    “The recent loss of its so-called “caliphate” will cripple the Islamic State group but the terror threat posed by the extremists is not over yet, the European Union’s counter-terrorism coordinator said.

    Gilles de Kerchove told The Associated Press in an interview that there hasn’t been a massive flow of IS fighters returning to Europe as many had feared following the group’s loss of territory in Syria and Iraq, adding that the intelligence services describe the fighters’ return as “more a trickle than a flow.”

    However, people inspired by the ideology remain a threat and the group is likely to entrench in other parts of world with “weak governance” such as Libya or Afghanistan, the EU official said…”

    • Historical note: During the last Islamic Conquest a non governmental player was the Assassins based out of Alamut Castle in Afghanistan. They had influence that stretched into Europe,. their power continued until the Mongol invastion which took the castle and destroyed most of the order.

      SIDEBAR: Even if these murderous lunatics insist that paradise awaits them for their jihadist slaughter, killing them in exceptionally large numbers will create (however crude) a genuine sort of deterrence. In light (or dark) of Islamic doctrine, there seems to be little alternative. After all, loss of life is the ultimate cure for both opposition and recidivism.

      When pro-caliphate ISIS morons are perishing at warp speed, maybe then there will be some peace. Until that time, place your bets on continued mayhem and terrorism.

It’s written in our Constitution,” he said, adding that in the letter he was “asking them (RSF) to respect the freedom of speech and the Swiss Constitution.”

    According to Mettan, the Swiss Press Club is “accustomed to get pressures from everywhere in the world and mainly from dictatorial countries – like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and others – because they don’t accept that we give the floor to political opponents or to human rights’ defenders.” However, it was “the first time in 20 years” when such calls were coming from a journalists’ association, he said.

    • What the Trump haters refuse to believe is that Trump is a master negotiator who is keep his opponents off balance so he can achieve his goals. His tweets 1) distract is internal opponents from the CFPB fight and 2) brings the Islamic crimes in Britain back onto the Front Page. His Tweet let the resistance in Britain know that they have a champion who is not afraid of making waves or of being criticized by the home grown left and the Islamic Invaders.

  10. ISIS Teases Vegas in Upcoming Sequel to Original Film Threatening America

    The Islamic State is promoting a forthcoming sequel to its most infamous movie that threatened America at the beginning of the caliphate, with the new trailer showing fire raining down on several U.S. cities before America is engulfed in a fireball.

    ISIS’ official al-Hayat Media Foundation didn’t give a release date for “Flames of War II: Until the Final Hour,” but distributed the trailer extensively across many open media platforms including YouTube and Google Drive.

    The teaser begins with a rapid-fire montage of fiery battle scenes that appear to be from Iraq or Syria.

    The focus then shifts to the United States, with columns of fire raining down on Los Angeles, Florida, New York, Texas and Nevada, labeled on a U.S. map.

    ISIS appeared to be referring to the San Bernardino Christmas party attack in 2015, the 2015 attempted attack at a “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas, the 2016 Orlando nightclub attack, this Halloween’s Manhattan bike path attack, and the Las Vegas mass shooting at the beginning of October. The terror group continues to claim gunman Stephen Paddock as their own Abu Abdul Bar al-Amriki, yet have not released evidence to back up the claim; authorities have maintained they have discovered no terrorist links as a motive remains elusive).

      In this atomic age, no such alternatives exist. If anything, this entire meghilla points up the complete and utter folly of nuclear disarmament, much less the continued need for MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) doctrine.

Off the top of my head the last time we made a unilateral move against an enemy was when President Reagan went into Grenada to rescue the US students. Every time since that a Republican President has gone to the UN hat in hand and begged for permission to use military force.I hope Trump is smart enough to not go to the UN but to once again establish that the US will act without international permission if we decide it is necessary. This will create internal and International turmoil and will scare the UN leaders because they will be put on notice that our patience with them is not infinite. The UN has lasted by it use by date and needs to be disbanded, it has become a club of dictators instead of a club of democracies. It needs to be disbanded and the people working for it forced to find real jobs, something they are capable of doing with out messing it up. Cleaning the floors of Horse Barns springs to mind.

    • Within less then 48 hours they made a beach landing, when the US went into Grenada to rescue the US students ti took us about much to get the forces together and then invade Grenada. Even then there were massive problems with communications one of which included a Marine officer using an AT&T credit card to call the Pentagon to have them relay orders to the Naval bombardment officers to get a strong point cleared of enemy personnel.

War, bloody war The coming war will be like WWII or Korea with the internal resistance of Nam thrown into the mix. God alone knows how many of our Western European allies will help us, some of them will be conquered by the Invaders they have let inside the gate. Others will change governments by civil wars and coups and others will switch to the enemy column. The butchers bill for the war the left has spend so much time fomenting is going to be incredibly high and the fighting will include all nations with combat inside all nations. By the time this war is over the world will be a very different place.

