  1. Turkish Media Fabricated News on Gulf States Amid Khashoggi Case – UAE Minister (sputniknews, Nov 19, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201811191069921462-turkey-saudi-khashoggi-case/

“Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Anwar Gargash accused several Turkish media outlets of fabricating news on the Gulf States after reports emerged on the alleged involvement of Abu Dhabi in the cover-up of the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

“Part of the influential Turkish press is engaged in fabricating news about the countries of the Persian Gulf and the Arab states, including the UAE. This experience showed us that rumours and false information have never been the result of logical or responsible conclusion, and they are damaging the source itself and cause a loss of confidence,” Gargash wrote on Twitter.

The statement comes after the Turkish Yeni Safak newspaper reported, citing sources, that a group of four people, which was allegedly sent to Istanbul to cover up the murder of Khashoggi had been dispatched by former leader of the Palestinian Fatah movement in the Gaza Strip Mohammed Dahlan. The newspaper describes Dahlan as a “chief hitman” of UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed…”

In the case of the murdered pensioner in Wittenburg, further details come to light. His refugee supporting daughter herself is said to have arranged for the rejected asylum seeker to help her father in the household. According to the tabloid Bild, the 20-year-old Afghan is said to have cut the man’s throat on Saturday night, referring to the police. After the murder, the perpetrator fled with the pensioner’s car and finally walked towards the highway after driving into a hedge with the car. 5. Turkish coast guard rescues 40 migrants stuck on island (abcnews, Nov 19, 2018)
    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/turkish-coast-guard-rescues-40-migrants-stuck-island-59287131

“Turkey’s coast guard said Monday it rescued 44 migrants stuck on an island after they attempted the crossing to Greece.

The coast guard said in a statement that it dispatched two helicopters and one boat following a rescue request call by a migrant. Aerial footage showed groups of people on an island off the coast of the western province of Balikesir.

Videos showed coast guard officers aiding women and children to board its ship. The statement did not specify the nationalities of the migrants but said they included 13 children.

Hundreds of thousands of migrants have set out from Turkey’s coasts in the past few years to try to reach neighboring Greece, which is a member of the European Union. A deal with the EU in 2016 to send those migrants back to Turkey significantly curbed the number of border crossings but many desperate migrants still attempt the journey.

The Turkish coast guard has intercepted more than 23,500 people this year.”

  6. Indonesia mosques spreading radicalism to government workers: official (i24news, Nov 19, 2018)
    https://www.i24news.tv/en/news/international/asia-pacific/189013-181119-indonesia-mosques-spreading-radicalism-to-government-workers-official

“Dozens of Indonesian mosques that cater to government workers are spreading radicalism and calling for violence against non-Muslims, the country’s intelligence agency said Monday.

Its findings come six months after Indonesia’s second-biggest city Surabaya was rocked by a wave of suicide bombings at several churches during Sunday services, killing a dozen people.

They were the deadliest terror attacks in about a decade and once again put religious tolerance in the world’s biggest Muslim majority in the spotlight.

The Indonesian State Intelligence Agency said Monday it has probed about one thousand mosques across the Southeast Asian archipelago since July and found that imams at some 41 places of worship in one Jakarta neighbourhood alone were preaching extremism to worshippers — mostly civil servants who work at nearby government ministries.

The Agency found about 17 clerics expressed support or sympathy for Islamic State and encouraged parishioners to fight for the jihadist group in Syria and Marawi, the Philippine city overrun by foreign IS fighters last year. Some clerics also called on the faithful to commit violence on behalf of IS — which claimed the May bombing attacks in Surabaya — and spread hatred or vilify Indonesia’s minority religions, which include Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism.

“The majority of people who go to these mosques are government workers so that’s why this is alarming,” intelligence agency spokesman Wawan Purwanto told AFP.” These are people who are running the country.”

The agency did not release details about what it found at hundreds of other mosques covered by its probe. But it said that it also found worrying signs of radicalism at seven university campuses among several hundred it spot checked as part of the probe.

The spy agency’s investigation was sparked by an independent anti-terrorism expert’s report last year that found imams at dozens of mosques across Indonesia were expressing intolerance and support for IS.

