“The seal has been broken.”
President Trump gave a 30-minute speech last night in which he said the deep state had “broken the seal” by indicting him, a political adversary frontrunning for the presidency. Given this man’s stamina I would not be surprised if, after serving his 400-year prison term, he wins again.
In my view PT also broke another seal with this speech. He minces no words calling out the ongoing, palpable, communist revolution unfolding before our eyes. Yes, he uses the word communist. What is also not missing in this speech–extraordinarily unspoken but extraordinarily crystaline–is the testament to this man’s character. Character.
No man in our lived experience has had his character scrutinized more atomically than Donald Trump. I doubt that you, I, or the next guy could sustain such relentless attack without withering. For many men in the construction industry their greatest accomplishment is not the money they win and lose, but the heart attack they didn’t die from because of the stress. Lawyers, union mafias, bureaucratic malfeasance, cutthroat competitors, risk and the ever-lurking prospect of losing it all to bankruptcy is not the lifescape of normal folk.
We are so very ready to cast people aside these days when we identify in them what we decide to be a fatal flaw. For many conservatives now it was his failure to stop the poisonous Covid injections. Wasn’t it just in the last few days we saw the story proving how Fauci lied to him on this front? In my experience it is more often the people who lack character who attack character. Communists happen to be exhibit “A” in this regard, but they have no monopoly on this trait. There is an abundance of weakness serving every political stripe.
Trump is a con-man, a showman. He is also vain, arrogant, crude, a bad judge of character, reckless, vulgar and unable to shut-up when he should. He is also the man on stage who we are not, using all his good, bad and ugly cherry-picked deficiencies in some mysterious human concoction that renders him historic, heroic and defiant even now–even in the face of pure evil. Climb down from his stage, then, so we can take a good look at your own precious mortality.
I don’t throw the word evil around carelessly, because I’ve never really understood it, especially its religious context. Using it invokes religious metaphysics that I don’t buy in to, or get. Yet, as I am learning, what word remains in the complete absence of any and all good?

Fox News took CNN-style liberties with the chyron under a split-screen of President Trump and Joe Biden speaking at the same time Tuesday night. Fox captioned the image, “Wannabe dictator speaks at the White House after having his political rival arrested.”
Trump was speaking at his Bedminster, New Jersey golf club about his arraignment earlier in the day in Miami in the classified documents hoax. Biden was speaking at the South Lawn of the White House at an early celebration of Juneteenth–AKA Republicans Freed the Democrats’ Slaves Day. Fox News carried Trump’s speech live in its entirety, while just showing silent video of Biden.
The Fox caption appeared in the last minute of the former 8 p.m. time slot of Tucker Carlson being guest hosted by Brian Kilmeade.

