We recently saw Moneco 64 show the exponential rise in the amount of futures contracts required to keep gold down. If Rafi is correct then this mechanism appears to be increasingly untenable. His timeline is weeks to months. This means economic issues can dovetail circa October with other issues.

Some of these machines will be organic shoots derived of chaos, while others will be intentional. Regardless, Davos doesn’t care. No emergency will be wasted. We know they know what anchor they will throw to stabilize this anxiety. Will it be Central Bank Digital Currency to rescue sinking money? Will it be more poisons to inject? He has his facts straight but is wrong about the US splitting into 2 or more nations. He is concentrating on the evils of a civil war and ignoring what will happen if we split apart.

The drug cartels will try and take over areas to establish areas/nations they control to make it easier to move drugs into the areas they don’t control.

Having said the above think about the history of the left. They are unwilling to allow each State to have laws reflecting the desires of their citizens. Given this fact what makes anyone believe that they would let areas of North America have laws and freedoms that the areas they control don’t? The foreign actors would be attacking the new nations and the leftist control areas would be attacking the non leftist controlled areas.

This transports around 55 billion cubic metres of natural gas every year from Russia to Germany, under the Baltic Sea. The maintenance is scheduled to last for ten days. Politicians, investors and speculators see risk that Putin may not turn the taps back on in time or that a reduced supply could come back online as the economic war between Russian and the West and its allies intensifies. If the scheduled maintenance of the pipeline is extended it would undermine the ability of Europe to store gas in preparation for winter. Nobody says he cares more about working people, national security, and the Western alliance than President Joe Biden. Why, then, is he putting them in jeopardy?
Friday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended the Biden Administration’s policy of sending American oil to China and other nations. “When it comes to the oil, it is something that oil companies decide… The Department of Energy can’t dictate what oil companies do with the oil they purchase or where they ship it to sell.”
But the United States Department of Energy (DOE) does decide to whom it will sell oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR). “A total of 16 companies responded to this notice, submitting 126 bids for evaluation,” noted DOE. A dozen won contracts. One was Unipec America, the trading arm of Sinopec, the China Petrochemical Corporation, which is wholly owned by the Chinese government.
There is no evidence that DOE went out of its way to sell American oil to Unipec, and little reason to believe that the U.S. could have refined that oil into gasoline, diesel, and other products had it remained in the U.S. After all, U.S. oil refineries are operating at 94% capacity. The DOE sold the oil to the highest bidders. And it was a coordinated release with international partners, including China, which also released oil from it strategic reserves. Indeed, Bloomberg and others oil market analysts predicted back in November that some U.S. SPR oil would go to China and India.
But the reason our refineries are at maximum capacity is because Biden revoked a permit for a massive refinery expansion in the U.S. Virgin Islands in March and halted its operations entirely in May. And where the U.S. released 50 million barrels of oil in 2021 and 180 million barrels of oil in 2022 so far, China has

Moore proposed his own 28th Amendment to the Constitution. He said the new amendment would repeal and replace the Second Amendment that guarantees Americans the right of gun ownership. He laid out a detailed description of what that new amendment would entail on his website.

