Even as pure fiction it frames the very darkest, seediest machinations of governments, diplomatic corps, intelligence agencies, blackmail and the game of gaining leverage. It leaves me thinking much of it is absolutely plausible: Jeff Epstein made his money by extorting from the rich, famous and powerful (no one seems to know how he made his millions). It seems he also enabled industrial and scientific espionage.
His game was to compromise people, then make them pay in the currency of their vocation. If this currency wasn’t money he simply traded it to someone who had money.

I spoke with a Christian yesterday and he told me of his Conversion. He had attended a church because his girl friend (to stay in her pants) had told him he must go. “A Royal Navy warship raced to help a British oil tanker that was captured by Iran last night but arrived ten minutes too late, a defence source revealed today.
HMS Montrose, which was patrolling the Persian Gulf, was forced to do a U-turn when it received orders to assist the UK-flagged Stena Impero, which had been seized by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in the Strait of Hormuz.
The Stena Impero was still in Omani waters when the orders were sent, but by the time HMS Montrose arrived the vessel had been taken and redirected into Iranian territorial waters. It’s claimed the Iranians were ready to ‘engage’ the Type 23 frigate.
It was a deliberate act of provocation because the ships were in international waters. Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt promised a ‘robust response’ and said there would be ‘serious consequences’ if the issue was not resolved quickly.

Iran claims it seized Stena Impero because was involved an accident with an Iranian fishing boat and ignored its distress call.
The vessel had ‘collided with a fishing boat on its route and, according to law, after an accident it is necessary that the cause of the accident are investigated,’ said Allah-Morad Afifipoor, a director-general of the Hormozgan province port and maritime authority.
In the early hours, the acting US Secretary of Defense Richard Spencer announced he is sending several hundred troops, as well as a glut of aircraft and air defense missiles, to Saudi Arabia in order to counter Iran’s threat. The Royal Navy has sent destroyer HMS Duncan to join HMS Montrose in the Gulf.
Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt, who attended the emergency meeting held in the Cabinet Office Briefing Room, branded the seizing of two British oil tankers by Iran as ‘completely unacceptable’.

He died in 2017 during fighting in Mayadin, in northern Syria, as the so-called IS ‘caliphate’ crumbled.
However this created a new problem – Western jihadists or their spouses and children wanting to come home.
Joya realized that she had something to offer. ‘It’s really important to de-radicalise them, rehabilitate’ these people, she said.
‘It’s reprogramming them and giving them a sense of hope in the political process.’
It’s also important to ‘get them to understand the psychology and the patterns… what led them to extremism,’ understanding ‘the rejection many in the US and Europe faced growing up there, the cultural conflict, the crisis they went through,’ she said.

“An Eritrean migrant claiming to be 16 has been sentenced to seven years in prison followed by deportation for the murder of a 15-year-old Swedish schoolmate.
The murder took place in February and saw the “underage” migrant get into a fight with the victim who had previously been his friend, and during the altercation he strangled the 15-year-old and killed him — although the migrant claims he did not kill the teen on purpose, Nyheter Idag reports.
Following the death of the teen, the migrant emptied the victim’s pockets and took photographs of the body on his mobile phone that he deleted the next day, but they were recovered by forensic experts.
The family of the teen reported him missing two days after the murder but the body was not found until February 13th after the Eritrean had admitted the incident to a friend. The friend relayed the information to his parents who called the police. The migrant was arrested that day.
During the trial of the Eritrean, the court found that despite the migrant’s claims, the murder was likely intentional due to the taking of photographs and the looting of the body. Witnesses had also testified that the migrant had threatened to kill the 15-year-old in the past as well.
While the Eritrean maintained he was 16, medical tests revealed him to be at least 18 years old and a witness stated that he was as old as 21.
Whether or not the expulsion sentence can be carried out is also in question, as Sweden often refuses to deport migrants to Eritrea if they apply for asylum status.
The case comes only months after an underage Afghan migrant was found guilty of attempted murder, with the teen requesting that he be allowed to return to Afghanistan because he felt guilty about stabbing his victim.
Sweden has also seen a number of cases in which supposed underage migrants have turned out to be adults. Last month, a report claimed that up to 90 per cent of Moroccan underage migrants in Sweden seeking asylum were over the age of 18.”

