The rising dollar, and its withdrawl from emerging markets because of U.S. Fed tightening policy, is starving these markets of the liquidity they need to pay for food and fuel. One wonders if this is an intentional weaponization tactic to cauterize the Russian oil market. Dangerous stuff.
