Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

  1. Maybe I was eight years old. My aunt and uncle were over for dinner. The grown ups were talking at the table and I was lying on the sofa. Uncle Ziggy said something, my father said something, then I from the living room said something smart. I don’t remember what I said and it doesn’t matter.

    Without saying another word my father stood up, removed his belt, came over and gave it to me twice. I had spoken when not spoken to. Those were the days. It wasn’t the first time I got it and not the last, but I can say I only got it a handful of times and I remember each one like it was yesterday. My father did not drink alcohol and, while I had made him angry, he never did this in a rage. It may sound funny, but it was always measured. I know that in our age of snowflakes, fruits and vegetables, and safe spaces there are many out there who will disagree with his approach to discipline. My sisters never got it, nor for some reason did my younger brother. Maybe because he was the baby.

    For my own boys a light tap on their behinds when they were young and naughty was completely sufficient to instill respect. This lasts a lifetime.

  2. The Biden administration is doing everything it can to destroy the USA. Now comes word of limiting uranium imports, which is insane given the war on oil and gas. Economic policy is a disaster. We may be facing the CCP economic black swan with Red China’s economy imploding (this won’t be contained). As we know, there is so much more on so many fronts and it is all all clearly intentional. To think otherwise is to believe in fairies.

      One of China’s leading property developers, Sunac, has filed for bankruptcy protection in the United States, shortly after winning approval from its creditors to restructure nearly $10 billion worth of debt.

      The company filed a petition for Chapter 15 protection with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday.

      It’s the second big distressed Chinese developer in weeks to seek such protection: Evergrande made a Chapter 15 filing in the United States a month ago, after posting losses of $81 billion in the last two years.

      The process allows the court to step in when an insolvency case involves another country, and it is intended to help promote cooperation between US courts, debtors and other jurisdictions involved in cross-border bankruptcy proceedings.

      Entering the process may help Sunac China negotiate with overseas lenders as it works to overhaul its debt.

    On Monday, Democrat Mayoral candidate John Gomes filed a lawsuit challenging the results of his party’s primary in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and requesting a new Democratic primary.

    This comes after a video surfaced showing a Democrat clerk inserting illegal ballots into a drop box, which prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

    The Gateway Pundit reported that Gomes’ campaign released a damning video on Saturday showing evidence of election fraud in the recent Bridgeport Democratic primary.

    The video posted on Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located, CT Mirror reported.

  6. NYC Drug Lab Daycare Kills 1 Yr Old, Cops Find Kilo of Fentanyl Inside, City Crime Rising from Lax Leftist Laws

    On Friday, a 1 year old died at a NYC daycare when he and two other children, were exposed to Fentanyl.

    Nicholas Dominici, a 1-year-old child, was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

    A 2-year-old boy and an 8-month-old girl were also both “unconscious and unresponsive,” the police said. All three showed symptoms of opioid exposure, according to police.

    A neighbor told the New York Times that one of the women who worked at the center ran out around 2:45pm screaming that she could not wake the children from nap time.

    The daycare operator and one other have been arrested over the weekend and booked. A third accomplice is still at-large.

    The NY Post is reporting, from law enforcement sources, that the daycare owner called three friends before calling 911, as the children laid nearby overdosing on Fentanyl exposure.

    Cops also later found a kilogram (2.2 lbs) of Fentanyl at the daycare. Neighbors said it was an open secret that it was a drug lab, even though it passed ‘surprise inspections’ from the City of New York.

    Major crimes are up in NYC by 22%. The Left-wing law experiment of free bail, light law enforcement, and soft-on-crime prosecutions are making NYC into an unlivable left-wing hellhole. Open air no-law-enforcement drug use zones were tried in NYC. Leftists celebrated the expansion of drug addiction and its lax enforcement by NYC, calling it a ‘national model.‘

    70,601 people died in 2021 from Fentanyl overdoses.

