Judge Issues Warning to All Americans a Year After Declaring Border Invasion

A Texas judge is still warning Americans that the invasion by a tidal wave of illegals streaming across our southern border every day isn’t just a problem for people living in border states, but is, instead, a direct threat to every community in the country.
“They’re coming to your town,” Terrell County Judge Dale Carruthers said of the border crisis in a recent interview, “and your residents will be just as angry as my residents are.”
Carruthers had become so alarmed by the army of illegals entering the country that she ended up dropping her life-long affiliation with the Democratic Party and became a Republican because her former party is not merely disinterested in the problem, but wants to make it worse.
Just about a year ago, Carruthers became one of the first judges in Texas history to proclaim the flood of illegals to be an “invasion” of our country and she is not backing down from that assessment now.

Turkey’s Erdogan Betrays Putin

On the cusp of the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Turkey’s President Erdogan dropped a couple of turds in the Russian punch bowl — he broke the agreement he made with Russia to imprison AZOV leaders who were taken prisoner at Mariupol in May of 2022, he endorsed immediate membership in NATO for Ukraine and he signed a deal to expand drone production in Ukraine.
Erdogan’s moves have been greeted with anger in Moscow and strengthened the position of hardliners who have long insisted that Erdogan is not to be trusted. It does make Putin look both foolish and weak for trusting Erdogan to uphold his side of the bargain to keep the AZOV leaders penned up until the war in Ukraine ends. This is not going to galvanize Putin’s opponents to force his removal, but it does bring glee and merriment to Western leaders eager to see Putin damaged.
What the hell was Erdogan thinking? Let’s start with the ridiculous agreement to “expand drone production” in Ukraine. This is typical Erdogan corruption. His son-in-law controls the production of these drones and stands to benefit financially if Ukraine is able to build more Bayraktars. Only a couple of problems. First, the drone sucks. It has been proven to be a tactical flop on the battlefield of Ukraine. Second, who in their right mind believes that the Russian military will allow those factories to operate? If production facilities, through some miracle, are erected then Russian hypersonic missiles and FAB glide bombs will be sure to make a visit. The only value of this agreement is the optics — it is a tacit vote of approval for Zelensky just when the Ukrainian military offensive is sputtering towards oblivion. Erdogan can show up in Vilnius as claim, “hey, I’m helping our little cocaine sniffing comedian, what are you doing?”

Then there are the AZOV commanders that Erdogan cut loose. Major Serhii Volynskyi, pictured above, claims that he wound up in Turkey, after surrendering at Mariupol, because of a secret deal negotiated between Russia and the United States that allowed “high-ranking US officers” to escape capture.

I am skeptical of this narrative for the simple reason that there has not been a single leak about such a deal until now. If there really were “high-ranking” U.S. officers trapped in and subsequently freed from Mariupol word of that would have been circulating in U.S. military and intelligence back channels. This sounds more like an information operation — i.e., propaganda — to plant the seed of doubt about Russia’s willingness to confront the United States. I await some corroborating information before buying into this story.

Lastly, we have Erdogan pandering to Biden. What?!! Turkey is eager to join the collapsing European Union? Is Erdogan really this stupid? He apparently still fails to grasp that Europeans look down on Turkey as second-class citizens not worthy of being called “Europeans.”
The Office of the President of Turkey reports the details of the telephone conversation between Erdogan and Biden:
“The Turkish President has asked European Union leaders to send a clear and strong message of support for his country’s accession to the EU.
Erdogan told Biden about his desire to revive the process of Turkey’s accession to the European Union.
The parties agreed to meet at a NATO summit and discuss relations between the two countries.”
This is bizarre. Does Erdogan really believe that Dementia Joe (e.g., Long Live the Queen) carries clout with the Europeans and can get him a deal to pave the way for Turkey to join the Europe club? Just does not add up. Furthermore, other European nations, especially Germany (which is home to a lot of Turks) does not share Erdogan’s desire to expedite Ukraine’s entry to NATO.
Germany will push for a postponement of Ukraine’s NATO membership at the Vilnius summit starting July 11, a source told The Telegraph. Berlin will call on the Allies to focus on security guarantees.
The most likely negative fall out from Erdogan’s antics is the end of the Grain Deal. Russia now has little incentive to renew that agreement and is more likely to step up naval activity in the Black Sea in order to shutdown Ukraine’s access to maritime commerce.
Erdogan has done some foolish things in the past and has a knack for self-inflicted wounds. Maybe he is in the early stages of dementia as well. While his shenanigans may burnish his image with the West, which is facing economic headwinds and major setbacks in Ukraine, Turkey’s position as a “reliable negotiating partner” has been destroyed. The next few weeks will be interesting to say the least.

