“In April 2019, Chander Kant Sharma, a leading member of India’s Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, a nationalist organisation, was shot dead along with his personal security officer in Jammu and Kashmir. The incident triggered protests across the country.
India’s anti-terror organisation the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested one of the most wanted militants of Kashmir-based terrorist group Hizbul Mujahideen on Tuesday night, officials revealed on Wednesday.
According to NIA, the militant has been identified as Rustam Ali and was wanted in connection with the killing of RSS activist Chander Kant Sharma and his Personal Security Officer in April last year. RSS is the parent organisation of India’s ruling party the BJP.
“Ali had been allegedly recruiting youths into the militant ranks in Kushtwar district,” a senior NIA official said.
Sources in the agency revealed that Ali was closely connected to Hizbul Mujahideen commander Riyaz Naikoo, who was shot dead during a shootout with security forces earlier this month.

“Brexit leader Nigel Farage has called on the government to act after he filmed what appeared to be the French Navy escorting an “absolutely packed” rubber dinghy of illegal migrants into British waters.
Mr Farage said that he sailed right to “the edge of British and French territorial waters” in order to document the growing scandal of illegal migrants sailing across the English Channel from France.
The veteran Brexiteer reported that he and his crew had already spotted “three migrant boats”, saying that: “What we know is that a French naval vessel has been seen escorting boats out of French waters to get them into British waters… then they are off their hands.”
Showing footage of a small vessel with approximately 20 migrants on their way to Britain, Mr Farage described the vessel as “absolutely packed” and “massively overcrowded”, noting “how close the water” was to the edge of the boat due to the weight of the migrants.
In perhaps the most remarkable accusations of the to-camera piece, Mr Farage accused the French navy of escorting migrants to British waters where they could be safely handed over to UK authorities, and that the captain of his own vessel had been threatened with having his ship impounded by the British if they persisted with filming the operation.
Mr Farage said UK coast guard threatened to “commandeer” the boat if they refused to stop.
“So it’s not just the French threatening us, it’s, you know, someone I’m out here with (the boat captain), they’re threatening him with his living, if we tell the truth about this story,” Farage said.
“This has got to be out there. Home Secretary, you’ve got to act!” Farage proclaimed.
Long-time Brexit leader Nigel Farage has been actively covering the growing migrant scandal, filming exposés at Pett Level and at Dover, two of many destinations for illegal boat landings.
His film at Dover resulted in the police making a late-night visit to the politician at home, to give him a warning for supposedly breaking the national lockdown. However, journalists are considered to have ‘key worker’ status in order to report on stories of national interest, according to government documents. Besides being a political figure, Mr Farage hosts a weekly radio show and is a frequent newspaper columnist.
Mr Farage said that the warnings from the police would not stop him from reporting on the issue, saying: “I don’t know if I will be stopped and fined if I attempt to do my job again. However, I will look at the shipping forecast. Without question, on the next calm day, they will come again, and I will be there to cover this scandal.”
Since the United Kingdom introduced the coronavirus national lockdown in March, over 1,000 migrants have successfully reached British shores. Reports have suggested that people smugglers are taking advantage of the recent warm weather and decreased numbers of shipping vessels in the Channel to send increased waves of migrants from France.
Although there has been a spike in the numbers of migrants attempting the perilous journey to reach the UK, the phenomenon is nothing new. As Breitbart London reported in 2016, migrants have been trying to take advantage of the country’s lax asylum laws for years.
Since the start of 2018, over 3,200 illegal boat migrants are known to have reached the UK. In that same time period, the British government has only deported 155 people, despite promises from Prime Minister Boris Johnson that illegal migrants would be sent back to France.
Home Secretary Priti Patel reportedly reached a deal with her counterpart in France that would allow British ships to patrol French waters for the purpose of deterring boat crossings, yet this was apparently not the case for the boats that Mr Farage witnessed on Wednesday.
A leading London-based pressure group, Migration Watch UK, said that the biggest driver of boat crossings is the knowledge that they will be ferried ashore rather than being deported.
“One way to neutralise this would be UK and French government agreement that anyone intercepted, whether in the Channel or on reaching UK shores, will be returned immediately to France where any application for asylum could be made. Ultimately, it would be in French interests to prevent such departures,” the mass migration sceptic group suggested.”