Trump’s indictment marks the end of our republic

American democracy is dead. This is the real meaning of the federal indictment against former President Donald Trump.
His arraignment in Miami Tuesday on 37 felony charges, primarily for mishandling classified documents, marks a watershed moment in U.S. history. For the first time, a former president and leading political candidate has been indicted by the incumbent administration.
The Biden regime’s goal is obvious and simple: To put Trump behind bars so that he cannot win in the 2024 election. America has been transformed into a Third-World dictatorship, similar to Cuba or Venezuela, where rival political opponents are jailed on bogus, manufactured charges. Joe Biden and his corrupt Department of Justice are attempting (again) to rig and steal the upcoming election by taking Trump off the ballot.
At a press conference announcing Trump’s indictment, Special Counsel Jack Smith said: “We have one set of laws in this country and they apply to everyone.”
That is a lie—and Smith knows it. Biden has been caught with over 1,850 boxes containing classified material, some of them stored in his garage next to his Corvette. Hillary Clinton destroyed 33,000 highly sensitive, classified documents that were illegally put on a private, unsecure server in her basement. Those erased emails were subpoenaed. Moreover, she and her aides used hammers to smash the cell phones in which the documents were sent. Yet nothing happened to Biden or Clinton. And unlike Trump, who as president had the legal authority to summarily declassify documents, Biden, as senator and vice president, and Clinton, as secretary of state, had no right to possess or retain classified documents—never mind destroy them to obstruct an investigation.
The charges against Trump clearly reveal America has a two-tier justice system. There is one standard for MAGA Republicans; another one for Democrats. We are no longer a constitutional republic with equal justice and treatment under the law.
Rather, progressives have erected an authoritarian police state. The evidence is everywhere: Trump and his supporters are relentlessly vilified and persecuted; January 6 defendants are rotting in prisons, many beaten and tortured or held for years without charges; the FBI has infiltrated Catholic churches, illegally spying on and targeting traditionalists and anti-Biden critics; conservatives, Christians and patriots have been routinely censored and silenced on social media at the behest of the Biden regime; and concerned parents who are opposed to Critical Race Theory and gay pornography being peddled to their children in public schools have been branded as “domestic terrorists” by the FBI.
The Marxist Democrats have now gone one step further—locking up their presidential rivals, starting with their arch-nemesis Trump. The simple truth is that, under both Article 2 of the Constitution (which grants full executive authority to the president) and the 1978 Presidential Records Act, Trump has every right to possess and retain every document—classified or not—at Mar-a-Lago generated during his administration. They are his presidential papers. They belong to him, not the deep state. Moreover, every president before him, from Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan to Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, has had document disputes with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). If a dispute couldn’t be resolved, it was adjudicated in a civil court. To pursue Trump on criminal grounds is nothing less than a legal witch hunt. In short, it is an attempted political assassination.
The Biden regime, with the full support of the FBI, DOJ and CIA, along with the servile corporate media, has declared war not just on Trump and his America First movement but on our constitutional democracy itself. Like a tin-pot dictator, Biden is using the legal system to eliminate and imprison his leading political rival. It will not end with Trump.
The late (and great) conservative talk-show host, Rush Limbaugh, warned that the Democrats’ ultimate aim is to eliminate elections altogether in America or, barring that, to rig and corrupt the voting system to such an extent that most Republican voters would eventually give up on voting in sheer disgust. The objective is to establish what radical leftists have always sought: a one-party state. Trump is not their last victim. They are coming for all of us.

She supervised the transfer of a lot more cash to the Bidens and other crooked politicians for Burisma.
On Monday Rudy Giuliani shared more details with the War Room audience. Rudy’s Burisma witness had FOUR COLLEAGUES willing to testify!
Rudy Giuliani: There was one very extraordinary piece of evidence. We had a woman in Ukraine who was the chief accountant for Burisma, the wife of the former partner of Mycola Zlochevsky who owned Burisma and is the major crook who was paying off the Bidens. And she wanted to turn she wanted to testify, but to testify she wanted to be in the Witness Protection program. And she had four colleagues of hers who were willing to testify and support her. She claimed that over an eight year period she supervised all of the offshore illegal bank accounts. All the money laundering went through her. Now, we weren’t sure she was telling the truth but we did have one transaction that I had gotten very early of a complete money laundering transaction for $14 million, some of which went through to Joe Biden with an indication that Joe got $900,000 of it and his family got a total of about 3 million of it.

There’s been concern for months over just how hard this past winter slammed the Wyoming Range mule deer herd and adjacent populations, but it could be far worse than even the most pessimistic previous estimates.
As many as 80% of the adult deer in that region might have died and this year’s crop of fawns was essentially wiped out, Wyoming Game and Fish Director Brian Nesvik said Tuesday.
The Wyoming Range mule deer herd is one of the most prized herds in the West. Going into winter, it was thought to number about 30,000, Nesvik told the Wyoming Legislature’s Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Committee.