In France, riots broke out again after a won football game from Algeria. The Algerian national team won the Africa Cup on Friday-evening by beating Senegal 0-1. The problems seem less serious than last Sunday, when cars were set on fire in the country and nearly three hundred people were arrested.
In the French capital Paris, the police had to use tear gas when it came to a confrontation with a rioting crowd. According to the local police spokesperson, at least 49 people have been arrested and the number is expected to rise.
Celebrating supporters were arrested in the southern city of Lyon after setting fire to a tree on a roundabout. Fireworks were also thrown. As far as is known, five people were arrested.
In addition, certain parts of the city, just like areas of the Paris city center, are unreachable by car because Algerians have taken to the streets en masse.

Dangerous Islamists employed as security personnel in German Premier League soccer stadiums+++
Two security forces who worked for the national league soccer clubs SC Paderborn and Werder Bremen are said to have had contacts with violent Islamists. According to radio station WDR, they were working for a Paderborn security company in soccer stadiums. The two Chechen brothers had posted photos of themselves in the soccer stadiums of the national league on an Instagram account. The men apparently already had contact with Islamist circles when they were young. According to the Herford Watch Dog with the name ” extrem dagegen “,which observes these groups, the security guards were already years ago involved together with their father in Koran distribution campaigns. Photos show the family with potential attackers, who later went into hiding and left the country. Islam M., one of today’s security guards, was sentenced to arrest in 2015 for showing sympathy for the attack on the Paris satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, which killed 13 people. His brother Shamil M. was also conspicuous at the time. In an Internet chat he was asked: “What is a beautiful day for you? He answered: “Allahu akbar” and placed three bomb symbols behind it. How do men from such circles get into a stadium as security forces? This enquiry by broadcaster WDR has prompted the SC Paderborn to “…investigate the facts in detail”. The newcomer to the national league also informed the police immediately. The same goes for Werder Bremen. USA -Cow slaughtered in Home Depot parking lot after escaping halal meat market
A young cow escaped slaughter at a Connecticut meat market — only to have its throat slit in public in Home Depot parking lot, according to a new report.
The gory scene prompted the closure of the Saba meat store in Bloomfield, which kept livestock on its premises to be prepared in accordance with Islamic law, NBC Connecticut reported.
The cow dashed out of Saba on Saturday and ran across the street to the hardware store — with employee Badr Musaed and a contractor Andy Morrison hot on its trail.
Morrison, who was doing renovation work at the meat store and was armed with a bow and arrow, tried to help Musaed corral the cow while the local police also responded.
Dash camera footage obtained by NBC shows the officer trying to box the bovine in with his cruiser — and Morrison attempting to shoot it with his weapon.
“As the cow ran towards the employees, Morrison shot at the cow, however he missed and the arrow struck the wall of the Home Depot,” the police report said.
Suddenly, Musaed whipped out a foot-long knife and slit the cow’s throat as other Saba employees wrangled the animal.
The officer was stunned over the disturbing act.
“You know this is a big — this is a problem. This is not something that can be done,” the cop said, according to the recording.
A Saba employee replied, “We try to do our best, you know,” to which the officer responded, “OK, but you guys get, like, you get a leash … this kid here just watched you slit a cow’s throat.”
“They come in our store all the time,” the worker said.
“OK, but we’re not in your store right now,” the officer answered. “You’re in the back of Home Depot.”
Musaed was ticketed for creating a public disturbance. Morrison was told by police that he, too, would’ve been charged had there been more people in the area when he tried to shoot the cow.
The police report indicated that neither he nor his coworkers appeared remorseful.
Soon after, Saba was shuttered for various violations after local, state and federal agencies investigated.
No one answered the door at Saba when NBC knocked for a comment.
Neither Morrison nor Musaed responded to calls from the network.