“Employees of the Dutch Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) have claimed they work in fear of “underage” migrants they say use refugee reception homes as a base while they commit crimes.
The unnamed employees claim that many migrant homes across the Netherlands are filled with goods that have been stolen by allegedly underage migrants, primarily from North African countries such as Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia.
“Everyone is done with them, including the employees, themselves. They destroy things, they fight over and over, and they steal anything they can,” one of the employees told Dutch newspaper Dagblad van het Noorden.
Many of the migrants show up and simply say they are underage, while the employees say in reality, many are not and carry false identity documents. One employee stated some do not have any documents at all, saying: “They are then assured that they will have shelter until they are 18. They just try it and often it works.”
While the concern among the employees over the migrants is widespread, few report their activities with one of the sources claiming that they are shouted at and labelled racists if they express concern. “That hurts because we are trying to do our best for refugees,” they said.
Migrants claiming to be underage while actually being adults has been a significant problem in several European countries since the height of the migrant crisis in 2015.
A report released in January in the French department of Côte-d’Or revealed that only 20 per cent of those migrants claiming to be underage were actually under the age of 18. Sweden in 2017 saw similar reports as well after testing knee joints and wisdom teeth of migrants claiming to be children.
French authorities have also taken down criminal networks linked to the forging of documents migrants use to claim they are underage.”

“The British government is to unveil legislation Wednesday that could potentially see indefinite curbs on the movements of suspected terrorists, a move that’s prompted concerns over civil liberties.
The Counter-Terrorism and Sentencing Bill, which is being labelled as the largest overhaul of terrorist sentencing and monitoring in decades, follows a series of attacks that the government said necessitated changes to terror legislation.
“We promised to act and today we are delivering on that promise,” Home Secretary Priti Patel said.
Under the proposed changes to the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures, courts will be able to limit the movement of individuals, including via enforced curfews and tagging, for an indefinite period, subject to review, rather than for a maximum of two years. The bill also seeks to lower the evidence threshold for imposing curbs.
The government says the changes are necessary after 28-year-old Usman Khan stabbed several people, two fatally, near London Bridge last November, before he was tackled by members of the public and shot dead by police officers. He had previously served six years in prison for terror crimes.
Rosalind Comyn, policy and campaigns officer for human rights group Liberty, said the government’s counter-terror strategy is “failing” and that the new bill “threatens” civil liberties.
“By reintroducing, in all but name, the widely condemned control orders, a fundamental principle of justice — the presumption of innocence — hangs in the balance,” she said.”

Afghan officials: Attacks kill 14 civilians, 9 militiamen (abcnews, May 20, 2020)

“Gunmen killed 14 people in two separate attacks in Afghanistan while the Taliban targeted pro-government checkpoints in the northeast, killing nine militiamen, officials said Wednesday, the latest in relentless violence that continues to plague the war-torn nation.
The attacks came against the backdrop of renewed U.N. calls for an end to violence and as Washington’s special peace envoy, Zalmay Khalilzad, embarked on another round of talks with the Taliban to press them to start negotiating with the newly reconciled Afghan political leadership in Kabul.
In Parwan province, north of the capital, Kabul, an unknown number of gunmen stormed a mosque late on Tuesday, killing 11 worshipers and wounding several others, said Wahida Shahkar, spokeswoman for the provincial governor. Reports earlier in the day had eight killed.
Also late on Tuesday, gunmen in eastern Khost province attacked a family returning home from a nearby mosque, killing three brothers, according to Adil Haidari, spokesman for the provincial police chief. In both attacks, the gunmen fled the scene.
No one claimed responsibility for either attack but the Taliban promptly denied involvement. The Islamic State group, which has been increasingly active in Afghanistan after suffering battlefield losses to government and U.S. forces, as well as its Taliban rivals, has carried out similar attacks in the past.
Washington blamed the IS for last week’s horrific attack on a maternity hospital in Kabul that killed 24 people, including two infants.
In a third attack, the Taliban targeted checkpoints belonging to a local pro-government militia in northeastern Takhar province, killing nine militiamen, said Khalil Aser, spokesman for the provincial police chief.
Aser said that attack took place in the Khwaja Bahuddin district, also late on Tuesday, and in addition to the nine killed, left six militiamen wounded. When reinforcement arrived at the scene, the insurgents fled the area, he said. There was no immediate statement from the Taliban.
On Wednesday morning, relatives of those killed in the Parwan attack carried their bodies into Charakar, the provincial capital, to protest outside the governor’s office, demanding justice and punishment for the perpetrators of the attack, she added.
Shahkar, the spokeswoman in Parwan, said the police were investigating the assault, which she called “a crime against humanity.”
Mosques have also been a frequent scene of attacks. Earlier this month, a gunman opened fire on civilians in eastern Paktia province, killing three worshipers returning home after evening prayers. Last October, IS claimed responsibility for a bomb explosion in a mosque in eastern Nangarhar province, which caused the roof to collapse, killing 62 people and wounding 36 others.
Khalilzad, the architect of a U.S.-Taliban deal signed in February, has been trying to salvage the agreement and jump-start intra-Afghan negotiations between the Taliban and Kabul. A power-sharing agreement on Sunday between President Ashraf Ghani and his rival, Abdullah Abdullah, ended months of wrangling and raised expectations that talks between the Taliban and Afghan leaders could start soon.”
UN official warns of escalating Libyan war citing foreigners (abcnews, May 20, 2020)