“We have to avoid this because we don’t want people in Indonesia fighting against each other — that will lead to (bad) things,” Purwanto said.Indonesia has beefed up its anti-terror law to give authorities more power to arrest suspects in the wake of the Surabaya attacks.

But Purwanto said the agency would take a soft approach to dealing with radical imams by trying to convince them to spread a more peaceful message.Jakarta-based terrorism expert Sidney Jones said the agency should go beyond just talking with clerics about their sermons.

“Generally it’s not enough to talk to the preacher — you have to get to the mosque development committee and look at (who is behind) the financing,” she said.”And you have to understand why there is support from the local community.””

  9. China ‘has taken the gloves off’ in its thefts of U.S. technology secrets

It was the great microchip heist — a stunning Chinese-backed effort that pilfered as much as $8.75 billion in patented American technology.

U.S. officials say the theft took a year to pull off and involved commercial spies, a Chinese-backed company, a Taiwanese chipmaker and employees affiliated with Micron Technology, a U.S.-based microchip behemoth.

Yet what Micron called “one of the boldest schemes of commercial espionage in recent times” is most notable because it’s not unusual.

Beijing over the last two years has significantly ramped up its swiping of commercial technology and intellectual property, from jet engines to genetically modified rice, as U.S. relations with China have grown more acrimonious under President Trump, according to U.S. officials and security experts.

A US navy hospital ship moored off Colombia has started giving free medical care to Venezuelan refugees, in a move likely to rile officials in Caracas who deny the existence of a humanitarian crisis in their own country – and have long been suspicious of the close relationship between Colombia and the US.

As well as treating Colombians, US medical teams aboard the USNS Comfort will attend to Venezuelan refugees, particularly at the ship’s next stop in Riohacha, a city near the border between the two countries.

Some 3 million Venezuelans have fled political turmoil and economic hardship at home, including 1 million who have taken shelter in Colombia, which has struggled to deal with the exodus.

The al-Qaeda propaganda comes shortly after one of the many media groups supporting ISIS operations online claimed that the deadly wildfires in northern and southern California are retribution for coalition bombings in Syria.

The image circulated online by Al-Ansar Media uses a photo of a burning building and misspelled the state “kalifornia.”

  23. BREITBART – Six Bangladeshis Apprehended in 12 Hours at Texas Border

Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents continue to find illegal immigrants from Bangladesh who cross the border from Mexico. During a 12-hour period beginning on Saturday evening, six Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended in two separate incidents.

Agents assigned to the Laredo South Border Patrol Station came upon a group of four suspected illegal immigrants while patrolling near Masterson Road in Laredo, Texas, on Saturday. The agents conducted interviews as part of Laredo Sector line watch operations. The questioning revealed the four young men were Bangladeshi nationals, according to Laredo Sector Border Patrol officials.

The following morning, Laredo South Station agents carrying out line watch operations came upon another group of two suspected illegal immigrants walking near Oleander Street in Laredo. An interview with the subjects revealed the young men to also be Bangladeshi who were smuggled into the U.S., officials reported.

In an incident on October 29, Laredo South Station agents patrolling along the Rio Grande River rescued a group of Bangladeshi nationals as they attempted to cross the river, Breitbart News reported. Two of the migrants nearly drowned before agents were able to pull them into their boat.

During the month of October, the first month of the new fiscal year, Laredo Sector agents apprehended at least 75 Bangladeshi nationals. This represents an increase of more than 10 percent over October 2017.

During FY2018, which ended on September 30, Laredo Sector agents apprehended 668 Bangladeshi migrants — up nearly 270 percent over the previous year’s total. The sector led the nation in the apprehension of these migrants who paid up to $27,000 each to be moved into the U.S. by cartel-connected human smugglers.

“In Fiscal Year 2018, Laredo Sector Border Patrol experienced an unprecedented increase in the apprehension of nationals from the country of Bangladesh,” Laredo Sector Chief Patrol Agent Felix Chavez told Breitbart News earlier this month. “The almost 300% increase in arrests of Bangladeshi nationals over the previous fiscal year highlights the hard work and vigilance of the men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol. We will continue to work with our federal and international partners to share information to stop the flow of those who seek to unlawfully circumvent our nation’s immigration policies.”

Hundreds of miles of open river border in South and Central Texas make the area a prime human smuggling corridor for Mexican cartels.