    Holman Jenkins had an excellent editorial at the Wall Street Journal on Wednesday with a timely reminder of the several ways in which the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, created by Dodd-Frank in 2010, is basically a rogue agency in the U.S. federal government.

    The reminder is timely, of course, because of the attempt by the CFPB’s departing director, Richard Cordray, to outmaneuver the president and prevent him from gaining influence over the Bureau’s operations by installing the new chief.

    Jenkins calls this, effectively, a coup attempt (his word). And he’s not wrong. The CFPB was designed by the Democrats in Congress – who controlled the body when Dodd-Frank was passed – to escape accountability to either the legislative or executive branch. The Bureau is funded through the Federal Reserve, and so does not depend on an allocation from Congress.

    MEXICO CITY — Honduras was on the edge of political turmoil on Thursday, with the opposition candidate accusing vote counters of trying to “steal our victory” in an election whose results are sharply contested.

    The candidate, Salvador Nasralla, said Wednesday that he would not accept the count of the country’s electoral commission, whose computer tally showed that President Juan Orlando Hernández had closed a gap that initially put Mr. Nasralla ahead in the voting that ended Sunday.

    Arizona Rep. Raúl Grijalva demanded The Washington Times apologize for publishing an article revealing he used taxpayer dollars to pay off a former staffer who claimed his drinking created a hostile work environment.

    The House Employment Counsel negotiated a deal to give a former female staffer $48,395 not to pursue a complaint that Grijalva was “frequently drunk and created a hostile workplace environment,” The Times published in a report Monday.

    The former staffer got an additional five months’ salary, despite her working for only three months before leaving. The Times noted the settlement may have violated House rules.

    South Carolina Democratic Representative James Enos Clyburn is getting up there in years, having celebrated his seventy-seventh birthday this past July. So if you’re going to ask him tough questions concerning accusations of sexual impropriety leveled at fellow Rep. John (“We’ve All Seen Him in His Underwear”) Conyers, you’re going to have to give him some time to invent a defense.

    It’s still not going to be very potent, mind you. On Wednesday, for example, Clyburn was corralled twice by reporters seeking his reaction to the mounting allegations against Conyers. In one instance, a member of the press noted that a number of individuals in the private sector who had been accused of similar misdeeds had already lost their jobs, to which Clyburn replied, “Who elected them?” seeming to suggest that a different moral and criminal code applies to elected officials.

    In a second instance, Clyburn went after Conyers’s accusers, comparing them with notorious child killer Susan Smith and suggesting that they may not be credible because they’re white.

    “Between 400,000 and 700,000 African migrants are living in camps in Libya, often under “inhuman” conditions, the chairman of the African Union Commission said Thursday at the close of a summit of European and African leaders.

    Moussa Faki Mahamat stressed the urgency of removing the thousands of migrants, including women and children, from the camps as he addressed the summit where migration was a top issue after recent footage of a migrant slave auction in Libya drew global horror and condemnation.

    At least 3,800 migrants in one camp in Tripoli need to be removed as soon as possible, Mahamat said. Most of them come from West Africa.

    “That’s just one camp,” he said. “The Libyan government has told us there are 42,” and some contain an even larger number of migrants.

    The International Organization for Migration says more than 423,000 migrants had been identified in the chaotic North African country as of last month. The majority are men from impoverished countries across sub-Saharan Africa.

    In a communique Thursday, the European and African leaders agreed to “accelerate exponentially” efforts to repatriate the migrants and vowed to combat the crimes committed against them.

    The leaders also pledged to do more to help the migrants stranded in squalid detention centers in Libya, the main jumping-off point for desperate people setting out in unseaworthy boats in search of better lives in Europe.

    French President Emmanuel Macron said leaders from EU and African countries, including Libya, and the United Nations were discussing going after human traffickers with “concrete, military and police actions on the ground to trace back these networks.”

    “These smugglers are deeply linked to many terrorist networks and feed, sometimes finance, sometimes are the same as those who make war with us and who kill people every day in much of northern Africa,” Macron told French broadcasters France 24 and RFI.

    Some African nations are working to bring their citizens home.

    Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said Wednesday that all Nigerians stranded in Libya and other parts of the world will be brought home and “rehabilitated,” calling it appalling that “some Nigerians were being sold like goats for few dollars in Libya.”

    Nigeria’s government said on Twitter that 242 Nigerian migrants returned home from Libya on Tuesday and that more than 4,000 stranded there have “safely retuned home” this year.

    Ivory Coast’s government in the past week repatriated 316 citizens stranded in Libya.

