Miliband earns nearly a million-dollar salary and by one estimate, IRC has raked in nearly $900 million in refugee resettlement profits over the last decade. When you cut through the Statue of Liberty smokescreen of the open borders “charities,” the math is clear:
Reduced refugees means reduced cash flow.
Zero refugees means zero cash flow.

More than half of these foreign menaces came from Somalia. The 60 refujihadis include a Muslim translator for the U.S. Army, cab drivers, gangsters, money transfer agents, janitors, and college students. They include convicted weapons felons, confessed aiders and abettors of terrorism, stabbing spree vigilantes, and bombers all sworn to wage war against infidels in the name of Allah – and fraudulently posing undercover as victims of political and religious persecution. Abdul Razak Ali Artan was a Somali refugee who left his homeland with his family in 2007 for Pakistan and landed in Dallas before resettling in Ohio. In 2014, he became a legal permanent resident. At Ohio State University, where he was a student, Artan raged against America and invoked radical Muslim cleric and spiritual adviser to jihadists Anwar al-Awlaki. In 2016, he plowed his car into a group of students and then broke out a knife and stabbed innocent bystanders. Eleven were injured before police shot Artan dead.
Somali refugee Dahir Ahmed Adan went on a stabbing spree at a St. Cloud, Minnesota, mall in 2016, injuring ten people before an off-duty police officer shot him dead. Police told local media Adan quizzed at least one person on whether the individual was Muslim and made references to Allah while carrying out the stabbings. A local chapter leader of the unindicted terror co-conspirators of CAIR-Hamas disseminated an obligatory condemnation of Adan’s jihad before wailing about “the potential backlash to this community.”
Mahad Abdiaziz Adbiraham pleaded guilty to stabbing two people at the Mall of America in Minnesota in January 2018. Initially, the crime was reported as an “interrupted theft” in which two men had spotted Adbiraham attempting to steal merchandise at a Macy’s. But Adbiraham made his intent clear in the courtroom when he entered his plea. His attack was a “call for jihad by the Chief of Believer, Abu-bakr Al-baghdadi, may Allah protect him, and by the Mujahiden of the Islamic State,” he wrote in a statement. “I understand that the two men I stabbed know and have explained the reason for my attack, and I am here reaffirming that it was indeed an act of Jihad in the way of Allah.” Motive: known. Adbiraham entered the U.S. with “derivative status,” meaning he came here with a relative legally (most likely a refugee or green card recipient).
Mohanad Shareef Hammadi was an Iraqi refugee who landed in Las Vegas before resettling in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in 2009. He was not being hunted or oppressed by anyone. He was, in fact, a bomb-maker insurgent for Al Qaeda in Iraq who had targeted American soldiers on the battlefield and sought to amass high-powered weapons and ship them from his adopted home back to the front lines to assist his terrorist brethren. In 2013, he was sentenced to life in prison for providing material support to terrorists and “conspiring to transfer, possess, and export Stinger missiles,” not to mention making a false statement in an immigration application.
In 2015, a ring of Bosnian Muslim refugees and naturalized Bosnian-American citizens were indicted on criminal charges for sending money and supplies to terrorists in Syria and Iraq. Ramiz and Sedina Hodzic, refugees who had resettled in St. Louis, were charged in a criminal conspiracy involving fellow Bosnian immigrants Mediha Medy Salkicevic, Armin Harcevic, Jasminka Ramic, and Nihad Rosic. They raised money and purchased U.S. military uniforms, combat boots, tactical gear, and rifle scopes, which they sent to Abdullah Ramo Pazara–a Bosnian Muslim refugee who had lived in St. Louis and became a U.S. citizen just days before traveling to Syria in 2013 to fight for Al Qaeda and the Islamic State. Pazara rose up the ranks of ISIS; he was reportedly killed on the Turkey-Syria border. Ramiz Hodzic, Harcevic, Salkicevic, and Ramic pleaded guilty to their charges in 2019. In May 2019, Sedina Hodzic pleaded guilty to providing material support to terrorism and is awaiting sentencing.
Open Borders Inc. propagandists and profiteers will do what they always do when confronted with criminal nightmares that don’t fit the Emma Lazarus fantasy narrative: Whitewash them. The vast majority of refugees are law-abiding, they’ll sputter. Only xenophobes dwell on the negative impacts, they’ll seethe. Never forget: Ramzi Yousef faked an asylum claim to plot the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Never forget: Gazi Ibrahim Abu Mezer, a Palestinian bomb-builder who entered the U.S. illegally through Canada, claimed political asylum based on phony persecution by Israelis. Never forget: Palestinian jihadist Mir Aimal Kansi, convicted in 1997 of capital murder for the January 1993 shooting spree outside CIA headquarters in McLean, Va., claimed bogus political asylum based on his ethnic minority status in Pakistan. “Two people have been killed in Johannesburg, police confirmed Monday, bringing to 12 the number of deaths since violence against foreign-owned shops erupted last month.
Bands of South Africans launched violent attacks against foreign-owned shops and stalls, looting and burning the small businesses and attacking some of the shopkeepers.
Police spokesman Kay Makhubela confirmed that two people suspected to be foreigners were killed in the violence Sunday night and said that at least 640 people have been arrested since the violence erupted last week.
The nationalities of those killed have not been announced but Nigerians, Ethiopians, Congolese and Zimbabweans have been attacked, according to local media.
The attacks appear to be spreading throughout Gauteng, the country’s most populous province encompassing the cities of Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Police minister Bheki Cele on Monday met with executives of major South African businesses, including the retailer Shoprite and MTN, a mobile phone and internet provider, whose operations were targeted in retaliatory attacks in Lagos, Nigeria, last week. The executives expressed concern that the violence in South Africa is hurting their operations in other parts of the continent.
“The implications of the situation in South Africa are really profound. They have affected us in other countries in which we operate,” said MTN group CEO Rob Shuter. The MTN group is owned almost 50% by international investors, some living in London, Boston and New York, he said.
The Nigerian demonstrations forced South Africa’s consular offices in Lagos to close. South Africa’s foreign affairs minister Naledi Pandor is scheduled to meet with African ambassadors in Pretoria Monday as the government attempts to put out the diplomatic fallout from the attacks.
Nigerian president Mahummadu Buhari is scheduled to visit South Africa on a state visit in October, and the attacks against Nigerian nationals and businesses in South Africa are expected to be on the agenda.”