  24. US Should Assess Afghan Campaign Instead of Blaming Islamabad for Failures – PM (sputniknews, Nov 19, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/asia/201811191069934397-us-afghanistan-pakistan-campaign/

“The United States should assess the efficiency of its military operation in Afghanistan instead of making Pakistan a scapegoat for its failures in the region, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Monday responding to US President Donald Trump’s critical remarks about Islamabad.

“Instead of making Pakistan a scapegoat for their failures, the US should do a serious assessment of why, despite 140000 NATO troops plus 250,000 Afghan troops & reportedly $1 trillion spent on war in Afghanistan, the Taliban today are stronger than before,” Khan wrote on his Twitter page.

The prime minister pointed out that Pakistan did a lot to support the US military operation in Afghanistan.

“1. No Pakistani was involved in 9/11 but Pak decided to participate in US War on Terror. 2. Pakistan suffered 75,000 casualties in this war & over $123 bn was lost to economy. US ‘aid’ was a miniscule $20 bn. 3. Our tribal areas were devastated & millions of ppl uprooted from their homes. The war drastically impacted lives of ordinary Pakistanis. 4. Pak continues to provide free lines of ground & air communication… Can Mr Trump name another ally that gave such sacrifices?” Khan tweeted.

On Sunday, the Fox News broadcaster issued an interview with Trump, who said that the United States had stopped providing support for Pakistan as Islamabad was doing nothing for Washington.

In September, the Pentagon suspended $300 million in aid to Islamabad, citing the government’s alleged failure to fight the Taliban and terrorist groups that conduct cross-border attacks from Pakistani territory into Afghanistan. The US move came after Washington announced in January that it was suspending $900 million in security aid to Islamabad until it takes action against the Afghan Taliban.”

    • Pakistan PM fires back after criticism from Trump (abcnews, Nov 19, 2018)
      https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/pakistan-pm-fires-back-criticism-trump-59290356

“Pakistan’s prime minister fired back Monday after President Donald Trump accused the country of harboring Osama bin Laden despite getting billions of dollars in American aid.

Imran Khan tweeted that Pakistan had suffered 75,000 casualties and lost $123 billion in the “US War on Terror,” despite the fact that no Pakistanis were involved in the Sept. 11 attacks. He said the U.S. has only provided a “miniscule” $20 billion in aid.

U.S. commandos killed bin Laden in a May 2011 raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan, where he had been living in seclusion in a house near a well-known military academy. Pakistan denies it knew bin Laden’s whereabouts prior to the raid, which was carried out without its knowledge. It later arrested Dr. Shakil Afridi, who had run a fake vaccination campaign in Abbottabad to help the CIA confirm bin Laden’s whereabouts.

In an interview with “Fox News Sunday,” Trump said “everybody in Pakistan” knew bin Laden was there and no one said anything despite the U.S. providing $1.3 billion a year in aid. Trump said he had cut off the aid “because they don’t do anything for us, they don’t do a damn thing for us.”

The U.S. and Afghanistan have long accused Pakistan of turning a blind eye to Islamic extremists and of harboring leaders of the Afghan Taliban. Pakistan denies those allegations, pointing to the heavy toll of its war against the Pakistani Taliban, a separate militant group that carries out attacks inside Pakistan.

Khan said Pakistan’s tribal areas along the border have been devastated by years of war, with millions uprooted from their homes.

He also pointed to the logistical support Pakistan has provided for the U.S. war in Afghanistan. The main overland supply route for American forces fighting in Afghanistan runs through Pakistan.

Khan said the U.S. has made Pakistan a “scapegoat” for its failures in Afghanistan, where the Taliban are stronger than at any point since the 2001 U.S.-led invasion.”

“Population growth has played a key role in our economic success. But I also know Australians in our biggest cities are concerned about population,” he said.

“They are saying ‘Enough, enough, enough’. The roads are clogged, the buses and trains are full. The schools are taking no more enrolments. I hear what you are saying. I hear you loud and clear.”

The Sydney Morning Herald reports Mr. Morrison will now ask state leaders to create their own population plans and will address issue at the next Council of Australian Governments meeting on December 12…”

A large police presence remains in the area as a technical examination is carried out.

The Danish National Police revealed that the incident is now being investigated by the Independent Police Appeals Authority because officers used their firearms.

