Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

    • I’ll probably have to do a post on this. I think this is Canadian Government disinformation made to discredit all sites who publish this. It is an old and established disinformation tactic developed by the Soviets.

      I may actually scan the page from the playbook and post it as well.

      Sadly, Keene has published stuff like this before without a proper vetting. Things that look like leaks from on high that make the government look bad, but is a trap of sorts.

      At the start of lockdowns there was a similar leak about building gulags.

        • No need. These techniques have been developed over decades by experts. I have fallen for several disinfo methods in the past. It wasn’t till I started reading an actual book on these methods when I realized how formal they are.

          This really is an info-war. Its just like a war with guns and bombs but harder to understand as it uses rhetorical weapons, but highly sophisticated ones.

          If the purpose of war is to subvert the enemy’s will and make them submit to yours, then the best war is where you don’t fire a shot but lie to the enemy effectively so you get the same effect.

      QAs reported earlier — popular conservative Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene was swatted last night at her home just after 1 AM in the morning.

      “Swatting” is the action or practice of making a prank call to emergency services in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of armed police officers to a particular address.

      This is a dangerous prank used by the American left against their political opponents. It is very dangerous because it could lead to a violent confrontation if the police are not aware of the situation.

    This past weekend, The Gateway Pundit traveled to Missouri for the Moment of Truth Summit hosted by Mike Lindell. The main focus of the event was exposing the election irregularities that occurred throughout the United States during the November 3, 2020 election. But while we were out there, we were approached by a man who told us his story about the differential treatment of two indirectly related individuals on January 6th. It is a story that must be told.

    Yes, there were BLM/ANTIFA activists at the Capitol on January 6th. This has been documented by The Gateway Pundit and Project Veritas, among others. There were also Federal agents and/or confidential informants embedded in the crowd, regardless of what the highly partisan and Establishment-filled January 6th Committee wants you to believe.

    Last month, a Chinese entrepreneur making medical equipment for consumers told me that local officials had demanded he convert his production lines in China so that they could turn out items for the military. Communist Party cadres, he said, were issuing similar orders to other manufacturers.

    Moreover, Chinese academics privately say the ongoing expulsion of foreign colleagues from China’s universities appears to be a preparation for hostilities.

      The Gateway Pundit previously reported that authorities in the Chinese port city of Xiamen were checking every newly captured seafood, from fish and crabs to shrimp to try to stem the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

      The outbreak of COVID at a Hainan Island fish market prompted the order from CCP authorities in Xiamen.

      According to the city’s fishery supervisor, PCR testing must be conducted on all fishermen and their catch upon their return to Xiamen, a popular tourist city in the southeastern Chinese province of Fujian.

    Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans Wednesday afternoon.

    Biden canceled up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.” NBC News reported.

    Biden’s Recession Intensifies
    Despite the best efforts of the complicit corporate media to explain away the last two quarters of downward economic output – the standard and long-established understanding of a recession – citizens know all too well the reality of the present economic crisis afflicting our land. As proof, Consumer Confidence recently declined to the lowest levels ever recorded by the University of Michigan survey of consumer sentiment, an index that goes back to the 1950s.

    Why so much pessimism? What explains the chasm between despondent citizens and a ruling class that seems oblivious to this worsening reality?

    First, regarding the anxiety of Americans, recent economic numbers more than justify that gloom and point toward even worse economic privations ahead. Not only do these indicators validate a recession…some of them point to something even graver, closer to depression-type scenarios.

    The canvass was originally supposed to be part of the now-famous “Arizona Audit” but was chopped last minute from the proposed plan. A legislature-sanctioned audit would have been the proverbial “nail in the coffin” for confirming election fraud.

    It’s even worse than it seems.

    Citing how radical Muslims often quote the Koran to justify their violence, and include images of it in militant contexts (such as the Koran between two rifles), in a bold but much needed move, The Atlantic published an article examining the connection between Islam’s holy book and the rise of Muslim extremism.

    Of course, nothing of the sort happened. Rather, in “How the Rosary Became an Extremist Symbol,” Atlantic contributor Daniel Panneton bemoaned how “radical-traditional Catholics” have turned the rosary into “anything but holy”:

  21. IAF F-35s penetrated Iranian airspace months ago – Saudi report

    Israeli Air Force F-35 advanced fifth-generation fighter jets penetrated Iranian airspace multiple times over the last two months, according to the Saudi media outlet Elaph. Both Iranian and Russian radars failed to locate them, according to the report.

    According to the news site, Israel and the US have conducted large-scale exercises over the Red Sea in order to simulate an aerial and maritime strike on Iran and the seizure of Iranian vessels in the Gulf Sea. The exercises come as part of a series of drills conducted by the two countries both secretly and publicly in order to prepare for strikes on Iranian nuclear sites.

    Israel has been preparing its aerial fleet – chief among them the F-35s – to be prepared in the case of a nuclear Iran, specifically upgrading the jets so that they would not require mid-air refueling.

    The IAF recently integrated a new one-ton bomb into the arsenal of weapons used by the F-35s (known in the IAF as the “Adir”) that can be carried inside the plane’s internal weapons compartment without jeopardizing its stealth radar signature.