“The top U.N. official in Libya warned Tuesday that the war in the North African country will “intensify, broaden and deepen” because of increasing foreign intervention and the influx of weapons, military equipment and mercenaries to both sides.
Acting U.N. special envoy Stephanie Williams said the escalation will have “devastating consequences for the Libyan people” who are “getting lost in the mix, their voices crowded out.”
She urged the U.N. Security Council to apply “consistent and credible pressure on those regional and international actors that are fueling the conflict.”
Williams’ video briefing to the council came a day after forces allied with Libya’s U.N.-supported government wrested control of a key military base on the outskirts of the capital, Tripoli. from eastern-based forces under commander Khalifa Hifter that have been trying to capture the city of 2 million people since April 2019. Loss of the al-Waitya airbase in Tripoli’s southwestern desert reaches was a heavy setback for Hifter’s forces.
In a statement late Tuesday, Hifter’s military command announced that its fighters would retreat 2 to 3 kilometers from Tripoli’s southern reaches over the last days of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
The withdrawal, it said, would expand the buffer zone around the besieged capital to allow families to visit each other safely in celebration of the Eid al-Fitr festival May 23. Hifter’s forces urged Tripoli militias that support the government to do the same “to avoid bloodshed” during the holiday.
There was no immediate response from the Government of National Accord based in the capital. But Col. Mohamed Gnounou, a spokesman for the Tripoli-allied forces, appeared to dismiss the cease-fire proposal, tweeting that “there is no red line” and “any target that poses a threat … will be bombed without exception.”
Hifter’s push on Tripoli has led mainly to a stalemate but the loss of the al-Waitya airbase in Tripoli’s southwestern desert was a heavy setback.
Libya has been in turmoil since 2011, when a civil war toppled long-time dictator Moammar Gadhafi, who was later killed. The country has since split between rival administrations in the east and the west, each backed by armed groups. The turmoil in the oil-rich country has steadily worsened as foreign backers increasingly intervene — despite pledges to the contrary at a high-profile peace summit in Berlin earlier this year.
Williams called on Berlin participants to urgently back a halt to the inflow of military support from abroad, which violates a U.N. arms embargo.
Turkey has sent armored drones, air defenses to prop up the embattled Tripoli government while Hifter’s forces are backed by the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Russian mercenaries. Syrian militants with links to extremist groups, meanwhile, are fighting on both sides.
Libya’s U.N. Ambassador Taher Al-Sunni told the council that government forces captured a number of Russian-made air defense systems at the al-Waitya airbase on Monday, destroyed UAE armored vehicles, and found tons of high-tech weapons. “And before that, we shot down several long-range drones made in China,” he said.
Al-Sunni said government forces and their allies have also killed and captured UAE-recruited mercenaries from Chad, Sudan and Syria and those sent by Russia’s Wagner Group.
The escalation in fighting comes despite increased international pressure on both sides to return to negotiating a political settlement and to halt the violence over concerns about the spread of the coronavirus. Libya has reported at least 65 cases of COVID-19, including three deaths.
But Tripoli-based Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord Fayez Sarraj vowed after Hifter’s forces were routed from the airbase on Monday to “liberate all cities and regions” in Libya.