SPAIN – Dangerous “Swedes” wanted for kidnapping and torture arrested by Spanish police in Málaga
Two of Sweden’s “most wanted” have been arrested in a shopping centre in Málaga, Andalusia, Southern Spain.
The brothers, aged 35 and 37, were apprehended on Sunday at around 2pm in a complex next to Malaga train station.
The pair reportedly have outstanding European arrest warrants for kidnapping and torture charges.
An off duty police officer recognized the suspects who were reported by local authorities and Swedish police to have been in the area of Malaga.
After confirming their identity using CCTV footage from the store security, the officer then proceeded to follow the brothers whilst alerting the rest of the security team for assistance due to the level of threat the brothers allegedly pose.
When the officer, together with security personnel, caught up with the detained, they both surrendered peacefully.
The two men are allegedly known associates to a dangerous bike gang in Gothenburg and one of them is an Olympic boxer.
They were being pursued by police throughout Europe in connection with the three-day kidnapping of a man and using a drill to torture him for his bank details.
Both have extensive criminal backgrounds in “their” country.

“Italian prosecutors have requested an indictment against members of the migrant transport NGO Proactiva Open Arms, arguing that two senior members of the group are involved in aiding illegal migration.
Prosecutor Fabio D’Anna and the deputy Santo Fornasier have requested indictments against Marc Reig Creus and the head of the NGO’s mission Ana Isabel Mier on the grounds that they aided illegal immigration in March last year, Il Giornale reports.
The NGO is accused of ignoring orders to proceed to Malta and docking at an Italian port instead. The prosecutor alleged that as a result of their actions, the Italian state had become a victim of aggression aimed at “promoting illegal migration”.
Recordings made with GoPro cameras also showed crew members shouting “Let’s go to Italy!” and “We are going to Italy” when they reached the migrant vessel and welcomed migrants aboard their ship.
The Spanish NGO is not the only migrant transport group facing charges of aiding illegal immigration. On Thursday, Sea-Watch captain Carola Rackete appeared in court in Sicily where she is also facing charges.
The 31-year-old German national was questioned for around an hour by prosecutors.
“We have thousands of refugees in a civil war country, which should be urgently evacuated,” Rackete said, and added that she wanted to see action from the European Commission. Earlier this week she insisted that Europe take in all Libya’s migrants, an estimated half a million or more people.
Rackete’s lawyer Alessandro Gamberini also took the opportunity to slam Italian populist interior minister Matteo Salvini, accusing him of promoting an atmosphere of hatred.
Salvini has routinely denounced Rackete, particularly for ramming an Italian patrol boat while she stormed into Italian territorial waters before her initial arrest. As a result, Rackete has promised to launch a defamation lawsuit against Salvini with the aim of taking away his platform on social media.”

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — A powerful council in Iran said Saturday the country’s seizure of a British oil tanker in the strategic Strait of Hormuz was in response to Britain’s role in impounding an Iranian supertanker two weeks earlier.
Spokesman of Iran’s Guardian Council, Abbas Ali Kadkhodaei, was quoted in the semi-official Fars news agency saying “the rule of reciprocal action is well-known in international law” and that Iran’s moves to “confront the illegitimate economic war and seizure of oil tankers is an instance of this rule and is based on international rights.”
The council rarely comments on state matters, but when it does it is seen as a reflection of the supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s views. That’s because the council works closely with Khamenei, who has final say on all state matters.

KINGSTON, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania school district is warning that children could end up in foster care if their parents do not pay overdue school lunch bills.
The letters sent recently to about 1,000 parents in Wyoming Valley West School District have led to complaints from parents and a stern rebuke from Luzerne County child welfare authorities.
The district says that it is trying to collect more than $20,000, and that other methods to get parents to pay have not been successful. Four parents owe at least $450 apiece.

A growing number of women in Northern California are using marijuana before and during pregnancy, a group of researchers at Kaiser Permanente have found and said it coincides with broader acceptance of cannabis use and decreased understanding of potential harms.
Kaiser surveyed women during 367,400 prenatal screenings between 2009 and 2017 at facilities throughout Northern California and published the findings Friday in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
Self-reported marijuana use in the year before pregnancy increased from 6.8 percent in 2009 to 12.5 percent in 2017, and marijuana use during pregnancy rose from nearly 2 percent in 2009 to 3.4 percent in 2017.