    Meanwhile the New York Times is arguing in editorials this summer that society should go easier on drug dealers. Because mean laws might make it harder for drug dealers to get good jobs.

    Looking at the big picture, the two things that corrupt ruling elites want to see TERMINATED are the Constitution and God Himself

    The U.S. government was never meant to be an all-inclusive entity involved in almost every aspect of our lives, the way it is today. So how did we get to this point and what areas of our lives need to be taken back from the illegitimate claims of government in order for us to be able to say we live in a truly free country?

    Watch the brief video below, provided by Hillsdale College, comparing the Founders’ vision of government under a constitutional republic, to the modern version of government under a “democracy” as defined for us by our oligarchal overlords. The transition from a constitutional republic to a so-called “democracy” where all societal narratives are tightly controlled by a ruling elite has happened so gradually that few people are even aware that the transition has taken place, even though it is now almost totally complete.

    The video above got me thinking about all the things the U.S government has said it wants to ban, has already banned, or plans to ban but hasn’t told you yet.

    Keep in mind that before the government moves to ban a particular item, it will use the corporate mass-media to put out propaganda attacking that item and how it’s bad for the environment or some other liberal cause. Often the item or product we are told we must use in place of the banned item is much worse for the environment.

    So, in no particular order, here are 20 things that come to mind that are in various stages of being regulated, restricted or outright banned that the government has no business even being involved in.

    Wood stoves (strictly regulated, some models already banned)

    Gas stoves (federal government openly says it wants to ban)

    Gas generators (federal government wants to ban)

    Gas cars and independent vehicle travel (taxed, phased out, banned and replaced by 2035 with autonomous electric vehicles with a remote kill switch.)

    Air travel (taxed, regulated, soon to be restricted and rationed)

    Gas lawn equipment (government wants to ban)

    Supplements (regulated, government plans to ban)

    Over-the-counter cold meds (banned)
    Berkey carbon filters for clean drinking water (EPA trying to ban)

    Physical cash and coinage (wants to ban, started phasing out during Covid, will gradually be replaced by digital, programmable money with an “on-off switch.” This transition is already happening in some countries and will launch soon in America.)

    Physical ID cards (plastic or paper being replaced by digital and biometric such as facial ID, palm scans or eyeball scans)

    Borders and boundaries between nations (already banned by most Western nations except when convenient to harass and persecute law-abiding citizens).

    National citizenship and national sovereignty (plan is to have global citizens under global governance)
    Genders (it’s all fluid, right?).

    Rainwater capture (already regulated in at least 13 states including California, Oregon, Nevada, Wisconsin, Colorado, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, Washington, Rhode Island, Utah and Virginia)

    Private well water (already regulated in some states, California plans to meterize private wells and sell your own water back you, the homeowner)

    Removal of water from creeks or streams (regulated, restricted, plan to ban)

    Backyard gardening (registration “encouraged” for future regulation?)

    Firearms (ultra-regulated and restricted, plan is to ban them outright)

    The ability to pro-create and reproduce (Already severely discouraged, the plan is to ban and replace with artificial insemination; designer babies will be grown in labs with DNA features for sale, under government registration, regulation, fees, taxes, etc.)

    These are all things that, to one extent or another, in at least some states, are under attack by governments in partnership with big and powerful corporations. And more than half of them are under attack nationwide by the federal government and its corporate partners.

    Looking at my list, did you notice a pattern? All of the 20 items have one thing in common — they allow us to live our lives independent of the government. Once the government claims a right to regulate, restrict or ban these items and actions, the powers that be — the oligarchs — know we will become totally dependent on the system for our survival. Food, water, energy, money, healthcare and the freedom of movement will all be 100 percent controlled.

    Some hospitals are already requiring patients and visitors to have a face scan before they can be treated or enter and visit their sick loved one. You don’t agree, you don’t get into the hospital.