We’re all accustomed to seeing Hollywood’s big names espousing the liberal-progressive line, whatever the topic may be. From abortion to border security, from “racism” to the general subject of “Trump,” actors, directors, and producers like to position themselves at the tip of the spear.
The stories Hollywood tells don’t always take fictional license in order to serve the progressive-left line. In stories that aren’t focused on abortion as the issue, for example, producers actually do know that abortion is a not casual, easy decision, and that audiences have a majority preference: they root for choosing life. We simply don’t live in a world in which audiences will stick around for fake social conditions like “mainstreamed,” routine, morally neutral abortion.
Where reality runs too counter to the leftist line, Hollywood tends to simply not show reality. TV dramas, especially cop shows, give us a lot of stories about illegal migrants encountering law enforcement in America’s big cities. Those dramas never show what it looks like for small border towns when America’s southern border goes unpoliced, or how it affects mostly poor communities, in cities small and big, when hundreds or thousands of people in the country illegally concentrate among them trying to evade law enforcement.
Then there are guns. Hollywood shows guns in use all the time. The industry’s most marketable genres can’t function without guns. Producers, screenwriters, actors: all of them know that guns and the use of force are essential to public order. That’s just reality.

Salvini blasts new govt says ‘real Italy’ is protesting outside
(ANSA) – Rome, September 9 – League leader Matteo Salvini, the former interior minister and deputy premier, on Monday blasted the new government as Premier Giuseppe Conte addressed the Lower House ahead of two confidence votes in parliament. Salvini pulled the plug on Conte’s first government last month, prompting his former partners in the 5-Star Movement (M5S) to agree a pact with the Democratic Party (PD) to form a new executive.
The League chief wants early elections.
Salvini told a demonstration in front of the Lower House that the “piece of Italy” protesting against the new government represented the “majority in the country asking for a vote”.
“Today the division between the closed palace and the Italy in the street” is “evident”, added Salvini.