The Libyan envoy accused Hifter of rejecting every peaceful solution and delegating himself “as the ultimate rule and tyrant of the country,” stressing said his “hands are stained with the blood of the innocent.”
“Those who have been betting on him have lost their bet,” Al-Sunni said. “He has taken himself out of any dialogue for peaceful solution.”
Al-Sunni said that’s why the government is now calling on Hifter’s supporters to put down their weapons and surrender, “and side by our nation so we can end this cycle of conflict and sit for dialogue and reconciliation.”
During the council meeting, Acting British Ambassador Jonathan Allen and U.S. Ambassador Kelly Craft called for a halt to the transfer of military equipment and personnel to Libya, singling out Wagner Group mercenaries.
U.N. experts monitoring sanctions against Libya said in a report obtained by AP earlier this month that between 800 and 1,200 mercenaries provided by the private Russian security company to support Hifter have acted “as an effective force multiplier.”
“Wagner Group activities continue to exacerbate the conflict,” the UK’s Allen said.
Alluding to Russia and the U.N. arms embargo resolution against Libya, he added: “I want to urge all Security Council members to abide by the resolutions of this council, which they themselves have voted for.”
Russia’s U.N. Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia told the council Moscow is concerned about reports of growing violations of the arms embargo and said: “We believe the supply of arms and mercenaries should be stopped.”
Nebenzia said the Russian government has no legislation controlling private military companies and accused the U.N. experts of basing their findings on “sources of dubious quality,” and of “deliberate falsifications” about weapons, with the aim of “discrediting Russia’s policy in Libya.””

Ukrainian lawmakers released the recording of a 2016 phone call between Joe Biden and then-President Petro Poroshenko. In the recording, Poroshenko told Biden he asked prosecutor general Viktor Shokin to resign.

The Netherlands: Mosque says “get used to it” to citizens who complain about prayer calls
The administrative board of a mosque in Amsterdam has a simple answer to those of their neighbors who are complaining about their calls to prayer being too loud: get used to it.
Residents of the area surrounding the Taibah mosque, which is in Amsterdam’s Zuidoost district near the Kraaiennest metro station, have been complaining that its daily calls to prayer are excessively loud. Islamic law requires that Muslims pray five times per day, and the Taibah mosque has been broadcasting all five daily on its exterior loudspeakers to mark the holy month of Ramadan, which began on April 23.
The mosque’s administrative board confirm that they had installed a new speaker system to broadcast the calls prior to Ramadan. They say that the calls are being sounded five times a day during Ramadan as a result of the ongoing Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown, which makes it impossible for worshippers to come to the mosque for prayers.
“The volume with which this happens is so loud that it can be heard throughout the neighborhood and even in the surrounding areas,” complained one local resident, according to a report by the Amsterdam television station AT5.
While local police confirm that they have received many complaints about the loudness of its calls, the mosque’s administrative board has rejected the accusation that they are excessively loud. They claim that the calls’ volume has already been reduced in response to the complaints, but they are refusing to lower it any further. The board also stressed that the prayer calls are permitted under Dutch law and that their neighbors have no legal basis for their objections.
“The neighborhood has to get used to the sound,” the mosque’s board said in a statement.
The Zuidoost police say they will have talks with the mosque’s administration about the issue.
Islamic calls to prayer are regarded as a nuisance in many western European states that have large Muslim populations. Earlier this month, the local chapter of the pan-European anti-immigration identitarian group Generation Identity held a protest against a mosque in Aarhus, Denmark due to its excessively loud prayer calls, as previously reported by Voice of Europe.

We knew this, of course. But the unredacted version of Susan Rice’s Inauguration Day memo from January of 2017 seems just a bit hapless (or perhaps finger-pointy) as a “CYA” memo. Unredacting the memo has clarified in black and white what we have heretofore concluded through deduction: that members of the Obama administration discussed in one week the same highly classified information that was leaked to the media the next week, and were fully cognizant of doing so throughout the whole period. Rice helpfully wrote it down for us.

UK: Britain First leader Golding arrives at London court for terror offence trial
Britain First leader Paul Golding arrived at London’s Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday to face trial after being charged with a terror offence.
Golding was charged under the Terrorism Act in February after refusing to give police officers the PIN codes to his electronic devices after returning from Moscow.
English Defence League founder Tommy Robinson accompanied Golding into court.
The far-right activist said that he had to refuse the police request as his hard drive contains “membership lists, email lists” that he has to “keep safe from everyone” due to the Data Protection Act, although the act contains national security and law enforcement exemptions.
“I am the first non-criminal, non-terrorist to be prosecuted under terrorism laws,” stated Golding.

Khamenei’s comments follow an announcement by the Palestinian Authority on Tuesday that it would cease to abide by any of its agreements with either Israel or the United States – a move itself in response to an announcement by the newly formed Israeli government to begin annexing one-third of the West Bank as soon as July.
?However, Tehran is far from the only government to come out against the move. In an interview with German newspaper Der Spiegel on May 15, King Abdullah II of Jordan, a country that borders the territory Israel seeks to annex, promised “massive conflict” if Israel seized the territory.
“Leaders who advocate a one-state solution do not understand what that would mean. What would happen if the Palestinian National Authority collapsed? There would be more chaos and extremism in the region. If Israel really annexes the West Bank in July, it would lead to a massive conflict with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan,” the monarch told Der Spiegel.
“I don’t want to make threats and create a loggerheads atmosphere, but we are considering all options,” Abdullah said. “We agree with many countries in Europe and the international community that the law of the strongest should not apply in the Middle East.”
The area Tel Aviv seeks to annex is part of what is known as “Zone C” under the Second Oslo Accords in 1995, a part of the West Bank subjected to Israel military control.
However, the area Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has proposed annexing is roughly 30% of the West Bank and not all of Area C, but mostly the Jordan River valley. As Sputnik has reported, the Israel Defense Forces have used this control to systematically evict Palestinian villages from the fertile land along the River Jordan for decades, later turning the land over to Israeli settlers who now number close to 400,000 in the zone.”

According to the INA news agency, Iraqi intelligence detained Abdullah Quardash, a possible successor to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

No official confirmation from Baghdad has followed the reports.
According to earlier media reports, ‘Abdullah Qardash’ is an alias for one of the group’s founding members, Amir Mohammed Abdul Rahman al-Mawli al-Salbi, who was appointed as al-Baghdadi’s successor hours after the latter’s death.
Before al-Baghdadi’s killing, there were allegations that the US State Department considered al-Salbi to be his potential successor, and quickly offered a $5 million reward for his capture.
The death of al-Baghdadi was announced by Trump in October 2019, who stated that US forces had hunted the terrorist down in Syria’s Idlib province and assassinated him.

“But Donald, you’re a sick person,” said Brzezinski, continuing her rant. “You’re really a cruel, sick, disgusting person. And you can keep tweeting about Joe, but you’re just hurting other people. And of course, you’re hurting yourself.”
Brzezinski continued her pressure campaign on Twitter, calling on the CEO, Jack Dorsey, to take down President Trump’s tweets, saying it would make the world “safer.”
In a follow-up tweet, the MSNBC host said that a call was being “set up” with Dorsey.
Brzezinski is one of the most stridently anti-Trump voices in the mainstream media. Among her many outbursts, she has previously accused the President of “wanting” white nationalist terror attacks to occur, and has also accused Trump supporters of considering the President to be “more important than the lives of American people.”

