfered with the gun control efforts and the boys coming home had seen how we used weapons control in the nations we defeated in the war and wanted noting to do with it over here. This stopped the gun control movement until the 1960s.
In the 60s the left having gained a lot of power in the Universities started pushing for more and more power to be transferred to DC and less power to be held by the State Capitals. This effort created the opportunity for the left to Take over the administration of more and more Universities, as well as move their people into high ranking positions in the Civil Rights Movement. The left used this new power to start campaigning to remove all forms of religion out of the public square, they did this despite the Founding Fathers saying that our Constitution was workable only for a moral and Godly nations. The Vast Majority of the Founding Fathers were believing Christians of one sect or another. They wanted they US to be a Christian Nation, the only thing they didn’t want was a National Church.
I can remember when all stores were closed on Sunday, the Pharmacies had the phone numbers of the Pharmacist on the door so they could be called in an emergency. The push to get stores open on Sunday started with the convenience stores, the were suppose to be open so the cooks could get what was suddenly needed to finish a Holiday meal. It wasn’t long before the left pushed to have the grocery stores open on Sunday, then the push for the other stores because it wasn’t fair that they should loose a days profits when the Grocery stores weren’t.
At the same time the left was pushing to have the Churches banned from putting Nativity Scenes out during the Christmas season.
There was also a successful push to stop the schools from saying an prayer every day at the beginning of classes, and the history classes had to remove all references to Christianity when they were talking about the Holy Land.
This was when the left started pushing the idea that the Nazi’s were Christians, in reality the Nazi’s pushed the idea of the worshiping the old Nordic Gods and were openly oppressing the Christian Ministers of all Sects and the Catholic Priests. I have a friend who had an Aunt whose family was smuggled out of Nazi Germany because the Nazi’s wanted to find and kill her brother a Catholic Priest and his entire family.
It was at during the 60s that the left started to destroy all morality by pushing for the legalization of all hallucinogenic drugs, they combined this with pushing the Free Love movement. They started calling everyone that opposed them Fascists despite the fact that the Free Love movement has its roots in Nazi Germany where the High School kids were all required to go to Government run camps during the summers. The Girls were pushed to sleep with all of the men and boys they could and were pressured to get pregnant every summer. (More on this subject later) The free love movement morphed into the hook up culture where men and women were/are suppose to go to bars and pick up someone for casual one night sex. This has had the effect of lowering the marriage rate and lowering the birth rate because the women are discovering that men don’t want to marry women who have been having casual sex with every good looking passing stranger.
It was during this time period that the left through fashion designers started to work on more immodest clothing. The Bikini bathing suit springs to mind, although the ones from that period are now considered to be very modest. All it takes to see what has happened is to take a trip to the local shopping mall and look at those the high school and collage girls are dressed. I am talking about those groups because the ones of that age that are working are normally required to wear more modest clothing.
Part of our problems are from the idea of the Super Man, the superior being based on the genetics of particular race. Some of the old German Philosophers came up with this idea and the Nazi’s embraced it. They were not the first or the last to think this way but there were the ones who tried through their breeding farms to give birth to the Superman that was to replace the human race. As I said the Nazi’s weren’t the first to think of this idea, they just took it further then anyone had until recently, the Chinese are using gene manipulation on the fetus’ to try and breed super soldiers. And the French are reported to be working on using gene substitution on adults to try for super soldiers.
Remember the left started the ACLU to force us to live up to the letter of the law on tolerance which means we are forced to tolerate actions from people who refuse to tolerate any ideas or action that differ from their social meme.
A final thought on this is how in the 1970s people started openly worshiping Satan, we were forced to tolerate this because of the Freedom of Religion clause in the First Amendment. This was always a nasty action of the left that brought Worshiping Satan into the mainstream, it continued fairly peacefully with only a few clashes. There were always rumors of Satanic Cults that were sacrificing children but the left always laughed at the rumors and made people feel uncomfortable talking about them. Then Roe v Wade made abortion legal and the abortion industry started. After Roe v Wade was struck down started complaining that they can’t preform abortions that are dedicated to Satan. As far as I have seen people are ignoring this confession of human sacrifice to an evil God.