The World Health Organization is set to update its guidance on gender to declare that “sex is not limited to male or female.”
Officials at the international health organization said they’re modernizing its “gender mainstreaming manual” originally published in 2011. The guidance used by health professionals worldwide is being updated based on “new scientific evidence and conceptual progress” on gender, health and development.
“The review and update process will build on the extensive work already featured in the manual,” the WHO website reads.
The new guidance will update “key concepts around gender,” as well as expanding on the concept of intersectionality, which examines how “gender power dynamics” interact with other hierarchies of privilege or disadvantage, leading to differing health outcomes among those individuals.
The updated manual will also be “going beyond non-binary approaches” to recognize that gender identity exists on a continuum and that “sex is not limited to male or female,” the WHO says.
The guidance is also expected to introduce “new gender, equity and human rights frameworks” as well as unspecified tools to further support those concepts.
The review and update of the 146-page manual is being done in partnership with the United Nations University International Institute for Global Health.
“During the summer and fall of 2022, people will have the opportunity to provide inputs and feedback from reviews of the updates and participate in a validation workshop and/or the pilots,” the WHO continues.
The current “Gender Mainstreaming for Health Managers: A Practical Approach” manual is billed as a “user-friendly guide” to raise awareness and develop skills on gender analysis and gender responsive planning in health care.
But some experts are slamming the new guidance as problematic, the Daily Mail reported.
“It is a dismissal of basic biology – and [a] mistake,” Jenny Gamble, a professor in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health at Coventry University, told the outlet. “Biology is a key determinant of health and illness.”
The new guidance could lead to unforeseen issues, Gamble insisted.
“Not being clear about basic biology opens the door to a range of problems, including very poor health communication but also distorted data,” Gamble said.
Another expert in nursing and midwifery at Western Sydney University concurred, saying WHO’s new forthcoming guidance is worrisome.
“The wording regarding there being more than male and female sexes is concerning,” Dr. Karleen Gribble told the Daily Mail. “The website says that the handbook is being updated in light of new scientific evidence and conceptual progress on gender, health and development.”
But there’s no “scientific evidence” suggesting more than two sexes, Gribble said.
“Rather, the idea that there are more than two sexes, is a postmodern, unscientific understanding that should not be supported by the WHO,” she told the Daily Mail.
WHO officials may be updating its guidance to be more inclusive of intersex individuals, but Gribble believes the new manual may be “inaccurate and stigmatizing.” She’s also worried that women of all ages will suffer considering the increased focus on gender identity, according to the Daily Mail.
“If this occurs, this will almost certainly dilute focus on the severe health disadvantage that women and girls face in many countries because they are female, which can only be a bad thing,” Gribble said. “’Many of us who work internationally in maternal and child health are very concerned about the push to desex language spilling over into UN organizations like WHO and United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund.”

EU constructing €8m ‘spy-proof’ bunker for secret talks
The EU is building an €8m secure bunker in Brussels so that leaders can discuss secrets without Russian or other eavesdroppers, according to an EU memo describing the project, seen by EUobserver.
The chamber could host around 100 people — up to 34 leaders and their 34 note-takers, as well as protocol, technical, and catering staff.
The EU has 27 members, but could expand in future, and the secure room will also be used for lower-level meetings by ambassadors and senior EU officials.
The room will be offline but equipped with internal big-screen conferencing technology and microphones hardwired to equally secure booths for 30 interpreters.
And both the meeting room and booths will be enclosed in a Nato-certified insulation cage to “mitigate the risk of exploitation of compromising emanations” — electro-magnetic and radio waves generated by IT screens and wires, which can be remotely intercepted.
Anyone who goes in, even if they’re a cleaner, must have “SECRET EU” security clearance and a “need-to-know” reason for being there.
SECRET EU is the bloc’s second-highest level of classification.
It covers information that could “seriously harm” EU interests if it got out. Leaks could “raise international tensions” or “threaten life” or “public order” in Europe, according to EU security guidelines.
And EU leaders and staff will have to leave their phones, laptops, smart watches, electronic key fobs and even hearing aids in soundproof lockers outside the chamber.
The facility is to be built by 2024 in the EU Council complex in Brussels, which already hosts summits. The exact location has not been decided yet, but officials are looking for somewhere near the normal EU summit room so that leaders can go back and forth more easily.
It comes after Russia brought back war to Europe by invading Ukraine and amid EU plans to create a joint armed forces alongside Nato.

The bunker will be swept “before and after the meetings to detect, locate and neutralise any eavesdropping device,” it said.
It will provide a “suitable level of comfort for VIPs (furniture, chairs, etc.) and appropriate fixed decorum (e.g. flags, but no flowers or other frequently replaceable items)”, it added.
“Any new furniture, technical equipment or accessory (flowers, decorations, beverages utilities etc.) shall undergo a TSCM [technical security counter-measures] inspection,” it said.
But for all the EU’s attention to detail, the sophistication of modern spyware makes it all too easy to conceal, according to an anecdote by a Belgian security source, who asked not to be named.
“There are some empty houses beside Shape [a Nato base in Belgium] where member states’ intelligence services hold exercises on listening devices,” he said.
“One team has 24 hours to place as many bugs as it can and the other team has 24 hours to sweep for them. The Estonians are the best [at detection], but no one ever finds all the devices,” he added.
The two Russian signals specialists were expelled in April among 39 other spies posing as diplomats in its Belgian embassy and consulates, giving an idea of the threat-level in the EU capital.
A few years before the war, the Belgian military was put on alert over potential Russian or Chinese listening devices in VIP jets leased to fly EU and Nato leaders.
Belgium also investigated tip-offs some 10 years ago that China had bugged Malta’s EU embassy, situated across the street from the EU Council and European Commission HQ.
And Belgian authorities, back in 2010, indicated Israel might have installed bugs in the EU Council’s Justus Lipsius building, where summits used to be held.

