Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    The firm at the center of a three-year long voter fraud investigation is also featured in a report this week from the Capital Research Center, identifying the massive ‘dark money’ used to prop up Joe Biden’s flailing 2020 campaign. The firm, GBI Strategies, was paid millions in non-profit money to ‘organize’ voters for purposes that appear to be thinly-veiled campaigning. Meaning that, left-wing billionaires routed money through non-profits to give to GBI Strategies, money that would be difficult to trace and would be spent affecting elections.

    House Oversight Committee James Comer on Wednesday dropped a list of pseudonyms Biden used as Vice-president and formally requested the National Archives to hand over all un-redacted records of Biden using them.

    Biden used the email address “Ro*************@*ci.gov” while Barack Obama’s sidekick and that his aide John Flynn cc’d Hunter on 10 emails containing Joe’s schedule between May 18 and June 15, 2016.

    He also used “Robin Ware” and “JRB Ware” while “working” as vice-president.

    In addition to the pseudonyms, Comer wants records in which Hunter, Eric Schwerin, or Devon Archer were copied and drafts of Joe’s speech to the Ukrainian Parliament in December 2015.

    Comer released the following statement explaining his reason for the National Archives request:

    Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling.

    We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates.

    We also know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest. The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption.

    The DC Courts have sentenced Trump supporters who attended the January 6 protests in Washington DC with verbal thrashings as they condemn them with years in prison.

    The DOJ has a 99.8% conviction rate of January 6 protesters – a vast majority of the protesters only crime was walking through open doors inside the US Capitol. The DC Court is leading the legal assault on these Trump supporters.

    The DC judges believe it is their duty to destroy lives and families of any American who supported Donald Trump. These wicked people believe this is their duty no matter how much pain they inflict on their victims.

    This week documents were leaked by the press that reveal that DC Judge Beryl Howell threatened Elon Musk for “cozying up” to Trump.

    Beryl Howell warned Elon Musk that he might be acting like a Trump supporter after Twitter-X refused to bow to this corrupt court.

    Do not be fooled. This as a threat by the regime who are warning Elon Musk to shape up and join them or else.

    As part of a criminal investigation into Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 U.S. presidential election, a federal judge asked if the company formerly known as Twitter was trying to “cozy up” to the ex-president by refusing to hand over data related to his account.

    According to a court transcript that was made public Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell grilled Twitter’s legal team during a hearing Feb. 7 over its delay in delivering the materials to special counsel Jack Smith, who had a search warrant for Trump’s Twitter account.

    At the time, Twitter wasn’t complying with the warrant, citing various legal arguments and its desire to notify Trump about the probe. Tesla
    CEO Elon Musk purchased Twitter late last year and soon reinstated Trump’s account; the ex-president had been kicked off the site in January 2021 following the Capitol riot.

    “Twitter has had quite some time to comply with the warrant and have everything prepared to turn over, so I am a little bit concerned about where we are,” Howell said, according to the transcript.

    Sweden has raised its terrorist threat level to the second-highest number possible, as the prime minister warned the country had thwarted planned attacks.

    The move comes amid heightened security fears following a string of Qur’an burnings that have caused outrage around the world.

    Raising the threat level from three, meaning “heightened threat”, to four, “high threat”, on the five-point scale, the Swedish security service (Säpo) said that in recent months Sweden had shifted from a “legitimate” to a “prioritised” target for acts of terror.

    It is the first time since 2016 that the country has changed its threat level to four.

    Making the announcement on Thursday in Stockholm, Charlotte von Essen, the director general of Säpo, said that Sweden was becoming an “increased focus” for Islamic extremists.

    She said the change in terror threat was a strategic and long-term move, not linked to one particular incident. However, she said disinformation campaigns painting Sweden as an Islamophobic country had contributed to the increased threat.

    Later on Thursday, the prime minister, Ulf Kristersson, said Swedish agencies had already averted planned terror attacks.

    Speaking alongside von Essen, the justice minister Gunnar Strömmer and police chief Anders Thornberg, Kristersson said Qur’an burnings in Sweden had contributed to the heightened terror threat. Another factor, he added, was the attempted murder of an employee of the Swedish consulate in ?zmir, Turkey.

    “Our authorities, not least Säpo and the police, work hard to guarantee safety in Sweden. We know that planned terrorist acts have been prevented,” he said.

    He announced that he had convened the national security council and said the government would be updating parliament on the situation.

    “Protecting the safety and security of all citizens is the government’s most important task,” he added.

    Swedish security services were “proactive and on their toes”, he said, monitoring social media and working closely with each other and international partners.

    Asked if the Sweden Democrats, the far-right party his minority coalition depends on, had contributed to the international perception that Sweden was Islamophobic, he warned that while the country’s laws of freedom still applied, some Swedes should “reconsider how you express yourself”.

    He added: “There is no reason to intentionally offend someone else, because it actually risks threatening Sweden. Calm and realising the seriousness of the situation is my message.”

    Addressing future planned Qur’an burnings, he said the government was looking at its public order laws, but also cautioned: “Everything that is legal isn’t appropriate.”