IDF makes maiden deployment of high-precision suicide drones in Jenin operation
For the first time ever, the IDF has dispatched the cutting-edge SPIKE FireFly suicide drone in an operational capacity during this week’s large-scale counterterrorism offensive in the West Bank city and refugee camp of Jenin.
The elite Duvdevan and Maglan units deployed six of these loitering munitions, manufactured by Defense giant Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., which carry a small amount of explosives to target terrorist targets around the Jenin refugee camp, including command centers that housed dozens of explosive charges.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the controversial zero bail policy in Los Angeles has been reinstated on the grounds that it violates the suspects’ constitutional rights.
The zero bail policy was reinstated following a ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, Lawrence Riff, who granted a preliminary injunction that prohibits the city and county from requiring cash bail from individuals who have not yet been arraigned.

The malevolent reporting on Israel’s Jenin operation
The word “Nazi” has become so badly misused to demonize any opponent of the left that it’s been robbed of much of its actual meaning. But in the case of the Middle East, it’s not a vacuous insult. It’s no exaggeration to view the Arab and Muslim war against Israel as a posthumous Nazi front.
In recent years, a group of scholars has been steadily uncovering the depth of the alliance between the Arabs of Mandatory Palestine and the Nazi leadership.
The German political scientist Matthias Kuentzel has argued that the Nazi Party intended to turn Muslims against Jews and Zionism.
Now Kuentzel writes in the journal Fathom that his new book, Nazism, Islamic Antisemitism and the Middle East, sets out what’s known about the pamphlet Islam and Judaism, which was first published in 1937 by the director of the Palestinian-Arab Bureau of Information in Cairo…
Kuentzel describes it as a shocking text that uses religion to incite Jew-hatred. He writes,
“It contradicts the widespread assumption that Islamic antisemitism developed as a response to alleged Israeli misdeeds. Anyone looking at today’s Palestinian propaganda can identify its Nazi heritage of images and tropes. That’s because the Palestinian cause is a latter-day version of the Nazi onslaught against the Jews.
In the West, this does more than merely conflict with the narrative about the Middle East promoted by the BBC, The New York Times and the liberal intelligentsia. The West doesn’t want to hear about the Holocaust. It doesn’t want to hear about antisemitism. It tells itself the Jews exaggerate them for their own ends.

The FBI is investigating the US special envoy for Iran, Rob Malley, over his handling of classified material, a Friday report said, after the Biden administration suspended Malley’s security clearance and put him on leave.
An internal security investigation into Malley has been turned over to the FBI, the US news outlet Semafor reported, citing a source in the State Department.
Two State Department officials had previously said the agency’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security was leading the inquiry.

Stories have mentioned that she “is a fellow at the New Lines Institute for Strategy and Policy” based out of Washington D.C. without clarifying what that is. The New Lines Institute for Strategy and Policy was founded by Ahmed Alwani, an Iraqi immigrant businessman operating out of Virginia, who serves as the vice president of the International Institute of Islamic Thought.

Some of the comments about Israel’s operation in Jenin are based on willful attempts to manipulate or ignore facts. Here are a few examples.
1. Misleading about who was killed. One can say “terrorists” or “militants” but willfully misleading is to pretends it’s random people.
2. Persistent use of “refugee camp” is an attempt to mislead. It was a camp established in 1953, it’s a built up urban area today. Willfully misleading is to portray the word “refugee camp” as of the attack is on refugees, as oppose to gunmen in the area.
3. Not mentioning the gunmen, gun violence and far-right religious extremist militia terror groups that are the target of the operation. The armed men openly pose for photos…not showing them is part of misleading about the gun violence these men did to the locals
4. Portraying the use of “missiles” as somehow unacceptable. When hundreds of armed violence extremists take over an area and use it to stockpile illegal rifles, bombs, explosives and other dangerous weapons, they have created a war zone. Precision warfare is how war works today
5. Israel’s use of bulldozers is not against civilians but it is falsely portrayed as such. The fact is that hundreds of gunmen with illegal rifles terrorized civilians and put explosives near streets risking lives. Armored vehicles clearing streets of IEDs is way to remove them
In conclusion, it’s important to start with the reality that armed gangs of men running around with rifles and stockpiling weapons for attacks is what led to this. You can’t have a city terrorized by armed extremists that attack others.
The reality is that the Palestinian Authority backed for years with western aid, and even it’s security forces trained with US backing, had a duty to bring peace and security to people in Jenin and they systematically abandoned the city to extremists (many tied to Iran)
When is the last time human rights groups or diplomats visited Jenin and spoke out about the flood of illegal firearms and extremists who parade around with guns in front of kids to terrorize people?

The powerful United Nations is now seeking to increase its influence worldwide by seizing global “emergency” powers, and President Joe Biden supports their proposal.
Interestingly, the U.N. proposal would begin September 2024, a mere two months before a highly anticipated general election in the U.S.
The global organization will host a “Summit of the Future” where associated nations will adopt a so-called “Pact for the Future.”
The “pact,” or agreement, would set in place multiple policy reforms offered by the U.N. in past years as part of its “Our Common Agenda” platform.
While there are several aggressive proposals included in the agenda, none are as disconcerting as the U.N.’s plan for an “emergency platform,” which would provide the international organization significant powers in times of “global shocks,” such as another global pandemic.
Most details of the U.N.’s proposal were included in a March policy paper titled, “Strengthening the International Response to Complex Global Shocks — An Emergency Platform.”
The U.N.’s secretary-general, António Guterres, outlined the emergency platform proposal: “I propose that the General Assembly provide the Secretary-General and the United Nations system with a standing authority to convene and operationalize automatically an Emergency Platform in the event of a future complex global shock of sufficient scale, severity and reach.”