Driverless bus hits pedestrian in Vienna
VIENNA — Authorities are investigating why a driverless bus struck a pedestrian in Vienna, an incident that resulted in minor injuries but stopped Austrian trials of the technology.
The Navya SAS vehicle was driving at 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) an hour on Thursday when it struck a 30-year-old woman in the knee, according to state broadcaster ORF.
Vienna’s transit authority suspended further trials pending outcome of the investigation.
The city has been testing two driverless buses under a program that began June 6.
The Austrian Institute of Technology and Siemens mobility are also participating in the project, which required a professional driver on board when the units were operating.

Venezuela Political Chaos Deepens With Third Claim to Presidency
(Bloomberg) — If Venezuelan politics weren’t convoluted enough, they just got a bit more complicated this week.
The opposition-aligned Progressive Advance party hired Ari Ben-Menashe, a Montreal-based lobbyist, to “pursue Henri Falcon’s election as President of Venezuela,” according to a contract filed with the U.S. Justice Department.
Days after the public filing, Falcon and his advisers are walking back the purpose of the $200,000 contract. An amended document, obtained by Bloomberg News, said their main aim is “to pursue a peaceful solution to Venezuela’s economic, humanitarian and political crisis.” Progressive Advance said in a press release that it was “absurd” to consider a presidential candidacy for Falcon.
The former Lara state governor didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

GENEVA/LONDON (Reuters) – Iran said on Saturday it had seized a British-flagged oil tanker because it was involved in an accident, an explanation Britain rejected, calling the move a “hostile act”.
The action by Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the global oil trade’s most important waterway came two weeks after Britain seized an Iranian tanker accused of violating sanctions on Syria. It is certain to be viewed in the West as a military escalation after three months of confrontation which has already taken Iran and the United States to the brink of war.

Iran’s Fars news agency said elite Revolutionary Guards had taken control of the Stena Impero in the Strait of Hormuz on Friday after it collided with an Iranian fishing boat whose distress call it ignored.
The vessel, carrying no cargo, was taken to the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas. It would remain there with its 23 crew — 18 of them Indians — while the accident was investigated, Iranian news agencies quoted the head of Ports and Maritime Organization in southern Hormozgan province, Allahmorad Afifipour, as saying.

LONDON/DUBAI (Reuters) – Britain said Iran seized two oil tankers in the Gulf on Friday and told Tehran to return the vessels or face consequences in the latest confrontation to ratchet up tension along a vital international oil shipping route.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said they had captured the British-flagged Stena Impero, announcing the move two weeks after the British navy seized an Iranian tanker in Gibraltar.

As reporting settles out, it now appears that there were two foreign ships detained by Iran in the Strait of Hormuz on Friday, both UK-owned. One, the Steno Impero, is UK-flagged. The other is the Mesdar, which is Liberian-flagged.
Earlier reports circulating in TV broadcasts and social media suggested there were three ships newly detained on Friday, apparently because it was not widely understood that one of the two UK tankers was the Liberian-flagged ship.
If that turns out to be an incorrect reckoning, I’ll get it repaired. The Friday detentions are in addition to the one Iran claimed on Thursday: detention of the small tanker Riah, which occurred on Sunday 14 July.

It seems that Iran is using a couple of UN Treaties to give a semi legal reason for harassing and seizing the British ship and there is an implication that this will continue. She also points out that there are drone strikes at some Iranian backed groups in Iraq including one that may have hit a missile storage facility. This one is interesting because it shows the Iranian using smaller little used roads to transport their resupply of their militias. (Apparently the main roads are getting too dangerous) Also there seems to be some doubt about whose drone hit the storage facility.
Interesting times.
The use of the law of the sea treaties to cover their butts says Iran doesn’t want a direct shooting war with the US, they are content to keep things on the proxy level on their part. As the Dem militias increase the frequency and the level of their violent direct actions Iran will probably increase their provocations however without another power (probably China or Russia) entering into direct military conflict with the US it is unlikely that Iran will make any open attacks on the US or our assets. Their recent record says they prefer to use proxies to keep the expense of the war from bankrupting them.

