Services at the Chabad of Poway synagogue were underway Saturday morning when a white man holding a semi-automatic weapon entered.

Take, as a case in point, the 7-year-old son of 27-year-old Rebecca Gonzales of Phoenix. According to Fox10Phoenix, Gonzales punched the boy in the face hard enough to bloody his mouth last Friday.
His offense, in her words, is that “he didn’t look out for his grandma good enough.” Grandma, you see, was inside the store shoplifting, and the boy was supposed to be her “lookout.”
When he failed to perform that “chore” to his mom’s satisfaction, she “punished” him in the store’s parking lot in front of eyewitnesses, which included police who had been called to the scene and witnessed her slapping and spanking the child.

Liberty Unyielding carried a Web Crawler headline earlier on the breaking news that a shooting had been reported at a synagogue in Poway, California, resulting in four injuries. The synagogue is Congregation Chabad, located in a peaceful middle-class neighborhood near churches and parks in one of San Diego’s most popular suburbs. On Saturday, April 27, worshipers were there to observe the final day of the Passover holiday.
Tragically, it is now confirmed by authorities that one of the injured, a woman, has died of the wounds suffered from the shooter. Three others remain in stable condition; one, according to the San Diego County Sheriff, was headed for surgery in the last hour and a half (just prior to 5 PM Pacific time). One of the other two victims is a juvenile.

Sri Lanka: Two major alleged Easter bombing suspects arrested
Two suspects, wanted in connection for the bombings on Easter Sunday, were arrested in the Nawalapitya area of Sri Lanka on Sunday.
Footage shows the Sri Lankan military, who performed the arrest, searching the shoe store where the suspects were hiding.
The suspects were identified as Mohamed Saadik Abdul Haq and Mohamed Saahid Abdul Haq, brothers of two of the alleged bombers, according to officials.
At least 253 people were killed and a further 450 were injured on April 21, in eight seemingly coordinated explosions which rocked hotels and churches across the country.
Six blasts took place in the Sri Lankan capital of Colombo while two further explosions occurred in the western city of Negombo and the eastern city of Batticaloa.

“Pope Francis is sending a half million dollars to help migrants in Mexico who are trying to reach the United States, according to a report Saturday from Vatican News.
“Pope Francis has donated 500,000 dollars to assist migrants in Mexico. The funds, from the Peter’s Pence collections, will be distributed among 27 projects promoted by sixteen Mexican dioceses and religious congregations, which requested assistance in continuing to provide food, lodging, and basic necessities to the migrants,” the report declares.
The article notes that in recent months, “thousands of migrants have arrived in Mexico, having travelled more than 4,000 kilometres on foot and with makeshift vehicles from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala.”
“Men and women, often with young children, flee poverty and violence, hoping for a better future in the United States. However, the US border remains closed to them,” the text states.
The money is intended “to assist the more than 75,000 people who arrived in Mexico in 2018 in six migrant caravans,” the article states. These people “were stranded, unable to enter the United States, without a home or livelihood” and therefore the Catholic Church has hosted “thousands of them in hotels within the dioceses or religious congregations, providing basic necessities, from housing to clothing.”
The article laments declining media attention on the migrant caravans, which has reportedly resulted in decreased government and private financial aid to migrants.
According to Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, some of the migrant caravans marching toward the U.S.-Mexico border were organized by Honduran “leftist groups” and “financed by Venezuela” in order to challenge U.S. sovereignty.
For his part, Guatemalan head of intelligence Mario Duarte said this past February that the caravans heading toward the border are “well-planned” and “well-organized” by those wanting to “weaponize those in need.”
“This was not a spontaneous event. It was well-planned. It was well-organized,” Duarte said, adding that different intelligence, law enforcement, and military agencies found evidence that last October’s caravan from Honduras to the U.S. was not a grass-roots initiative but had been organized in advance.

On March 31, Francis attacked U.S. President Donald Trump over his proposed border wall. Asked by a reporter what he thought of Trump’s wall, the pope warned that “builders of walls, whether they are of razor-wire or brick, will become prisoners of the walls they build. That’s history.”

