  1. EXPRESS – Spanish match abandoned as player collapses and rushed to hospital with teammates in tears

A player collapsed on the pitch after 10 minutes, prompting officials to abandon the match.

A Spanish third-division match between Cordoba and Racing de Ferrol was abandoned after a player collapsed on the pitch. An ambulance swiftly arrived and drove onto the playing surface to aid the Cordoba star, Dragisa Gudelj, and then took him to a nearby hospital once he had stabilised.

The central defender collapsed after 10 minutes of the match, falling unconscious and leaving his teammates frightened. According to the Washington Post, Gudelj had suffered a cardiac arrest during the match, with paramedics having to perform CPR on the pitch to resuscitate him.

Cordoba stars cried as they watched their teammate undergo treatment, with members of staff and their opponents attempting to comfort the most distressed players. Gudelj then regained consciousness as he entered the ambulance, with the defender actually requesting to continue playing the match rather than seeking further examinations.

After Gudelj had left the pitch, the match officials held talks with players from both squads and a collective decision was made to abandon the game until the Serbian’s status was more clear and that they were informed that he was well.

3rd-division game in Spain abandoned after player collapses

CORDOBA, Spain — A third-division game in Spain was abandoned Saturday after Serbian defender Dragisa Gudelj suffered a cardiac arrest.

Doctors performed CPR on the field to resuscitate the 25-year-old Gudelj. The player was conscious when he was put in an ambulance and taken to a hospital in Cordoba.

The club later said Gudelj was in stable condition and undergoing tests in an intensive care unit. It also said the defender had wanted to return to the match.

Cordoba and Racing Ferrol were level at 1-1 when Gudelj collapsed early in the first half.

Gudelj is the brother of Serbia midfielder Nemanja Gudelj who plays for Sevilla.

I got another COVID booster shot and the pharmacist said, “you’re good now, you don’t need any more shots” and I’m like, buddy, I’m going to be back every six months to a year until something else kills me, which is the entire point

5 Things We’ve Learned from COVID in Three Years

The World Health Organization declared the COVID outbreak a pandemic three years ago. Here’s what’s changed since then

The pandemic was the first large-scale test for mRNA vaccine technology, which proved safe and effective against severe disease and death[…]

[…] in the two years after vaccines were introduced in the U.S., the shots prevented an estimated 18 million hospitalizations and three million deaths.

Masks and mask mandates became a political flashpoint during the pandemic, but the evidence shows that they slow the spread of COVID and other respiratory illnesses.

For instance, according to the CDC, at least 10 studies as of late 2021 found that after local authorities implemented universal masking mandates, infection rates declined.

[…]The best protection comes from high-quality N95 and KN95 masks.

[…]Masks are most effective when they are sealed well, worn correctly and layered with other precautions.

New Evidence Supports Animal Origin of COVID Virus through RACOON DOG

Genetic sequences show evidence of raccoon dogs and other animals at the Wuhan market sites where SARS-CoV-2 was found in early 2020, adding to evidence of a natural spillover event

[…]The findings add support to an animal origin of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID.

[…]the raccoon dogs may have been infected with the virus (possibly by other animals) and could have been the first to spread the virus to humans.

[…]it adds to a growing body of evidence in favor of a spillover from animals.

[…]Scientific American spoke with one of the researchers who analyzed the samples: Joel Wertheim

[…]How strong is the evidence now for a natural spillover as the origin of SARS-CoV-2?

Well, first, I’d like to just say that even before these data came out, the preponderance of scientific evidence has pointed to a natural zoonotic spillover

These new data are entirely consistent with that scenario.

[…]it’s not the same as watching a raccoon dog transmit a virus to a human—something, of course, we never see. We never get that level of evidence. But first and foremost, this is forensic evidence that these putative host animals were present at the market. There’s no more question about that. And they were there in the same place as the virus.

[…]Given everything else we know about the early days of COVID and everything we know about zoonotic viruses, this fits. Is this going to put the lab-leak conspiracy to bed? No. Nothing will ever do that. But I think this should help convince more reasonable scientists.

[…]The problem with the good faith version of a lab-leak hypothesis is that there isn’t a single one. There is a scientist who gets infected in the field, the scientist who gets infected in the lab by a virus that has yet to be described, the serial passage or gain-of-function weaponization—I mean, every single one of these lab-leak hypotheses are mutually incompatible with each other.

[…]Looking at the viral genome, we don’t see anything suspicious with regard to [some] sort of lab manipulation; we really don’t.

[…]What do you make of the recent Department of Energy report that concluded “with low confidence” that a lab leak was the most likely origin?

I can’t imagine what real evidence they have. Especially now, in light of [the new animal evidence].

And everything that we’ve done since, from the geographical analyses to the genomic analyses to, now, the forensic genetic analysis—it all points to natural zoonosis at the market.

    • CBC – Growing concerns over avian flu outbreaks

While it’s usually harmless to humans, it’s hit egg and poultry farms hard in recent months and can be fatal to other animals too.

    • CBC – Avian flu on Canadian poultry farms raises concerns of outbreaks

The virus is only affecting birds and mammals and has not impacted humans so far.