During her daily press briefing with the White House press pool, EWTN White House correspondent Owen Jensen asked Jean-Pierre about the mounting concerns among parents of female athletes who are being forced to compete against biologically male competitors.
Jensen began his question by reading aloud a tweet from Sen. It is a rarity in today’s America when justice prevails. But this is exactly what happened in New Jersey this week.
A white Starbucks regional manager named Shannon Phillips was fired back in 2018 after her staff refused to let two black men use the bathroom at a Starbucks in Philadelphia. She sued the coffee giant one year later claiming she was fired for being white.
The Daily Mail revealed on Monday that Phillips won $25 million in punitive damages and 600,000 in compensatory damages. A federal jury found that she was indeed fired because of the color of her skin, which is a violation of the Civil Rights Act.
In April 2018, two black men named Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson arrived for business meeting and were waiting for another person to arrive. Nelson was denied permission to use the restroom because he had not purchased anything. Starbucks policy says people must purchase something before using the restroom.

According to the office of House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-Mass.), a procedural vote on the measure is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
The vote will be at 2:30 PM EST.
Any Republican who doesn’t vote for the resolution is exposing their real colors as members of the Deep State.
Luna argues that his behavior represents a betrayal of public trust and undermines the integrity of the legislative process.
“Representative Schiff exploited his position on HPSCI (House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence) to promote and excuse abusive intelligence investigations of Americans for political purposes,” Luna declared, making clear her indignation over the actions of her colleague.
“The American taxpayers shelled out $32 million to fund an investigation into collusion launched as a result of Representative Schiff’s lies, misrepresentations, and abuses of sensitive information,” said Luna.
The representative from Florida called for Schiff to be held financially accountable, proposing that Schiff should bear the burden of $16 million, half of the total investigation cost. This suggestion comes following an investigation conducted by the Committee on Ethics, which found that Schiff lied, misrepresented, and misused sensitive information.
“Be it resolved,” Luna stated firmly, “that the House of Representatives censures and condemns Adam Schiff for conduct that misleads the American people in a way that is unbecoming of an elected member of the House of Representatives.”
On Wednesday, a group of House Republicans decided not to support the censure of Schiff, a move that is rather perplexing.
This decision clearly contradicts the ethos of transparency and truthfulness that they frequently preach, and it sends a concerning message about their perception of accountability.
By choosing not to censure Schiff, these Republican representatives are seemingly willing to overlook his blatant misrepresentation of facts. They are missing a critical opportunity to stand up for truth and demonstrate that misleading the public is unacceptable behavior for an elected official.

The chamber voted 225-196-7. Twenty Republicans voted with Democrats to block the resolution, while seven lawmakers — five Democrats, two Republicans — voted present.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Representatives Andrew Garbarino (R-NY), David Joyce (R-OH), Rep Michelle Fischbach (R-MN), and Thomas Massie (R-KY) will vote not to censure Adam Schiff.
“Adam Schiff acted unethically but if a resolution to fine him $16 million comes to the floor I will vote to table it. (vote against it) In fact, I’m still litigating a federal lawsuit against Pelosi over a salary reduction she imposed on me for my refusal to wear a mask,” Massie said.
“The Constitution says the House may make its own rules but we can’t violate other (later) provisions of the Constitution. A $16 million fine is a violation of the 27th and 8th amendments,” he added.

NYC Mayor Adams made a deal with hotel owner 30 miles north to take the immigrants that New York City doesn’t find ‘integral’ to elite big city liberals.
In court filings, the County of Rockland alleges as a factual matter that Town Supervisor Teresa Kenny was personally called by NYC Mayor Adams and told that this program was his “decompression strategy” and would last at least four months.
The owner of the Armoni Inn & Suites Ashok Bhatt was paid over $6 million in taxpayer dollars per year to buy out his entire hotel of 171 rooms in Orangetown, New York. The local government of Rockland County has sued Adams alleging that the new facility is no longer operating as a hotel.