“Police in the French commune of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges arrested 28 people believed to be smugglers of contraband cigarettes and who were also involved in a local gang war.
Violence between the gangs, identified as Algerians and Tunisians by a source close to the investigation, has gone on for weeks in the area with many of the so-called “settling of accounts” involving knives.
The trafficking was mostly centred around the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges RER station, Le Parisien reports and involves far more suspects than the 28 people that police arrested on Monday.
“Not everyone was taken into custody otherwise it would be unmanageable,” a source close to the investigation told the newspaper and added: “But we wanted to mark the occasion.”
Eight of the 28 arrested remained in custody as of Tuesday and seven migrants arrested were issued deportation orders.
The violence between the gangs is said to have spilt over and affected local businesses in the area with one police officer stating: “The guys weren’t just selling cigarettes. We have had an upsurge in purse snatching and pickpocketing.”
Migrant street gangs have also been a major issue in nearby Paris, where residents of the heavily migrant-populated 18th arrondissement have expressed despair over the levels of street crime in the area.
Last June, several locals spoke out about the situation with one man, a 42 year resident of the area, saying “for six months, we find under our [doormats] drug pills. Young people come to pick them up. I’m getting scared.”
A local restaurant owner also stated he shut down his business due to the presence of the criminals on the street and the violence that came with them.

“Iran’s ambassador to Venezuela said Wednesday that the two nations, both under increasing U.S. pressure, are exercising their right to trade freely in a deal that includes shipping the South American nation five tankers of gasoline to relieve deep shortages.
Ambassador Hojjatollah Soltani said international conventions protect the expanding relationship between the two U.S.-sanctioned nations.
“This relationship between Iran and Venezuela doesn’t threaten anybody. It’s not a danger to anyone,” Soltani said in a meeting with reporters at the Iranian embassy in Caracas.
The five Iranian tankers now on the high seas are expected to start arriving to Venezuela in the coming days. They’re carrying gasoline to help alleviate days-long lines at service stations even in Caracas, which had normally been immune to shortages as the capital and seat of political power.
While Venezuela sits atop the world’s largest oil reserves, its oil production has plummeted in the last two decades, which critics blame on corruption and mismanagement under socialist rule. Recent U.S. sanctions designed to force socialist-President Nicolás Maduro from power have also impacted Venezuela’s production.
Trump’s National Security Council tweeted Monday that few financial lifelines remain for Maduro. The U.S. is among nearly 60 nations that recognize opposition leader Juan Guaidó as Venezuela’s legitimate leader.
“Our maximum pressure campaign, which includes financial & economic sanctions, will continue until Maduro’s tyrannical hold ends,” the National Security Council said. “The humanitarian & economic crisis endured by Venezuelans is the fault of 1 person – Maduro.”
In addition to sending the fuel-laden tankers, Iran has flown in shipments of a chemical needed to restart an aging gasoline refinery. For Iran, the business ties represent a way to bring money into its cash-starved nation and apply its own pressure on Washington.
Ambassador Soltani denied claims that Iranian planes returned from Venezuela loaded with gold to pay for Iran’s support. He accused Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo of spreading “fake news” to undermine the deal, which the ambassador called a “win-win” for both Venezuela and Iran.
“They can sanction whoever they want,” Soltani said. “Iran will always advance.””

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) is pressing a resolution “condemning all forms of anti-Asian sentiment as related to COVID–19,” including the phrase “Wuhan Virus.”
The former presidential candidate recently introduced S.Res. 580, a resolution calling on public officials to “condemn and denounce anti-Asian sentiment, racism, discrimination, and religious intolerance related to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), and to call on federal law enforcement officials, working with state and local officials, to take specified steps.”
According to the resolution’s summary, federal officials should “expeditiously investigate and document all credible reports of hate crimes and incidents and threats against the Asian-American and Pacific Islander community, and investigate and prosecute perpetrators.” The measure also “recommits” the U.S. to its role in building inclusive, tolerant societies by “prioritizing language access and inclusivity in communication practices.”
The resolution particularly takes aim at the descriptors like the “Chinese Virus,” “Wuhan Virus,” and “Kung-flu,” contending that they constitute “anti-Asian terminology.”[…]

The CNBC anchor desperately tried to guilt him into the official narrative of clinging to any hope as long as it lifts stocks – no matter its utter bullshittiness – but Haseltine destroyed her naive party line:
“we all know its an emergency, and in an emergency it’s even more important to be clear on what you know and what you do not know.”
Moderna did not follow the process:
“you don’t know what happened, we don’t know what happened, there is no data.”
But, but, but… the CNBC anchorette blubbered, “are you questioning Dr. Fauci who also said that this was encouraging news?”
“Whether [Fauci] shaded what should should have been done, I think is an important question. He’s obviously under enormous pressure for positive results but it was not the right thing to do if you can’t see the data.”