Dr. Isaac Bogoch, an infectious diseases specialist, is remaining cautious, saying “there’s always the possibility for the virus to change and transmit between mammals including humans … we have to be mindful and careful.”

  3. Activist Group Says Top Hollywood Producer’s Native American Claims Are Fake
    By Margaret Flavin Mar. 26, 2023 10:40 am12 Comments

The Tribal Alliance Against Fraud (TAFF) has accused a leading Hollywood producer of faking her claims of a Cherokee heritage.

Producer Heather Rae has been a leading voice in Hollywood on Native American culture and serves on the Academy of Motion Pictures’ Indigenous Alliance and was a past head of the Sundance Institute’s Native American program.

TAAF claims she is a Pretendian and is, at best, 1/2048th Cherokee.

In 2020, Rae told Variety, “In these times the world is looking for vision, and Indigenous voices bring that power and authenticity to the screen. I am honored to work in tandem with Bird Runningwater and his visionary curation of talent, and Crystal Echohawk and her groundbreaking organization to energize representation and Native inclusion. We are thrilled by this partnership with Endeavor Content to bring three incredible stories to life and ensure many more to come.”

  4. Alan Dershowitz on Alvin Bragg’s Made-Up Crimes to Get Trump: This is the “Worst Example of Prosecutorial Abuse” – He “Could Lose His Bar License” (VIDEO)
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 26, 2023 11:20 am39 Comments

Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz joined Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures this morning.

Dershowitz discussed the latest partisan lawsuit by rabid far-left Democrats to Get Trump.

Alan Dershowtiz argued that lawless Soros-funded Alvin Bragg could lose his law license if he indicts Trump on the made-up crime.

Alan Dershowitz: Well, I don’t think an indictment can actually come forward now after the comments made by Costello. He has proved that the main witness is going to be a perjuring liar on the witness stand. And that puts the District Attorney in a terrible position. If he uses Cohn as a witness, he could actually lose his bar license. It’s unethical to put a witness on the stand who you know is lying, and he has to know that Cohen will be lying.

Dershowitz then added this on the most dangerous precedent the communist left is setting.

Alan Dershowitz: The title of my book, I Didn’t invent it, “Get Trump.” It comes from a campaign pledge made by the Attorney General of New York when she was running for reelection. She promised that if she were elected, she would, quote, “Get Trump.” And Bragg said the same thing… They both promised they would get Trump. Then they said, let’s rummage through the statute books and see what we can find. And they rubbished. And they couldn’t find anything! They couldn’t find a statutory violation. So they made one up that was beyond the statute of limitations. That involved combining a misdemeanor, that never occurred, with a federal felony or maybe a state felony. This is the worst example of prosecutorial abuse of discretion I have seen in my 60 years of practicing criminal law. That’s why I wrote Trump – not about Trump, it’s about us. Because today it’s Trump, tomorrow it’s a Democrat. The day after tomorrow it’s your Uncle Charlie and your nephew and your niece.

Manifestation “No to the methane directive” The European Union is preparing the destruction of Silesia. This was the slogan of the WZZ “Sierpie? 80” manifestation in Warsaw – it was a protest against the EU’s plans to destroy the mining industry.

“This time it is about the methane directive. It is to come into force from 2027. The standards contained therein provide for penalties for methane emissions above 5 tons per 1,000 tons of extracted coal. In 2031, these standards are to be even stricter and amount to 3 tons per 1,000 tons of coal.

What does this mean for Polish mines? Their liquidation. Virtually none of the Polish mines is able to meet these standards. Most of our mines are methane mines and with the extraction of 1000 tons of coal, they emit from 8 to 14 tons of methane. As you can see, almost 90% of Polish mines will not be able to meet these EU restrictions cheaply, both mines extracting thermal coal (PGG, Tauron Wydobycie) and all mines of Jastrz?bska Spó?ka W?glowa extracting coking coal.” the trade unionists of WZZ “Sierpie? 80” sound the alarm.

  6. The U.S. would destroy Taiwan’s chip plants if China invades, says former Trump official

The United States would destroy Taiwan’s highly sophisticated semiconductor industry rather than allow it to be captured if China ever successfully invaded the island, according to Donald Trump’s former National Security Advisor.
“The United States and its allies are never going to let those factories fall into Chinese hands,” Amb. Robert O’Brien told me during a conversation airing today at the Global Security Forum organized by the Soufan Center in Doha, Qatar.
The bulk of the world’s most advanced microchips are produced in Taiwanese facilities owned by TSMC. Gaining control of those plants would make China “like the new OPEC of silicon chips” and allow them to “control the world economy,” O’Brien said.
“Now let’s face it, that’s never going to happen,” he said.
O’Brien drew a comparison to when Britain chose to destroy France’s storied naval fleet after the country surrendered to Nazi Germany, killing over 1,000 sailors in the process . He recounted how Winston Churchill, a noted Francophile, walked into the House of Commons “with tears streaming down his

The education system in the United States is essential for nurturing the future generation of leaders. However, it appears that the critical mission of school boards is being hijacked by anti-American activists. The infiltration of anti-Americanism into school board management threatens to undermine the fundamental principles on which America was founded. As such, it is crucial that we defend our kids’ schools and stop these activists from influencing the education of the next generation and protect their future.