    Von Essen said: “The threat posed to Sweden has changed gradually, and the attack threat posed by violent Islamist actors has increased in the past year.

    “Sweden has gone from being considered a legitimate target for terrorist attacks to being considered a prioritised target. In our assessment, this threat will remain for a long time, and I have therefore decided to raise the terrorist threat level.”

    She added: “Government agencies and other societal actors must continue to take measures to prevent and reduce the threat of terrorist attacks in Sweden, and it is important to create the conditions needed to maintain these efforts over time. By doing this, we make Sweden a safer place.”
    She told Swedish people to live as normal but that it was important to stay informed.

    It comes after the UK changed its travel recommendations on Sunday, with the Foreign Office warning visitors: “Terrorists are very likely to try to carry out attacks in Sweden. You should maintain a high level of vigilance in public spaces.”

    Security issues have dominated public discussion in recent weeks after Kristersson warned that the country’s freedom of expression laws were being exploited by outsiders to spread “hateful messages”.

    The string of Qur’an burning protests, which under Sweden’s exceptionally liberal freedom of expression laws are legal, have prompted a domestic debate about whether there should be limits to such laws among those who consider their actions hate crimes.

    The government has ruled out changing expression of laws but has said it was considering changing public order laws to enable police to stop Qur’an burnings if they posed a national security threat.

    At the end of July, Säpo said it was handling attack threats against “Sweden and Swedish interests on an ongoing basis” and that the desecration of holy scriptures could have a “threat-inducing effect”. While it said then that events had worsened the country’s security, the threat level remained at three.

    Standing in the sunshine with friends in a park overlooked by Stockholm mosque, Sofia said she was becoming tired of the debates around freedom of expression that followed Qur’an burnings in the Swedish capital.

    The 36-year-old, who works in adult education, said she felt as if her religion was often cast as the problem, rather than the people behind the burnings.

    “We are born and raised here over several generations, but they [the government] don’t talk about Muslims as if we are part of Sweden,” she said. “We contribute. We are lawyers, doctors, journalists, healthcare, normal people who are part of Sweden.”

    In the latest of a string of protests in Sweden and Denmark in which copies of the Qur’an have been burned or otherwise damaged, two men set fire to the Qur’an outside the Swedish parliament on Monday. The burnings have prompted a domestic debate about the limits of Sweden’s exceptionally liberal freedom of expression laws and intensified a diplomatic row between Sweden and Muslim countries around the world.

    “It’s called a ‘Qur’an crisis’,” Sofia said. “It’s not a Qur’an crisis, this is a … racism crisis.”
    The two women standing either side of her voiced their agreement.

    “They turn it on us as if it’s a crisis that Muslims have, but we haven’t gone and burnt somebody’s book,” Sofia added.

    Salwan Momika and Salwan Najem, the two Iraqi men responsible for Monday’s burning, also burned a Qur’an outside Stockholm mosque on the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha in June.

    On Tuesday, Ulf Kristersson, the Swedish prime minister, accused outsiders of exploiting the country’s freedom of expression laws to spread hate and of “dragging Sweden into international conflicts”. He also blamed disinformation for the outrage around the burnings.

    Kristersson ruled out reducing Sweden’s legal protections for freedom of expression – which are among the strongest globally – but said his government would consider changes that would allow police to stop Qur’an burnings if they posed a threat to national security.

    Chafiya Kharraki, a 45-year-old teacher, said she did not buy Kristersson’s claim that disinformation was to blame and that she thought Sweden needed to “take responsibility for its actions”.

    “It is real life events that have caused the outrage,” she said. “People won’t take it, they won’t swallow it. It is not OK.”

    Her friend, who did not want to be identified, said there was no need to change the law, but that it was a question of interpretation. She feared that plans by the government – a minority-coalition run by the Moderates with the support of far-right Sweden Democrats – to look at changing public order laws could pose a threat to democracy.

    “Fascists are fascists, you can’t wait for them to be something else. The Sweden Democrats and this minority government is driving its agenda and we aren’t even being spoken of,” the woman said. “Burn the Qur’an and then they can say Islamophobia is bad but they have no plans to stop Islamophobia.”

    Imam Mahmoud Khalfi, a spokesperson for Stockholm mosque, where 600-700 people come to pray every day, said: “Every time, you wait for this absurdity that nobody supports to be put to a stop. It’s just negative and has dangerous consequences.”

    Khalfi said he had received lots of phone calls in recent months from people who wanted to talk about their feelings about the Qur’an burnings, which he said had “nothing to do with freedom of expression”.

    According to a new poll, the recent burnings may have helped to extend the opposition’s lead to 11 percentage points, their biggest since last September’s election.

    Near the mosque in Södermalm, people were making the most of the sun after days of rain, sitting outside with a drink or watching their children play. While there was widespread condemnation of the Qur’an burning among those the Guardian spoke to, there was disagreement over the best way to prevent it from happening.

    Nora, 16, said she did not understand the burnings, which she described as unnecessary. Asked whether they should be banned, the student sighed. “That’s a hard one,” she said. “Freedom of expression is really important to a certain degree, but when it starts to violate other people it’s not right.”

