    • We were in bad shape but are in much better shape now, from what I hear we are strong enough to take on either one and probably both at the same time.

    • This one is true, it will be up to North America to once again liberate Europe from invaders. Of course we have to get our internal enemies under control before we can do that.

  1. ‘Failed Experiment’: New Book Denounces Denmark’s Decade-Long Migration Policy (sputniknews, Nov 16, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/europe/201811161069862363-denmark-immigration-criticism-book/

“If it hadn’t been for 35 years of mass immigration, Denmark would have been better off and less exposed to crime, writers Mikkel Andersson and Niels Jespersen claim.

“The Experiment That Failed,” a new book by Mikkel Andersson and Niels Jespersen, casts a critical light on the challenges posed by Denmark’s immigration policy of recent decades.

In 1983, there were about 60,000 non-Western immigrants in Denmark. By 2018, their number has risen to almost 500,000 in a nation of 5.6 million. According to the authors, the mass immigration of refugees and economic migrants has left a deep mark on Danish society, and its economic, social and cultural influence has been mostly negative.

The consequences of immigration can be seen and experienced on a daily basis and have become part of the media landscape, the authors claim, focusing on disaffected youths terrorizing neighbourhoods around the country with threats and violence, gangs wars, police who are unable to fund despite extra manpower and resources, and parallel communities where extremist and oppressive beliefs are nurtured.

Economically, non-Western immigrants cost the Danish state coffers a whopping DKK 30 billion ($4.5 billion) per year, a bill that is unlikely to disappear in decades to come.

Mikkel Andersson and Niels Jespersen conclude that immigration has made Denmark a poorer, less secure and more polarized country. Against this backdrop, they conclude that the asylum policy of recent years hasn’t only been harmful to Denmark, ironically enough, it’s harmful for the refugees who deserved real help.

“Denmark helps a small number of able asylum seekers who have the power and money to travel through six-eight secure countries while failing a larger number of those who do not have the resources, but could have received much better assistance for the same money,” as Mikkel Andersson put it, according to the daily newspaper Berlingske.

According to the authors, this is not an exclusively Danish phenomenon, but instead encompasses Germany, the Benelux countries and the rest of Scandinavia, among others. Jespersen argued that the mistake was believing that you could take in hundreds of thousands of people with a different culture and background and expect them to integrate and look similar to the majority population. By contrast, the Visegrad countries, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, have refused to condone mass immigration despite pressure from Brussels and Berlin.”

    • ““The Experiment That Failed,” a new book by Mikkel Andersson and Niels Jespersen, casts a critical light on the challenges posed by Denmark’s immigration policy of recent decades.”

Very strange then, that this Danish Experiment just happened to be implemented at exactly the same time across all of Western Europe.

But of course, this is only a Communist conspiracy theory of Marxist infiltators in all Parties of government. The dead whose sense of life is running into the shadows of diversity.

  2. Saudi Sponsorship of Swedish Schools Prompts Islamist Scare (sputniknews, Nov 16, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/europe/201811161069859555-sweden-saudi-arabia-sponsorship/

“A Swedish Total Defence Research Institute pundit described Saudi Arabia as “playing a central role in spreading an extreme interpretation of Islam in Sweden.”

Reports of Örebro-based al-Salam School receiving money from the Saudi royal family have triggered concerns about state-sponsored Islamic indoctrination in Sweden.

Meanwhile, the foundation running the school brushed the concerns aside as “excessive”, stressing that it distances itself from “all forms of extremism and terrorism.”

According to the daily newspaper Svenska Dagbladet, the Muslim elementary school al-Salam School received a total of SEK 1.8 million ($200,000) from Saudi Arabia.

Al-Salam School has attracted the scrutiny of the School Inspectorate for several years and has prompted several rebukes. It’s criticized for its gender-segregated classes, which violate the Swedish government’s policy of ensuring sexual equality.

Additionally, the newspaper reported that the stated goal of the Scandinavian foundation al-Risalah, which runs al-Salam school among others, is to “maintain Muslims’ Islamic identity.” Three of the foundation’s board members are from Saudi Arabia, including Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Akeel, who was quoted as saying that Saudi donations help “convey the true image of Islam and its greatness and promote its positive role” among Muslims…”

  3. Turkish police detain 12 academics, activists in raids (abcnews, Nov 16, 2018)
    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/turkish-police-detain-12-academics-activists-raids-59237283

“Police in Istanbul detained 12 academics, businesspeople and journalists as part of an investigation into an association that was headed by a jailed prominent businessman and activist, Turkey’s state-run news agency reported Friday.

