Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  3. There is a furore online about “Russian” soldiers castrating and torturing Ukrainian POWs and a “graphic” video showing it.
    Nowhere was it mentioned that this was almost certainly Chechen muslims in action as per usual doing what muslims always do to prisoners.Do not let his looks fool you.
    It is not only confined to Ukrainians but apparently, they shoot severely wounded Russian soldiers also which again, shows that islam dominates everything.
    The fact that Chechens are also fighting for the Ukraine is aliso typical as they get to kill infidels and who cares on which side they are. Muslims fight only for islam and nothing else.

    This week’s season finale of “The X-Files” is one of the first prime-time TV shows to reference the revolutionary gene-editing technology known as CRISPR-Cas9, but it won’t be the last.

    We won’t delve into the details of how CRISPR figures in the alien conspiracy. Let’s just say that the ability to snip out and insert genetic coding with molecular-scale precision is as good a match for the “X-Files” mythology as Scully is for Mulder.

    The technology takes advantage of a cellular defense system that was first studied in bacteria. Researchers were intrigued to find that the genomes of many types of microbes contained snippets of DNA that matched coding for the viruses that attacked those microbes.

    They eventually learned that those snippets, separated by standard spacers, were used as templates for hunting down the viruses. These “wanted posters” of viral snippets are called clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats, which is where “CRISPR” comes from.

    The other part of the defense system is a set of enzymes called CRISPR-associated proteins, or Cas proteins. One enzyme in particular, Cas9, is great for making a precise cut in a DNA molecule. When a CRISPR-Cas9 complex encounters a virus that matches one of its wanted posters, the bad guy’s DNA is snipped away. …….

    “You can use it to not only delete a gene, you can use it to add a gene,” said Anne Simon, a biologist at the University of Maryland at College Park who serves as a scientific adviser to “X-Files” creator Chris Carter.

    It also sparked the plot for this week’s “X-Files” episode. Simon highlighted one gene in particular as the target for conspiratorial skulduggery: the ADA gene, which plays a key role in producing adenosine deaminase for our immune system. If your ADA gene were to get snipped, that would leave you vulnerable to a host of infectious diseases.

    “Effectively, we’re giving people ‘boy-in-the-bubble’ syndrome,” Simon said.

    • Maybe the rulers put their plans into movies ahead of time so when they do execute their plan and people call it out for what it is, the media can use these old movies or shows to tell the population that these “conspiracy theorists” get their ideas from movies and such. And the media can show clips of said movies. Then the population will not entertain any facts on the said subject cause they relate the idea to movies. I don’t know, just a thought.     During her speech, Logan told the audience the Biden regime is handing out social security numbers to illegal aliens at the southern border.

  15. LEBANON – Part of Beirut silo complex collapses as port blast anniversary nears

    Part of the Beirut port grain silos collapsed on Sunday afternoon, sending a large cloud of dust and smoke into the sky, a Reuters witness said, nearly two years after a massive blast killed more than 215 people and severely damaged the port.

    A fire has burned at the northern part of the silos for about three weeks, giving off an orange glow visible at night from nearby neighbourhoods, and Lebanese officials warned last week that part of the silos could collapse.

    There were no immediate reports of deaths or injuries.

    The collapse comes four days before the two-year anniversary of the explosion on Aug. 4, 2020.

    The blast, fuelled by a large chemical store that had been kept at the port for nearly seven years, wounded thousands and gutted the eastern part of the city, leaving tens of thousands of people in the area homeless.

    Residents have said the weeks-long fire at the port had re-ignited trauma of the explosion, for which no one has yet been held accountable.

    Officials have said the fire burning at the silos was difficult to extinguish and had occurred naturally as a result of left-over wheat fermenting and igniting.

    During a special weekend session Saturday, the Indiana state Senate passed a bill with a near-total ban on abortion.

    The lawmakers voted 26-20 to pass the bill, known as SB-1, with no Democrat voting in favor, according to The Associated Press. With 10 Republicans joining Democrats in voting against, the bill passed the minimum threshold for sending it to the House, the AP reported.

    The vote makes Indiana set to become one of the first states to impose fresh restrictions on abortion after the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade in late June, the AP reported.

    Kosovo plans to attack Serbs in northern country – Vucic

    The army of Kosovo is allegedly going to attack the Serbs in the north of the country at midnight on July 31.

    This was stated by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, writes SD.

    “I think that we have never been in a more difficult and difficult situation than today. Why did I say this? The Pristina regime is trying to use the mood in the world by presenting itself as a victim. They think they can play the card “big Putin ordered little Putin” , he said.