  22. Iran Prepares to Take Out Israel – Right after Iran Deal Is Signed

    The mullahs appear convinced that once the Biden administration capitulates completely to their demands for reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, they will be able to step up their already significant efforts to eliminate Israel and export their Islamic Revolution to Arab and Islamic countries. Iran already occupies four Arab countries: Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq.

    Iran’s mullahs appear to be so confident that the Biden administration has turned its back on its Arab allies in the Middle East that they are issuing direct threats not only against Israel, but also against any Arab country that dares to cooperate with the Israelis.

    Meanwhile, the mullahs are busy trying to open a new battlefront against Israel, this time in the West Bank.

    The mullahs appear to be so emboldened by the Biden administration’s weakness that they are now openly talking about using the West Bank as a launching pad to attack Israel and kill Jews.

    Under pressure from the Iranian regime, Hamas and Islamic Jihad representatives held a meeting in the Gaza Strip earlier this week to discuss ways of stepping up the “resistance” against Israel.

    In an attempt to appease their masters in Tehran, Hamas and Islamic Jihad issued a joint statement after the meeting in which they pledged to step up the “armed struggle” against Israel “until the liberation [of all of Palestine],” a euphemism for the destruction of Israel.

    The first President Bush said the New World Order was in tune — and that’s what they were working for. The UN is part of that government. They are working right now very significantly towards a North American Union. That’s why there is a lot of people in Washington right now who don’t care too much about our borders. They have a philosophical belief that national sovereignty is not important. It is also the reason I’ve made the very strong suggestion the US need not be in the UN for national security reasons.

    • Fact, not conspiracy theory: The Ron Paul Institute was wholly owned by the Kremlin at one point. Ron Paul’s got such a hefty file, he’d never get security clearance in a properly functioning government.

      Russians are the world’s finest information warriors. They support left, right, upside-down – anything that divides us. Which doesn’t mean the journalism is inferior. To the contrary, it’s often excellent. It’s just good to know who’s selling what for whom.

    What underpins the danger and drive for an Iran deal?

    In a scene from the first Godfather film, Michael Corleone, the leader of a mafia family, discovers who is backing two of his adversaries. “I didn’t know until this day that it was Barzini all along,” he says, referring to one of the rival mafia dons.

    An Iran deal that may be coming soon appears to have commonalities with that discovery in the film. It could be that Russia is in part behind the push for a new deal in order to alleviate sanctions. If the deal is driven more by economic issues than the nuclear issue, is it as dangerous as it has been in the past.

    Who is behind the Iran deal? Who benefits from it? Why is there a sense that trains in Washington, Tehran and elsewhere have left the station and are on track toward a deal destination?

    When the Biden administration came into office, it was willing to discuss a return to the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). This is part of the phenomenon of US politics, where each administration treats foreign policy like an extension of domestic policy…

    This isn’t a simple story. The Obama administration, guided in part by John Kerry and others, ran toward a deal and was willing to do whatever possible to obtain one…

    Ten key observations

    This leaves us with 10 key observations: First, there isn’t the acrimony today that there was in 2015. The US administration is close to Israel, and the Gulf doesn’t feel betrayed.

    Second, there isn’t a major media campaign for a deal.

    Third, Iran appears to have an economic lifeline via China and doesn’t need the deal as it did in the past.

    Fourth, Iranian nuclear enrichment leaves it with enriched uranium, and a return to the deal likely won’t change that, leaving Iran a nuclear threshold state able to blackmail the region.

    Fifth, the deal emerging doesn’t seem to be a trade-off for the US relaxing its policies on the IRGC, or Iranian affiliates, which means that Hezbollah and others don’t enjoy more impunity, but they can continue to digest Lebanon, Iraq, Syria and Yemen.

    Sixth, the push for a deal is related to timing, being before Israel’s elections and US midterms in November.

    Seventh, Iran’s threats today are increasingly related to the export of armed drones and missiles and support for proxy groups that destabilize the region; it’s not even clear that Iran wants to build a bomb.

    Eighth, Iran’s ties with Russia and China help inform its desire for a deal and lack of urgency.

    Ninth, a deal only postpones the inevitable: If Iran wants to continue to build a bomb, it can and will.

    And 10th, when Iran has a bomb, it will blackmail the West and the region the same way it has blackmailed them into a deal in the past.

    […]U.S. tensions with China and Russia have given Iran an opening whereby those two countries can now use the Islamic Republic as a tool against the US and its partners…. Turkey also plays both sides, happy to use Iran against the US in Syria while wary of its role in Iraq.

    Any return to a deal is a danger to the region and likely rewards Iran. However, it is also likely that Tehran will evade sanctions regardless of a deal and that its friends in Moscow and Beijing will help it as part of their battle against a US-led unipolar world order.

    In addition, Iran will continue to export drone and missile threats regardless of a deal and will continue to work toward a bomb on its own timeline. A deal is merely a piece of paper that Iran can use to get around some sanctions; its behavior will continue, and it is already emboldened with a feeling of impunity in the region.