Anadolu Agency said professors Betul Tanbay and Turgut Tarhanli of Istanbul’s Bosphorus and Bilgi universities and journalist Cigdem Mater were among those detained in simultaneous police operations in the city.

They are being questioned over their links to the Anatolia Culture Association founded by Osman Kavala, a philanthropist businessman who was arrested a year ago pending trial, accused of alleged attempts to “abolish” the constitutional order and the government. No indictment has been issued against him.

Anadolu said police were searching for eight other people linked to the association which says it aims to promote peace and minority rights through culture.

Since an attempted coup in 2016, Turkey’s government has been accused of stifling freedom of expression for arresting thousands of people for alleged connections to U.S.-based cleric Fethullah Gulen, whom Turkey blames for the failed attempt, or links to terror groups. It has purged many more people from state institutions and jailed dozens of journalists.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called Kavala “Turkey’s Soros,” a reference to American billionaire George Soros, whose Open Society Foundations have funded education, health, justice and media projects around the world. Pro-government media in Turkey accuse Kavala of engaging in anti-government conspiracies.

Eleven prominent activists, including Amnesty International’s former Turkey chairman, were arrested last year at their hotel on an island off of Istanbul while training. They were eventually released from jail pending the outcome of their trial for supporting terror groups.

Separately on Friday, police detained 86 people, most of them former Air Force personnel, in operations across Turkey and were looking for 100 others for alleged links to Gulen’s movement, Anadolu reported.

More than 15,000 people have been purged from the military since the coup, Turkey’s defense minister has said.

The cleric denies involvement in the coup.”

“The Corruption Goes On and On”

        • Advocating and implementing “open borders” for Europe and the United States: In a WikiLeaks-disclosed speech to Latin American bankers, Hillary stated: “My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders.” She has supported every effort to break down borders in the United States and in Europe, including support for amnesty for illegal aliens and huge increases in acceptance of Muslim “refugees,” which she has publicly admitted cannot be vetted against security concerns.

        • Hillary and Bill Clinton pushing “open borders” agenda for Clinton funder George Soros: Billionaire George Soros, along with his sons and his foundations, have poured millions of dollars into the Clintons’ political campaigns and the Clinton foundations. Secretary Clinton supported German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s disastrous refugee/migrant plan for Europe, which was designed by Soros agent Gerald Knaus. When Hungary and Poland took back control of their borders, they were blasted by Bill Clinton. Hungarian Prime Minister Vicktor Orbán, well aware of the Soros network’s hand in the “migration movement,” noted that “although the mouth belongs to Clinton, the voice belongs to Soros.”

“Belgian police are only now investigating the case of a man who was put into a coma after being attacked for drinking during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, sixth months after the assault took place.

The case dates back to May 20th, 2018, and saw a 39-year-old man in the commune of Saint-Josse, Brussels, drinking alcohol on the street during Ramadan. The man was approached by another individual, who he said became angry that he was drinking, who beat the man so brutally that he was in a coma for several weeks, newspaper La Dernière Heure reports.

  6. Los Angeles – Muslim charged with fraud after driving off pier, killing sons

An Egyptian man was held without bail Tuesday on federal charges of fraudulently collecting insurance payouts after driving his severely autistic children to their deaths when he sped off a pier into the Port of Los Angeles.

Ali Elmezayen (EL-mah-ZION) plotted for over two years before launching his plan into action April 9, 2015, when he barreled down a commercial fishing dock in San Pedro, turned his Honda abruptly toward a parking space and gunned the engine, federal authorities said.

“Witnesses heard the tires of the car screech loudly and saw the car accelerate before it flew off the edge of the wharf, crashed into the water and immediately sunk,” FBI agent Matthew Parker wrote in an affidavit in support of Elmezayen’s arrest last week.

Elmezayen, 44, did not enter a plea in the case in U.S. District Court, but he has told investigators and others he may have accidentally accelerated instead of hitting the brake, according to court papers. He blamed the city, Honda, and Jiffy Lube and others for negligence, but his lawsuit was tossed out.

The Los Angeles County district attorney declined to bring charges in the deaths because of insufficient evidence. A police mechanic found evidence that the brake pedal didn’t properly work, but couldn’t tell if that was the case before the tragedy or because of salt water corrosion.

While a county prosecutor said the father’s explanation could create reasonable doubt, they suggested police tell federal prosecutors about evidence of insurance and other fraud.

