Maybe the reason for communism’s survival, despite its horrific failures, is simply that the collectivist mentality is very deeply ingrained in people. Some more than others. It won’t ever be shaken. I prefer to use the word communism as opposed to socialism because the softer sound of “socialism” hides its mere impatience to get to its meaner big brother.
I see that people are gathered, or collected in many ways. In this example they are assembled according to dress. Fancy jackets will not be tolerated. Next thing you know the new fashion is olive green and we’re all wearing ball caps with little red stars on the forehead.
When does the signal go out to attack nice houses in nice neighborhoods? –Doesn’t matter who lives there, dear comrades will be told. They’re likely white, exploitative, racist males who are flaunting their wealth by living in a big house on a nice street. They’ve got it coming. We’ll call them fascists. How dare they make you feel inferior. And while you’re out there throwing rocks through windows, start with any nice house on a hill. Those bastards look down on you even more.
A sense of belonging is one thing. That’s normal. Collectivisation of body and soul is quite another.
The expression “If you build it they will come,” jumps to mind, because I then hear, “If you deconstruct it, they will come.”

But sometimes we just have to arrive on our own train. Maybe I’m making an irrational leap. But is a stand-out jacket not a stand-out house not a stand-out person? If redheads, for instance, disproportionately occupy those nice houses on hills, does it not eventually make them targets to the collectivised minions? Has this not always been the case?

“Some have chosen to publicly boycott this meeting. Continuing down a path of denial only lets their communities down,” he continued.
It reportedly remains unclear who will represent Muslims at the meeting who comprise three percent of predominantly Christian Australia.
AP noted:
Morrison called the meeting after a Muslim extremist fatally stabbed a man and injured two others in downtown Melbourne on Nov. 9 before police shot the assailant dead.
Some Australian Muslims were critical when Morrison later said that “radical, violent, extremist Islam” posed the greatest threat to Australia’s national security.
They felt the wider Muslim community had been blamed when Morrison said Islamic leaders “must be proactive, they must be alert and they must call this out.”

On Wednesday, Muslims Australia, a national umbrella group for followers of Islam, noted that Islamic organizations called for the government to delay the meeting because the Morrison administration scheduled it in haste, it lacked an agenda, and the PM failed to respond to Muslim concerns.
Grand Mufti Mohamed Abdalla, Australia’s most senior Muslim cleric, is among the religious leaders who signed a letter accusing the Morrison administration of suggesting that Muslims are “collectively culpable for the criminal actions of individuals” in comments that have “alienated large segments of the Muslim community.”
Ghaith Krayem, the chief executive of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils, also signed the declaration, telling the Australian Broadcasting Corp. on Wednesday, “I would encourage the prime minister not to engage on serious matters on Twitter.”
“We are genuinely committed to be engaged with government, but it has to be a genuine process,” he proclaimed. “The causes of terrorism is a complex issue.”
Al Jazeera reported that in the open letter to Morrison announcing the Muslim community’s boycott of the PM’s meeting, the Islamic chiefs said:

Even a short look at the migration pact shows that the goal of the pact is the elimination of the nation state and the elevation of the EU and UN bureaucrats to the position of rulers of the world. This one world socialist government and economy has been the goal of the left since the formation of the Fabian Society in Britain and will continue for many more Centuries.
We in the west have committed the sin of trusting our governments and this allowed the far left to embed their followers in positions of power. At the same time we allowed the far left to take over our school systems and they have gained almost total control, because of this we are facing a future of indoctrinated children rather then educated children. I don’t think it is possible to overestimate the damage this is doing or the length of time it will take to repair that damage.

In October, a Freedom of Information request by the National Secular Society found Kirklees Council supplied the halal meat to 40 schools with thousands of pupils, many of whom are not Muslim.
A Kirklees Council spokesman has previously insisted its school meals policy was “kept under review” and was developed following consultation with parents, children, and representatives of the Islamic faith.
“In some schools all of the meat served is non-stunned and there is no alternative option for pupils,” the petition reads.
“The council has refused to say which schools are affected. There is no need for the council to supply non-stunned halal meat when the majority of halal meat is pre-stunned.”
Earlier this month, Lancashire County Council voted to stop serving most non-stunned meat by an overwhelming majority.
The move came after a long political battle in the area including calls by Muslim groups for boycotts and threats of a judicial review when the council first attempted to ban non-stun meat in 2017.
Research released last month by the National Secular Society (NSS) showed around 18 councils across the UK are supplying at least 140 schools with non-stunned meat – most of which are not Islamic faith schools.
Othe local authorities found to “supply meat to large numbers of schools, meaning thousands of pupils may be eating it” included West Yorkshire, Luton Borough Council, Bolton Council, and Leicester Council.
The NSS said that “too many councils had bowed to a hardline interpretation of Islam” demanding the government repeal the religious exemption to animal welfare laws.
An outright ban on “non-stun” meat could also affect Jewish communities who eat Kosher meat, some of which is also not stunned before killing.
However, the United Kingdom has not seen prominent cases of non-Jewish children being served Kosher meat without their knowledge, and the petition merely calls for parents and children to be notified and given the option not to consume the meat.
Most animal rights groups are against “non-stun” meat, with the RSPCA saying: “For slaughter to be humane, it’s essential that animals are effectively stunned.”
The British Veterinary Association, representing 17,000 British vets, believes that “all animals should be stunned before slaughter to render them insensible to pain,” arguing scientific evidence supports this claim.
They have called for exports of the non-stun meat to be recorded after the government signed a deal with Saudi Arabia and the proportion of animals not being stunned before slaughter in the UK surged in just a few years.”
Kosher-slaughtered meat generally excludes cuts containing the sciatic nerve, so it is possible that someone’s filet minon was non-stun. When the media tries to pump Jewish obeservance into its coverage of Muslim practice, they show their careless, agenda-driven reporting.

Also the meat from Kosher-slaughtered animals may have internal wounds that disqualify the entire carcass, so it is sold without the Kosher mark. As an aside, the animal has to be in good enough health to walk to the slaughtering device. “Has to” means that the person doing or over-seeing this is honest and God-fearing enough to sustain a monetary loss if the animal is unfit. I believe this personal supervision, as compared to that of the USDA’s spot supervision, is why many non-vegetarian Americans of all faiths apparently prefer kosher meat, despite its higher cost.

Nine convicted extremists and Australians suspected to fighting with extremists overseas have had their Australian citizenships revoked since the government changed citizenship laws in 2015. The changes only apply to dual nationals so that losing Australian citizenship does not render a suspect stateless.
The proposed changes would further loosen the rules concerning the circumstances in which citizenship can be revoked. The amendments would do away with a requirement that a dual national convicted of a terrorism offense would need to be sentenced to at least six years in prison. The conviction itself would be enough to lose Australian citizenship.
The threshold for the government determining that an Australian was a dual national or entitled to citizenship of another country would also be lowered.
Morrison said there would be “no need to go around looking for paperwork” to prove a second nationality.
Australia also plans to introduce a version of Britain’s Temporary Exclusion Orders that were introduced in 2015 and can prevent British fighters from returning home from war zones for up to two years.
Under the Australian regime, Australian fighters who return home would have to comply with conditions such as reporting to police, curfews and restrictions on what technologies they can use.
Morrison accepted that the Temporary Exclusion Orders legislation might not be passed into law until next year.
Morrison’s new drive against extremists has angered some Muslim community leaders.

