Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

    • This isn’t the first time an administration has ignored a Supreme Court Decision, the last time was Andrew Jackson, I don’t remember what the decision he ignored was but I do remember he said the Court had no way to enforce the order.

    • “Breakthroughs” is a made-up word for Antibody Dependency Enhancement (ADE) according to Roberts.

From The increase in “…non-neutralizing antibodies binding to viral surfaces, trafficking virions directly to macrophages, which then internalize the virions and become productively infected…” is part of the explanation for the mRNA exacerbating enhanced viral replication in the injected.

Roberts posits that ADE is, possibly, not an unexpected possible side-effect of these drugs, but a cognizant goal if dark forces are in play.

I don’t give a rat’s behind about Cuomo’s sex life and all these “charges” are going to dissolve into a “he said – she said” vortex and then absolutely nothing is going to happen because the prosecutors will simply refuse to indict. And we’ll all be so distracted by this shiny object that we’ll forget about the thousands of geriatric COVID-19 sufferers who died in nursing homes because of Andrew Cuomo’s malicious and murderous hatred of Donald Trump. And if by some unlikely chance that real charges are laid, Cuomo will hear about it before it happens and high-tail it to a country with no extradition agreement and have a mai-tai on his lanai while watching the blue ocean from his waterfront villa. And it goes without saying that Andrew Cuomo, like all these evil bastards, is probably worth a hundred and fifty million dollars from all his “wise investments”…

One of the most interesting aspects of the current moment is how clearly we are enabled to see what we’re doing to ourselves – or, in many cases, what’s being done to us, as media coverage parades a surreal, seemingly unstoppable drama of institutional derangement and even open malfeasance in front of us day after day.

One running thread in the drama is the weird meltdown of our military, particularly at the top leadership level. In the last few weeks we’ve been treated to the bizarre spectacle of the nation’s top general officer, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, speaking to Congress with twitchy defensiveness about his urgent professional desire to understand “white rage” – a ridiculously framed, totemic-orthodoxy topic that no one can possibly sound judicious and credible addressing.

The bad guys have actually succeeded in making the USA physically sick, lying in bed with a thermometer sticking out of its mouth and a wastebasket-full of cleanex right there. “Achoo…!”. All those flames and riots and masks and statue-toppling and left-wing hatred and BLM racism have made the entire country unwell and their Olympic athletes just don’t have the edge that they need anymore coming from an under-the-weather nation. Adolf Hitler would have been tickled pink to accomplish such a masterpiece of psychological warfare…

“Taking into account the bureau contracts providing access to driver’s licenses in 21 states, and its use of photos and other databases, the FBI has access to about 640 million photographs, Goodwin told lawmakers at the House oversight committee hearing.”

“Aware, Inc., (NASDAQ: AWRE), a leading global provider of biometrics software products, solutions and services, announces a new partnership with Iris ID Systems Inc., a world leader in iris recognition and identity authentication technology, to empower state and local agencies to take advantage of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Next Generation Identification (NGI) Iris Service.”

    • Next time he should dress up as George Washington Carver and see if that will match their facial recognition records. Also walking around with NOT having your phone (or even having one) in a privacy pouch is extremely stupid at this point.

A former assistant secretary for Homeland Security who served under President Barack Obama is suggesting that unvaccinated people should be placed on a no-fly list by the federal government.

Juliette Kayyem argues in a piece published in The Atlantic that placing the unvaccinated on a no-fly list would serve to curb the spread of the coronavirus and could lead more people to get vaccinated.

  7. paul j watson – UN Special Rapporteur on Torture: “Authorities Are Viewing Their Own People as an Enemy”

UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Nils Melzer responded to police brutality dished out to anti-lockdown protesters in Germany last weekend by warning, “Authorities are increasingly viewing their own people as an enemy.”

As we highlighted earlier in the week, Melzer, a professor of international law, made a request for eyewitnesses after footage emerged of numerous examples of people being manhandled and beaten by police in Berlin merely for expressing their right to assemble.