France Saw Record Breaking 123,000 Asylum Applications in 2018 (breitbart, Apr 28, 2019)

“Final figures on asylum requests in France for 2018 have been released this week showing another record-breaking year with numbers higher than previously estimated.
According to figures released Wednesday by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), 123,625 people had applied for asylum in 2018, a 22.7 per cent increase from 2017 which had also been a record-breaking year.
The figures, reported by French newspaper Le Figaro, are also higher than a previous estimate released in January by the French Interior Ministry which had claimed the number of applications stood slightly lower at 122,743.
OFPRA reported that “46,700 people have been granted refugee status or subsidiary protection” and noted that the level had never been reached before.
Afghan asylum seekers made up the largest single nationality among those claiming asylum in 2018, up 55 per cent from the previous year. OFPRA explained the rise was attributed to the ongoing violence in the provinces, where the asylum seekers originate, carried out by groups like Islamic State and other radical jihadists as well as expulsions of Afghans from Iran and Pakistan.
Georgians saw the largest increase with 7,005 people applying for asylum, an increase of 256 per cent.
The figures likely do not encompass the full number of migrants who entered France as asylum seekers in 2018 as they do not count Dublin agreement migrants who may have already applied for asylum in another European Union member state.
Last year, it was reported that the number of illegal migrants living in the suburbs of Paris alone, could run as high 400,000, around 20 per cent of the total population of the area.
The number of asylum applications in France is starkly contrasted by the massive reduction of newly arrived migrants in neighbouring Italy where the policies of populist Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has reduced the numbers by more than 90 per cent.”

Speaking at an election campaign event in Sydney on Sunday, Morrison promised that the governing Liberal-National Party coalition (LNP) will cap the number of migrants allowed into Australia each year for humanitarian reasons at 18,750 if elected for a third term in government on May 18.
It comes after Morrison in March announced that the number of permanent migrants allowed into the country will be capped at 160,000 per year, down from 190,000.
Morrison made the announcement alongside John Howard — the second-longest serving PM in the Australian history at his first official appearance on the campaign trail.

“We’ve been upfront with Australia, we’re reducing the cap on our migration intake and capping the numbers of people we let in under our humanitarian program that’s one of the most generous in the world,” the PM said.

Iraqi Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed al-Sahaf told Xinhua that the ministry summoned the U.S. charge d’affaires on what was considered “a violation of diplomatic norms and international rules governing the operation of missions in host states.”
The summon of the U.S. diplomat came amid anger among Iraq Shiite parties against the United States after the U.S. embassy in Baghdad accused Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei of corruption while his people is living in poverty.
“The publishing by a diplomatic mission in Iraq against one of Iraq’s neighbors and its religious or political symbols is contrary to the principles of the Iraqi constitution and Iraqi foreign policy,” al-Sahaf said.
Iraqi Foreign Ministry issued a statement late Saturday, demanding the U.S. embassy to “delete the offensive publication, and refrain from issuing such publications in the future.”
Al-Sahaf also expected that the Iraqi ministry to summon the Bahraini Ambassador in Iraq over a tweet posted by Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, in which he commented offensively against the Iraqi prominent Shiite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr.
Al-Sadr issued a statement on Saturday and called for the “rulers of Yemen, Bahrain and Syria to step down immediately and to let the United Nations to hold elections away from interventions.”
Al-Sadr’s statement was originally issued to call on stopping dragging Iraq into U.S.-Iran conflict and suggest to close the U.S. embassy in Baghdad.
He warned that the U.S. embassy will be under fire of the resistance fighters again, referring to the attacks carried out by militias previously on the Green Zone where the U.S. embassy is located.
Al-Sadr’s statement also came a few days after the U.S. President Donald Trump decided not to reissue the sanction waivers allowing major importers to continue buying Iran’s oil when they expire in early May.
Following the exit from the Iran nuclear deal in May last year, the Trump’s administration has kept piling up pressure on Iran through a series of sanctions and designations, which have been strongly opposed and criticized by Tehran.”

Last month, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s “Supreme Guide” Ali Khamenei published his manifesto for “building the new Islamic civilization over the next four decades”.
The manifesto is based on the assumption that the original Islamic civilization, which shone in its full glory in Medina and later in Kufa during Ali ibn Abi Talib’s caliphate, has been all but destroyed by internal and external enemies and thus needs to be entirely rebuilt. Khamenei’s argument echoes the analysis presented by the late Sudanese Islamist Hassan al-Turabi in the first “Popular Arab and Islamic Congress” (PAIC) he presided over in Khartoum in April 1991.
It may be a coincidence that Khamenei’s manifesto is published almost exactly 28 years after the Khartoum gathering that attracted over 500 leading Islamist theoreticians and activists from all over the world. The men who gathered at PAIC had fixed a 30-year period for their dream of recasting the world according to their vision of Islam to be realized. That rather optimistic vision was meant to sweep away the deep pessimism that marked their view of Islamic history as nothing but centuries of retreat and decline.
PAIC’s program contained ambitious goals, including the elimination of Israel, the collapse of the United States following the disintegration of the Soviet Empire, and the establishment of “truly Islamic” regimes in all the 57 countries where Islam was a majority religion.