    Europe has struggled to slow the flow of tens of thousands of Africans making the dangerous crossing of the Mediterranean. European countries are trying to discourage the stream of migrants with development aid and other means, including funds to tighten border controls. But many Africans feel pressured to make the journey, risking death and abuse, saying high unemployment and climate change leave them little choice.

    At least 3,000 drown or go missing annually in attempts to cross the Mediterranean, but with Africa’s population forecast to rise significantly in coming decades many more are likely to take the risk.

    To focus efforts, the EU, the African Union and the United Nations also announced that they would set up a special task force to help protect migrants, notably those detained in conflict-torn Libya.

    Details of its work must be fleshed out, but the main aim is to “save and protect lives of migrants and refugees along the routes and in particular inside Libya.”

    The task force, which will work closely with Libyan authorities, will also try to speed up the process of returning willing migrants to their home countries and finding new homes for those fleeing violence or conflict and who need international protection.”

    The far-left activist group wrote an article on a new right-wing project in Sweden called “The Free Sweden Association” led by Swedish anti-Islamisation journalist Ingrid Karlqvist and Dan Eriksson, founder of Swedish online media project Motgift.

    The project would see the pair, along with other members of the right-wing scene in Sweden, create a centre for right-wing people to meet and network in person. The article states that the project would include, “a café, gym, radio, and television studio, library”, and other facilities.

    On the Expo Foundation’s Facebook page, many supporters expressed disgust with the right-wing project labelling it a “Nazi house” and others said the project should be illegal and shut down.

    Several comments, now deleted by Expo, were even more hostile with one supporter advocating for the burning down of the building saying it would “burn quickly”, adding: “I’ll bring the gasoline and matches, who is with me?” Screenshots of the comments were taken and posted on Twitter…”

    “Four major European political figures have written a letter to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker demanding that the European Union stop payments to Hungary, arguing democracy had become corrupted by the ruling Fidesz party of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

    The letter was signed by former German Finance Minister Hans Eichel, and ex-European Commissioners Pascal Lamy, Franz Fischler, and Yannis Paleokrassas. They wrote that the political bloc should cut off funding to Hungary unless “basic democratic freedoms are reinstated and corruption counteracted”, Euronews reports.

    “We strongly believe that this is also a pre-condition for continuing EU funding to less developed regions – which is indispensable for the future of the European Union – in the period following 2020 in light of growing resentment all over Europe about the inefficient and improper use of EU funds,” the letter said.

    Eichel and Lamy have links to Hungarian-born left-wing billionaire George Soros through the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) of which both are listed as members. The ECFR was created by Soros and his Open Society Foundations which continue to give the ECFR millions of dollars per year.

    Breitbart London spoke to Hungarian Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Relations Zoltán Kovács who said: “This is not the first time COM or other EU institutions, and/or persons related to former EU institutions try to politically blackmail us by threatening with cutting funds or introducing fines for allegedly not falling in line with ‘European values’.”

    “It is a traditional method of the European left-liberal political circles — and we all know that it is about Hungary’s political stance on migration and related European issues,” Kovács added.

    As for the cutting off of EU funds to Hungary, Kovács noted: “Cohesion funds are not a gift, but part of a carefully crafted distribution of EU taxpayers money to close the gap between countries of different economic stances.”

    He called the letter, “another example of the workings of the Soros network that is going for a clear political agenda, a United States of Europe, against the existing treaties and the Hungarian stance, stronger EU through stronger member states”.

    The threats are not the first time voices in the EU have called for action against Hungary. Earlier this year, Juncker called for sanctions after slamming the country, as well as Poland and the Czech Republic, for refusing to take in redistributed migrants from other EU countries…”

Long before Bill Clinton’s sordid sexual escapades led him to impeachment, our culture had normalized public sexual behavior and mores once hidden away in the private realm, and kept there by laws, morals, and customs. Like many of our social pathologies today, our sexually saturated public culture and the unleashing of sexual predators are the bitter fruit of the free love movement of the Sixties.

    Those who didn’t live through that period cannot imagine how quickly and radically our society was transformed. And that change was encouraged by certain species of dubious Pop-Freudian psychological ideas that had been combined with left-wing theories of political revolution. This synthesis was predicated on the delegitimization of the “bourgeois” virtues, morals, and values that had created the “false consciousness” empowering capitalist oppression. “If it feels good, do it” and “Fuck authority” became the most important personal and political imperatives.

    A new opinion piece in a Texas State University student newspaper tells white students, “Your DNA is an Abomination.”

    “When I think of all the white people I have ever encountered – whether they’ve been professors, peers, lovers, friend, police officers, et cetera – there is perhaps only a dozen I would consider ‘decent,’” student author Rudy Martinez writes in the University Star.