Federal investigators said they found that Elmezayen spent about a quarter of his reported $24,000 salary to insure himself, his longtime partner and three sons for $6 million.

Elmezayen repeatedly called insurers to confirm they wouldn’t automatically investigate a claim made more than two years after a policy was written, federal prosecutors said.

The deadly plunge occurred two years and 12 days after the final policy took effect, authorities said.

Elmezayen’s car window was open, and he surfaced within 30 seconds and swam to a ladder on the pier. His partner, Rabab Diab, couldn’t swim, but she was rescued by a fisherman after surfacing and screaming, “My kids, my kids.”

“The poor lady was screaming hysterically,” said fisherman Ray Prince shortly after the incident. “I thought she was going to drown.”

Two boys, Abdelkarim, 8, and Elhassan, 13, couldn’t swim and were strapped in child seats. They were pulled lifeless from the car by rescue divers and died from drowning.

Elmezayen collected more than $260,000 in insurance payouts for the deaths and wired more than $170,000 back to his native Egypt, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors argued that Elmezayen should not be free awaiting trial because he was likely to flee to his homeland. They also argued he still posed a danger to Diab because he had intended to kill her and still pays premiums on her life insurance policy and that of another son, who was at camp when his siblings were killed.

A public defender representing Elmezayen argued that nothing had happened to Diab and the other son in over three years. He asked to have Elmezayen use $250,000 in equity in two houses he owns to secure his bond.

Elmezayen and Diab came to the U.S. in 2000 and overstayed their tourist visas, prosecutors said. Both married other partners in hopes of becoming permanent residents. Elmezayen has acknowledged his was a sham marriage.

Judge Alka Sagar said Elmezayen lacked credibility and she denied bail, in part, because of what she called the “ghastly scheme to obtain insurance benefits.”

  9. If Bill Nelson ends up losing — and he will — it won’t be for Brenda Snipes’s lack of trying
By LU Staff November 16, 2018

For all intents and purposes, Sen. Bill Nelson (who is soon to be former Sen. Bill Nelson) has already lost the seat he has held for 17 years to challenger Rick Scott. In spite of this reality, Nelson continues to rage, rage against the dying of the light, filing lawsuit after lawsuit in a futile effort to be declared winner.

All through the process, Nelson has had a staunch ally in Broward County, Fla., Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes, who herself is not long for the world of politics. Snipes, who has been accused of ordering election workers to fill in ballots, went the extra mile for Nelson, even when her actions reinforced the growing sentiment that she is incompetent, if not crooked.

On Thursday, the day the results of a machine recount were due, Snipes waited until the eleventh hour to submit the ballots — plus an additional two minutes, which was long enough to invalidate three days of intense tabulation. Director of Broward Elections Planning Joseph D’Alessandro is quoted by CBS Miami as lamenting “I just worked my ass off for nothing.”

The man was already well known to police for two ongoing drug offences as well as theft in 2014 and 2015, yet these had no weight on the judgment by the court in Frankfurt.

“Even though we don’t live in Brazil there are also people here, who attack your honour, insult your sister and look at her.”

In May 2018 the court gave him another warning and anti-aggression training for stabbing a man in the back six times because of a refused handshake in April 2017.

The only reason his victim was not too seriously injured was a thick leather jacket he was wearing at the time.

Swedish government forces dead people to pay TV tax – regardless whether they owned a TV or not

The Swedish Parliament recently voted through a new law that will abolish the TV license fee from 1 January 2019.

Instead, the already heavily taxed Swedes will be forced to pay a compulsory tax to finance the public service. This, regardless of whether they are watching, or even own a TV.

The tax will be higher than the licence fee. The previous fee was paid per household – now everyone over 18 in the household will pay even if there is only one, or no, TV.

This means that a family with two adults and two children over 18 living at home will be forced to pay approximately €530 per year. The same applies to pensioners in retirement homes where they share a TV – each pensioner will have to pay separately.

It has also been decided that dead people shall pay the TV tax – people who die will be forced to pay the new tax the rest of the year through their relatives. The law has been severely criticised – by one party.

An attorney for Republicans on the committee reached out to Mifsud’s attorney, Stephan Roh, on Oct. 24 in hopes of obtaining a voluntary interview with Mifsud, who has not been seen in public since last November, after Papadopoulos entered a plea deal with the special counsel’s office for lying to the FBI.