Police have not commented on whether the incident is being treated as a terrorist attack.”

  27. AP PHOTOS: Migrants at Balkan border face new obstacle: cold (abcnews, Nov 19, 2018)
    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/ap-photos-migrants-balkan-border-face-obstacle-cold-59292382

“It is biting cold near the border of Bosnia and Croatia, and nothing really keeps the migrants camping there stay warm.

After a mild autumn, the weather in the Balkans gave way to gray skies, plunging temperatures and cutting wind. The approach of another winter announced tougher times for migrants stuck in the region while trying to reach western Europe.

Hundreds of migrants are staying in make-shift camps with no heating or facilities. Some are fleeing wars in their home countries in the Middle East Africa or Asia. Others have been driven away by poverty, lack of freedom or hope for the future.

One such camp is in the town of Velika Kladusa, in northwestern Bosnia, only about a kilometer (mile) from the heavily guarded border. Dozens of migrants spend days and nights here trying to cross into Croatia, a European Union member nation a short distance away that holds the promise of easier travels.

Migrants turn to Bosnia to avoid more heavily guarded routes elsewhere in the Balkans. As a European Union member, Croatia is easier to pass through toward wealthy EU countries where they hope to find work and start new lives. Many spend months, or sometimes even years, on the road.

After their long journeys, many migrants don’t have winter shoes, warm socks, caps or gloves. They wrap themselves tightly in blankets, leaving their faces barely visible. At lunch time, they line up for warm meals provided by aid groups. They eat among garbage-strewn, grim-looking tents made of nylon, ropes and cardboard.

At night, the travelers gather around camp fires warm up or cook. Some say their hands have turned blue from cold and they don’t know what to do.

Bosnian authorities have been struggling to accommodate migrants who arrive in a country still recovering from a brutal 1992-95 ethnic war. Some of the wayfarers refuse to go to government-run camps, choosing to take their chances at the border instead.”

  28. US, UK clash with Russia at OPCW over new investigative team (abcnews, Nov 19, 2018)
    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/us-uk-clash-russia-opcw-investigative-team-59289404

“The U.S. and Western powers on Monday clashed with Russia and others over whether the global chemical weapons watchdog could start apportioning blame for poison gas and nerve agent attacks.

At a heated session of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons’ annual conference, both sides bitterly fought over a June decision for the group to set up a new investigative team which could name the perpetrators of chemical attacks — a major change in the group’s rules.

Russia and China said the widely-backed June decision to allow the organization to identify those responsible should be reviewed to ensure it didn’t go beyond the OPCW mandate.

The U.S. ambassador to the watchdog, Kenneth Ward, complained that “a tsunami of chemical weapons” had been used this year, especially in Syria, an ally of Russia, and called Moscow’s attempts to undo the decision “pungent hypocrisy.”

Britain and its allies also have accused Moscow of using a Soviet-era nerve agent in an attempted assassination of former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury earlier this year. Russia denies the allegation.

Britain’s ambassador, Peter Wilson, said a Russia-Chinese proposal to review the decision “is clearly designed to obstruct and delay implementation” of the decision.

Russian envoy Alexander Shulgin said the new team would wield unlawful powers within the OPCW and on Monday called for an expert group to assess the viability of the decision, something the U.S. insisted would hamstring the development of the team. Wilson said that the Russian move would “undermine” plans to set up the team.

Last June, an 82-24 vote among OPCW members provided more than the necessary two-thirds majority to give the group the mandate to name the parties it found responsible for chemical attacks.

With Russia’s opposition on Monday, Ward said that Russia and China made “an attempt to re-litigate what happened in June.” He said that both nations “are trying to turn back the clock of history.”

One allegation still being investigated by weapons inspectors is the suspected chemical attack in April in the Syrian town of Douma. An interim report said that weapons inspectors found “various chlorinated organic chemicals” at the site of the alleged Douma attack.

The OPCW made headlines last month when Dutch authorities revealed that they had foiled an alleged plot by Russian spies to hack into the organization’s Wi-Fi network using equipment stashed in the trunk of a rental car parked at a hotel next to the OPCW headquarters. Russia denied any wrongdoing.”

  29. New Migrant Caravan forms in El Salvador–Headed to U.S.

A group of about 150 Salvadorians set off on a 2,700 mile journey to the U.S. on Sunday.