“The UK government is working on a set of measures that some are calling the “new Cold War”, to counter Russia and China, the Sunday Times reported.
UK Ministers are expected to change the House of Lords rules in order to stem the flow of “red money” from Russia and China allegedly circulating through Parliament, the Sunday Times reported.
The move is designed to make MPs fully disclose their assets associated with Russia and China, as well as to introduce an espionage law in order to identify foreign spies working for banks and other British companies.
As the newspaper notes, the legislation has been drafted to facilitate the process of expelling foreign intelligence officers from the country, even if they reside in the UK legally. Security sources told the Sunday Times that there are more foreign intelligence officers in the UK now than at the height of the Cold War.
Other planned measures would also include the possibility to kick out employees of the Chinese telecom giant Huawei, who has just been given the go-ahead to partake in the development of Britain’s future 5G mobile network, if they are found to be working for Chinese intelligence.
UK authorities are currently investigating a leak of confidential discussions about the role of Huawei, which recently faced allegations that it has been spying on behalf of Chinese government and stealing commercial information, in Britain’s fifth generation network. The telecom giant has strongly denied the accusations of espionage as unfounded.
Speaking with the media outlet, Security Minister Ben Wallace suggested that the change was needed to ensure “transparency in our political system”, which helps protect British democracy from “hybrid attacks” by hostile states.
His comments come amid reports that seven members of the House of Lords had business interests linked to Russia and made public statements in support of Moscow.
Relations between Russia and the United Kingdom rapidly deteriorated in the wake of the poisoning of former GRU operative Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in the British city of Salisbury on 4 March 2018.
British officials claimed that the two had been subjected to the Novichok nerve agent, and immediately accused Moscow of being behind the attack – something which the Russian side has vehemently denied, having offered assistance in the investigation instead.

Three flights have been diverted after a possible drone sighting at Gatwick Airport.
EasyJet flights from Barcelona and Amsterdam were diverted to Stansted, as was a British Airways flight from Heraklion, Greece.
All three later landed at Gatwick more than 90 minutes after their scheduled arrival time.

Information from the Austrian Interior Ministry has revealed that asylum home staff members have faced numerous threats on their lives from resentful asylum seekers. According to the ministry, no less than 15 serious incidents have occurred in the last year.
As reported by Kronen Zeitung, the information came about in response to a question posed to Austria’s Interior Minister Herbert Kickl of the national populist Freedom Party.
According to the report, many of those seeking asylum have made violent threats against asylum centre employees in order to be transferred to different facilities. In Maria Enzerdorf, a small Austrian town of 8,000 people, an asylum seeker intimated an employee with an iron bar simply because he felt like he should be moved to another location.
Varying motivations have acted as catalysts for additional incidents of death threats made against public employees.
In Salzburg, a migrant threatened to murder an employee over food.
In Bergheim, due to a lack of internet access, two migrants became so incensed that they threaten to kill one of the care workers.
A similar case occurred in Italy last year when a 26-year-old Senegalese migrant physically assaulted an asylum home worker because the home hadn’t apparently attended to his requests to set up wireless internet.

A prominent Iranian lawyer has been jailed for 38 years and sentenced to 148 lashes after she defended women who removed their headscarves in public.
Nasrin Sotoudeh, an internationally renowned human rights lawyer jailed in Iran, was handed maximum sentence for all of her seven convictions.
The 55-year-old represented protesters against the Islamic Republic’s mandatory headscarves for women, many of whom filmed themselves taking off the garment and posing it on social media.
Sotoudeh, who has represented opposition activists, was arrested last June and charged with spying, spreading propaganda and insulting Iran’s supreme leader, her lawyer said.

Champagne scrapped from FA Cup final celebrations to avoid offending Muslim players

The English Football Association has a long-held tradition of putting champagne in the winners’ dressing room following the cup final as a congratulatory gesture.
But following internal discussions the FA will no longer provide champagne so as not to offend players whose religious beliefs forbid alcohol use.
An alcohol-free champagne substitute will instead be given to the victorious club so players can still spray the contents of the bottles over each other in celebration.
Watford face Manchester City in this year’s cup final on May 18 at Wembley. Watford’s Abdoulaye Doucoure, along with Manchester City stars Riyad Mahrez, Benjamin Mendy and Ilkay Gundogan follow Islam, which forbids the consumption of alcohol.
In addition, some players are tee-total, while others are under the legal drinking age of 18.
The FA Cup is the annual knockout football competition in men’s domestic English football and is open to any eligible club down to level ten of the English football league system.
The FA chiefs had considered implementing the change sooner but was concerned that they would be branded as ‘party-poopers’.
The governing body is continuously tackling multi-race and multi-faith issues which have become prevalent in football in recent months.