Roh, who is based in Switzerland, tells The Daily Caller News Foundation that Mifsud is aware of the Senate committee’s interview request. Roh says he has had indirect contact with Mifsud but has not seen the former diplomat since he visited Roh’s law offices in Zurich in May 2018, when Roh says Mifsud signed a power of attorney agreement. 17. British Prime Minister Theresa May will go down in history as the Judas Iscariot of her people. She has stabbed 17.4 million voters for Brexit in the back by cobbling together a deal that makes Britain a vassal state of the EU and is a triumph for multiculturalism and mass immigration, with no real real control over the country’s borders.

An anonymous correspondent writes to me: “This devious little snake-in-the grass should be put on trial for treason! And if found guilty, she should be executed by firing squad, along with that other great betrayer of her people, German Chancellor Angela Merkel.”

An unhelpful comment no doubt, given that we no longer have capital punishment in Britain. The sentiment is nevertheless understandable. The visceral loathing many people feel in Britain for this cheating liar, masquerading as a good churchgoing Christian—a Vicar’s daughter—probably stems from her arrogant hypocrisy.

“The sun is entering one of the deepest Solar Minima of the Space Age,” wrote Dr. Tony Phillips just six weeks ago, on September 27, 2018. The lack of sunspots on our sun could bring about record cold temperatures, and perhaps even a mini ice age.

Our sun was not expected to head into a solar minimum until around 2020, but it appears to be heading in that direction a little early which could prove to be bad news for warm weather lovers.

  20. MONTREAL — A major Quebec university is joining a growing movement toward allowing students — including transgender students who’ve long sought the provision — to use a name other than their given name on campus.

The Université du Québec à Montréal announced this week the policy will come into effect next semester. It will extend to all non-official documents and resources, including student cards, university email addresses and the student directory. Professors will address students by their preferred names.

Their legal first name will continue to appear on official documents such as diplomas, cheques and financial documents.

“Starting January 4, 2019, in an approach that is inclusive and neutral, UQAM will be the first French-language university in Quebec that will allow, under certain conditions, all students who apply to add a chosen first name to their student file,” Danielle Laberge, vice-rector in charge of academic life, told students and staff in a statement.

Levi Strauss & Co. established its brand in the mid-19th century by selling durable clothing to working-class Americans. As Levi’s signature jeans gained popularity amongst a wider set in the middle of the last century, the pants came to symbolize American freedom. As Stanford Historian Niall Ferguson points out in his book, Civilization: The West and the Rest, during the Cold War, the American pants were so desirable behind the Iron Curtain that citizens would break any number of laws to obtain them. At one point the company even celebrated America’s armed heritage in a circa 1950 advertising brochure, “Levi’s Gallery of Western Guns & Gunfighters.” It’s with some irony then that Levi’s has abandoned this rugged image to team up with a billionaire oligarch in an effort to empower the government to trample upon the fundamental rights of the American people.

  23. Jean-Claude Juncker, EU Commission president, said speaking at an event of the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZ) criticised the growing number of European governments withdrawing from the Migration Pact saying the must be ignorant of its contents.

The list of countries to have exited includes Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, United States. Juncker believes they would not have pulled out of the pact “if they had read it”, his belief that the principals of “shared responsibility” would actually lead to less illegal immigration.

Perhaps because the document makes immigration a human right, therefore none would be considered illegal. However, it would realistically be far more migrants with none being considered illegal or able to be turned away.

On Wednesday the Czech Republic officially stated they were rejecting the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. The pact is due to be formally ratified in Marrakech, Morocco next month.

Islamic organisation Muslim Kids Entertainment is indoctrinating and brainwashing young children with TV programmes, education materials and at events.

A special event in Belgium brought controversy as the organisation behind it clearly follows an Islamic agenda for very young children.

  25. Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tore into a Washington Examiner reporter on Twitter Thursday after he posted a photo of her “backside” in a comment about her fashion choices.

Examiner reporter Eddie Scarry tweeted a photo of the 29-year-old Democrat from behind as she walked down a hallway on Capitol Hill.

“Hill staffer sent me this pic of Ocasio-Cortez they took just now. I’ll tell you something: that jacket and coat don’t look like a girl who struggles,” Mr. Scarry wrote.

His tweet followed Ms. Ocasio-Cortez’s story last week that she can’t yet afford an apartment in Washington until her congressional salary kicks in next year. The former waitress and self-described democratic socialist has used her situation as an example of the struggle working class people face when they’re elected to Congress.

Ms. Ocasio-Cortez interpreted Mr. Scarry’s tweet as sexist.