Such power, according to the U.N., is needed to “[e]nsure that all participating actors make commitments that can contribute meaningfully to the response and that they are held to account for delivery on those commitments.”
According to the U.N.’s policy proposal, the secretary-general could extend the emergency platform, if need be, despite its duration being set for a “finite period.” Such a decision would be made without the consent of any member nations.

Although many oppose the proposal, there are some who support it, such as the Biden administration.
Instead of defending American sovereignty, the White House expressed its support for the emergency platform.

A 14-year-old girl who ran away from her grandmother’s Spring Valley area home on June 9 was found last week inside the barracks at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department (SDSO) confirmed. The teen’s disappearance was reported to the Sheriff’s Department four days later by her grandmother.
“The grandmother reported to deputies that the teen had previously run away before, but always returned home quickly,” Melissa Aquino, SDSO’s media relations officer noted.
The girl, who has learning disabilities, was found in the barracks June 28 by military police, according to her aunt Casaundra Perez. Perez claims her niece was sold to a Marine for sex.
SDSO spokesperson Lt. David LaDieu told NBC 7 that the only involvement their department had was recovering the juvenile because she was listed as missing from their jurisdiction. However, Aquino confirmed SDSO was supporting the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) with their investigation,

A Tennessee community is reeling after Franklin Police say a popular soccer coach, 56-year-old Camilo Hurtado Campos, was arrested for drugging and raping at least 10 children.
Police say they expect to file more charges in the following weeks while expressing concern that the number of victims is potentially much greater than what is currently known.
According to NBC, Campos is being held on a $525,000 bond while it remains unclear if any counsel has been retained.
In a Sunday press release, it was explained that the the “heartbreaking” investigation was triggered after staff at a local restaurant found a cell phone allegedly belonging to Campos.
While searching the phone in an effort to return it to the owner, law enforcement says workers at the restaurant were shocked to discover “dozens of unconscionable videos and pictures of children.”
Among the horrendous files were numerous videos of Campos “raping unconscious boys between approximately 9 and 17 years old,” police say.

Democrat-backed bill making its way through the California Legislature would require judges in the state to consider a convicted criminal’s race when determining how long to sentence them to prison.
Assembly Member Reggie Jones-Sawyer, the Democratic chair of the California Assembly’s Public Safety Committee, quietly introduced Bill 852 in February. The Assembly went on to pass the little-known legislation in May, and the measure is currently being considered in the state Senate.
The bill would add a section to the Penal Code of California requiring courts, whenever they have the authority to determine a prison sentence, to “rectify” alleged racial bias in the criminal justice system by taking into account how historically persecuted minorities are affected differently than others.

Fourth Circuit Rules Against North Carolina State Professor Who Spoke Out Against Diversity Policies
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has delivered a body blow to free speech as well as academic freedom in a ruling against a statistics professor at North Carolina State University. Professor Stephen Porter objected to what he considered the lower standards used by his school to hire minority faculty. The school declared such views as insufficiently “collegial” and retaliated against him. Now a divided panel has ruled that such views are not protected by the First Amendment — potentially opening up even greater retaliation against conservative, libertarian, and dissenting faculty. Rather than punish them for failing to echo the views of the schools, they can now be fired for their lack of collegiality in speaking against such policies and hires.
Just when you thought things could not get worse for the dwindling number of dissenting faculty, the Fourth Circuit just found a way. If this decision stands, “uncollegiality” will become the new code for retaliating against dissenters on faculties. Indeed, likability and collegiality were long denounced as excuses for rejecting (or poorly evaluating) female and minority candidates.

NAFO – the North Atlantic Fellas Organization – is a group of volunteers around the globe who claim to be fighting “disinformation” but in reality, are aggressively silencing dissent and sabotaging communication and dialogue.

It’s time to cast a spotlight on an issue often overlooked in the ongoing push toward green energy solutions. Last month, a severe thunderstorm in Nebraska damaged numerous solar panels at the Scottsbluff Community Solar Project. Although some will be salvageable, many will find their final resting place in a landfill, according to recent reports.
CBS indicates that more than 90% of the panels are landfilled when they’re damaged, defective, or at the end of their functional life. By 2030, the disposed panels are projected to occupy about 3,000 football fields worth of landfill space.
In a disastrous turn of events in late June, a thunderstorm featuring baseball-sized hail hit a solar farm at a staggering speed of 150 mph, causing considerable damage within minutes. The storm that originated in Wyoming wrecked havoc across the state line on a solar farm in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Scottsbluff City Manager, Kevin Spencer, upon viewing the devastation, succinctly commented, “It looks destroyed to me”.
In a grim description, Kevin Killough reported that the hail decimated most of the panels on the 52-megawatt solar project, sparing a few panels like missing teeth in a white smile”.