Spain’s conservative Vox party has pledged to build an “insurmountable wall” to protect the country from illegal immigrants, Free West Media reports.
Ahead of an expected breakthrough in the general election today on April 28, Vox has promised strict measures to stop the flow of migrants.
It also argues that the army should be sent in to patrol the borders until the walls are erected and should be given “the necessary orders” to defend them.
The party, founded in late 2013, sent shockwaves through Spain after winning a surprise 11 percent of the vote and 12 seats in a regional election in Andalusia in December.
It has vowed to protect the EU’s common border with Africa with an “insurmountable wall” – suggesting that the Moroccan government should pay for it.
Spain has the European Union’s only land border with an African country around the exclaves of Ceuta, Melilla, known in Spanish as plazas de soberanía, or “places of sovereignty”. The enclaves have been part of Spain since the 1400s.

“Children born to Yazidi women raped by Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) fighters will be not be permitted to join the community in northern Iraq, the minority sect’s faith leaders have said.
In a statement late on Saturday, the Yazidi Supreme Spiritual Council said an earlier declaration stating “all survivors” of ISIL crimes would be accepted in the community did not, as widely interpreted, “include children born of rape, but [instead] refers to children born of two Yazidi parents”.
Children born of rape by ISIL forces have been the subject of fierce debate in the insular community, which once numbered about 500,000 people and only recognises children as Yazidis if both their parents hail from the sect.
It had also long considered any women marrying outside the sect to no longer be Yazidi.
But in 2015, a year after ISIL fighters stormed the Yazidi heartland in Iraq’s Sinjar region – massacring men and imprisoning thousands of women as sex slaves – Yazidi spiritual leader Baba Sheikh issued a decision welcoming those women back home.
And last week, Hazem Tahsin, head of the Supreme Faith Council, issued what appeared to be a landmark shift, publishing an order “accepting all survivors [of ISIL crimes] and considering what they went through to have been against their will”.
The decision was hailed as “historic” by Yazidi activists, who understood it to mean that children born of rape would be allowed to live among their Yazidi relatives.
But the council clarified its position late on Saturday, blaming the misunderstanding on “distortion” by the media.
Ali Khedhir Ilyas, a Yazidi official, said on Sunday the council encourages the women to return with their children, no matter the parentage, but added “we cannot force the families to accept” those born of rape.
Human Rights Watch has condemned the council’s Saturday decision.
“Shame on the community” tweeted Belkis Wille, the group’s senior Iraq and Qatar researcher.
“So many women taken captive by ISIS fighters who later gave birth to children from rape have told me how painful it was for them to give their children to orphanages or to the fighters’ families before they were able to return home to their community,” she wrote.
Many of the community’s women who were kidnapped have escaped in recent years, and dozens more fled to safety in the last few months as ISIL’s so-called “caliphate” crumbled in Syria.
An estimated 3,000 Yazidis are still missing after ISIL’s assault.
In Iraq, children inherit the religious sect and nationality of their father, so those born to Sunni Muslim men would have the same religion.
Those born to suspected ISIL fighters who are either missing or dead are at risk of remaining stateless because of lack of proof of their father’s identity.
Earlier this month, Iraqi President Barham Salih proposed a bill to parliament that would provide reparations for Yazidi female survivors of ISIL crimes and establish a court to clarify “civil status” issues.”

AGT International – The Clinton Foundation Scandal Worse Than Uranium One – Covered Up by FBI/DOJ Before 2016 Election – Part XIII
In 2016 the DOJ/FBI suppressed and buried a criminal investigation involving the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation and donors to the Foundation. The investigation revolved around the illegal sale of controlled US Homeland Security technology to Russia and China in the years before the 2016 election by a company named AGT International.
The DOJ terminated its internal investigation in 2016 despite clear and irrefutable evidence of criminal activity and hid this investigation from the public!
This Clinton Foundation scandal is similar to the Foundation’s Uranium One scandal and maybe worse due to the ITAR classified technology involved.

Thousands take to Hong Kong streets to protest new extradition laws

HONG KONG, April 28 (Reuters) – Tens of thousands of people marched on Hong Kong’s parliament on Sunday to demand the scrapping of proposed extradition rules that would allow people to be sent to mainland China for trial – a move which some fear puts the city’s core freedoms at risk.

Opponents of the proposal fear further erosion of rights and legal protections in the free-wheeling financial hub – freedoms which were guaranteed under the city’s handover from British colonial rule to Chinese sovereignty in 1997.
Ranks of marchers snaked peacefully for more than three hours through the shopping and business districts of Causeway Bay and Wanchai, with thousands staying on into the evening outside the Legislative Council and government headquarters.
Police said 22,800 people marched at the peak of the procession, but organizers estimated 130,000 turned out – making it one of the largest street protests in the city for several years.
