Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  1. Once upon a time the U.S. dollar was a derivative, or proxy for gold. It remains such but with increasing dilution the more it is counterfitted–almost to the point this is an unrecognizable feature.

    Digital currencies such as Bitcoin are derivatives of the USD and so are derivatives of gold. All fiat currencies have been derivatives of the USD since the original Bretton Woods agreement was signed: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bretton_Woods_system

    Why? Because if you go through the periodic table the process of elimination delivers gold on a silver platter of utility in numerous ways, and it is fitting that it comes on a silver platter, because silver comes second in money utility for all the same reasons. Divisibility, portability, rarity, recognizability and a few other traits have made these two elements natural money, forever.

    For me, however, the most interesting phenomenon is these metals’ relationship to energy. The risk and toil humans beings have endured to dig this stuff up is the very reason they are money. We energize them into existance with our labour so that we can divide our labour in life. We store our work energy in these elements so that we can subsequently trade that stored energy for other things. It’s all so very elemental, and so it is no surprise that ever since the beginning of the industrial revolution the price of gold and oil have tracked eachother. Oil and its derivatives also equal work. If they didn’t make such a mess we would carry them in our wallets, too.

    • I agree. I’m often left wondering if the purpose of the human race is to extract gold from the depths of the earth. Maybe that’s our secret purpose, and everything else is a way of making that happen!

    Kash Patel, chief of staff to the acting United States secretary of defense under President Donald Trump, joined Steve Bannon on The War Room on Thursday morning following the Hunter Biden plea deal fiasco Wednesday in a Delaware court.

    On Wednesday Delaware Democrat Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the shameless sweetheart plea deal set up by the Biden DOJ for Hunter Biden. The plea deal had covered Biden’s tax issues from 2014 to 2019, drug use and a gun charge that were to be pled as two misdemeanors for the tax charges and a diversion on the gun charge.

    During the hearing the court learned that the sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden via the Biden Department of Justice also included a non-written agreement that would prevent the courts from charging Hunter Biden of any additional crimes in the future. This came out in court on Wednesday.

    It was a shocking secret that was supposed to remain hidden from the American public.

  5. JUST IN: Feds Drop Campaign Finance Charge Against Crypto Scammer Sam Bankman-Fried Due to ‘Procedural Failing’

    The feds dropped a campaign finance charge against the crypto scammer and Democrat donor due to a ‘procedural failing.’

    Sam Bankman-Fried, a 30-year-old Democrat darling, spent more than $40 million to fund the midterms with his Ponzi scheme through the crypto exchange he founded (FTX).

    Sam Bankman-Fried is Biden’s second biggest donor and he was funneling money through Ukraine – and that money sent to Ukraine was in turn used to fund the Democrats.

    This is our ‘justice system’ at work.

    Sam Bankman-Fried is still facing wire fraud and securities fraud charges.

    Democrats were desperate yesterday after the Biden regime was caught in court red-handed on national TV and in the courtroom gifting First Son and crackhead Hunter Biden with the sweetheart deal of the century. Thankfully, the deal collapsed in court when even a Democrat judge could not put her name on it.

    MSNBC was so desperate in their attempt to hoodwink their viewers that they dragged out former US Senator from Missouri Claire McCaskill to spin the historic Democrat corruption.

    Claire McCaskill told former Biden White House Spokesperson Jen Psaki, “They’re going to keep doing what they’re doing. They’re going to try to indict a father for loving his son who has been addicted to drugs and/or alcohol without evidence of the father doing anything other than loving that son.”

    Hugo Chavez could not have said it any better.

    The Biden Crime Family literally operates like an old-school Italian mafia according to Jill Biden’s ex-husband.

    As the New York Post reported, Bill Stevenson, who was married to Jill from 1970-1975, explained how the Bidens have bullied him for years in an interview with Newsmax’s Greg Kelly.

    After Stevenson and Jill parted ways, Joe’s brother Frank started demanding that Jill have the house she and Stevenson were sharing. Stevenson got a nasty surprise after he brushed Frank off.

    Frankie Biden of the Biden Crime Family comes up to me and he goes give her the house or you’re going to have serious problems.

    I looked at Frankie and I said, “Are you threatening me?” and needless to say, about two months later, my brother and I were indicted for that tax charge for $8,200.

    WATCH:

    Guess who ordered Frank to screw over Stevenson? None other than then-senator Joe Biden himself according to Stevenson.

    Stevenson went on to say the Biden Crime Family did not just stop with bogus tax indictment. They have continued to harass him for decades.

    I was on the wrong side of them and they have literally come after me for 35 years in a row. One little thing after another.

    Stevenson went on to reveal the reason why he is coming forward now: he wants to protect Trump, who he is a big fan of.

    I can’t let them do this to a president that I love and respect. I can’t let them do this to our country. This is why I’ve come forward. This is the only reason I’ve come forward.

    It’s like I said, nothing about the divorce, no bitterness, but Jimmy, Frankie, and President Biden are very dangerous, and it’s tragic. I can’t let them do what they did to me to President Trump. I can’t do it.

    As the Post notes, Stevenson has previously spoken out against the Bidens. Back in 2020, he claimed that Jill cheated on him with Joe while they were still together.

    This allegation contradicted the official line which is that Jill and Joe met on a blind date in 1974 when she and Stevenson were already separated.

    Surveillance video taken at a Cleveland gas station shows an armed group of teens who arrived in three stolen cars attacking and savagely beating a man in the parking lot and then engaging in a shootout with an unseen target. The attack took place after midnight on Tuesday. A dozen juveniles aged 12 to 16, nine boys and three girls, were arrested within two hours of the attack. The victim, a 34-year-old man, was not shot and was eventually able to take refuge inside the gas station. The stolen cars, two Hyundai and one Kia, had been taken Monday night.