One clip showed a female anti-lockdown protester in Berlin being grabbed by the throat and brutally thrown to the ground by riot police, while another showed a young boy being struck in the face as he tried to come to the aid of his mother.

The response to Melzer’s request was overwhelming, with over a hundred reports of violence flooding in, leaving him with the task of “calling for clarification as well as punishment and reparation for rule violations,” reports Berliner Zeitung.

The professor says there is clearly enough evidence “for an official intervention on my part with the federal government.”

However, it was Melzer’s comments on the wider perspective of the crackdown that stirred the most interest.

After seeing similar scenes during anti-lockdown protests in European cities across the continent, as well as “police operations in demonstrations worldwide,” Melzer came to a sobering conclusion.

“Something fundamental is going wrong. In all regions of the world, the authorities are apparently increasingly viewing their own people as an enemy,” he stated.

Melzer went on to assert that it is totally unethical for police to engage in violence against the citizenry unless it is in clear self-defense.

“It is absolutely unacceptable when the police take action against defenseless demonstrators because of mere administrative offenses or civil disobedience with sometimes life-threatening violence,” he said.

The professor also noted the utter stupidity of police inflicting violence on demonstrators while claiming to do so in the name of “health protection.”

“If the police do not clearly communicate that they see themselves as friends and helpers, but rather treat their own population as an enemy, then a dangerous spiral has been set in motion: namely that the next thing is that the population will also regard the police as an enemy,” concluded Melzer.

As we previously highlighted, while authorities continue to direct police to meter out violence against protesters, Germany’s top newspaper recently profusely apologized for its fearmongering coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic.

    • He gets it.
Except what he calls “utter stupidity” is – in fact – the perfect expression of the New Normal: …….Viva la Revolution!
      …….Que Viva Fidel, Che Comandante!

      • I used to think aficionados from Bernie Sanders to the jihad squad in Congress, had no idea of how vicious these jefes were. Shocking, they were comprehensively evil sadists.

But I’m not so sure anymore. They stretch to justify unimaginable cruelty – anything goes, if it flies under the banner of Revolución!

They’d be delighted to see PTrump and his family beheaded. They’d approve gulags for counter-revolutionaries, or mass murder of Zionists.
Deeply deformed, these are the rank and file of regimes responsible for crimes against humanity.

Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis slammed Democrat President Joe Biden during a press conference on Wednesday after Biden suggested that DeSantis “get out of the way” earlier in the week — remarks that Biden made in reference to his administration’s struggling efforts to get the pandemic under control.

“So I think the question is, we can either have a free society, or we can have a biomedical security state,” DeSantis said. “And I can tell you, Florida, we’re a free state, people are going to be free to choose, to make their own decisions about themselves, about their families, about their kid’s education, and about putting food on the table.”

“And Joe Biden suggests that if you don’t do lockdown policies, then you should quote, ‘get out of the way,’” DeSantis continued. “But let me tell you this, if you’re coming after the rights of parents in Florida, I’m standing in your way, I’m not going to let you get away with it.”

  10. ctv news – Quebec to implement vaccine passport due to rising COVID-19 cases, premier says

MONTREAL — Quebec plans to adopt a vaccine passport given a recent increase in COVID-19 cases in the province, Premier François Legault announced Thursday.

The premier said Quebecers are on the cusp of a fourth wave of the pandemic and that a vaccine passport will be implemented as a response. On Thursday, the province recorded 305 new coronavirus cases — the highest daily increase since May 30, 2021 — but stated that 72 are “under investigation.”

Legault said “certain privileges” will be extended to people who are adequately vaccinated against the virus, which has killed 11,240 people in Quebec since the start of the pandemic.

“Get your two doses … it’s the only way to end this pandemic,” the premier said.

Health minsiter Christian Dubé is expected to announce more details about how the system will work in the coming days, as well as when it will be implemented. Previously, the government has said it would wait until the beginning of September to launch the vaccine passport, but only if the epidemiological situation deteriorated.

At an announcement about daycare alongside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Legault said since cases are projected to rise in the coming weeks, the vaccine passport will be used “in order [for] people who made the effort to be vaccinated, that they are able to come back to a normal life.”

The provincial government has always mantained that everyone, regardless of their vaccination status, will still have access to essential public services. Access to non-essential services, like gyms and restaurants, will likely be limited to adequately vaccinated people under the new initiative.

Students who attend university, CEGEPs, and schools, however, will return to class in September, but with “conditions,” Legault said.

“We are still in discussion with public health, and we’ll announce those conditions.”

“We are revisiting that right now regarding the masks … for children,” said Legault, when asked whether children under the age of 12, who are not eligible for vaccination, will still be expected to return to class without masks.

On Wednesday, the ministry of health told CTV News that unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Quebecers accounted for 92 per cent of new COVID-19 cases from July 1 to 24.

“The purpose of the vaccine passport is to allow access to non-essential activities for properly vaccinated people,” said Marie-Louise Harvey, a media relations officer for the ministry. “Its specific use will be determined according to the evolution of the epidemiological situation and the vaccination coverage in Quebec.”

As of Thursday, 83 per cent of eligible Quebecers have been vaccinated with one dose, while 67 per cent of the eligible population is fully vaccinated.

Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois, co-spokesperson for Quebec Solidaire, said it is “very disappointing” that the Legault government sidestepped a “real public debate” on the roll-out on the vaccine passport at the National Assembly.

“It is a measure that is not trivial and that should have been discussed in full transparency in Parliament, with experts,” the MNA said in a written statement.

“We are impatiently awaiting the details of this possible vaccine passport,” he said, adding that protecting of personal data is paramount.

“I invite all Quebecers to get vaccinated as soon as possible, it is our best weapon against the virus and our main hope to finally put an end to this pandemic,” he wrote.

The prime minister said he supports Legault’s plans to introduce the vaccine passport in response to the rising cases, telling the media “there are no more excuses” to wait to the get the vaccine since the country now has enough doses for every eligible Canadian.

“We need to get vaccinated to get through this pandemic, particularly with the real concerns around the Delta variant that we are facing, that is striking hardest, obviously, on under-vaccinated and non-vaccinated people,” Trudeau said.

The federal government is also considering mandatory vaccinations for public servants.
CBC – Quebec to implement vaccine passport system as cases rise in province

Legault says 4th wave has begun in Quebec, making passport system necessary

Quebec will implement a vaccine passport system in the coming weeks, Premier François Legault announced today.

Details of the system will be released soon, Legault said. But he said the rising case numbers in Quebec, and the prospect of more hospitalizations and deaths in the coming weeks, has made the vaccine passport system necessary.

The system will allow the province to avoid the widespread closures that have marked its pandemic response to date, he said.

“People who made the effort to get their two doses should be able to live a somewhat normal life,” Legault said.

France, Italy and the City of New York already have vaccine passport systems in place.

Earlier this week, Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé said people in Quebec who are not fully vaccinated may see themselves shut out of places and activities deemed “high” or “moderate” risk — such as gyms, team sports and theatres, for example — as an alternative to a generalized lockdown.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who was at the Montreal news conference with Legault to announce federal funding for Quebec day care services, says he fully supports Quebec’s decision, and is looking to implement vaccine passports in other interested provinces to facilitate international travel.

He says he and the clerk of the privcy council are evaluating how federal government employees and workers in industries regulated by the federal government, such as airlines, may be required to get vaccinated.

“Canadians have understood that you need to get vaccinated to get through the pandemic. It’s not just a question of individual choice, it’s about protecting the community,” Trudeau said.

Legault says although the province is on track to achieving its goal of fully vaccinating 75 per cent of the eligible population by September, the highly contagious delta variant risks spiking hospitalizations.

In a tweet Thursday, Dubé said people who were not vaccinated or who only received their first dose in the past 14 days comprise 62 per cent of new COVID-19 cases.

“The rise in cases is worrisome,” Dubé wrote. “We can speak of the beginning of a fourth wave.”

Six speakers stressed the dangers of CRT and how it has penetrated American society. One speaker compared the similarities of CRT and China’s Cultural Revolution.

He said CRT, an offshoot of Critical Theory from the neo-Marxist Frankfurt School, is built upon Karl Marx’s ideas and has slowly and methodically worked its way into American society, infecting the education system, workplace, military, and everything in between. He added that CRT is destructive and advocates for the exact opposite of what it claims to be—treating individuals differently based on the color of their skin.

BREAKING: Elections Expert Releases FULL Voter Fraud Report for 2020 Election, Suggests 8.1M Excess Votes

Former baseball analyst and Retired Army Intelligence Captain Seth Keshel has announced his 2020 Election audit, the Gateway Pundit reports. The results are staggering.

The well-respected data expert reports that there were 8.1 million excess, invalid votes in the 2020 election. His findings are extracted from a wide array of data, analytics, fraud evidence, and voter behavior. Keshel’s conclusion is that Trump actually won Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, and Minnesota.

  13. reuters – Macron’s COVID-19 health pass rules approved by top court

PARIS, Aug 5 (Reuters) – France’s highest court upheld a new law requiring the public to hold a health pass to access bars and restaurants and health workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by mid-September, saying it complied with the republic’s founding charter.

The legislation, drawn up as France tackles a fourth wave of infections driven by the Delta variant, goes further than most other European nations in conditioning daily-life activities on either a vaccine certificate or recent negative COVID-19 test.

France had already required since July 21 a health pass to access museums, cinemas and swimming pools. From Aug. 9, this will be extended to restaurants, bars, cafes, large shopping malls and long-distance trains.

Meanwhile, healthcare workers must get inoculated by mid-September or face suspension until at least mid-November.

Macron unveiled his plans for the legislation in July with the simple message: get the shot.

The vaccination rate jumped as people faced the prospect of being deprived of everyday pleasures. The majority of French people approve of the health pass requirements, an Elabe survey showed.

But opponents of the law accuse Macron of trampling on freedoms and discriminating against the unvaccinated.

“It’s depressing. I sensed it was coming but it’s still a blow,” hospital administration worker Nathalie Juyot said at a low-key protest on Thursday.

Juyot said she did not want the COVID vaccine but questioned what options she had. “I can’t afford not to have a salary,” she continued.

In its ruling on Thursday, the Constitutional Council did however strike down several clauses in the law. It said a mandatory 10-day quarantine on anyone testing COVID-19 positive impinged on freedoms.

It also ruled that while employers could suspend health and frontline workers who refuse to get a COVID-19 shot or show proof of a negative test, they could not dismiss those on short term contracts.

Macron has spoken of what he says is the irresponsibility and selfishness of those refusing the vaccine and said he would not buckle to the demands of the anti-vaccine, anti-health pass demonstrators who have protested across France the past three weekends.

“A few tens of thousands of people have lost their minds to such an extent that they say we live in a dictatorship,” Macron told Paris Match in an interview published on Wednesday.

Renewed pressure on the healthcare system underlined the need for the health pass, the government said.

Hospitals along the Riviera, in Corsica and the southern Occitanie region have this week again triggered their crisis management plans that include postponing some surgeries to free up beds.

At the La Cabasse restaurant near the Mediterranean port city of Toulon, manager Laurent Bondil said he was certain the health pass would hit his earnings but that he would adhere to the new regulations.

“Every day there’s a new rule. But what counts is that we’re still here.”

Associated Press – Special French court OKs most of new law on health pass

PARIS (AP) — A French constitutional court on Thursday validated most aspects of a new law that, starting next week, requires people to carry a special COVID-19 health pass to access cafes, restaurants, long-distance travel and, in some cases, hospitals. But it struck down several measures for not meeting constitutional muster.

The Constitutional Council ruled that the automatic 10-day isolation of people infected with the virus goes against French freedoms. It was unclear what immediate effect that would have. The court also struck down suspension of short-term contracts for those without a health pass.

The health pass has ardent opponents, with many claiming their freedoms are compromised. It is issued to people either vaccinated against COVID-19, or who have proof of recent recovery from the infection, or a recent negative test.

Starting Monday, it will be required for using long-distance travel by train, plane or bus, entering restaurants, cafes and their terraces and rest homes — among a long list laid out in the law and approved in the ruling.

The Council also approved obliging health care workers to be vaccinated against the virus by Sept. 15. And it ruled that requiring the health pass for hospital visitors and others is justified — if it “doesn’t create an obstacle to accessing health care.”

The legislation was sped urgently through parliament last week as virus infections soared, due to the highly contagious delta variant which now accounts for most cases in France.

Polls show most French support the pass. But vocal critics complain that it limits their movements outside home — and implicitly renders vaccinations obligatory. Opponents have demonstrated around the country for the past three Saturdays, with more protests expected this weekend.

The Constitutional Council which examined the law is a special court which, among other things, reviews the constitutionality of legislation.

Dozens of protesters have been holding sit-ins in front of the Council building in Paris for several days, and on Thursday police chased some out of a nearby square.

The health pass has been in effect since July 21 for cultural and recreational venues, including cinemas, concert halls and theme parks with capacity for more than 50 people. But the new law to go into effect on Monday vastly extended its application.

Many restaurant owners say it is not their job to enforce the law, checking each client for a pass. Some health professionals have voiced fears that patients in need of non-urgent treatment could suffer.

“Quite a few people have told us they wouldn’t be coming back once the health pass is implemented,” said Vanessa Shi, co-owner of a noodle restaurant near the Champs-Elysees Avenue.

“We’ve been insulted on several occasions, with people calling us sell-outs and worse for saying we would implement the measure,” she said. “But with the bills we’ve racked up during the pandemic … it’s a matter of survival for us.“

More than 28,700 new infections were reported as of Wednesday evening, a steep climb from one month ago. The pandemic has claimed more than 112,000 lives in France.

An Arizona judge ordered the state’s Republican-led Senate to produce records related to its audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, delivering a big win for critics of the controversial review.

The Kurdish Peshmerga envision a new Afghanistan for America.

At a White House meeting last Monday (July 26, 2021) with Iraq’s Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, US President Joe Biden declared that the US mission in Iraq would conclude by the end of 2021. Biden stated, “We are not going to be, by the end of the year, in combat mission.” He added, “US military forces would be available to continue to train, to assist, to help and to deal with ISIS.”

Biden’s announcement is thrilling for the Iranian mullahs, and the pro-Iranian, and anti-American Shiite factions in Iraq. Iran’s strategy has been focused on nullifying US combat presence in the region, and in particular, in neighboring Iraq. The Pro-Iranian factions, and militias who have attacked US forces with rockets, have demanded the US departure from Iraq following the drone attack that killed the Iranian commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force, Maj. General Qassim Suleimani, in January, 2020. The Iraqi Parliament, dominated by radical pro-Iranian Shiites, has called upon the Iraqi government to expel the US forces from Iraq.

Alex Berenson – Quick update on the Israeli vaccine data

It is bad and getting worse.

[…]A reminder – Israel and the United Kingdom were the two major countries that vaccinated earliest and most aggressively. And they are much better at providing data than the United States – they provide updates every day, which limits their opportunities to manipulate it.

Israel is now segmenting the number of serious cases by vaccinated and unvaccinated and by age on its primary data dashboard, available here:

You can use Google translate and check it for yourself. It’s actually pretty straightforward.

So here’s the chart of new serious cases each day:,c_limit,f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep/

As you can see, new serious cases have risen 10-fold since the beginning of July – from roughly five a day to about 40 over the last week. The overall number of patients has soared too – from 30 to more than 200.

But how many of those people are vaccinated?

The vast majority. Israel has broken out the data in various ways at various times, but throughout July most new patients were vaccinated.

In an effort to play down that reality, Israel has begun to provide data comparing RATES of serious illness in older people who were not vaccinated and those who were. And those show that as of now, unvaccinated people are still becoming seriously ill significantly more frequently than those who aren’t.

But that comparison hides a very big problem.

Israel did an excellent job convincing people over 60 to be vaccinated. Only about 1 person in 15 in that age range didn’t receive at least one dose. Fewer than 1 in 10 is not fully vaccinated.

Why should you care? Because the tiny fraction of older people who are unvaccinated in Israel at this point are almost certainly materially different than the vast majority who are. As far as I know, the Israel government hasn’t broken out the differences. But given the pressure to vaccinate, a significant number of those older unvaccinated people are likely simply too sick to tolerate the vaccine – especially those over 80, where overall vaccination rates are even higher.

But if they are too sick to tolerate the vaccine, they are obviously at much higher risk from Covid than the vaccinate. In other words, ability (and propensity) to be vaccinated is likely a marker for overall health. Researchers know this is true of the influenza vaccine – once they adjust for the fact that older people who get the vaccine are healthier to start than than those who don’t, the advantage the vaccine seems to offer mostly disappears.

So the comparison between vaccinated and unvaccinated isn’t useful.

What is useful is examining the trend among serious illness in older vaccinated people.

And it is terrible. The rate of cases has risen 12-fold IN A MONTH. On July 4th, fewer than 1 older vaccinated person in 100,000 became seriously ill. Today the rate is 10 in 100,000.

Remember – comparing unvaccinated and vaccinated at this point hardly matters. THE DARK GREEN LINE IS THE ONE THAT COUNTS:

Its Messages app will use on-device machine learning with a tool known as ‘neuralHash’ to look for sensitive content

Siri and Search will also be expanded with information on what to do if parents and children ‘encounter unsafe situations’
Siri and Search will intervene if someone tries to search for CSAM related topics”

“If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear,” they said to the Iranan who had ordered kosher food through a phone app.

I am ignorant of the sexual desires that adults place on children (that they cannot reproduce with – like Muhammad, and LGBTQ), but I imagine an affectioness or sexually abusive childhood lurks in their recesses, having disrupted their normal sexual development, into having shame, pride and pain comforting these fantasy-masturbators that turn into predators and submissives. The Kinsey Scale from pederasts to pedophiles with bi in the middle. islam to Communism. The Sex of Slaves.

In adolescence, the disturbed use chem-sex and pornography as accelerants; to willlingly engage as uncles and aunts.

But instead of the therapy they need, these ‘superior lifestyles’ get positively promoted. With only the very few taboos left, like adult-child relationships and beastiality.

Evey phone scanner, can easily be flipped into a phone promoter, a sorter, with ‘Muhammad Child Brides’ for islamic countries.

But obviously, this must have grown to such a point amongst Apple Customers, that they need child monitoring. The desire for image and status in phones – also draws the attention of those attached to the identity of sex.

However, now we get to privacy. Is monitoring acceptable? Will the technology capture everything about perversions, of a youthful imperitive to reproduce that got warped and fetishized? A lifestyle that may hormonally wain. Will adverts promote, or counsellors exploit, gender augmentism for the disturbed and vulnerable as they share photos of each other?

And if customers are not into any of this, can this interference be stopped to prevent false-positives and a 4am raid at their homes?

Should a phone, like a gun, to be licensed to the psychologically sane, with the freedom to carry and use without interference? And the retarded left to Apple and Google?

    by Jordan Williams – July 28, 2021

The head of the AFL-CIO said on Tuesday that the labor organization supports vaccine mandates for workers.

AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka outlined the group’s position during an interview on C-SPAN’s “The Washington Journal,” explaining why such mandates are important.

“Yes we do,” Trumka said, when asked if the AFL-CIO supports vaccine mandates. “If you are coming back into the workplace, you have to know what’s around you.”