The villagers said that Ansari had tied the limbs of the calf with a rope and then raped the calf.
In yet another repulsive act of bestiality, a calf has been reportedly raped by one Mohammad Ansari, in Kunjathbail of Manguluru, reports Mangalore Mirror.
As per reports, the local villagers and activists caught hold of Ansari while raping a calf in a field. The villagers said that Ansari had tied the limbs of the calf with a rope and then raped the calf.
A video has gone viral on social media, where the rape accused has been caught by the activists.
In the video, it can be clearly seen that Ansari confessed to his crime of having unnatural sex with the cow. The activists got hold of a bottle of oil from Ansari’s shirt pocket to prove that he is using it for the act.

“We worship cow like our mother and you are having sex with it,” said one of the activists after catching Ansari. In the video, it can be seen that Ansari’s shirt has traces of cow dung stuck on it.
Ansari admitted that he originally hails from Jharkhand. The men then roughen up Ansari, who begins to cry. The activist also asked Ansari how many times he committed such acts in the past to which Ansari said that it was for the first time. “Do you do the same with your sisters?” the activist asked Ansari again.
The villagers also made Ansari touch cow’s feet and ask for forgiveness. However, when Ansari approached the calf, the animal got scared and ran away. The angry activist said, “It is running as its scared of you. Look what have you done, the poor animal is running. It thinks you are coming again for the same thing.”
Police confirms report
The Kaavor police officials confirmed that the villagers reached the spot where Ansari was indulging in the act and caught him. The Manguluru police have registered a complaint against him.
The crimes of bestiality have gone up recently as a large number of such barbaric crimes is being reported. Last year, a cow was reportedly raped by an elderly man named Chotu Khan, in Suthaliya town, Madhya Pradesh.
We had reported a similar incident when a pregnant goat was gang-raped by eight men in Marodha village of Haryana’s Mewat. The goat had died a few days later.

Tlaib’s father Harbi Elabed made the accusation during a March 2010 interview with The Detroit News.
The newspaper article was scrubbed from the internet when The Detroit News migrated to a new website but was available in a subscription-based digital archive, according to the Daily Wire, a conservative news outlet that uncovered the article.
In an affidavit, Tlaib claimed that she lived in a house at 9123 Rathbone in Detroit. But the house at that location was owned in part by her father, who said that she didn’t live there.

Large Group of Migrants Rush International Bridge, Assault CBP Officers
MCALLEN, Texas – A group of 47 migrants violently rushed an international port of entry near McAllen, Texas, and assaulted officers in an attempt to illegally enter the country.
The violent incident took place on Friday shortly after 4 a.m. at the Pharr International Bridge when a group of approximately 47 undocumented migrants tried to rush the border, information released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection revealed. The bridge connects the Mexican border city of Reynosa with Pharr and McAllen. The local TV station KGBT first reported on the violent rush at the port of entry.
The migrants ignored the commands from CBP officers, ripped off the wire and barriers and then rushed towards the U.S. side of the border. CBP officers in tried to push back the men. However, the group began fighting and tried to rip the agents gear off as they attempted to rush the inspection area and enter the country. Authorities detained several individuals. It remains unclear if any will be prosecuted for the violent incident.

Richard: as JE says It’s a coordinated tactic, planned by activist organizers this is a coordinated tactic designed to weaken the border by creating chaos at all Ports of Entry. Do this often enough and the invaders will succeed at one of the Ports of Entry. They will then flood as many people in as they can and increase the numbers rushing the other Ports of Entry. PT has countered this by sending 2100 more troops to the border to release more Border Agents to enforce the laws at the border. This also places large bodies of trained soldiers at strategic locations along the border in case things get bad enough that Martial Law has to be declared.
Martial Law is declared only when the civil law has broken down and there is no hope of restoring it except military force. This is what the left is pushing for because they think that once Martial Law is declared the people will revolt. I don’t think the people will revolt because they seem more upset with the leftist militias then pissed at the government.

Riots broke out in France last night after Algeria won the African Cup soccer tournament.
Migrants terrorized French pedestrians and women, stormed the streets and taunted the politicians.
It was the the second set of riots this week in France.