  8. Minnesota Lawmakers Advance Transgender Rep’s Legislation That Could Strip Custody From Parents Who Don’t Support Child’s Transition
    By Cassandra MacDonald Mar. 26, 2023 2:00 pm71 Comments

Minnesota lawmakers have advanced legislation introduced by a transgender representative that could strip custody from parents who do not support their child changing genders.
The bill, HF 146, moved forward with a vote of 68-62, along party lines.

The bill says that the state can claim temporary emergency jurisdiction over a child if they are in the state and “the child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care.” It is meant to prevent law enforcement from removing a child from parental custody based on an order made outside the state.

The legislation was introduced by Rep. Leigh Finke of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, who is transgender.

“Gender-affirming care is lifesaving health care,” Finke told reporters ahead of debate on the bill, according to a report from Fox News. “Withholding or delaying gender-affirming care can have a dramatic impact on the mental health of any individual who needs it. Rates of depression, suicide,

  9. State Sanctioned Kidnapping’ — California Democrat Pushes Bill That Would Allow Therapists to Snatch Children From Parents Without Trial

If one California Democrat has her way, school counselors in California will be able to take residents’ children away from them and help place them in state housing facilities.

This would all be done without parental knowledge, and no trial or evidence would be necessary.

Assemblywoman Wendy Carrillo (D-Los Angeles), the woman behind this sinister bill known as AB 665, deceptively claims her legislation just helps disadvantaged children obtain mental health services, according to the Sierra Sun Times.

“AB 665 is about making sure all young people, regardless if they have private health insurance or are Medi-Cal recipients, have access to mental health resources,” she said.

But that is not the real agenda behind the legislation.

The University of Maryland will offer an “anti-black racism” minor as part of an initiative to build on the state’s “legacy of racial equity and social justice.”
Hilariously, their goal is to”position the University of Maryland as a leading anti-Black racist institution,” which sounds like they are doing the opposite of their stated intention.

“The University of Maryland’s Anti-Black Racism minor is part of the university’s work to address one of society’s grand challenges through research, knowledge sharing and discussion,” the university told Fox News in a statement. “Courses and symposia are still under development.”

The minor is part of the Anti-Black Racism Initiative (ABRI).

Joe Biden and his handlers decided to taunt Americans on Saturday about the open southern border.

During his first two years in the White House over 5 MILLION illegals were apprehended and released into the US interior. Hundreds of thousands of “get-aways”

This was planned by Joe Biden on day one of his administration. Biden shut down construction of the Trump border wall and opened the border to the cartels and millions of illegals who have since entered the country.

On Saturday Joe Biden taunted Americans with this outrageous tweet: “MAGA House Republican proposals would slash funding for border security – a move that could allow nearly 900 pounds of fentanyl into our country. We need more resources to secure the border. Not less.”

Brazilian politics can sometimes be confusing to the outsider – but this story is actually quite simple. It goes like this: the men who tried to kill Lula’s worst enemy are from a criminal faction tied to Lula’s party, had a Lula-related email on their phone, and one of them once even used the same lawyer as one of Lula’s sons.

First-term Senator Sérgio Moro was the Federal Judge that convicted Lula and sent him to prison for corruption charges. 3 years later, Lula was freed by a controversial decision by the Supreme Court, and won another presidential mandate in a highly disputed election.

  17. The Real Question Is How Many’: James O’Keefe Suggests He Has Multiple Insiders In Manhattan DA Case Against Trump
    Tyler Durden’s Photo
    SUNDAY, MAR 26, 2023 – 06:00 PM
James O’Keefe, the founder and former head of undercover reporting and whistleblower organization Project Veritas, has suggested that he has multiple insiders in the Manhattan DA’s case against former President Donald Trump – either on the grand jury, or otherwise familiar with (or involved in) the case.

NY DA Bragg likely hid exculpatory evidence from the Trump Grand Jury as their meetings have been postponed,” said political influencer Ryan Cunningham, adding “The real question is has @JamesOKeefeIII got to someone on the inside?”

To which O’Keefe replied “The real question is how many do we have on the inside? Stay tuned.”

Trump is being investigated by the Manhattan DA over a payment made to former adult film star Stormy Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford).

    More on O’Keefe’s new venture via The Epoch Times;

O’Keefe founded Project Veritas in 2010. He departed the group in February after the board of directors suspended him amid an investigation into alleged financial malfeasance. His new project is called O’Keefe Media Group, or OMG.

O’Keefe said that the new group has been sending cameras out, “which means the OMG army of exposers will soon be holding those in power accountable.”

O’Keefe warned people who are planning wrongdoing, adding: “You’re being watched. We’re coming after you. The next time you try and take advantage of honest Americans, the person sitting next to you might have a microphone or a camera. You see, the world is watching. And if you’re lying, cheating, stealing, or scamming, you might be the next unwilling star of the internet.”