Illegal immigrants get free room and board, and three meals a day. On video, Project Veritas even confirmed that hungry illegals even “get access to snacks” between meals.
Other left-wing cities like Chicago have run the same routine, putting illegals in hotels, even in luxury hotels. But here, the local government is fighting back, utilizing code enforcement to try and shut the hotel down for a variety of minor violations, now coming into court to prevent the corrupt arrangement from continuing.
Most explosively, Project Veritas has a local official, Martin Uli who is the Assistant Court Attorney in Rockland County, saying about this corrupt arrangement, on camera:
“Basically, the county of Rockland is just trying to keep them shut down because they don’t want them to operate. So, the hotel is saying that, ‘There’s really no reason because it’s illegal for us to operate as anything other than a hotel,’ and they’re [Rockland County] just like, finding health violations. Loose nails. Stuff like that.”
Uli continues:
“…they’re trying to turn it into a homeless shelter, like a migrant facility, and under zoning laws you can’t turn it into anything other than a hotel.”
The average hotel stay at the hotel is $72 according to TripAdvisor, yet NYC Mayor Adams rented out the entire hotel for 50% above market value to give free room and board to illegal immigrants.
In December 2022 there were an estimated 68,884 homeless in New York. New York City has some of the highest rents in the country, averaging $3,500 per month for a studio apartment. New York State has the third-highest taxes in the country. High taxes are causing productive, hard-working American citizens to flee the state.

A suicidal synodal LGBTQ agenda is to be approved worldwide this autumn. Cardinal Müller described the synodal journey as “doctrinally incompetent and canonically illegitimate.”
The synodal process changes the nature of the Church, turning it into a system of “non-profit organizations.” Just like Soros’ non-profits, which lead every nation to self-destruction, so do these religious non-profits. Previously, such non-profits would have been condemned as treason in the country or heresy in the Church. These non-profits are part of the synodal journey in every parish, in every diocese, in every nation, on every continent.
Cardinal Müller said: “The Church of Christ is not a non-profit or a propaganda office for the creation of a new man (transhumanism) or an ideal world order (NWO).”
The synodal process is used to covertly promote the genocidal Schwab’s agenda along with transhumanism and the New World Order. There have already been a couple of pro-transhumanist conferences held in the Vatican. Transhumanism is connected with transgenderism, i.e. gender reassignment, and with so-called ectogenesis, which is the production of so-called babies in artificial incubators.
Transhumanism interferes with human nature and gradually makes man a medium of demons as a “higher stage of development”. Transhumanism is a New World Order ideology. The paradox is that this supposedly “ideal” world order cannot be achieved without depopulation, i.e. the reduction of people to a so-called golden billion.
It is a system of lies and deception aimed at achieving the satanization and self-destruction of humanity. The fact that this genocidal ideology has penetrated into the Church is evidenced by Cardinal Müller’s statement: “(German bishops) are no longer servants of the Word of God, but representatives of a transhumanist lobby.”
Delegations to the continental assembly were represented by the presidents of the episcopal conferences of the particular nation and a group of lay people. They were deliberately selected from LGBTQ circles or their fanatical supporters. The president of the bishops’ conference was then supposed to use his authority to authoritatively introduce the anti-church conclusions reached by the synod meetings into the new programme of the Church. This is gross manipulation and fraud.
Bishop Bätzing said to the media that he did not have the impression that the Vatican was blocking the German synodal journey. He referred to the disputes surrounding the so-called synodal council. It is a new body that is being established in Germany, which is mainly composed of active lay people, LGBTQ promoters. This synodal council should take over the management of the Church throughout Germany.
This is a counter-revolution in the Church. Predatory LGBTQ lay activists in alliance with a bishop à la Bätzing will take over all church government in a given nation. So the bishops and the bishops’ conference will be subordinate to this new body, which will act under the direct authority of the so-called Holy See. This intra-Church coup against God is to transform the Catholic Church into Satan’s New Age Antichurch.