    According to Vucic, Kosovo will at the same time block the entry of citizens with Serbian documents and require the re-registration of the car to Kosovo numbers, according to the decree, which will come into force on August 1.

  32. Police said they arrested a Yonkers man with a loaded AK-47 near the Brooklyn home of outspoken Iranian dissident Masih Alinejad.

    Federal prosecutors and FBI agents said the suspect, Khalid Mehdiyev, also had 66 rounds of ammo in the car when he was arrested Thursday.

    Alinejad is a well-known Iranian writer and dissident who last year was the alleged target of a kidnapping plot by Iranian agents, the FBI said. Iran has denied wrongdoing, calling the past kidnapping allegations “baseless.”

    The FBI and NYPD are now looking into why Mehdiyev, 23, was seen near her home last week over a period of several hours. Investigators said he had been seen walking around Alinejad’s property and looking into her windows. She was not home at the time.

    The US Supreme Court agreed in June to hear the Moore vs. Harper case related to the subject referred to as the independent state legislature theory.
    This case will have huge consequences.

    Breitbart reported:

    U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear a case next term to potentially bolster the elections power of state legislatures.

    The high court announced it would take up the case, known as Moore vs. Harper, brought by North Carolina’s Republican state House speaker who has challenged the state Supreme Court’s decision to dismiss the legislature’s congressional maps that would have given the party an advantage through partisan gerrymandering.

    The North Carolina Supreme Court in February ruled that the legislative maps, which gave Republicans as many as 11 safe districts compared to just three for Democrats, violated the state’s constitution in a 4-3 decision.

    In March, the U.S. high court turned back efforts by Republicans to nullify new congressional maps approved by state court for this year’s midterm elections.

  36. YPolice in Gig Harbor, Washington, are investigating the death of a 36-year-old man who was found dead inside a local home Friday morning.

    Officers discovered the corpse after receiving a phone call at around 7:22 a.m. that day reporting gunfire at a home near 66th Ave. NW and 87th St. NW, according to a news release from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department.

    According to police, the 36-year-old man was killed by the 59-year-old homeowner.

    On April 22, 2022, Kari Lake and Mark Finchem filed a complaint with the US District Court in Arizona. The complaint was a “civil rights action for declaratory and injunctive relief to prohibit the use of electronic voting machines in the State of Arizona in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election.”

    The claim insisted that the machines need to be banned from public use unless the vendors are willing to make their system open to the public.

    Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine used ammunition prohibited by international conventions in Donetsk, as a result of which “Petal” mines were scattered around the city.

    Several streets in Donetsk have been closed off due to the mine danger, mostly in Voroshilovsky district, but also around Donbass Arena in Kievsky district & near the children’s hospital in Kalininsky district.

    This area is reported to be the most affected. Locals are marking the mines with branches or other objects they have on hand to warn other people. Several cars have already been damaged. Emergency services are working on removing the danger

        Petal mines are anti-personel mines that were made by the USSR. Quite possibly they are the product of reverse engineering American mines of similar function. Something for which the Americans are proud of! Although I wouldn’t know why anyone would be proud of such a thing. In turn the Americans probably made their version based on Nazi Germany mines of similar function.

        Most countries have signed a treaty that prohibits all anti-personel mines, Ukraine among them. The US, Israel, Russia, China, Pakistan and India have not, as far as memory serves me well.

        This means that it is not strictly illegal for these six countries to use them. Countries that have signed the said treaty however are violating the treaty which they have signed, with whatever consequences this may entail.

        As a result this is a weapon that Ukraine inherited from the USSR, which Ukraine should have had destroyed upon signing the said treaty. Like Belarus has done.

        All these however are inconsequential, since the Ukrainians aren’t using these mines in the battlefield, they use them in a civilian center, which is a clear violation of international law.

        In other words, it is not that the mines are prohibited, it is the specific use that is prohibited. That’s what is important here.

    President Trump was joined by Marjorie Taylor Greene at his Bedminster golf course in New Jersey on Saturday for the LIV tournament.

    Caitlyn Jenner also was seen with the president. She was playing with golfer Paul Casey in the tournament pro-am part of the tournament.

    When President Trump joined players on the course earlier today the crowd started chanting, “Four more years!”

    Eugene “Gene” Huelsman, 58, was arrested in Los Angeles on an indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Pensacola, Florida.
    Huelsman threatened to “put a bullet in” Gaetz and his future children.