Wells Fargo Financial Crime Investigators (FCI) suspected Joe Biden’s son was associated with a ‘sex trafficking ring’ and ‘falsified’ checks to pay prostitutes.
In the never publicly released ‘Suspicious Activity Reports’ (SARs) reviewed by the Daily Mail, we learn Hunter’s accounts were being monitored as late as December 2019.
The SAR was filed to the Department of the Treasury on December 17, 2019, and pointed out to 25 individuals linked to the suspected ring.
It tracked $1,162,732 sent to Hunter’s company Owasco from partner and family friend, Rob Walker.
Daily Mail reported:
“The Wells Fargo investigators said Hunter withdrew $105,492 in cash from Owasco and $263,978 from his personal accounts between February and November 2017 across nine states – and even made some withdrawals in Monaco.”
The cash withdrawals coincide with period of heavy drug use and lots of prostitutes, as per the document.
“The Treasury documents also said Hunter made nine ‘peer-to-peer transfers’ – such as Zelle – totaling $30,900, including to a female friend of Hunter’s in her 30s previously linked to a ‘sex trafficking ring’ in other Treasury reports.”
This female friend’s identity, a woman once arrested for methamphetamine possession, was not released by the paper. But people familiar with the ‘laptop from hell’ know her image very well.

Photos dated September 2018 show him biting her ear, and pulling on her hair while is kneeling on a bed.
The document states that Hunter’s ‘high volumes of cash transactions’ were potentially linked to ‘prostitution and or drugs’.
“‘Wells Fargo’s financial crimes investigations conducted a continued review of customer Robert Hunter Biden as well as several related customers for funds derived from unknown sources, the unusual movement of funds, and unusually high volumes of cash transactions that appeared related to prostitution and or drugs,’ the investigators’ report said.”
Hunter received unknown sources of shady funds, which funded huge cash withdrawals, as well as outgoing transfers, and outgoing checks.
Some of the checks were split into smaller amounts ‘for no clear economic purpose’.
“‘The overall activity appeared related to prostitution or drugs. The review also found that several customers suspected of participating in a sex trafficking ring associated with Biden continued to have what appeared to be an unusual movement of funds in their accounts’.”
The money goes to Pitula, and then to China, Russia and Ukraine.
One suspected sex-trafficking ring member that Hunter is demonstrated to have sent money to was Ekaterina Pitula.
A 39-year-old Russian owner of a California retail store, she had 25 cash deposits flagged totaling $18,728 in her personal and business accounts.
The money was then wired to a Chinese account of a company called HECNY International Ltd, to another woman’s account in Russia, and to a man in Ukraine.
Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is finally investigating Hunter’s alleged links with sex trafficking rings – including with a demand of records from the Department of Justice.

Hunter Biden’s first arrest may have been when he was 18. Hunter was arrested on Jersey Shore related to drug charges in 1988 and had his record expunged.
Many years later and after several stops into drug treatment facilities Hunter joined his father the Vice President on a trip to China in 2013 where Hunter — inexperienced and out of place — was able to secure a $1.5 billion from China for private equity fund which he was forming at the time.
A year later in early 2014 Hunter was discharged from the Navy for testing positive for cocaine.
Then in April 2014, just a couple months later, Hunter Biden Hunter joined the Board of Burisma Holdings in the Ukraine. Hunter served on the Board until early 2019. Hunter was paid approximately $50,000 a month in his position.
The largest oil and gas company in the Ukraine hired a chronic drug addict only a few months after the addict was removed from the US Navy for doing cocaine.
In 2016 Hunter Biden returned a rental car with a crack pipe with cocaine residue and a small amount of a white, powdery substance.
A used crack pipe, credit cards, a Delaware Attorney General badge, US Secret Service business cards, two ID’s belonging to Hunter Biden, son of former VP Joe Biden were found in a Hertz rental car in Arizona.
A lab analysis of the crack pipe revealed it was used to smoke cocaine, not meth, however no fingerprints were found on the pipe.
And surprise, surprise, the County and City Attorney’s offices declined to prosecute Hunter Biden.
Hunter was never charged with a crime in this incident.
In 2018 Hunter fathered a child with a Washington DC stripper while he was dating his dead brother’s wife.
In 2018 the IRS placed a tax lien on Hunter Biden seeking $112,805 in unpaid taxes from 2015.
And according to Page Six, Hunter Biden allegedly spent time at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club in New York City in 2018. Hunter allegedly ordered pricey booze, was joined by several strippers in a private room while he did drugs and had strippers run to find him a dildo.
Last week Hunter Biden was tied to a human trafficking ring with women who appear to be involved in the sex industry, including non-resident alien women in the US who are citizens of Russia or Ukraine.
You won’t see this information in the media because they are working overtime to prop up senile Joe Biden as president.
These are just a few of the allegations against Hunter Biden.
After years of drug abuse there are likely many more episodes not yet public.
President Trump was right to call out Hunter Biden at the debate on Tuesday night.

A Philadelphia journalist was shot dead in his home in the 2300 block of Watkins Street early Monday morning.
39-year-old Josh Kruger was shot in the chest and abdomen seven times and was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after 2 am.
The suspect(s) is still at large and the motive for the murder is unclear.
Kruger wrote for The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Philadelphia Citizen.
According to reports, Kruger was a gay man who advocated for LGBTQ causes, and homeless and drug-addicted citizens.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner (D) released a statement on the Kruger’s death:
“Josh Kruger lifted up the most vulnerable and stigmatized people in our communities – particularly unhoused people living with addiction. As an openly queer writer who wrote about his own journey surviving substance use disorder and homelessness, it was encouraging to see Josh join the Kenney administration as a spokesperson for the Office of Homeless Services. Josh deserved to write the ending of his personal story. As with all homicides, we will be in close contact with the Philadelphia Police as they work to identify the person or persons responsible so that they can be held to account in a court of law. I extend my deepest condolences to Josh’s loved ones and to all those mourning this loss,” Krasner said.
NBC News reported:
A Philadelphia journalist and community advocate was fatally shot inside his home overnight, according to police.
Police were notified of a shooting at Josh Kruger’s home in the 2300 block of Watkins Street at 1:28 a.m. Monday.
Kruger, 39, sustained seven gunshot wounds to the chest and abdomen. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2:13 a.m.

No arrests have been made, and a motive is still under investigation, police said.
Kruger was known in the Philadelphia community as a social justice advocate and a longtime journalist, writing for platforms such as The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Philadelphia Citizen. He also worked for Mayor Jim Kenney’s administration as a spokesperson for the Office of Homeless Services.

Biden’s War on Foster Parents Hits Bump in the Road

Joe Biden’s announced war on foster parents of faith already has hit a snag.
The Daily Caller News Foundation reported just days ago that Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services wants to prevent foster parents who have religious objections to pushing transgender ideologies – and body-mutilating surgeries – on children to be banned from fostering them.
Under Biden’s proposed rule, children in the foster care system will only be placed with families who the HHS classifies as a “safe and appropriate placement,” meaning families must use a child’s “identified pronouns” and “chosen name,” the rule said. “Safe” families will undergo extensive training to “provide” for the child’s “needs,” and the state will transfer fostered children away from families who do not “support” their “self-identified gender identity and expression,” upon completion of an investigation.

So who else is making money from the big migrant surge?

The border is more out of control than ever.
The Border Patrol is reporting a record 260,000 migrant illegal crossings into the U.S. in September. There’s also unknown tens of thousands being flown or bused in through Joe Biden’s CBPOne app “parole” program. And of course, there are tens of thousands of uncounted “gotaways.” All told, more than two million unvetted migrants have been allowed into the country based on Joe Biden’s open borders.
Why so many? Why all at once? It’s worth asking because these numbers expected to get even bigger.
Follow the money.
And now several stories are emerging to show that it’s not just Mexican cartels which are making money off these illegal migrant crossings — there’s a whole chain of characters who have been finding in the unguarded border a huge cash cow.
Start with Our Friends the Colombians. Wall Street Journal columnist Mary Anastasia O’Grady has a terrific column on the little-noted role of now-far-left Colombia.
Turns out both its international criminal syndicates and its actual government are raking in big bucks in “crossing fees” lining up illegal migrants for the states and ferrying them into Panama past its notoriously dangerous swamp jungle known as the Darien Gap, where some 500,000 are now expected to cross this year in an “unbroken chain” of migrants coming through. She writes:
In Washington and New York, politicians on both sides of the aisle are thinking hard about how to regain control of the U.S. southern border or about how to house and feed the enormous influx. They don’t talk much about removing the incentive that U.S. asylum law creates for large numbers of economic migrants to make the dangerous trek. They talk even less about Colombia’s alleged complicity in a giant human smuggling business run by a transnational criminal organization in the small town of Acandi on the northern side of the Gulf of Uraba. The cartel is called Clan del Golfo.
A video by CNN en Espanol journalist Wilson Barco, released last week, documents how more than 2,000 people a day are moved into the jungle on the Colombian side of the Darien to help them illegally enter Panama. It starts with power boats carrying 50 to 100 migrants at a time across the gulf. Mr. Barco says that after disembarking in Acandi, they wait in long lines to register with local officials who take their personal data and check to see if they have sufficient funds to make the trip.
The news agency AFP reported last week that the itinerants pay a minimum of $170 each to the business for guides to take them through the gap. For $500 each, migrants can hire porters to carry their belongings and to be taken by boat on part of the jungle journey rather than walking. The business gives customers wristbands to indicate what they paid. Mr. Barco’s video includes comments from the governor of the Colombian department of Choco, who endorses the operation.
A Panamanian official told me last week that this is why Colombia has no interest in helping its smaller neighbor secure the border: Local authorities, the official said, are working with the cartel. “U.S. officials know that the Colombian government has a lot of responsibility in this, which is a business for it.”
That’s Colombia, our onetime top ally in Latin America, and major foreign aid recipient, making money at the Panama end of the migrant feedline by shipping millions of illegals into el norte.
Don’t forget that Colombia’s far-left former guerrilla president, Gustavo Petro, has declared the migrant surge a sort of triumphant invasion of the states because of its global warming. He said as much at the United Nations. He’s also under investigation for cartel corruption these days. Wonder why.
I wrote about this earlier here, noting that according to the Washington Examiner:

“Prisons have even been built at sea so that these women and men cannot tread the Earth of the white people, who still believe themselves to be the superior race,” he said Tuesday. “[They] are nostalgic for this, and through their choices and elections they revive the leader who said so and who killed millions as a result.”
And lots and lots of migrant dollars have gone into Colombian pockets linked to Colombia’s bad government, which runs an economy so bad that people want to leave. That didn’t use to happen when Colombia had a civilized president, such as U.S. friend and ally Alvaro Uribe, who ripped apart Colombia’s Marxist narco-cartels and made Colombia a livable country.
What a hypocrite of forked tongue this wretched Petro is. Instead of our friend Uribe, now it’s “our friends the Colombians.”

America First Legal found out that Biden cronies are raking in the bucks for migrant services, turning up at migrant-oriented NGOs just as cash is flowing through no-bid contracts:

In this case, a former Biden transition staffer named Andrew Lorenzen-Strait turned up at an NGO called “Family Endeavors” in Texas, and voilà: the group was awarded a huge $530-million no-bid contract for migrants on the surge. Other federal contracts followed, which was interesting because the group had never taken large-scale contracts of this kind from the feds in the past.
It’s kind of as though he knew the migrant surge was coming. James O’Keefe got a tape of him calling it a “corrupt bargain” worth 2 billion in federal dollars.
Legal or not, it’s obviously a moneymaker for the Biden loyalist crony set, and the amounts spent are big.
It’s not just Biden cronies making money, either. In Chicago, there was a recent scandal over how much city workers working with migrants are making.
According to the Daily Mail:
Chicago has paid at least $56 million to Favorite Healthcare Staffing to care for the more than 13,000 migrants who have arrived this year, according to an NBC 5 investigation that found nurses were making $135 an hour or more. A manager was paid $14,000 for just one week of work, and a nurse earned an eye-watering $20,000 for a week in December. Both invoices included overtime.
‘To see invoices like that are disgusting. They are outrageous and they are cause for an immediate investigation,’ Aldermen Raymond Lopez told NBC.
The Mail reported that the game was similar in New York:
Meanwhile, New York is currently paying three times more for contracted laundry services at some migrant shelters than it does at homeless shelters, according to a report by Gothamist.
It’s obviously a game, a money-making scam. These great migrant surges with more and more snoots are going into the troughs, and more and more needs for migrants come in to keep the dollars flowing. All of these migrant chiseling operations go well beyond what the Mexican cartels are making. Whether it’s federal dollars or migrant savings, money is whooshing in to ever gamier groups of politicized and criminal players. That’s what’s really driving the migrant surge. Cut off some of these money-making scams, and watch the surge evaporate. Leave it be, and watch ever more migrants roll in, given the global demand.
It’s a disgusting state of affairs, and Joe Biden is doing literally nothing about it other than encourage it.