    These face scans are also being done at most international airports across the U.S. You don’t agree, you’re not allowed on board the flight. The same facial recognition systems are also being installed at sports stadiums and other large-venue entertainment complexes.

    It won’t be long before a digitized biometric scan of one type or another is required for you to “prove your identity” before being allowed to enter a store or restaurant. That will include grocery stores. They’ll say it’s to protect us. It’s always for our own safety, security and convenience. That’s the way the beast system works.

    To the extent that we accept this government-corporate power over these formerly private areas of our lives, we have already been indoctrinated and initiated into the Great Reset (aka New World Order, aka digital prison). I’d say most of us are in training for the new technocracy right now. If we pass the tests, we’ll be stamped and tracked as good little members of the new digital world. We will no longer be part of humanity 1.0, which the oligarchs are phasing out in favor of humanity 2.0. Only transhumans will be allowed in their new utopia. The remaining humans will be left to fend for themselves, and eventually they may be hunted down, but that may be a ways off (I hope).

    Is it any wonder that the famed constitutional attorney, John Whitehead, has said that the U.S. Constitution has already been “effectively terminated?”

    ‘School officials also have not informed parents about the situation’

    A school district in Indiana has relented from its demand that a male teacher supervise a nude, female student in a locker room, but a legal team that raised concerns about the district’s actions says the problems are not over yet.

    At issue is a gender-confused girl in the Terre Haute, Indiana, school district who is being allowed to participate in a boys’ middle-school physical education class that involves her changing clothes in a boys’ locker room.

    The dispute arose because public school administrators at Vigo County School Corp. ordered the male teacher to “supervise a gender-confused girl … in the boys’ locker room.”

    The teacher requested a religious accommodation to be exempted from that duty, and was refused.

    At that point Liberty Counsel wrote a letter to the district pointing out that the teacher, whose name is not being released, “has sincerely-held Christian religious, scientific and moral beliefs about the nature of sex and sexuality; as well as about the rights of the boys and their parents.”

    His religious rights would be violated if he was to “observe a female (who is not his wife) in a state of nudity or undress,” or “cause minor boys to unknowingly undress in front of and be observed by a minor female.”

    Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver explained, “The school district cannot force a male P.E. teacher to supervise a biological girl in the boys’ locker room where she undresses for gym class. Neither may a school force a teacher to lie to the boys and hide this situation from parents. And certainly, a public school cannot ignore religious accommodations which are protected by law. The school must reverse course and protect the rights and privacy of students, teachers, and parents.”

    The legal team noted the teacher requested several times during August for the accommodation, including in a letter from Liberty Counsel to Supt. Christopher Himsel that cited Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

    The demand letter noted the teacher’s religious beliefs and objections, including that he could not “Lie to students and parents (whether by omission or commission).”

    The district confirmed officials no longer would require the teacher to supervise the girl.

    “However, the school district continues to not inform the boys that a biological girl would be undressing with them in the open locker room area. School officials also have not informed parents about the situation,” Liberty Counsel warned.

    Further, the legal team pointed out, “Notably, the male teacher was informed by the school district that the girl he was to supervise is being ‘chemically transitioned.’”

    So the team advised the district “that Indiana law forbids female genital mutilation. If the district has knowledge of any intent to chemically sterilize or surgically mutilate this child in violation of Indiana law, it is obligated to report this child abuse to law enforcement.”

    The letter explains the school insists on supervision of students in the locker room, where showers are available and students sometimes are fully nude while changing, to prevent “overly rowdy behavior.”

    The US government is proposing to ban mining and oil drilling in northern New Mexico for up to 50 years, as part of the Biden administration’s ongoing efforts to protect Native American lands and promote responsible mining in public grounds.

    On Friday evening, a man was arrested at a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. campaign event in Los Angeles. The man was allegedly impersonating a U.S. Marshal and carrying pistols with extra ammunition.

    After speaking with LAPD, I was told his name is Adrian Paul Aispuro (D.O.B 08-13-79). He has only been charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Aispuro’s bail has been set at $35,000.