  26. Note – an excellent, in-depth article on de-platforming from among the tech community:

The phenomenon of deplatforming in the internet age, which includes the component of publicly expressed outrage that impels companies to act to remove objectionable content, provides ample fodder for getting all kinds of things wrong against the backdrop of people wanting to put things right.

To that end I see three distinct themes around it:

We run the risk that the act of deplatforming can become as extreme as the hate speech it seeks to banish.
While it’s within the purview of every private (and by that I mean non-governmental) company to do it, those who do typically undermine their own long term interests. And,
On our present course, we’re headed for a balkanized social media landscape
The idea of mobilizing public support, usually just raw emotion, and channeling it toward denying service or infrastructure to something deemed undesirable has taken on an almost macabre element in this day and age. The problem with deplatforming is nobody can give you an objective, rule-of-thumb based guideline that can answer the question

    “Where does it stop?”

  27. Trump: ‘We’re Writing Up Rules and Regulations’ for Reporter Decorum at Press Conferences
    By Melanie Arter | November 16, 2018 | 1:23 PM EST

    President Donald Trump (Screenshot)
(CNSNews.com) – “People have to behave,” President Donald Trump said when asked about Friday’s ruling by U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia Judge Timothy J. Kelly giving CNN a temporary restraining order requiring the White House to return CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta’s press pass.

“We’re writing up rules and regulations,” Trump told reporters after signing a bill on cybersecurity and infrastructure security. “I think you were treated very unfairly. Both of you. Because you had somebody interrupting you. With the rules and regulations, we will end up back in court, and we will win.”

Asked what he means about “rules and regulations,” Trump said, “Decorum. You can’t take three questions and four questions, and you can’t stand up and not sit down.

  28. Supreme Court obliges Trump, will step in for census citizenship showdown
By Stephen Dinan – The Washington Times
    Friday, November 16, 2018
The Supreme Court announced Friday it will grant an expedited hearing on the Trump administration’s request to add a question concerning citizenship to the 2020 census.

The justices set oral argument for February, converting what had been a narrow request involving one part of the case into a full grant of review.

At stake is one of President Trump’s key goals — asking people to disclose their citizenship when they take part in the 2020 count.

Anti-Trump state attorneys general and immigrant-rights groups sued to stop the question, arguing it will scare immigrants, both legal and illegal, away from taking part in the census, skewing the count. That, they say, will mean some states won’t get the congressional representation nor federal money they are entitled to.

A federal judge in New York has ruled that asking the question isn’t inherently illegal — indeed, it was part of censuses up to 1950, and is still asked by the Census Bureau to some smaller sample sizes. But the judge questioned the motives of the Trump administration in asking it.

The case appears to come down to a parsing of words of Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who said he made the decision to add a citizenship question, dismissing advice of some top aides, “solely” because of a request by the Justice Department.

Mourners arrived at Istanbul’s Fatih mosque to pay their respects to the slain Journalist, joining similar ceremonies across the world after Khashoggi’s fiancee called for his funeral prayers to be performed.

Prayers were performed in absentia as his remains have yet to be found, and mourners stood in front of an empty pedestal where his body should have lain.

Yasin Aktay, an advisor to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, was among those in attendance and addressed the crowd, vowing “we will continue to seek the truth of this case.

We are not after revenge at all but the blood of a crime like this cannot stay on the ground.”

  30. UK: Steve Bannon appearance sparks student protests in Oxford

Hundreds protested against Steve Bannon appearance at the Oxford Union Society on Friday.

Former Trump advisor Bannon was invited by the university debating society, a decision that was harshly criticised by student groups who organised a protest in front of the Oxford Union Society trying to block people from entering.

Bannon did speak at the Oxford Union, defending some of the policies he helped to implement during his time at the White House.

  31. The Art of the Steal: Dems Set Stage for 2020

RUSH: Okay. So, here we are. We’re sitting here one week after the elections, and in Florida the elections are still going on, or at least the count, the recount, the search, the quest for votes continues unabated. Georgia as well. Even though Stacey Abrams finds herself down by one and a half percent and tens of thousands of votes, they are still looking for votes, counting every vote.

Are you tired of that mantra yet? “We must count every vote,” as though somebody is trying not to count every vote. You could say the same thing about Arizona, except Martha McSally has conceded and her number one praiseworthy advocate is Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook, who says this is how Republicans need to act. When they lose, they need to concede. Obviously, McSally cares about being a good citizen and being a good American, and she did what all good Republicans should do, and that is concede.