The Vatican pretends to demand that this synodal council cannot usurp the authority of the bishops. In fact, everything is prearranged and it will usurp power over them. Why? Because Bergoglio’s Vatican needs these councils to transform the Church.
The so-called demand that the synodal council must not usurp the authority of the bishops is a psychological manipulation known to us from paradise. The serpent swore, “You shall not die,” but his aim was to make man die. Similarly, the Irish people were told that if they accepted the Treaty of Lisbon, they could keep the law banning abortion. When they did accept the Treaty of Lisbon, the law was repealed after some time.
The Irish people were deceived. The German pilot project to introduce a new body, the synodal council, will be extended to all territories as early as autumn 2023 and gradually until autumn 2024 as a draconian tool of the apostate Vatican. It will gradually eliminate true Catholic bishops by establishing a dictatorship of LGBTQ activists in the Church.
The purpose of the programme of this so-called synodal council is to establish LGBTQ dictatorship along with transhumanism in line with the global demonization plan as part of the NWO. This synodal council will stand at the head of the network of religious non-profits created in the synodal process at all levels. They will accomplish the planned transformation of the Church in every diocese, in every parish, down to the last believer. This will complete Bergoglio’s process of internal suicide of the Church.

Dear bishops, if you fail to mobilize and separate yourselves from the synodal machinery as soon as possible, this machinery will destroy you. They no longer defend the dogmas of faith and morals, and on the contrary destroy them. At the same time, they retain the highest authority, the authority of God. Through the synodal journey, they lead Catholics into rebellion against God. They force them by virtue of obedience to abandon God’s laws, to accept the LGBTQ anti-laws, and to obey them – the apostates – as if they were obeying God Himself. However, these apostates are in rebellion against God and are knowingly heading for hell. And they are dragging along with them the obedient Catholics.
The attitude of the Vatican with the entire so-called synodal process is an abuse of the highest authority in the Church. It is the heresy of papalatry.

Dear bishops, after this intra-Church coup against God has been exposed, each of you should fall on your knees before God. You should ask: O God, what do You want me to do in this situation? The LGBTQ synodal journey and the system of synodal councils is a death blow to the Catholic Church. If the bishops’ conference in your territory rises up and radically rejects the synodal journey, God will come and save you. Subsequently, you will declare true spiritual restoration of the fundamental truths of faith and morals. At the same time, you will restore a personal relationship with the crucified and risen Christ through genuine repentance in prayer.
In a nation where the bishops will be passive and unable to unite and offer resistance, they will become complicit in the synodal crime, the greatest in the history of the Church.
Dear bishop, successor of the apostles, how will you stand when you soon appear before God’s judgment seat? How will you justify your passivity and your neglect of authority and power entrusted to you to save the souls in your diocese and in your nation?
May all priests, religious and believers become aware of the impending disaster! May they fall on their knees and start continuous prayer watches! Let them pray to the Blessed Virgin so that through her intercession the dark power within the Catholic Church may be broken!

There is no more useless position in American society than the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) positions ubiquitous throughout corporate America and government. One GOP Congressman expertly exposed this truism this week.
Rep Brian Mast (R-FL) on Tuesday queried Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the Joe Biden’s State Department, regarding how these worthless diversity initiatives are put into practice when hiring.
The congressman first asked Abercrombie-Winstanley if being bald made someone a more qualified diplomat. The woke DEI officer chuckled and responded: “Not that I know of.”
Mast then asked if being 5’8? (Mast’s height) or 6?3 made someone a better diplomat Abercrombie-Winstanley answered: “no, I don’t believe so.”
The congressman then asked if being white, black, Asian or Hispanic made any difference in terms of job performance and she answered no.

Mast then repeated the question, and the DEI officer said she did not know. The Florida congressman went on to ask her if he was half-black, Latino, Asian or Pacific Islander to which the DEI officer provided the same answer.
Mast then provided this based and correct response: “you can’t know without asking someone to disclose what they are.”
The congressman, who is half-Mexican followed up by saying: “It shouldn’t matter that I’m half-Mexican, it shouldn’t matter whether I’m able-bodied, or ambulatory or not ambulatory, that doesn’t have anything to do with what my background is.”
Mast went to say race has had nothing to do with the ability to serve in the military and that this is why he has a problem with Biden’s State Department asking people their race.
He then stunned Abercrombie-Winstanley yet again he asked what best looks like. She had to pause and ask what he meant.
Mast was a bit more specific and made clear he was talking about what the best candidate looks like using a foreign service officer as an example.
At this moment, Abercrombie-Winstanley confirmed once and for all how worthless her job is by providing this commonsense response.
I would say the best for that particular part could look like anyone of us and that is the American way.
Which is the precise point Mast was trying to make all along. America needs a colorblind society in which an individual’s qualifications are the only thing that matters.
Conservatives should also use this exchange in their arguments regarding why DEI need to be relegated to the dustbin of history.

Over two years ago, on January 5, 2021, a suspect planted pipe bombs near the Washington DC RNC and DNC headquarters the night before the January 6, 2021 protests.
The culprit was caught on video but never caught by the FBI – the so-called greatest intelligence service in the world.
The US Capitol was shut down on January 6 after the feds found the bombs near the Republican and Democrat Party headquarters.
As previously reported — A mysterious suspect planted two pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC DC Headquarters and safely detonated by a bomb squad on January 6.

Again, the suspect planted the pipe bombs on January 5, the night before the Capitol riot but the bombs were not found until the next day.
The FBI continued to drip out new videos of the suspect who placed two pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC the night before the Capitol riot in the months following the incident.
in 2022 a whistleblower stepped forward and disclosed that the FBI was withholding information on the investigation.
In 2023 the FBI finally offered a $500,000 reward for information on the alleged bomber. Maybe they need to check who was on duty that night?
The FBI still can’t find the person. This is interesting, considering the FBI has been using GPS data to arrest hundreds of Trump supporters who were standing outside the US Capitol on January 6th. Now we know why. The FBI now says (in June 2023) that the cell phone data of the alleged bomber was corrupted. See the letter below.
Recently FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin sayid the technicians who worked on the program told him the devices were inoperable.
It was likely just a propaganda operation used to attack Trump supporters. It was another assault on conservative Americans.
In May, Representatives Jim Jordan (R-OH), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), and Bill Posey (R-FL) sent a letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), demanding an update on the case of the J6 pipe bomber.
The letter highlighted a crucial detail that has come to light: the FBI may possess information about the license plate number of the suspect’s vehicle.
“As part of our oversight investigation into the pipe bombs placed near the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee on January 5, 2021. At the start of the 118th Congress on January 17, 2023, we reiterated this request. To date, you have failed to comply,” reads the letter.
The committee’s interest in the investigation was sparked by a whistleblower disclosure from a senior FBI official, which raised questions about the “unusual” nature of the FBI’s investigative efforts.
The whistleblower disclosure revealed that the FBI’s Washington Field Office had requested other field offices to canvass all confidential human sources across the country for information about the culprit, despite more than a year having passed since the bombs were placed.
The request specifically asked for information from sources reporting on all types of threats, as the suspect’s “motive and ideology remained unknown.”
One former FBI assistant director observed last month, “[it just doesn’t add up … [t]here’s just too much to work with to not know who this guy is.”

The New York Times launched an attack on US District Judge for the Southern District of Florida Aileen Cannon.
Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, was assigned to President Trump’s federal case in Miami.
President Trump last Thursday evening announced he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Miami in special counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents case.
Trump was hit with a 37-count indictment – 31 counts for willful retention of national defense information and 6 other charges stemming from notes memorialized by Trump’s lawyer.
The other 6 charges include conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation, scheme to conceal and false statements and misrepresentations.
Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman presided over Trump’s arraignment and bond matters on Tuesday.
Judge Aileen Cannon is still on the case as lead judge and the left is pressuring her to recuse herself.
The New York Times attacked Cannon, 42, and said she has ‘scant experience running criminal trials.’
“Aileen M. Cannon, the Federal District Court judge assigned to preside over former President Donald J. Trump’s classified documents case, has scant experience running criminal trials, calling into question her readiness to handle what is likely to be an extraordinarily complex and high-profile courtroom clash.” The New York Times said.
“Judge Cannon, 42, has been on the bench since November 2020, when Mr. Trump gave her a lifetime appointment shortly after he lost re-election. She had not previously served as any kind of judge, and because about 98 percent of federal criminal cases are resolved with plea deals, she has had only a limited opportunity to learn how to preside over a trial.” The Times said.
The Times also slammed Aileen Cannon for previously appointing a Special Master to review the classified document seized from Mar-a-Lago.
Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann on Wednesday floated more serious charges for Trump in New Jersey should Aileen Cannon sink Jack Smith’s case.
“If Aileen Cannon, the Florida judge assigned to the case, were to seek to pocket-veto the charges before her by, say, scheduling the trial for after the 2024 presidential election, the special counsel would be able to sidestep her tactic by proceeding with charges in New Jersey.” Andrew Weissmann co-wrote in an op-ed for The Atlantic.