An American military veteran captured by Russian forces in Ukraine is being held in solitary confinement but appears hopeful the U.S. government is pursuing his release, according to a phone call with his mother recorded last week and provided to The Washington Post by his family.
Friday’s call between Alexander Drueke and his mother, Lois Drueke, offers new insight into the Biden administration’s efforts in what’s become a high-stakes showdown with Moscow over U.S. involvement in the war. It was their fifth conversation since Drueke and another U.S. military veteran, Andy Tai Huynh, were taken into custody in June, his family said. Both men are from Alabama and traveled overseas as volunteers, joining the campaign despite public warnings from top U.S. officials that doing so was dangerous and ill-advised.
A third U.S. citizen, Grady Kurpasi, is missing in Ukraine and feared captured or killed, his family has said. At least two Americans are believed to have died in the fighting.
Drueke and Huynh are being held by members of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, a Russia-backed group based in eastern Ukraine. That has complicated negotiations, their families said, because the organization is not recognized by the U.S. government and has no diplomatic presence.
In a statement, the State Department said it is in contact with “Ukrainian and Russian authorities” concerning the captured Americans. “We are seeking to learn as much as we can and are in touch with the families,” it said. “Out of respect for the families’ privacy during this time, we have nothing further to add.”
The Russian Embassy in Washington did not respond to a request for comment. The Kremlin has signaled it would not extend protections typically afforded to prisoners of war for any Americans and international volunteers detained in Ukraine, lending to the sense of urgency surrounding these cases.
Drueke’s aunt, Dianna Shaw, said that, to date, each conversation between mother and son coincides with separate calls involving U.S. government personnel assigned to his case.
“The pattern is always the same,” Shaw said in an email. “First, he calls the State Department and then he calls her. And then she and the State Department immediately talk and compare notes.”
It has been clear to the family that Drueke is closely monitored during the calls, making the conversations feel scripted and tense, Shaw said. Friday’s seemed a little less strained, she noted. “This one was more, ‘Hi, Mom. How are you?’ ” Shaw said.
The call, which the family edited to remove personal details, lasted more than four minutes and highlighted ongoing diplomatic efforts between the United States, Britain and Ukraine. Shaw said officials are working to have Drueke and Huynh included on a list of prisoners for potential action, such as negotiated release.
During their conversation Friday, Lois Drueke made clear to her son, “It just might be awhile.” Their State Department case worker, she said, had noted that “they were meeting with ambassadors and teams from Ukraine and also from the U.K. to discuss the British prisoners and all of y’all, and you and Andy were on the agenda.”
Drueke, 39, and Huynh, 27, were captured by Russian forces outside the city of Kharkiv, near Ukraine’s northeastern border. Drueke’s family maintains that he went overseas to train Ukrainian troops on U.S. weapons, not to engage in combat. Huynh did take up arms, according to his fiancee’s family, in addition to training Ukrainian troops and bringing in medical supplies.
Drueke volunteered little information during Friday’s phone call with his mother. “I’m doing fine. No real danger currently,” he said, before offering that he had seen Huynh the day prior when they spoke with a lawyer.
When Lois Drueke asked her son if he is still being held in solitary confinement, he affirmed, “Yes, ma’am. I’m still in the same location” and acknowledged that the room’s size presents challenges for day-to-day living. It’s big enough for some exercise, he said, but it has been difficult “finding little things to think about, just, you know, [to] fill in the boredom.”
He said the State Department official assigned to his case did not convey “any concrete news” during their most recent conversation, and he asked his mother whether she had been told of “any new steps or progress.” In response, she disclosed the planned meetings between senior officials in the U.S., British and Ukrainian governments.
Drueke expressed gratitude for others’ efforts on his behalf.
Hunyh has still not spoken with any U.S. officials or his family, said his fiancee, Joy Black.
“We don’t know the reason,” said Darla Black, Joy Black’s mother, who described Hunyh as her “bonus son” who has won over the family with his humor and empathy.