Richard: He has some valid points and they fit with the other actions of the Dems, they want a one party statee with a token loyal opposition party that will claim they oppose all the Dems are doing but cave every time a Dem frowns at them.

  32. Stacey Abrams May Take Unprecedented Step If Kemp Declared Winner In Georgia

Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and her campaign, claiming that her loss to GOP gubernatorial candidate Brian Kemp was caused by voting irregularities, are preparing to take a drastic step in order to derail Kemp taking office if state officials declare Kemp the winner: a legal challenge that would call for an entirely new election.

As the Associated Press (AP) reports, Abrams and her team may rely on a state statute that has never been used for a race as important as a governor’s race in Georgia. Even before the election, Abrams ripped Kemp, saying on MSNBC, “Brian Kemp has been an exquisite architect of voter suppression for the last decade, and the outside agitators he so blithely dismisses include Asian American groups based in the state of Georgia, Latino groups based in the state of Georgia, African American community organizations based in the state of Georgia who have been doing this work for decades.”

    • Remember the stories about the Dems trying to destroy our trust in our elections, and the stories about the tactics the people in the disputed counties in Florida are using to try and steal the elections down there. The left is setting the stage for a very crooked election in 2020, they will ramp up their violence and will do all they can to suppress the votes of anyone who supports freedom.

  33. ‘This Isn’t The Jim F***ing Acosta Show’: Journalists Unload On CNN’s Acosta

Multiple reporters have privately complained about CNN’s Jim Acosta in recent days as the reporter continues to wait on a federal judge’s ruling as to whether he can at least temporarily restore the White House correspondent’s press credentials.

“A few CNN reporters told me that they’re embarrassed by Acosta & CNN,” Republican strategist Arthur Schwartz said. “A WH correspondent from a major network (not Fox) told me ‘This isn’t the Jim F*ing Acosta Show. We all hate him. He’s an a**hole and he actually is disrespectful to the president.'”

  34. First Muslim Women in US Congress Misled Voters About Views on Israel

    by Soeren Kern
    November 16, 2018 at 5:00 am

    https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/13308/ilhan-omar-rashida-tlaib

Ilhan Abdullahi Omar of Minnesota and Rashida Harbi Tlaib of Michigan will be the first two Muslim women ever to serve in the US Congress. Most of the media coverage since their election on November 6 has been effusive in praise of their Muslim identity and personal history.

Less known is that both women deceived voters about their positions on Israel. Both women, at some point during their rise in electoral politics, led voters — especially Jewish voters — to believe that they held moderate views on Israel. After being elected, both women reversed their positions and now say they are committed to sanctioning the Jewish state.

America’s first two Muslim congresswomen are now both on record as appearing to oppose Israel’s right to exist. They both support the anti-Israel boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement. Both are also explicitly or implicitly opposed to continuing military aid to Israel, as well as to a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict — an outcome that would establish a Palestinian state alongside Israel. Instead, they favor a one-state solution — an outcome that many analysts believe would, due to demographics over time, replace the Jewish state with a unitary Palestinian state.

Ilhan Omar, who will replace outgoing Rep. Keith Ellison (the first Muslim elected to Congress) in Minnesota’s 5th congressional district, came to the United States as a 12-year-old refugee from Somalia and settled in the Twin Cities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul, in the late 1990s.

  35. Hezbollah Is Ramping Up South of the US

Iran’s terror proxy Hezbollah is ramping up south of the US border, as witnessed by arrests of its operatives in Bolivia and Peru.

Information revealed by the State Department’s top counter terror official Nathan Sales confirmed the increased presence of Iran and Hezbollah in Latin and South America.

In Bolivia, “large caches of military equipment and explosives” belonging to Hezbollah jihadis were found in the La Paz area. Jihads have also been dispatched to Peru, where prosecutions of operatives by the government is ongoing.

Last year in Paraguay, a number of Hezbollah-linked individuals – some with connections to the U.S. were arrested for money laundering and drug trafficking, according to the State Department. Panama also worked with the U.S. on a number of counter-terror efforts with suspects linked to Hezbollah.

A House panel last spring heard testimony that Iran has “converted and radicalized thousands of Latin Americans” over the years through sending imams to the region and establishing mosques and “cultural centers.”

It is in these “cultural centers” that Hezbollah and the Iran’s Revolutionary Guards do their recruiting. Breitbart News reported that Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, noted these centers numbered 36 in 2012 yet “more than 100” today.