    Rather than changing Sweden’s freedom of expression laws, she suggested using hate speech laws differently. She said she had seen a lot of support for Qur’an burning on social media, but was strongly against it. “I don’t support it at all because it is basically violating another group of people. I don’t know how you can support that.”

    For Inge Zurcher, 79, however, a ban made sense. “It’s awful. It shouldn’t be allowed,” she said, adding that the government did not “understand what damage they’re doing to Sweden and to Muslims”.

    Tal Domankewitz, 39, a tourist guide, said there should be limits to Sweden’s freedom of expression laws. “There are some cases where you have to think again and not let it happen. It has to be limited.”

    Meanwhile, Abdi Ibrahim, 44, a social worker, said the burnings were ruining Sweden’s reputation in the world. “It feels like most people have the same perception, that freedom of expression is good but that it should not violate others. You can express your views in another way.”

    Iman Omer, 20, a Muslim, who was out and about with her sister Monica, said it should be possible to classify the Qur’an burnings as a hate crime. “I understand you are allowed to think and feel what you want, this is a free country, but there must be boundaries,” she said. “It’s such a pity that it has happened so many times and Sweden doesn’t seem to learn from its mistakes.”

    Footage that has emerged on social media shows a group of young people humiliating and attacking a teenager for no reason in Zelzate, East Flanders. The local police have opened an investigation and hope to quickly identify the perpetrators.
    The particularly shocking video is circulating on social networks. We see a young teenager surrounded by several young people near the Zelzate sports hall. Panicked, powerless, the victim sobs and begs his attackers to stop. Nothing helps, young people do not budge. They ask him to kneel down, kiss their feet and then beat him.

    To avoid being lynched even more, he accedes to the request and runs. “Kiss, kiss!” they shout, before kicking him on the head for several seconds.
    “What we see in these images is appalling”
    The mayor and the local police took note of the images yesterday/Wednesday evening. Apparently they date back to last Friday. “This is a minor victim. The suspects seem to be young people of the same age”, specifies the police zone of Puyenbroeck. “We were still in contact with the victim and his parents this morning. The questioning of the victim is therefore in progress”.
    Police say they are taking the incident very seriously. “We transmit the images internally to all our teams”, she specifies. “These are probably teenagers from Zelzate. We should be able to identify them fairly quickly.”
    “What we see in these images is appalling. I strongly condemn this type of behavior”, reacted Brent Meuleman (s.pa), mayor of Zelzate. “The victim’s parents contacted me last night to report the incident. The police investigated all day. I hope that these people will be identified and that justice will be done for the victim”.

    Marxist Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.

    A Fulton County grand jury on Monday returned a 41-count indictment which included RICO and conspiracy charges against Trump.

    The grand jury was supposed to meet to listen to witness testimony on Tuesday, however, 10 witnesses testified on Monday and the grand jury returned a 41-count indictment that evening.

    The entire process has been abusive.

    The Fulton County Clerk posted Trump’s charges online BEFORE the grand jury had deliberated.

    Newt Gingrich said the person who called Fani Willis demanded she bring the grand jurors in on Monday afternoon and indict Trump later that evening.

    “I am told by a reliable source that Friday evening that somebody from Washington called the District Attorney from Atlanta and said ‘you have to indict on Monday – we have to cover up all the mistakes we just made with Weiss,’ and she said apparently, ‘my jurors aren’t coming back until Tuesday,’ and they said ‘you didn’t hear me, you have to indict on Monday,’ and she said, ‘They’re not going to be here before noon…this means it’s going to be 8 or 9 or 10 o’clock at night!’” Newt told Charlie Kirk.

    Charlie Kirk asked Newt Gingrich who made the phone call to Fani Willis.

    “We don’t know,” Newt Gingrich said. “And I’m telling you upfront, this is hearsay, but it’s from a person who has remarkably good sources.”

    “I totally believe it though because that would explain why they leaked and they messed up on the clerk documents, why [Fani Willis] was exhausted and why they had the 11 pm press conference!” Charlie Kirk said.

    On Friday US Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that US Attorney for Delaware David Weiss was appointed Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation.

    Weiss asked for special counsel status in the Hunter Biden case after Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal blew up.

    Garland refused to answer any questions after the Weiss screw up.

    A California Planned Parenthood has burned to the ground in a three-alarm fire.
    The El Centro Planned Parenthood was reportedly on fire in the early morning hours on Tuesday, at approximately 2 a.m.

    The clinic provided abortions to residents of Arizona, where it is banned after 15 weeks.

    It took fire crews approximately three hours to put out the blaze.

    According to a report from The Intercept, the fire began in a pile of items donated to the Salvation Army, which shares a fence line with the clinic.

    Surfer Kai Lenny spoke with CBS this week from Maui.

    Kai Lenny organized a grassroots level volunteer army to provide supplies to survivors of the historic fire that killed over 100 Hawaiians last week. Hundreds are still missing.

    Kai Lenny told CBS people in the disaster zone have told him they haven’s seen a single government employee.

    Lenny said, “It was just like, day after day, ‘Where are they?’”