But, Africa faces the problem of very high infant and child mortality rates so African couples naturally want to have three to five children so that two or three of them will reach adulthood, Mosher said.

MacGann decided to speak out, he says, because he believes Uber knowingly flouted laws in dozens of countries and misled people about the benefits to drivers of the company’s gig-economy model.

PARIS — French President Emmanuel Macron defended his interactions with Uber during his time as economy minister, seeking to counter mounting criticism that has prompted calls for an inquiry and took a center stage in a parliamentary debate on Tuesday.
“I’m very proud of what I’ve done,” Macron told reporters, speaking during a visit to the southeastern French region of Isère.
Macron, who appeared to be visibly emotional, ignored several attempts from aides to get moving as he defended himself against accusations that he unjustifiably supported the controversial company against the will of the left-leaning government he served at the time.
“I saw foreign business leaders — horror!,” he said sarcastically. “If they created jobs in France, then I’m super proud of it. And you know what? I would do it again tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow.”
Macron’s comments came amid public outrage over a trove of documents detailing close links between him and Uber during his time as economy minister, which some members of the opposition have described as a looming “state scandal” and potential evidence of a “collusion of interests.”
The accusations on Tuesday partly dominated the first parliamentary question session since elections last month. Macron lost his absolute majority, leaving him exposed to substantially more scrutiny than in his first term, and under political pressure from his emboldened far-left and far-right opponents.
“In substance, your project is [to create] Uber’s society of a worker without rights. It is a collective social suicide,” said Danielle Simonnet, a left-wing member of parliament, addressing the government in the National Assembly on Tuesday.
The opposition’s criticism is based on Uber executives’ internal messages from 2013 to 2017, revealed by Le Monde, The Washington Post and other outlets on Sunday, which suggest that Macron’s backing for the company went far beyond what had been known publicly — and on occasion conflicted with the policies of the left-leaning government he served at the time.
The documents are part of the Uber Files, a trove of more than 124,000 internal records obtained by the Guardian and shared with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, a D.C.-based nonprofit newsroom, and dozens of other news organizations worldwide.
On Monday, former Uber lobbyist Mark MacGann publicly identified himself as the source of the files. The Post and other project partners previously had agreed to keep his identity confidential.
According to the files, Uber managers and lobbyists believed that Macron was willing to support them by pushing regulators to be “less conservative” in their interpretation of rules limiting the company’s operations and by attempting to ease rules that hampered the company’s expansion in France. At times, even Uber was surprised by the extent of his backing, internal communications show.
Macron’s allies appeared ready this week to defend his interactions with the company. Budget Minister Gabriel Attal portrayed the outrage as overblown on Tuesday. “As usual, we make a ton of foam with a gram of soap,” he said on BFM TV. “I don’t even see an issue.”
But the files could prompt uncomfortable questions for Macron and his supporters.
Although the documents end in 2017, the year Macron was elected president, they directly relate to how he has tried to implement his agenda since.
Macron, who was reelected in April, has sought to liberalize the French economy — and, according to his critics, that has involved steamrolling anyone who raises concerns over the social impact of his moves.
Far-left leader Jean-Luc Mélenchon has regularly complained of the “uberization” of French society, an umbrella term used to describe ride-hailing and home delivery services, and he lashed out against Macron’s support for a sector that he views as having undermined worker rights. Mélenchon is now the public face of the biggest opposition bloc in the lower house of Parliament, where the possible inquiry would be expected to take place.
Members and allies of Mélenchon’s party, France Unbowed, were among the most vocal critics this week.
Mathilde Panot, the alliance’s leader in Parliament, suggested that Macron had helped Uber in “looting the country” and criticized the president for having acted as a “lobbyist for a U.S. multinational aiming to permanently deregulate labor law.”