It is the fourth caravan to head towards the U.S.-Mexico border since the first group from Honduras left on Oct. 13.

The new caravan, as reported by Reuters, was guarded by police as its members made their way to buses set for Guatemala.

The migrants have already created social media and WhatsApp accounts, hoping to capitalize on the attention given to the other caravans.

Meanwhile, in Tijuana, Mexico, authorities opened up a gym and gated sport complex to accommodate thousands of of migrants from earlier caravans after shelters reached their maximum capacities.

About 3,000 migrants have poured into the city–with immigration officials estimating as many as 10,000 could eventually arrive in the border town by the end of the year.

  30. Trump Vows to Kick CNN’s Acosta Out Again
The president responds to activist judge’s ruling to restore Acosta’s “hard pass”.

    Matthew Vadum

President Trump took CNN’s improbable court victory temporarily restoring CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta’s “hard pass” media credential for the executive mansion in stride, vowing to kick Acosta out again in the future if he breaches White House protocol again.

The yanking of the physical credential, by the way, isn’t exactly a grave hardship. It just means Acosta would need to make an appointment through the White House press office every time he wanted to visit the White House grounds, just as the rest of the non-hard pass-holding journalists who don’t work for big media outlets like CNN have to do. Lacking a hard pass does not prevent anyone from reporting on the White House.

Speaking to Chris Wallace of Fox News Channel in an interview that aired Sunday, Trump had some new ideas on how to deal with Acosta, who picks fights with him during pressers.

“I think one of the things we’ll do is maybe turn the camera off that faces them, because then they don’t have any air time, although I’ll probably be sued for that and maybe, you know, win or lose it, who knows,” Trump said. “I mean, with this stuff you never know what’s going to happen.”

The president described Acosta as “unbelievably rude to [White House Press Secretary] Sarah Huckabee, who’s a wonderful woman,” and said his administration is drawing up “rules and regulations” for White House reporters. “And if he misbehaves, we’ll throw him out or we’ll stop the news conference,” Trump said.

The Benjamin Carson High School of Science and Medicine near the Detroit Medical Center has an ambitious program of preparing its mostly African-American students for careers in medicine.

Students from Ben Carson High recently toured a hospital and experienced what it’s like to be doctors.

The school’s name, in its own words, honors “Dr. Benjamin Carson whose journey from impoverished, inner-city Detroit youth to acclaimed neurosurgeon is remarkable and is a constant reminder to Benjamin Carson students that their career dreams are achievable.”

    Or maybe not.

The Detroit school board voted to rename the school under guidelines that say a school can be renamed when it doesn’t reflect the student population or when “information newly discovered about the current name of the school is negative in nature.”

LaMar Lemmons, a Democrat, was the leading advocate for removing Ben Carson’s name from the school. Lemmons, who along with his wife, Georgia Lemmons, sits on the school board, has used his position to blame Michigan’s emergency managers for all of Detroit’s self-created problems.

  32. University Bans Use of Capital Letters Because They ‘Scare’ Students Into Failure
    Pluralist
    18 NOV 2018
“Students may even then decide that the assessment is too difficult and not attempt it.”

University administrators recently banned lecturers from capitalizing letters in assignments out of concern for students’ feelings, the Sunday Express ?reported.

Leeds Trinity journalism department issued the prohibition in a memo to staff, explaining that uppercase print could “scare [students] into failure.” The missive about “enhancing student engagement and achievement” included a number of other dos and don’ts.

Lecturers were advised to write to students in a friendly tone and to avoid overbearing language and negative instructions. As the Express noted, among the prohibited terms listed were “do” and “don’t.”

The memo, which was obtained by the newspaper, said: “Despite our best attempts to explain assessment tasks, any lack of clarity can generate anxiety and even discourage students from attempting the assessment at all.”

  35. Richard: Read the entire article there is no way to overstate the importance of what was said. The Dems are trying to set the precedent that the only legitimate winner of any election is a Democrat. Take this data point and add it into the election fraud in many states as well as the soft coup they are trying to carry out against President Trump. the picture that emerges when you connect the data points is very ugly, it is a picture of an attempt to destroy the Representative Republic called the United States of America. The Dems are attacking the rule of law and the Constitution so they can once again get a President for Life like FDR was, yes he had elections every 4 years but how honest were the elections?

There is no way that this attempt to establish the USSAR can end peacefully, the Dems are so close to seizing total power that they can’t back down. They will continue to use violence and they will increase the level of violence all the while blaming the Repubs for the violence. The coming civil war is not going to end quickly and will not be a short war, during this war political ideologies and possibly a religion will be outlawed in the United States.

Keep your muskets clean and your power dry and watch your six, I have lost enough friends and don’t want to lose more.

Obama Crony Suggests Sanctions Against Georgia Because Republican Won

    It won’t end with Trump.

The Left rejected the votes of the American people and announced plans for a coup by various means. It did it when it lost a presidential election in 2016. Now it’s doing it with a gubernatorial election in Georgia.

And top Obama people are pushing this meme.

Norm Eisen, a former ethics chief under President Obama, on Sunday said he does not believe Georgia Gov.-elect Brian Kemp should be treated as a “normal head of the state” after a tight race marred by voting issues and accusations of voter suppression.

“I was a U.S. ambassador,” Eisen, former U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic, tweeted on Sunday, linking to an article about those who were allegedly prevented from voting during the Georgia elections. “If my host country had attacked democracy in this way, I would have publicly slammed them & called for economic sanctions.”

“I certainly would not have treated the ‘winning’ candidate is a normal head of the state, & we should not do so here,” Eisen added.

Republicans are inherently illegitimate. Only Democrats who win elections are legitimate.

States that elect Republicans must be sanctioned.

Remember when the crime that got you sanctioned by California or New York was opposing illegal migration or gay marriage. Now electing a Republican is enough.

  36. Secretive Liberal Donor Network Plots 2020 Strategy in DC
Democracy Alliance held fall investment conference blocks away from White House

A secretive dark money network comprised of powerful liberal donors who help set the Democratic agenda descended on Washington, D.C., to begin plotting strategy for the next two years leading up to the 2020 elections.

The Democracy Alliance, a donors’ club of liberal millionaires and billionaires that counts George Soros as a member, gathered just blocks away from the White House at the Capital Hilton hotel for the group’s fall investment conference to discuss post-midterm election strategy, according to a conference agenda obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

“Two years ago, on the day after Donald Trump’s surprise victory, we threw out the planned agenda for that year’s upcoming conference and got to work with colleagues and allies trying to understand what hit us,” the agenda reads. “Now we meet at a different moment—still with much work to do, but with the wind at our backs.”

“Everything we need to digest, review, and address cannot be covered in two days alone, which is why this conference is a starting point for the work of the next two years to build an America where everyone can participate fairly in the democratic process, that supports an economy built on inclusivity, that leads to a safe environment and healthy communities, and that is equitable and just.”

  37. How Misguided Environmentalism Is To Blame For California’s Wildfires

I grew up in California’s Ventura County and have family in both southern and northern California. Right now, the most deadly fire in California’s history is racing across northern California. The Camp Fire has already killed at least 56 people, burned down 7,700 homes, and destroyed the entire town of Paradise. A brush fire is also wreaking havoc on southern California. The Woolsey Fire has destroyed 98,362 acres, killed two people, and damaged several Hollywood landmarks such as the set of “MASH” and the Reagan Ranch.

Article after article blames two things for California’s frequent fires: global warming and human action. For example, a BuzzFeed article is titled, “How A Booming Population And Climate Change Made California’s Wildfires Worse Than Ever.” While dry conditions make fires more likely and people often start them, this misses the big picture. President Trump summed it up on Nov 10. He wrote, “There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor … Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!”

  38. Saudi Arabia: King Salman pledges Saudi Arabia will fulfil ‘Allah’s sharia law’

Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz addressed Shoura Council in Riyadh on Monday, outlining his country’s stance on various international issues.

Saudi King stressed that “this country will not refrain from fulfilling Allah’s sharia law” after mentioning that it’s involvement in Yemeni war is “a duty to support the Yemeni people.”

“The kingdom was founded on the Islamic system, which is based on fulfilling justice, and takes pride in the efforts of the judiciary and the public prosecution to guide the nation and shouldering the responsibilities,” stressed King Salman.

Despite the anticipation, no comments on the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi were made.
