Mohammed Fethaullah, 58, of no fixed address, is believed to have spiked the girl’s drink in a Brixton grocery that he managed.
When she collapsed, he then took her to a secluded area in his car before raping her.
The victim came forward to the police 18 years later in January 2017 after the child took a DNA test.
Fethaullah allegedly spiked the girl’s drink in the grocery store in 1999.
She collapsed and drifted in and out of consciousness. She recalled Fethaullah putting her in his car.
He drove to a secluded location and she woke up to find Fethaullah having sex with her on the back seat. He believed she was not aware of what had happened in her state and afterwards drove her home.
The victim found out she was pregnant a short time later. She had a boyfriend at the time and the couple decided to raise the child despite knowing there was a chance the boy could be the product of rape.
The pair split and in November 2016, she went to the police after her boy took a DNA test.
Fethaullah was jailed for 16 years after sentencing. Fethaullah was jailed for life in 2003 for the murder of his own stepmother…”

A community in East Chicago was left divided earlier this month after children at a block party took turns smashing a piñata made to resemble an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer.

According to a Tuesday report, the “East Side Community Day in Chicago” on July 13 was organized by a Chamber of Commerce comprising 25 businesses.
Pictures on social media showed children waiting in line to smash the piñata, while some parents held their sons and daughters to hit it, as CBS 2 reported.
Anthony Martinez, who leads the Chicago chapter of Los Brown Berets, the group that brought out the piñata, told CBS 2 the activity was meant as a nuanced statement.

Who really wrote the Mueller Report?

Anyone who watched more than a few minutes of Wednesday’s painful hearings with former Special Counsel Robert Mueller discovered a sad truth the Democrats and many in the media continue to hide: Mueller neither wrote his report nor did he master the content of it.
Repeatedly during the day, the former FBI director stumbled over what we had been told were his findings. He slowly leafed through a binder, searching for passages that lawmakers were quoting to him, only to say “okay” or “true” when he finally found them.
In the morning’s hearing at the House Judiciary committee, Rep. Doug Collins asked Mueller if “conspiracy” – the criminal law term used in the first part of his report about Russia – and the vernacular term, “collusion” were the same thing. Mueller replied, “No.”
Taken aback, Collins asked if he was changing his earlier testimony – ie, the report – which stated on page 180 that collusion and conspiracy were the same. When Mueller finally found the passage, he withdrew his earlier testimony and stood by the report.

It won’t come as a surprise to most people. But it’s important that this is being documented.
It’s not an accident that Bill Clinton, an accused rapist, was hanging out with Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey and Jeffrey Epstein. Clintonworld has tried dismissing it as a handful of plane rides. But nope. The connections go all the way back to Bill’s time in the White House.
Epstein had everything he needed to get access to Clintonworld. Namely money. Everything else was just a bonus.
And the down payment wasn’t much. $10K. And an alleged serial rapist was in the White House. And, for once, I’m not talking about Bill.
Epstein was of course just one of the many unsavory figures connected with the Clinton White House and the Clinton Foundation. When a political couple is this obviously for sale, it attracts some very down market buyers.
Jeffrey Epstein seemed to have built multiple access points into Clintonworld, beginning with fundraisers, and then to Doug Band, Bill’s body man, and then finally he hooked Clinton himself.

The war of letters began when 22 countries penned a letter to the United Nations Human Rights Council condemning China’s treatment of Uighurs and “other Muslim and minorities communities.”
The letter in defense of Muslim Uighurs in Xinjiang was signed by France, Germany, Canada, Sweden and 18 other, mostly Western and European, countries. The case of the missing Muslim signatories was solved when the People’s Republic of China fired back with its own letter signed by 37 countries.
This letter in defense of China’s crackdown on Islam was signed by 16 Muslim countries.
While some of the Muslim signatories were drawn from African countries, the letter was also signed by ambassadors for the leading Arab governments including Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Syria, and Kuwait. Pakistan, the world’s second largest Muslim country, also signed on.
While Western governments wailed about Muslim human rights in China, the leading Sunni nations of the world signed off on a letter praising “China’s remarkable achievements in the field of human rights.” Mandatory abortions, organ harvesting and the mass murder of millions are remarkable achievements.
No doubt about it.
The world’s top Muslim governments didn’t just settle for abstract praise of China’s human rights. Instead they explicitly defended China’s crackdown on Muslims in Xinjiang.

Jessica (Jonathan) Yaniv is a biological male who identifies as a female and is best known for his harassment campaign against female estheticians dubbed “wax my balls.”
The trans activist is highly litigious and is suing several business owners in a British Columbia after the salons refused to give him a Brazilian wax.
Because of Yaniv’s lawsuit spree demanding females touch his genitals, many critics called him a sexual predator — and the critics may be right.
Yaniv this week applied for a permit to hold “topless” pool parties for children aged 12+ and he wants to bar parents and guardians from attending so they can be in a “safe and inclusive” environment.
“Registration is open to youth ages 12-24” the flyer said. “For participant privacy and safety, parents and/or caregivers are not permitted in the event.”
Yaniv previously complained when his “youth all-bodies” swim event was shut down by brave people who protested his event.

“New Delhi (Sputnik): Claiming that he was facing threats for preventing political interference in Bangladesh’s judicial system, the country’s former Supreme Court Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha has sought asylum in Canada, a media report said.
Justice Sinha, who has been in the US since November 2017, crossed over to Canada through Fort Erie on 4 July to seek asylum, The Daily Star newspaper of Bangladesh reported on Friday.
The daily quoted Justice Sinha as telling the Canadian online news portal The Star that because he was an “activist judge”, the establishment in Bangladesh was targeting him before he left for the US.
He said he had sought asylum in another country because he was now a “persona-non-grata” in his own country of Bangladesh.
Bangladesh’s High Commissioner to Canada Mizanur Rahman told the Canadian portal that Justice Sinha’s public statements about Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government were inaccurate and that he was only attempting to strengthen his claim for asylum.
In Bangladesh, Sinha and 10 other persons are facing charges of corruption, money laundering, and abuse of power.
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) in Bangladesh filed a case against them on 10 July. Justice Sinha has rejected the charges, The Daily Star reports.”

“A massive manhunt has been launched for two men thought to be from North Africa after an on-duty Carabiniere police was stabbed to death in the Italian capital in the night between Thursday and Friday. The 35-year-old Carabiniere Deputy Brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega is believed to have been with other colleagues in the process of arresting two men believed to be behind a case of theft and extortion when one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed him several times.
Both men were able to escape.
Cerciello Rega was taken to the hospital but died of the injuries sustained in the attack.
He was stabbed eight times, with one of the blows hitting the heart.
He leaves behind a widow, whom he married just 43 days ago.
“They killed him,” the woman said in tears at the mortuary of the Santo Spirito hospital.
Cerciello Rega was a popular figure who did volunteer work in addition to his regular job.
Around 100 friends and relatives from his region of origin, Campania, came up to Rome to pay their respects.
“Mario was a lovely lad,” said Sandro Ottaviani, the commander of Rome’s Piazza Farnese Carabinieri station.
“He never held back at work and he was figurehead for the whole district.
“He always helped everyone. He did voluntary work, accompanying sick people to Lourdes and Loreto.
“Every Tuesday he went to Termini train station to feed the needy”. The attack took place in via Pietro Cossa, in the affluent and central Prati district of Rome.
He was in the process of detaining two men who were trying to extort 100 euros from a person in exchange for the return of a stolen bag. At least four people are being questioned at a Carabinieri barracks in relation to the case. Premier Giuseppe Conte said the officer’s murder was a “deep wound for the State”.
President Sergio Mattarella sent a message to the Carabinieri expressing his “profound sadness” at Cerciello Rega’s death and reiterating his esteem for the force.
Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini vowed that the culprits will be brought to justice.
“My first thought goes to that 35-year-old lad, who has been married for a month and had just celebrated his birthday, and those two bastards,” League leader Salvini told Radio Rai.
“We are working to catch them as soon as possible”.”

VICE News – Italy Is Trying to Criminalize Migrant-Rescue Boats
In 2016, there were 10 NGOs operating rescue vessels in the Mediterranean Sea, the deadliest route for migrants trying to cross from Africa to Europe. Today, there are just three. That’s mostly thanks to Italy’s populist Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, an immigration hard-liner who’s imposed harsh obstacles and penalties on humanitarian rescue boats.
But some of the rescuers won’t be deterred from what they see as their moral duty.
“I don’t have any doubt that this is a thing that should be done. I will not sleep if I leave people at sea because someone is telling me that you should not do it,” said Anabel Montes Mier, who leads the Spanish rescue boat Open Arms.
Mier is under investigation in Italy for a March 2018 rescue she carried out, and facing up to 12 years in prison if she’s convicted. She’s among at least 38 people who have been investigated or charged with aiding illegal migration, an accusation that activists who rescue migrants are colluding with smugglers.
Still, the Open Arms is continuing its rescue missions, even despite a new security decree from Salvini that gives him the power to ban migrant rescue ships from entering Italian territorial water unless they have his permission. Since the decree went into effect, two boats have defied it and entered the port of Lampedusa to disembark migrants. Both boats have been impounded, and their operators face fines of up to 50,000 euros.
Mier and other activists say they’re protected under the International Law of the Sea and that taking migrants back to war-torn Libya would be a crime.