PARIS (AP) — President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday dismissed critics who questioned his close dealings with Uber executives and business lobbyists when he was France’s economy minister, saying he was “extremely proud” of his achievements in that role.
Macron’s political opponents on the left and the right lashed out at the president Monday while lawmakers considered a no-confidence motion against his government. They accused him of representing the interests of multinational companies instead of struggling workers in France.
The barrage of criticism came after an international conglomerate of investigative journalists, including France’s Le Monde newspaper, revealed Macron’s meetings and communications with Uber executives and their lobbyists between 2014 and 2016. At the time, Macron was minister of economy and finance.
“I was the minister and I was doing my job,” he told reporters during a Tuesday visit to southeastern France. “I am extremely proud (…) to have fought as economy minister to attract foreign companies.” He added: “We have created thousands of jobs.”
Uber has operated in France since 2011. The appearance of the ride-hailing app caused furious resentment among French taxi drivers and years of legal battles over regulations and protections for Uber drivers.
Far-left lawmakers said Monday that parliament might open an investigation into Macron’s action as a minister. Some members of the French assembly’s most powerful opposition bloc, known as Nupes, accused Macron of wheeling and dealing with Uber executives and lobbyists behind the back of fellow government members.
His allies dismissed allegations of wrong-doing.
Macron acknowledged meeting with Uber executives and many other business leaders when he was economy minister. He said that while in that role, he helped bring foreign companies to the country and to break down administrative barriers faced by French entrepreneurs.
“We empowered young people in (economically) deprived neighborhoods and got them employed for the first time in their lives,” Macron said.
Macron was first elected president in 2017. He won his second five-year term in April.

During a Tuesday Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the recent Supreme Court abortion decision, top Republicans highlighted just how radically far Democratic politicians have gone in their abortion stances.
Republican Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas and Mike Lee of Utah both pointed to a 1989 letter from Democratic Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin in which the then-congressman said: “I believe we should end abortion on demand, and at every opportunity I have translated this belief into votes in the House of Representatives.”
Both Cruz and Lee pointed out that Durbin now apparently supports unfettered and unlimited abortions.

The nation’s second-largest school district has teamed up with a group of activists to provide resources and lesson plans focused on promoting gender transition for children.
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) has partnered with a handful of left-wing organizations to provide teachers with children’s books promoting gender transition and related lesson plans.
Open Books is one of the organizations partnered with LAUSD. The group aims to “validate children with LGBTQ+ storytelling” by furnishing public schools with books that endorse gender transitions for children. The school district’s Human Relations, Diversity, and Equity website explains that the schools received “an enormous donation of LGBTQIA-themed books that are developmentally appropriate for elementary.”
The site says, “We hope that these curricular resources will give educators some entry points into discussions and activities that make your classrooms and the larger school site safer, more inclusive, and more affirming for ALL students

As Americans tackle accelerating inflation, skyrocketing gas prices and food and baby formula shortages following the manufactured COVID pandemic, manufacturing plants are mysteriously being burned down on a regular basis.
In 2021, Resilinc, a leading global supply chain monitoring and risk management firm that has been tracking disruptions at manufacturing plants for over a decade, was prompted to create a WarRoom to track the sudden uptick of supply chain disruptions.
The company issued 11,642 to alerts notifying its, which include today’s largest multinational organizations, about supply chain disruptions; an 88 percent increase in supply chain disruptions in a single year.
North America experienced the 5,417 supply chain disruptions, more than any other developed nation, followed by Europe which saw 2,838 and Asia, 2,128.

Manufacturing plants aren’t accidentally getting destroyed in the United States. Destructive fires like those raging across in food factories across the United States have suspiciously become commonplace around the world.
More factory fires occurred in 2021 than any year in recorded history.
Nearly a quarter of the supply chain disruptions globally were attributed to manufacturing plants being set aflame, according to exclusive data compiled from Resilinc’s EventWatch monitoring database.
“Resilinc issued 1,946 Factory Fire alerts in 2021, an increase of 129 percent year-over year,” Resilinc communications director Melissa Gieringer said in a statement issued to the Gateway Pundit.
“Among the countries that saw the highest number of factory fire alerts [in 2021] were the United States (425), India (159), Germany (122), South Korea (117), Mexico (97), the United Kingdom (78) and Japan (72),” Resilinc reports.
Resilinc has yet to release data showcasing the number of fires at manufacturing plants throughout 2022, but the Gateway Pundit has compiled a list documenting the number of major fires that have erupted at food industry facilities to date in 2022:
