North Carolina Supreme Court attacks democracy, in challenge to state constitutional provisions

The North Carolina’s Democrat-controlled Supreme Court just did something radical and unprecedented. Voting along party lines, it usurped the power to overturn provisions of its own state constitution, based on the composition of the state legislature. It ruled that progressive plaintiffs could challenge two constitutional provisions adopted by voters — one limiting income taxes, and the other requiring voter ID — just because the state legislature that allowed them to be put up for a vote was elected in districts some of which were gerrymandered.

Facebook and its parent company Meta packed up their booth at the progressive Netroots Nation political conference after being protested by pro-abortion activists.
Netroots is the largest annual conference for far-left organizers, candidates, and activists in the nation.
Netroots Nation attendees entered the area around the Meta booth to the call and response chant,” Wiz Nation reported, “When abortion rights are under attack, what do we do…stand up, fight back.”

Two months after an officer in Vincent, Alabama sent a coworker a text message containing racially charged language, the city council moved Thursday to disband the three-member police department temporarily.

On Friday, Nicaraguan police raided the Matagalpa diocesan headquarters and residence of Roman Catholic Bishop Rolando Álvarez who has been accused of being ‘critical’ of President Daniel Ortega’s administration.

If you don’t believe me, why not ask the life insurance executives. They’re reporting deaths up anywhere from 20% to 40% since the vaccine. These are non-Covid deaths. This is a number never seen in history. Even during World War II, deaths were not up by 20% to 40% across the USA. Not even close.
Recently, I reported on my personal experience. So many of my friends and even wedding guests (from just this past November) are dead, dying, or very sick. It’s a cluster of cancer, heart attacks, strokes and serious illness- but only among the vaccinated. No one I know who is unvaccinated is sick. Not one.

U.S. District Court Judge Steven Merryday has halted the discharge of hundreds of Marines who were denied religious exemptions from the military’s requirement that they receive the experimental Covid-19 “vaccine” shots, which have not prevented infection and the spread of the virus as the government pledged.
In a lawsuit filed against the Secretary of Defense over the department’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate, the 48-page ruling issued on Thursday grants class action status for all active and reserve U.S. Marine Corps servicemen and women. Merryday, a George. H.W. Bush appointee, ruled Thursday that the Corps has failed to adhere to the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

North Korea reportedly is discussing sending workers and soldiers to Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine in exchange for shipments of industrial equipment and energy supplies.
Any of those actions would violate several U.N. resolutions imposed on North Korea in response to Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile activities.
In July, North Korea supported the Russian invasion of Ukraine by diplomatically recognizing the “independence” of the Russian-backed separatist regions of Donetsk and Luhansk in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine.