    “I see white people as an aberration,” Martinez wrote in the paper.

    “Remember this: I hate you because you shouldn’t exist,” he concludes. “You are both the dominant apparatus on the planet and the void in which all other cultures, upon meeting you, die.”

    Martinez argued that “white death will mean liberation for all,” and that those who identify as white should “accept this death as the first step toward defining (themselves) as something other than the oppressor.”

    Just like the Drexel State, “white genocide for Christmas” scandal, when campus craziness goes mainstream, it’s excused as starting a conversation.

  37. Benghazi victims’ relatives outraged over Khatalla verdict

    Family members of two victims of the 2012 Benghazi attack lashed out Tuesday after a suspected Libyan militant was cleared of the most serious charges against him, with one relative calling the verdict “a miscarriage of justice.”

    Ahmed Abu Khattala, 46, was convicted by a federal jury on four counts, including providing material support for terrorism and destroying property and placing lives in jeopardy at the U.S. compound, but acquitted on 14 others, including murder.

    The attack killed Chris Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya; Sean Patrick Smith, a State Department information management officer; and CIA contract security officers Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) has stated that activity has been intercepted during the past six months and that North Korea is also shipping conventional weapons there. Furthermore, a Syrian government entity, the Scientific Studies and Research Centre, has apparently established cooperation with the Korean Mining Development Trading Corporation (KOMID), North Korea’s key arms exporter, and blacklisted by the UN Security Council

    Shipping weapons and chemical weapons to Syria brings cash-strapped North Korea hard currency, Meanwhile Syria, thick in a civil war, can only acquire sophisticated weapons and weapons of mass destruction through a black market; so a sanctioned North Korea is ideal.

    This news should not come as a surprise. North Korean support for Syria is nothing new. In 1995, a CIA report confirmed that Syria’s Scud B and Scud C missile systems had been acquired from North Korea. By 1997, a State Department report confirmed that North Korea was providing Syria with crucial equipment for its missile development program. Der Spiegel reported in 2015 that Syria was again trying to build nuclear bombs.

Referring to the vow by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman — during the Future Investment Initiative conference in Riyadh on Oct. 25 — to turn his country into a bastion of “moderate Islam,” Erdo?an said, “Islam cannot be either ‘moderate’ or ‘not moderate.’ Islam can only be one thing.” He also claimed that the “patent of this concept originated in the West,” which “really want[s] to weaken Islam.”

    Erdo?an has consistently communicated his thoughts about the term “moderate Islam” often used in the West to describe his Justice and Development Party (AKP). As early as 2007, he said: “These epithets of ‘moderate Islam’ are very ugly, it is disrespectful and an insult to our religion. There is no moderate or immoderate Islam. Islam is Islam and that’s it.”

  41. Ghost ships wash up in Japan with skeletons on board

    Tokyo (CNN)At least four ships have washed up on Japan’s west coast this month, some with bodies on board, and while authorities haven’t confirmed their origin, signs suggest they’re from North Korea.
    Eight skeletons were found in the hull of one wooden boat that washed ashore on Miyazawa beach in the northwest of Japan’s main island Honshu, the Akita Coast Guard said Monday.
    The unidentified boat was spotted drifting off shore on Friday but the grim discovery was only made when it reached land.

    While officials would not confirm the boat was from North Korea, it matches a spate of vessels and debris that have ended up on Japan’s west coast.
    Satoru Miyamoto, a professor at Seigakuin University and an expert on North Korea, said the number of ships washing ashore on Japan’s coast has risen since 2013.

    “(Reuters) – A Turkish-Iranian gold trader on Thursday told jurors in a New York federal court that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan authorized a transaction in a scheme to help Iran evade U.S. sanctions.

    Reza Zarrab is cooperating with U.S. prosecutors in the criminal trial of a Turkish bank executive accused of helping to launder money for Iran. At the time of the alleged conspiracy, Erdogan was Turkey’s prime minister.

    Zarrab said he had learned from Zafer Caglayan, who was Turkey’s economy minister, that Erdogan and then-treasury minister Ali Babacan had authorized two Turkish banks, Ziraat Bank and VakifBank, to move funds for Iran.

    Ziraat denied taking part in the scheme. VakifBank could not immediately be reached for comment.

    Neither Erdogan nor his representatives had any immediate comment on Zarrab’s accusation that he authorized such transactions. Erdogan said earlier on Thursday that Turkey did not violate U.S. sanctions, CNN Turk reported. A spokesman for Erdogan’s government has called the case a “plot against Turkey.”

    The testimony came on the third day of the trial of Mehmet Hakan Atilla, an executive at Turkey’s state-owned Halkbank, who has pleaded not guilty in Manhattan federal court…”