“A controversial proposal by a German minister that foreign powers acquire land in Africa to curb migration has been rejected by the African Union, writes the BBC’s Dickens Olewe.
The European Union, or a body like the World Bank, should build and run cities in Africa in order to boost job creation and development on the continent, Germany’s Minister for Africa, Gunter Nooke, told the BBC in an interview in which he outlined his thinking on how to stem migration to Europe.
This will mean African countries leasing their land to a foreign body to “allow free development for 50 years”, Mr Nooke said.
It is a controversial idea, rejected by critics as reeking of colonialism. But others – like Carol Musyoka, an academic at Strathmore Business School, one of Kenya’s top universities – are open to the concept.
In a BBC interview, Ms Musyoka described the proposal as “fascinating”, and said she would support it if it was a genuine attempt to ensure that Africans – not foreign powers – benefited.
American Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Romer developed the idea a decade ago.
In 2009, he said developing countries should consider surrendering part of their territory to foreign states which would then build what he called “charter cities” from the ground up.
The cities, he added, would operate under a set of laws separate from the host country.
‘Hong Kong of Central America’
In 2008, Madagascar’s then-President Marc Ravalomanana expressed interest in implementing the plan in the Indian Ocean island following a meeting with Mr Romer.
He said two such cities would be built where locals and migrants from neighbouring states could live.
The opposition accused Mr Ravalomanana of treason, and organised protests which killed the idea and helped trigger his downfall in 2009.
Honduras’ then-President Porfirio Lobo Sosa also expressed support for the idea, saying in 2011 that “charter cities” would improve the lives of Hondurans by offering competitive jobs, better health and education, and a “top class” legal and security system.
The independent Honduran La Prensa newspaper said at the time that the plan would make the country “the Hong Kong of Central America”.
Mr Sosa failed to implement it, following a backlash from critics opposed to Honduras losing control over its territory.
As in Europe, migration is a toxic political issue in the Americas and many Hondurans are part of the migration caravan moving towards the US border.
The current Honduran government hopes that the creation of what it calls special economic zones (SEZs) will boost development.
Although it has not fully outlined its plans, it has said that the SEZs would fall under foreign laws and foreign judges as this would make Honduras more attractive to Western investors, according to BBC Mundo’s Luis Fajardo.
“We believe that when these special economic zones come to life and people see how successful they are in terms of generating employment, the politicians from all the states [in Honduras] will ask for it,” Economics Minister Arnaldo Castillo told the BBC.
‘Crazy idea’
But resistance to the idea remains strong, with many poor Hondurans believing the SEZs will only benefit the rich, and will create extended gated communities which will living under rules separate from the rest of the country, Fajardo said.
Mr Romer, in a 2011 TED Talk, argued that foreign-run cities could be a model of efficient governance and offer a good quality of life, stopping people from migrating for economic reasons.
Some proponents of the idea see Hong Kong as a model. They argue that the Chinese territory owes its economic development to when it was under British control between 1841 to 1997.
Mr Nooke sees the cities as economic bases that would also provide education to young Africans.
“The basic idea is that these free cities will create growth and prosperity,” he told the BBC.
However, some warn the plan will not work.
“Creating an enclave economy would be a crazy idea,” Ken Opalo from Georgetown University in the US warned.
Such cities would trigger internal migration, and not benefit the whole economy or fix the myriad problems African states are grappling with, he said.
“However messy or corrupt, it would be best to work through state institutions,” Mr Opalo said, adding that the best way to help the continent is to invest in small and medium-sized businesses to create employment.
The African Union’s (AU) Director of Communication, Leslie Richer, also rejected the idea of foreign-run cities, saying it “is a lazy answer” to concerns about migration and “implies that Africa needs to give up sovereignty and accede to ‘management’ by international organisations”.
‘Voluntary colonialism’
The AU’s development plan, called Agenda 2063, is diametrically opposed to Mr Nooke’s.
“I envision that our own African growth model will drive an African miracle. Sustained high economic growth in the continent will be driven by African unity and political and economic integration,” the AU envoy for Infrastructure Development, Raila Odinga, said.
But Mr Nooke is determined to pursue the idea of foreign-run cities, saying it “must be conceived in such a way that any conflict will be avoided” between European and African governments.
Ms Musyoka is among Africans who hope such cities will be built, saying she will accept “voluntary colonialism” because of the failure of many African governments to provide a better life for their people.
Her view will make the founding fathers of independent Africa turn in their graves, but it could gain currency among young Africans risking their lives to reach Europe to escape poverty, corruption and inefficiency.”

CIA has recording of bin Salman giving instructions to ‘silence Jamal Khashoggi’, Turkish media reports
The CIA has a recording of a phonecall in which Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman gave instructions to “silence Jamal Khashoggi as soon as possible”, a Turkish news website has reported.
Gina Haspel, CIA director, is said to have revealed the existence of a wiretapped call between Prince Mohammed and his brother Khaled bin Salman, who is Saudi’s ambassador to the US, to Turkish officials during a visit to Ankara last month, according to Hurriyet.
“It is said that the crown prince gave an instruction to silence Jamal Khashoggi as soon as possible and this instruction was captured during the CIA wiretapping,” Hurriyet columnist Abdulkadir Selvi wrote on Thursday. “The subsequent murder is the ultimate confirmation of this instruction.”
The brothers are reportedly heard talking about the “discomfort” caused by the Washington Post columnist’s criticism of the kingdom’s administration.

It seems to be caused by a combination of viruses but this year, the third time AFM has surged, the CDC is still struggling to identify exactly how and why it takes hold.