    I followed up by asking LAPD why Aispuro hasn’t charged with impersonating a federal agent, but LAPD wasn’t able to provide me with any details. Los Angeles District Attorney’s office tells me, “a case has not been presented to our office by law enforcement.”

    According to the New York Post, “Aispuro’s brother, Raymond, who dropped him off at the event and was also briefly detained, said the entire matter was a misunderstanding and that his brother, an unemployed Emergency Medical Technician, had been told there was a security job for him there.”

    A strange video uploaded to TikTok on July 31 claims to show Adrian Paul Aispuro in the same outfit he was arrested in. The Daily Beast claims he is a “Trump-loving internet conspiracy theorist”. The only problem is, The Daily Beast lacks creditable evidence to back their claims.

    If you recall, earlier this year the Biden regime rejected RFK’s request for a Secret Service detail. Previously, I’ve reached out to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about this, but she refuses to respond. As of today, I’ve followed up again with the DEI hire.

    On Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security led by the failed Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced a new “group”: the “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group.” The “Experts Group” will operate under the Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, Ken Waintstein, as well as Counterterrorism Coordinator Nicholas Rasmussen (a Biden Laptop letter signee), to “provide advice and perspectives on intelligence and national security efforts to the Office of Intelligence and Analysis and the Office of Counterterrorism Coordinator to support DHS’ vital work to protect our country.”

    According to a press release, the group will be comprised of “private sector experts who will provide their unique perspectives on the federal government’s intelligence enterprise to DHS’s I&A and the Office of the Counterterrorism Coordinator.”

    Today, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro N. Mayorkas, Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) Ken Wainstein, and Counterterrorism Coordinator Nicholas Rasmussen announced the establishment of the Homeland Intelligence Experts Group (Experts Group). The group is comprised of private sector experts who will provide their unique perspectives on the federal government’s intelligence enterprise to DHS’s I&A and the Office of the Counterterrorism Coordinator.

    “The security of the American people depends on our capacity to collect, generate, and disseminate actionable intelligence to our federal, state, local, territorial, tribal, campus, and private sector partners,” said Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas. “I express my deep gratitude to these distinguished individuals for dedicating their exceptional expertise, experience, and vision to our critical mission.”

    “The Homeland Intelligence Experts Group is being formed at a time of unprecedented challenge, with the U.S. intelligence enterprise facing threats from a range of malign actors, to include foreign nation-state adversaries, domestic violent extremists, cyber criminals, drug-trafficking cartels and other transnational criminal organizations,” said Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Ken Wainstein.“The Experts Group will be an invaluable asset as we navigate through this evolving threat and operating environment and continue to strengthen our efforts to protect the Homeland.”

    “The homeland threat environment is more diverse, dynamic, and challenging than at any point in our post 9/11 history, with threats tied to an array of different terrorist and violent extremist ideologies and narratives,” said Counterterrorism Coordinator Nicholas Rasmussen. “The experience, expertise, and perspective offered by Experts Group members will undoubtedly put the Department in a strong position to confront this threat landscape, and we are grateful for the willingness of the Experts Group members to serve in this important capacity.”

    The “Experts Group” will consist of some controversial individuals including Hunter Biden Laptop “Spies Who Lie”, “Russia, Russia, Russia” promulgators and others discredited in recent investigations including:

    John Brennan, a former CIA Director who was incorrect in the controversial assessment of the Hunter Biden Laptop leading up to the 2020 Election
    John Bellinger, a lawyer at DC firm Arnold &Porter, a former Dept. of State adviser and National Security Council under George W. Bush, and an adjunct senior fellow for international and national security law at the Council on Foreign Relations
    James Clapper, a former DNI who was also tied up in not just the “Spies Who Lie” laptop letter, but also claimed General Michael Flynn “had been compromised by Russia” in his memoir

    Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) slammed House Speaker Kevin McCarthy again Tuesday morning for his “eight months of inaction” on Joe Biden and the Biden Crime Family.