President Trump’s 14th Amendment rights are being trampled on. No, we’re not talking about the “insurrection” clause that the highly-partisan “Jan 6 Committee” of Pelosi’s 116th Congress likes to tout as an inhibition against President Trump being able to seek re-election, even though no Jan 6 defendant has been as much as charged, none the less convicted, with 18 USC 2383.
This is, instead, a reference to Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, which states “…nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
According to Cornell Law School:
Equal Protection refers to the idea that a governmental body may not deny people equal protection of its governing laws. The governing body state must treat an individual in the same manner as others in similar conditions and circumstances.

The Fifth Amendment’s Due Process Clause requires the United States government to practice equal protection. The Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause requires states to practice equal protection.
Equal protection forces a state to govern impartially—not draw distinctions between individuals solely on differences that are irrelevant to a legitimate governmental objective. Thus, the equal protection clause is crucial to the protection of civil rights.

Remember: Hillary’s aides took a hammer to their cellular devices and “bleached” their emails, deleting 33,000 public records, after the documents were subpoenaed.
Yesterday, in another seeming acknowledgment that this is a weaponized DOJ prosecuting a political rival, Michael Besheka wrote a damning opinion in the Wall Street Journal. Why is Michael Besheka’s opinion on this so relevant to President Trump’s indictment? Well, he was the attorney who litigated and lost the “Socks Case” involving Bill Clinton keeping tapes in his sock drawer after leaving the White House.
Besheka writes:
Although the indictment against Donald Trump doesn’t cite the Presidential Records Act, the charges are predicated on the law. The indictment came about only because the government thought Mr. Trump took records that didn’t belong to him, and the government raided his house to find any such records.
This should never have happened. The Presidential Records Act allows the president to decide what records to return and what records to keep at the end of his presidency. And the National Archives and Records Administration can’t do anything about it. I know because I’m the lawyer who lost the “Clinton sock drawer” case.
The case Bekesha unsuccessfully litigated on behalf of Judicial Watch in 2012 involved eight years’ worth of conversations recorded by then-President Bill Clinton, in conjunction with the White House, from 1993 to 2001. According to the book “The Clinton Tapes: Wrestling History With the President” by historian Taylor Branch, “the audiotapes preserved not only Mr. Clinton’s thoughts on issues he faced while president, but also some actual events, such as phone conversations.”
The Wall Street Journal opinion piece goes on to cite several examples the public would likely want to know about including Clinton’s reasoning for joining the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and “Mr. Clinton’s side of a phone conversation with Secretary of State Warren Christopher about a diplomatic impasse over Bosnia.”
Bekesha goes on to discuss the arguments made in the case. Consider how the opinion of the Department of Justice has changed from their arguments in 2012 compared to their persecution of President Trump:
In defending NARA, the Justice Department argued that NARA doesn’t have “a duty to engage in a never-ending search for potential presidential records” that weren’t provided to NARA by the president at the end of his term. Nor, the department asserted, does the Presidential Records Act require NARA to appropriate potential presidential records forcibly. The government’s position was that Congress had decided that the president and the president alone decides what is a presidential record and what isn’t. He may take with him whatever records he chooses at the end of his term.