Germany: Security ramped up at Berlin Christmas market attacked in 2016
Barriers and road blocks were a prominent feature in Berlin’s Breitscheidplatz Christmas Market on Thursday, as the shop owners set up ahead of the market’s grand opening next week.
As a security measure, various forms of road blocks, bollards and barriers have been erected around the perimeter, including large metal baskets and sand bags. Traffic was also being diverted around the market, with one lane separating vehicles from the square itself.
In December 2016, the Breitscheidplatz Christmas market was attacked by Anis Amri, who drove into the square on a busy evening, killing 12 people and injuring more than 50. Amri escaped, but was killed four days later in a shootout with Italian police near Milan.
Since the 2016 attack, this is the second year that stringent measures have been taken to protect the shop owners and visitors to the market.

The knifing happened at the Ailsa Hospital car park in Ayr shortly after 10am on Thursday.

THERESA May has been slammed after plans to re-integrate jihadi extremists with offers of council homes and jobs were discovered.

Before I begin my argument, I need to make a few things clear. I have white privilege whether I advance the perpetuation of white privilege or attempt to dismantle it my entire life. White identity, expressed explicitly or masquerading under the auspices of culture, has never been wielded as a tool of liberation. Rather, those coalescing around white identity to advance white interests have only advanced white interests in a bid to suppress the freedoms of others.
The white race is not founded in biology and there is no inherent cultural norm within it. Rather, white identity is exclusively used as a means of obtaining an advantage over another group. Hatred and violence against anyone because of the immutable characteristics, race or gender or appearance, is considered a hate crime technically only the violence would constitute a hate crime — just hating them but not committing violence wouldn’t . Jerry Wolkowitz was brutally attacked in the parking lot of his apartment complex in Freehold, according to police. A little noticed organizational change in China’s maritime patrols is causing increasing anxiety among Western military officials and their allies in the region, who fear Beijing is seeking new leverage to advance its goals and raising the likelihood that an accidental encounter could escalate into conflict.
The U.S. confirmed earlier this year that China has reorganized its coast guard to serve as a military branch rather than answer to law enforcement authorities. Militarizing the formerly civilian organization provides China with the firepower to harass and intimidate vessels from other countries who dispute China’s claims to waterways. The change, which Beijing denies, signals not only that China wishes to further its ambitions for its neighborhood, including seizing contested disputed territory and access to natural resources in East and South China seas but that it is becoming a more potent foe internationally.
“China still remains very adventurous, and [it is] expanding its actions into the East China Sea and South China Sea,” a senior Japanese government official told U.S. News on the condition of anonymity. “We are still carefully studying the changes of the Chinese coast guard status.”
The reorganization comes as Chinese President Xi Jinping has consolidated his power and positioned himself as the singular head of that chain of command. China has also begun mirroring how the U.S. military organizes itself through what it calls “joint operations” – or service branches working together in exercises or military activities – making it more effective across a broader swathe of regions and missions.
The Japanese defense ministry is focusing on coordinating better with its allies and partners to prepare for a potential confrontation, the official said, a task made more complicated now by the likelihood of a dispute over whether a vessel is operating under law enforcement rules or as an arm of the military.

According to a report by the Intelligence and Security Committee, Khuram Butt, who was responsible for planning and heading the attack that killed 8 last summer, could have been jailed over possession of terrorist propaganda almost a year before the carnage happened.

Car plows into school children in China, killing five

BEIJING (Reuters) – Police in northeastern China have detained a driver who plowed a car into a group of children outside a primary school, causing at least five deaths and 18 injuries, state media said on Thursday.
China Central Television said police were investigating the cause of the incident, which happened around noon in the city of Huludao in Liaoning province. Later, the state broadcaster said the five dead, and 16 of the injured, were minors.
Reuters could not immediately reach police or local authorities to seek comment, and it was not immediately clear what prompted the driver’s action.

This has led to records of a bus driver giving “a racist look”, and a person who “recently found a dead rat in garden and perceives this incident to be racist”. Dogs are apparently also capable of hate crimes – as well as the dog poo debacle, another report claims that “suspect’s dog barking at victim”.

Miami judge in Trump dossier case wants documents made public
WASHINGTON
A South Florida judge overseeing a Cyprus-based entrepreneur’s lawsuit against online news site BuzzFeed for the so-called Trump dossier has set an early December date for both sides to justify why scores of documents should remain secret and withheld from the public.
“The notices filed by the parties to date are woefully inadequate, citing only the existence of a blanket protective order, and do not establish good cause,” U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro wrote in a four-page order on Monday.
The judge set Dec. 5 as the date by which the parties should jointly file — under seal — a list of every sealed document, testimony or other information filed in the case. They must say whether they oppose unsealing it, and, in a rebuke to their prolific wordiness, ordered the lawyers, per document, to say why in four sentences or less. The judge underlined the word “short.”
“In an effort to properly execute its duty, the Court intends to promptly audit the sealed filings,” Judge Ungaro wrote.