In 1996, the California legislature created the high speed rail authority.
In 2008, voters passed a $33 billion bond to build an envisioned 800 mile project eventually to link Sacramento with San Diego.
Fifteen years later, a scaled-down plan from Bakersfield to Merced remains not even half finished. Yet the envisioned costs will exceed that of the original estimate for the entire project.
The rail authority now estimates that just the modest 178 mile route—only about a fifth of the authorized distance—will not be completed at least until 2030. Past high speed estimates of both time and cost targets have been widely wrong and perhaps deliberately misleading.

If you think Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is a good guy, think again

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a lifelong, true, loyal leftist, suddenly became popular among conservatives because he was one of the few leftists to speak out against COVID vaccines. This wasn’t any particular wisdom on his part; he’s always opposed all vaccines. However, because of this stance, when RFK Jr threw his hat in the Democrat primary ring against Biden, some conservatives got excited. This man, they thought, would siphon votes away from Biden, handing Republicans a win. But that’s not what will happen—and RFK knows it. In other words, he’s another weapon against Republicans.
I’ve never trusted RFK, despite his stance against the COVID vaccination. As noted, that stance is because he’s anti-vax across the board, not because he’s about small government and individual liberty. Where the rubber hits the road is that he’s a climate fanatic and anti-gun fanatic, which means that I have no interest in him whatsoever. He wants huge government and no individual liberty. He’s been trying to moderate his stance lately, but he’s got a history.

Moreover, while I’m sure that Rabbi Michael Barclay is correct that RFK is not an anti-Semite (and, indeed, his father was very pro-Israel), and that he will say the right things when called upon, that doesn’t mean he’s one of the good guys. I haven’t forgotten that, before RJK Jr announced his candidacy, he enthusiastically praised both Louis Farrakhan and Roger Waters, two arch-antisemites. He’s trying to distance himself from those associations, but they haunt him like a bad smell.
Still, mostly based on his vaccine stand, conservatives imagine him defeating Biden in the primaries or even being part of a Trump ticket. Now that he’s planning to run as an independent, though, RFK’s ultimate loyalty to the Democrat party is starting to shine through.
We all know an independent can’t win. That means that, if RFK Jr is running as an independent, he’s running as a spoiler. That is, he’s running to siphon votes away from someone. And RFK Jr knows exactly whose votes he’ll be siphoning: Trump’s. In other words, he’s running to ensure that the Democrat wins:
“I take more votes from President Trump than I do from President Biden.”
According to Sundance, at Conservative Treehouse, this was always the plan: “[H]aving seeded the background for favorable republican [sic] support, running as an independent now becomes the most effective way to stop Trump. [snip] This is all about stopping Donald Trump.”
I should note that this doesn’t mean that RFK Jr is working with Biden. The fact that Biden refuses Secret Service protection to give RFK Jr shows that, currently, Biden views RFK Jr as more of a threat than he views Donald Trump.
If, God forbid, something happens to RFK Jr (and, while I don’t like the man, I certainly don’t wish him ill), Biden will deal with Trump when the time comes. The same forces that got Biden into the White House in 2020 will still be present in 2024, everything from election fraud to legal mail-in balloting to a complicit media, so he has every reason to believe he’ll win a second time as he did the first.
The only takeaway for readers of this site should be that RFK Jr is not a friend to conservativism, and he’s not a substitute for any of the Republican candidates, no matter how bad some of them are.