So the Department of Justice has gone from “NARA doesn’t have a duty to search for records” to “let’s raid the former President and leading Republican nominee” in record time! It’s also worth noting that the DOJ chose to utilize the Washington Field Office instead of the Miami Field Office, which was already actively working with President Trump regarding the documents.

These are two clear violations of President Trump’s “Equal Protection” rights. And both involve the name Clinton. There’s more examples, for sure. But these two are the most egregious.
Bekesha concludes his article with the only logical assertion: “The government should lose U.S. v. Trump. If the courts decide otherwise, I want those Clinton tapes.”

President Joe Biden reported earning $15.6 million in 2017, of which more than $10 million was listed as income from Joe’s memoir, and $3 million listed as income from Jill Biden’s book.
In light of recent revelations from whistleblowers, including the fact that the FBI hid evidence that the owner of Burisma made 17 blackmail tapes of the Bidens, who were allegedly paid $10 million ($5 mil to Hunter, $5 mil to Joe), Republican lawmakers want to take a closer look at Biden’s tax return, according to Breitbart.
Before the 2020 election, USA Today published a “fact check” article that tried to support the claims that the Bidens earned “$15.6 million … from speaking fees and book deals” from 2017 to 2019, and that “more than $10 million of that total income was profits from Biden’s memoir ‘Promise Me, Dad’ and $3 million in profits from Jill Biden’s book.”
A closer inspection of Biden’s 2017 tax return raises serious questions over where the Bidens’ income actually originated (maybe a lab in Beijing?).
“Follow the source link provided to that $10 million number, though, and you’ll end up at Joe Biden’s campaign website with financial disclosure links to only their individual returns — no S-corporation tax returns,” writes The Federalist. “So, in reality, readers were left with a smokescreen.”
And according to GOP lawmakers, transparency is lacking on where exactly the $10 million came from.
“Biden should disclose and every member of the press ought to hound him until he does,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), co-author of the 2020 Senate report on the Bidens, told Breitbart.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told the outlet that Biden should produce unredacted bank records to provide transparency.
““The President seems to find selling out our country funny. We don’t,” she said. “If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever.”

China signs ‘strategic partnership’ with Palestinian Authority during Abbas visit
China said Wednesday it has established a “strategic partnership” with the Palestinian Authority during a visit to Beijing by PA President Mahmoud Abbas.
The announcement marks another step in China’s campaign to gain political and economic influence in the Middle East, where it is competing for influence with the United States.
China is seeking energy resources and markets for its military and civilian exports, while promoting its version of authoritarian government in a joint challenge with Russia to the Western-led democratic world order.
China has appointed a special envoy to meet with Israeli and Palestinian officials, but its experience in the region is mainly limited to construction, manufacturing and other economic projects.
Beijing has long maintained diplomatic ties with the Palestinian Authority and Abbas was welcomed with full military honors at the Great Hall of the People in central Beijing.
“We are good friends and partners,” Chinese president and head of the ruling Communist Party Xi Jinping told Abbas at the start of their meeting. “We have always firmly supported the just cause of the Palestinian people to restore their legitimate national rights.”
“China is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with the Palestinian side to promote a comprehensive, just and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue as soon as possible,” he said.
Xi called the strategic partnership an “important milestone in the history of bilateral relations,” but its financial details were not immediately released.

China’s Palestinian moment is about global standing rather than peace
The Palestinian Authority president’s imminent state visit to China is believed even by senior Palestinian officials to be aimed at bolstering Beijing’s credentials on the world stage, rather than a serious attempt to revive the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
Mahmoud Abbas’s four-day visit, which is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, has been described by Chinese state media as aimed at facilitating new talks predicated on a two-state solution to the decades-old conflict. It also comes on the heels of Beijing’s recent success in brokering a detente between the Middle East’s two major religious and geopolitical poles, Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Each tunnel contained a total of twenty-one tons of explosives. More than 400 tons of explosives exploded in total. The impact of the explosion could be heard as far away as London.
As a direct result of the explosion, it is estimated that 10,000 Germans were killed or buried alive beneath the mounds of dirt, and thousands of startled German soldiers were captured.