Statistics Canada blames gang violence, shootings as homicide rate hits 10-year high
OTTAWA — Canada’s national homicide rate last year was the highest it’s been in a decade, Statistics Canada says, because of a spike in gang-related violence and shootings.
In a report released Wednesday, the agency said there were 660 reported homicides in Canada last year.
Not only was that an increase of nearly eight per cent from 2016, it also pushed up the homicide rate to 1.8 victims for every 100,000 people — the highest since 2009.

Russia buys crowd-control vehicles that emit sonic waves and light
MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia’s National Guard, which polices anti-government protests, has purchased two vehicles fitted with a laser and a sonic sound system to disorient people, raising fears among the opposition they could be used to disperse peaceful protesters.
The two mini-vans, fitted with what is described as a non-lethal system, cost a total of 65.2 million roubles ($995,250) according to a public procurement order posted online which indicated they had been delivered in October.
Rosgvardiya, Russia’s National Guard, confirmed the purchases in a statement on Wednesday, but said it was wrong to call the new systems a weapon and that they were intended to be used to provide acoustic and other interference during counter-terrorism operations.
Alongside regular police, National Guard officers use batons to break up anti-Kremlin rallies and have detained hundreds of protesters at nationwide protests led by opposition leader Alexei Navalny in the past year.
“If necessary they could use something like this against crowds in the street,” said Lyubov Sobol, a Navalny ally, who listed a number of other hi-tech crowd control vehicles at the authorities’ disposal.
“I want to advise our government officials,” Sobol said in an online video. “Learn not to ban demonstrations and frighten people with special vehicles and talk to people…and listen to what is being said.”
President Vladimir Putin set up the National Guard in 2016, folding in the old Interior Ministry troops, riot police and police special forces into its ranks. He named one of his former bodyguards, Viktor Zolotov, to head it.

BREITBART – Undercover Journalist Finds One in Ten German Mosques Preach Radicalism
German author and undercover journalist Shams Ul-Haq claims to have visited hundreds of mosques across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and says that one in ten mosques there preaches radical Islamic ideas.
Mr Ul-Haq, who is originally from Pakistan, said that the number of mosques that preach hatred of the west and adherence to radical Islamic ideas is growing across the German-speaking countries of Europe with at least 50 in Austria alone, Kronen Zeitung reports.
During his visits, Ul-Haq also noticed that the imams were often not the real drivers behind what was preached but were pushed by financial backers who dictate what they said in sermons.
Ul-Haq also met with radical Salafists but said that they did not immediately approach him and were very wary of newcomers.
“It took almost two years for some to get in touch with me. They felt their way slowly, examining, watching. They are not stupid,” he said.
“They do not immediately talk about jihad or Syria. They want you to realise that you want to react and do something yourself,” he added.
Notorious hate preachers like Sharia Police founder Sven Lau, who was convicted of attempting to aid terrorists last year, and Pierre Vogel, are popular among younger members of the mosques, according to Ul-Haq.
Propaganda videos of Vogel have been found in several cases of radical Islamic violence such as the 2016 attack on a police officer in Hanover by 15-year-old Safia S. who was revealed to have been inspired by Vogel’s videos.
Another major difference Ul-Haq noticed was that between mosques preaching in German and those preaching in Arabic with the 43-year-old saying far more radical ideas were preached in Arabic saying, “naked hatred is often spread in Arabic.”
The most radical mosque he claimed to have visited was the An-Nur Mosque in Winterthur, Switzerland, which has become notorious for radicalism and where an imam was arrested for promoting the murder of non-Muslims in 2016.

Those protests have now spilled into Belgium. The target of the protests against fuel prices and tax now include the big Total petrochemicals plant at Feluy in Wallonia.

Speaking at an anti-Semitism conference on Wednesday, Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz blamed Islamic migration for the rise of incidents against Jews in Europe.
“You should only let as many people immigrate in a country as many as many you are able to integrate. So, I think that a not-registered, and not-organised flow of immigrants can always be a problem for a country,” Kurz said in Vienna.
“And especially a strong flow of immigrants coming from Muslim countries can cause troubles like a different understanding about Israel or anti-Semitic ideas, which we would not like to have in our societies,” he added.