Italian PM promises a ‘more respectful’ government after Matteo Salvini pushed out
iuseppe Conte, the Italian prime minister, asked lawmakers to support his new coalition in a confidence vote on Monday as he unveiled a government agenda focused on a less confrontational approach towards Brussels and more flexibility in the European Union’s budget rules.
It came as the head of Italy’s far-Right League party Matteo Salvini told protesters against the new government that he will provide serious opposition in and out of parliament.
Mr Salvini, who gained a reputation as a controversial interior minister in the previous administration but was excluded from the new coalition, said: “We will be a serious opposition, in parliament but also among the people, from north to south, one town after another.”
Supporters of the anti-migrant League as well as of the extreme-right Brothers of Italy protested close to parliament, with some performing the fascist salute.
“Today, a part of Italy, I think they’re the majority in the country, took to the streets to demand an election,” Mr Salvini said after taking selfies with supporters.
Mr Conte addressed the Lower House of parliament on his new coalition, which is made up of the anti-establishment Five Star Movement and the centre-Left Democratic Party, who last month clinched an uneasy tie-up in a last-ditch attempt to avoid snap polls.
Politicians the first of two key confidence votes needed by Mr Conte’s new cabinet to be installed. The vote in the lower house is expected to pass easily, as the ruling coalition enjoys a comfortable majority, while in the Senate – which votes on Tuesday – it relies on a few votes.
Mr Conte used his speech, which was interrupted by both applause and booing, to outline the central role Italy wants to regain in Europe and a new conciliatory relationship with Brussels, which may lead to a new approach to key economic and migration policies.
Faced with the daunting task of finding massive financial resources for Italy’s 2020 budget, to avert a painful VAT hike, Mr Conte appealed to his European Union partners to obtain more wiggle room on Rome’s spending rules.
The PD and the Five Stars, have been bitterly fighting over the past year and will have to work together if they want Mr Conte’s second mandate to last. The premier asked the two rival partners to work together on a common reform programme, aimed at bringing Italy back to “sustainable growth.”
Mr Conte also insisted that EU partners will have to share responsibility for the migrants who reach Europe hoping for a better life, after fleeing poverty and conflicts.
Mr Salvini’s hardline stance, which banned migrants rescued by charity ships from Italian ports, has been one of the main reasons behind his electoral success.
Mr Conte indicated in his speech that those policies will change, but didn’t provide details on how.

Billionaire financier wants to make gun companies liable for criminal acts by third parties
Liberal billionaire George Soros’s advocacy organizations are lobbying lawmakers on Capitol Hill to repeal an act protecting firearms manufacturers from liability for gun crimes including murder, disclosure forms show.
The Open Society Policy Center is Soros’s D.C.-based 501(c)4 nonprofit that works on domestic and international advocacy and is affiliated with the much larger Open Society Foundations. The center has poured nearly $9 million into lobbying a range of issues so far this year.
Soros’s group reported spending $2.6 million on lobbying throughout the first quarter, covering international, military, and appropriations issues. In addition, the center moved into gun control advocacy and reported lobbying on “issues related to a bill to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.”
The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) was passed as a bulwark against frivolous lawsuits attempting to hold gun companies responsible for criminal acts committed by third parties—sometimes decades after the first legal sale of the firearm.
The National Shooting Sports Foundation, the gun industry’s trade group, pushed to pass the bill in 2005. The group said the legal protections are necessary to keep gun control activists from bankrupting the industry through suits they believe have no legal standing.

Iranian Oil Tanker Adrian Darya 1 Reaches Syria’s Port Tartus
The Iranian oil tanker Adrian Darya 1 has arrived at Syria’s Port Tartus, US National Security Adviser John Bolton told reporters, after it was seen just off the port Saturday in satellite images provided by Maxar Technologies Inc.
The vessel, formerly known as Grace 1, was released August 15 by Gibraltar authorities after promising authorities in writing that it would not transport its cargo to Syria — a commitment broken as soon as the vessel left port.

The tanker was detained by the UK on July 4 on suspicion of heading to Syria with oil, in violation of European Union sanctions.