    Gaetz further called on McCarthy to sign a subpoena for Hunter Biden that he took the initiative to draft.

    The subpoena orders Hunter to testify under oath and produce records such as documents, contracts, agreements, and financial records from his shady business dealings; communications with Joe Biden, domestic and foreign business partners; and what appears to be records pertaining to secret global phone lines and email pseudonyms used by then-Vice President Joe Biden to communicate with Hunter and their business partners. Hunter must produce all relevant documents from January 2008 to the present.

    Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch uncovered key documents and photos on Chinese Covid labs operating in California.

    On March 3, an illegal bio lab was discovered in a believed-to-be vacant building in Reedley, California in Fresno County.

    City code enforcement stumbled upon the building in December 2022 when they discovered a garden hose running up into the building through a hole in the wall. In March, they obtained a warrant to inspect the property, and in April, the Fresno County Department of Public Health ordered an inspection of the facility.

    The company alleged to be running the lab, Prestige BioTech, is based out of Nevada and is the successor to Universal Meditech, Inc (UMI). In Dec. 2022, the FDA announced a recall over 56,000 “Skippack Medical Lab” Rapid Anti-Gen COVID-19 tests distributed by UMI to California and Texas.

    The Environmental Health Inspector conducted onsite visits and noted numerous violations, according to Judicial Watch: failing to prepare and implement a hazardous materials business plan (HMBP) for storage of hazmat (ethanol) over state thresholds

    Judicial Watch also uncovered court documents that include graphic photos of dead mice at the Reedley facility.

    “Dr. Hahn confirmed the mice were in server distress because of “barbering” taking place, the high number of visible carcasses in the cages, and the lack of “pinkies.” Barbering is a social activity with mice consistent with over grooming. When under stress the dominant mice will begin to rip the hair and skin off the less dominant mice. The lack of pinkies can be related to starvation or stress, because Code Enforcement had been trying to provide adequate food and water it is believed the cannibalism is due to stress.” Judicial Watch reported.

    Judicial Watch announced today that it received 29 pages of records through the California Public Records Act that confirm illicit labs owned by Chinese nationals housed biologicals in hazardous and non-compliant conditions, multiple infectious agents, and starving and dead mice. Judicial Watch investigators also uncovered court documents which detail the deplorable conditions at the lab (which conducted “COVID” research), including photos of dead mice.

    The documents were produced by the Fresno County Department of Public Health (FCDPH) in response to a request for:

    Records and / or communications maintained by the Fresno County Public Health Department, including emails, email chains, email attachments, text messages, meeting minutes, interviews, voice recordings, video recordings, photographs, correspondence, statements, letters, memoranda, reports, briefings, affidavits, inspections, presentations, notes, or other form of record, regarding Prestige BioTech and Universal Meditech Inc.

    The records show that, on May 31, 2023, Dr. Rais Vohra, then-interim health officer for the Fresno County Department of Public Health, had issued an order to Prestige to close its operations in Reedley, CA, and clean up dangerous materials at the site:

    This Order is issued as a result of the City of Reedley’s attempts at gathering authorized representative contact information, repeated requests of complete lists of biologicals present, and an inspection pursuant to Health Officer Order dated April 21, 2023, which revealed biologicals in hazardous and non-compliant conditions, the presence of multiple infectious agents and pursuant to Title 17 California Code of Regulations Section 2500, and multiple City of Reedley building and fire code violations, including but not limited to, failing refrigeration, and documented out of compliance electrical additions.

    “Americans should know that dangerous biological research doesn’t just occur in ‘Wuhan,’ it is happening all over the United States,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

    A copy of a Resolution to remove Kevin McCarthy from his Speakership authored by Matt Gaetz back in September was reportedly found by a left-wing journalist in a restroom inside the Capitol.
